    Probably one of the worst hotels I have stayed at. When entering the room the floors were very dirty. Windows broken. Holes in the walls. Fire alarm doesn’t work and is just hanging from the ceiling. Semen on the walls, when asked if we could get that cleaned up, the front desk guy came down with a spray bottle, wiped it a little and stated they will finish cleaning once we check out. We asked for a different room and were denied. We asked for more towels and we were told that we must return used towels to the from desk to be issued more towels. Inspecting the cupboards we found molded tortillas. We pointed it out to the staff and we were told that they don’t check cupboards while cleaning. Would not recommend.

    For the cost of this place.. it wasn't worth it. Very disappointing. Half the stuff in the room was broken.. it's pretty incredible for being a 200 dollar room with another 100 deposit. The shower curtain and pole were broken. The remote to the t v didn't work. The t v didn't stand on its stand. The knobs to the stove were missing.. shampoo and conditioner bottles for empty on the wall.. in the air conditioner didn't really cool the room.. what else can I say.. stear clear this place.You'll be angry after you come here.

    The building and rooms felt very old and worn down overall. The floor I stayed on smelled strongly like weed, and the room itself had a sticky feeling to it. I’m not sure if it was from the cleaning products, but there was also an odor that resembled urine. The elevator was also very creaky, which made the building feel poorly maintained. For pet owners, I wouldn’t highly recommend it. There were not many good areas nearby to walk a dog, the dog waste bag station was empty, and the trash can next to it was overflowing during my stay. Amenities were also limited. There wasn’t much provided in the room or bathroom such as water or coffee, although there was a stove available if that’s something you need. The TV was also inconsistent and did not work at times. It seems to be more of a basic budget stay than what I expected.

    Pre-booked hotel, but check-in took a long time. Bed was very uncomfortable and the smoke detector was directly over the bed with a light on it that lit up the room. Airplanes overhead frequently. Horrible sleep. No tissues in the room. No coffee maker in room. Limited coffee hours near lobby and both regular and decaf “thermos” dispensers were empty. No actual coffee makers accessible. Asked staff for coffee and was provided with the coffee packs that normally go in the in-room coffee makers to poor hot water over. The hot water “thermos” dispenser didn’t work and had to take the lid off to poor hot water over the coffee pack in my cup. It was too gross to even drink. The pop vending machine was out of order too. The room was clean, towels and linens soft and clean. Several property areas needed maintenance/upkeep like damaged window screens.

    The room was filthy and it has a bad smell. We checked in late at night and I was so tired I didn’t have the energy to move to a different hotel but that same night I booked us to a different hotel. I don’t recommend people booking here because if one room is filthy the rest will be the same.

    They make a paper copy of your license at check in. The room was dirty with residue in the toilet and a big sticky spot on the floor. You cannot exchange towels or linen with house keeping. You have to bring the dirty items to exchange at the front desk. They removed my do not disturb sign and entered me room. I departed halfway through my stay after the unauthorized entry into my room.

    Only the bed ,my room was nasty had hair and stuff in the tub ,my hair is blonde .it was black hair and my tub was dirty af Your staff John was rude af,I told him my room was dirty,he offered another room bt I had reservations for Valentine’s Day we came back n was at the front nobody came so we went back or our room..the mornin of leaving we stopped him we came back nobody was there he said we lied and some more shit so it was a yelling match at the desk and asked for corporate number

    Upon arrival, the hotel had people almost everywhere in the parking lot. Entering the lobby, the hotel had the most potent smell of body odor in the common areas; the lobby, halls, and elevator. The elevator was scary. Every time I got on the elevator I was saying a silent praying because of how shaky and off track it felt. There was a big deposit for the room on top of how much the room was, which was ok but I have stayed in FAR better establishments for a wayyy cheaper price. The first room we were giving…. bodily fluids on the bed skirt, stains on the walls, torn leather seats, unkempt bathroom, etc. Due to their refund policy and the fact it was almost midnight when we checked in we were forced to just do a room change. I wanted my refund back sooo bad. The second room given was a SLIGHT upgrade from the last but disappointed me by the missing amenities that were missing. I would never ever book this place again. I wish I could get ALL of my money back.

