Very quiet. Breakfast sucked tho, wasnt any selections, I had boiled eggs and there was a small amount of milk in the jug. Nothing else. Peaceful stay. Appliances and furniture are very outdated especially the microwave, but no other complaints

Breakfast was good, pool looked clean from my room (I didn't go for that). My stay was short and sweet for the price. 4 stars given as it wasn't Perfect, but it was close to it. If i could give 4.5 stars I would.

I was quite impressed! I'm not a big fan of room doors leading directly outside, but it was fairly well lit. Stove, refrigerator, coffee maker all seemed to work OK. Housekeeping staff was courteous. For a "budget motel" it was quite nice.

This place has cockraches, worst place I ever stayed in my life. The owners went to knock as if they were rhe police. Very, rude.

So we were able to check in early which was great .. I was not told at check in or anywhere posted on the breakfast information. So , the next morning we were about 5 minutes left everything was put away . On our 2nd morning, all available was coffee with a couple of sugar packets and tasteless creamer . There was a waffle maker , no pastries but 2 dry cinnamon buns . There were 2 apples and 1 orange , no eggs , no bacon or sausage , 2 options of cereal .. if this is what they call a buffet breakfast , beware of your options and expectations . I will not return , especially for the price I paid . The room was overall clean , no bugs were present but it outdated ..

The bed was full of bedbugs that ate me up. I had to check out in the middle of the night because the other room that they gave me 108 was full of bedbugs and 126 had roaches in the bed as I lift the pillows

I asked for a quiet non-smoking room on the second floor, and although the room was on the second floor, it smelled like it had been a smoking room for years and the room faced Highway 6 which made it very noisy. I didn't even stay in it. I left within 15 minutes of checking in. If that is your best quiet non-smoking room, I will never stay in your hotel again.

Property needs updating and renovation. Rooms are old and not in the best condition. Bathrooms need updating and renovation as well. This is a project I would love to take over rehab and update. If the owners are interested in selling I would love to make a deal with them.

I stayed 3 days at this hotel. I had a good stay without any problems. After I got up I had breakfast and went out for the day. The breakfast choices weren't that big but I had a good filling breakfast before I went out.

The hotel has nice look, and the staff that cleans the room are friendly . However it's run by a husband and wife team. Where the manager is the husband but the wife handles the clients without proper business etiquette when asked for the manager her reply is you can't because Im his wife. That statement is very unprofessional and brings down the vibe of the place with that type of associations.

Over all it is just an average economic facility for a quick stop.

No phone working in the hotel. The toilet is broken and not maintained.

Staff was very nice. I will stay again. My only complaints are: 1) the floor was slippery. 2) the room could use an update. Also I got nice fluffy towels.

The guy at check in was super nice. Property is pretty run down. Not technically dirty or unsafe. Towels were very thin and scratchy. Breakfast was pretty sparse and when they say it ends at 9:00am they’re serious. This place was fine in a pinch (our first choice overbooked and I had to scramble last minute) but I would choose elsewhere next time.

Horrible room stains on walls and doors. Floors were tiles that were uneven and some were even painful to walk on without shoes. Website says soaking tubs and I am a larger sized person I couldn't take a bath in the tub we had. The blanket on the bed was thin and old it had several burn holes in it and was just not comfortable at all. I will never ever stay here ever again

$58 or a decent room with a stove to cook on? I really wish I would have found this months ago. Clean inside and close to many eating places. Will definitely be back.

It was a terrible experience. The room was nasty. The door was broken as if someone busted the door open. The room smelled like mode. All over the worse hotel I ever stayed in. I did not stay and spoke to the front desk clerk to address my issues and he was rude and unprofessional. I checked out of the hotel after only being there for twenty minutes. I paid for my room and the clerk refused to refund me my money back. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

I was sent to this hotel by expedia after a very disappointing experience at Fairfield. The hotel was dirty. We managed to sleep but noise made it very hard. We were to stay two night but ended up leaving after one night when we found what appeared to be blood stains on the bed sheets. I was expecting customer service to provide something better after contacting them but ended up here.

The good news was I didn't find any live cockroaches, lots of dead ones though. Door frame broken and repaired by Fred Sanford. You could see daylight coming through around the door. Got there late and tired so I didn't notice until the next day. Found stains on the wall that looked like blood and coffee. Forgot my CSI kit so I couldn't make a conclusion. The room I stayed in was a filthy run down dump of a place. My advice is to stay in the Arby's dumpster next door. Probably cleaner than this place.

Front Desk guy was nice and very helpful, even printed a form for me. I wish they would update the amenities for the time they aren’t serving breakfast, main reason I booked with them was because it says online they have breakfast but due to COVID they no longer serve breakfast.