    Overall, the hotel was clean, the staff was helpful and the bed was comfortable. I wouldn't give much of it five stars because, like many hotels, it's a bit dated, and some parts a bit worn. But, it should be acknowledged before you give 1 star reviews, that I paid $80 bucks a night in a suburb outside of Chicago. For the money, it was a great value. If you are looking for a perfect experience, you should be prepared to pay a lot more. Just my two cents.

    Absolutely terrible! EVERYTHING was dirty. Fridge was moldy. Bathroom disgusting and no soap! Stains on bedding we are thankful we had blankets in the car. Room stunk. People live in this hotel. Go to the travel lodge by Wyndham downtown. It’s the same price, more convenient and it’s CLEAN. That’s where we went for our second night because we were NOT spending another second in this dump.

    You will have to be comfortable with the environment, as there are people that seem to live at the place. As such, there were men “hanging• outside. This was in the morning when I left, and also in the evening when I returned. I was not afraid, but was cognizant of my surroundings. At no time did any of the men say anything to me. I did get a few stares, however. The facility meet my needs. It was a roof over my head, and was reasonably clean. I was in Chicago for a conference, and was only in the room to sleep. Check-in was seamless. The person at the desk was pleasant enough. My room was clean.

    The guy at the desk was friendly and helpful. First room smelled of marijuana and asked to change rooms. Room did have roaches. Curtain was barely holding to the wall. Entrance also had mild smell of vomit. Guest had a chair in front entrance smoking. Window screens knocked out and on the ground.

    The first room they put me in was so filthy I was afraid there was live germs crawling in there, I demanded a refund and then they put me in another room that was clean enough for me to stay in and they informed me that there was a no refund policy. There was people standing around the entrance smoking cigarettes and chatting so I had to walk threw a cloud of snake to enter or leave, very street type people. This place was more like a boarding house for crack heads, not at all hotel type of place.

    Room keys never worked, had to have the staff open our door almost every time we needed in. Would not give us a new room as they said the repairs to the door would be made asap which they were not. Requested house keeping that never happened. TV did not work. Drunk lady every morning swearing at us as we left for not giving her a ride. No utensils for the in room kitchen. Would not recommend to ANYONE.

    Where to start? The front lobby had an odor like spoiled food. The elevator required you push the button twice in order to fet the door to engage. I get that it’s an extended stay type of hotel but when I asked for additional towels, because they don’t service rooms unless you are there for more than 7 days, I was asked to bring the dirty and used towels from three days prior to the front desk. I found that odd but obliged. When I returned I stood there for over 10 minutes waiting on assistance. When someone did arrive the assistance I received was a plastic bag and a “put the towels in the bag”. You know I would have done that no issue if they had supplied the bag in the first place. Instead I stood in a lobby embarrassed to be there with a load of dirty towels, then was made to put towels into the bag in the same lobby in front of guests checking in. Gross and no respect given to anyone. Oh and for two nights I had to put up with some nut who LIVES at the hotel knocking on my door day and night and asking me to buy them alcohol and give them money. Fantastically disgusting stay and was happy to get my business taken care of and get out. Oh, and the photos of the rooms are pretty misleading as far as size goes and that “full kitchen” is double burner stove top and the sink knobs were really janky too.

    Friendly staff, room was clean but a bit run down. There was an exposed light fixture, a broken shelf in the closet, and the stove top burners in the kitchenette were covered with rust. The hallways smelled like liver, and the room smelled like a wet rug. Maid service is only once a week, but you can get clean towels and toilet paper from the front desk.

    Room door pushed right open when I arrived. Lock doesn't work. After that I discovered the iron was missing and a hanger was hanging on the sprinkle (right in front of the "no hangers on sprinkle" sign. How often are you checking your rooms after "cleaning"?

    SAVE YOUR MONEY.. BOOK ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE. 👎👎 Terrible staff terrible hotel. 0stars … Hotel was dirty. We found old clothes inside the chair in the room. Room was cold all night and thermostat only went to 73 I think but it was much colder in the room. There’s no free Breakfast. Staff was rude and lied. I had called to confirm they have cribs for babies to sleep because I was traveling with my child and he said YES over the phone I get there check in and then he said he never said they had cribs over the phone and would not let us check out forcing us to stay the entire 3 nights. I asked for extra towels he said they didn’t have any. I asked for blankets he said they are $5 each. Like what hotels charges for linens bffr. I’ve worked at hotels but this definitely gives cheap crappy motel vibes. Save your money book elsewhere. Halls smelled like a mix of cigarettes smoke and musky cologne. Oh I forgot to mention the elevators didn’t work and when I asked to be moved to a lower floor since the elevator didn’t work he said they didn’t have any other rooms available. But they parking lot was empty.

    Took multiple rings of a doorbell over a 12 minute wait before a worker came to the desk to check me in (around 5:30 pm on a Saturday.). No Wi-Fi password provided at checkin or on anything in the room. No directions for TV or anything else, as is standard elsewhere. One lamp base covered with sticky stuff. One lamp bulb out. Toilet paper holder broken. Refrigerator door should have been hinged on opposite side. An older, cheaper place to stay, but I often stay at similar places that are 3-4 star.

    Upon check in clerk informed me that I had to put a 100.00 dollar fee for security I was never told this when I filled out paperwork online. I asked when I would receive the money on my credit card and was told a week. I found this to be unacceptable and felt that my money was being used to receive interest on. Please advise

    I booked this hotel for one night. Upon arrival the pictures looked nothing like the actual rooms. There is a strong cigarette smell present throughout the entire hotel. There was a broke plate in the parking lot. Since this was somewhere we were just sleeping at and not spending a lot of time at we did not want to make a big deal. But after freshening up and leaving we come back to notice a room key on the floor that was not left by us. The room also began to smell of marijuana. The fridge was also leaking and there was a puddle. Our legs were also itchy. We had to leave at 11pm and drive 3 hours back home because I am allergic to smoke and my throat began to itch and swell. This place is so unprofessional and should not pass a health check

    The service was poor. No daily cleaning service.The rooms were non-smoking but the rooms smelled of smoke.There was a cigarette butt left in the sink.The sheets were not tightly fitted to bed but the bed was clean.The smoke detector had a towel stuffed in it. I can say the refrigerator was the cleanest of all. This hotel will not be my choice when returning to Chicago.

    This hotel looked like something out of a scary movie , definitely not like the pictures. I was scared to even hit the light switch let alone lay my head there. I was charged by the hotel even though the Expedia listing said pay at check in. Then it took days to get my refund because I had to call corporate considering nobody answer the hotel phone and when they do the general manager is never available. Mind you I looked at 3 different rooms before I decided to leave and go somewhere else because I was so tired that I really wanted one of them to be in good enough condition to lay my body on their beds. Worst hotel I have ever seen in my life.

    Property needs a lot of TLC/renovations. We stayed on the 2nd floor. Hotel had this awful smell. They need to work on their cleaning supplies and skills. Room was outdated, Dresser was falling apart, bathroom was just ok, kitchen area was old/microwave and fridge worked but were old and worn. Beds were ok/new pillows needed. Overall the room needed some serious updating.

    Bedding did not look fresh, wrinkled and worn looking..I should have requested new bedding....Hard floors with no rugs were uncomfortable...Air/heater was loud and squealing....no chairs were in the room but request was honored and 2 brought up 2 days later.....Tv'a position on low table made watching in bed Uncomfortable and strained,Raise your tv or put on wall.
