I understand that the room was extremely inexpensive and geared to a certain demographic niche. I should have known. Lawn not upkept, garbage piled high on cans, and roaches, roaches, everywhere.

They lied about they started taking incidentals about 4 months ago and I was there back in the month of March and I didn’t have to pay $100 to stay there. The reason I was staying there because they wasn’t charging for incidentals I hate that my money has to be tied up for a whole week.

Kitchen in the room, large fridgerator 1. Roaches - had to kill 2 of them 2 Kitchenware has to be asked, employee provides you what she thinks need to be on the room. You have to carry it to your room by yourself, the employees will not help you. 3. I had to call 1-800 number and was offered to do so for the price of 2$ each call, despite stating on their website availability local calls. 4. Breakfast doesn't exist, it is just coffee, creamer and oatmeal. No hot water for oatmeal, by the way. And they do not provide kettle, had to use coffee maker for boiling water. 5. The location is by hwy, you can hear it day and night 6. You can hear your upstairs neighbours walking in their room. Generally, noise protection is poor. 7. Bathroom is dirty.

The room was nasty. Shower caulk missing. Dirty floors. Cockroaches which tells me it is filthy. The place reminded me of a crack house. I stayed at an extended stay before in Bellevue wa n that was fine. This one made me never to consider it. I can’t explain how terrible it was

The kitchen had no plates or utensils. Not even plastic cups. There were paint chips in the room. The only person working when i checked in seemed annoyed that their phone time was being interrupted by actually having to do their job.

Ms Carol at the front desk was amazing but that is the only positive thing I can say. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. There’s roaches coming out of the sink. There’s roaches coming out of the bathroom toilet. This was the absolute worst place I’ve ever slept I cut my stay in half. And for management or possible owners that may comment on this review there is absolutely no need. Please take the time to bomb for the infestations inside of this hotel. No human should live here or stay a night at this hotel.

My room is good. I have no complaints. Staff seems good for now. I'm just getting there so I really don't have a full view on everything but I will chime in if needed. So far so good for the great price. Thank you so much extended stay, you're really a life saver.

The front desk lady was good and attentive.

Inexpensive but infested with roaches and bed bugs; this hotel must have been occupied by very bad people in the past, so the owner had you sign some weird agreements. The smell is terrible!

I was unable to check in to my room due to a policy only plastered on the door of facility advising they would be closed during the time and no accommodation was made after being informed I would not be helped

Ran down hotel, no hot water and bugs. Very uncomfortable! Couldn’t cancel or change hotel without still being charged for my stay. Disappointed with the accommodations. The staff was very polite but the hotel needs a major overhaul.

I only stayed in it for less than 15mins. The room had trash in the fridge and drawers. The bed had a stain, and on top of that my husband got bit by something on the bed.

Cleaning chemical smell when walking into the room was overwhelming. No ice machine in the hotel. Breakfast was only coffee. Bathtub was gross & black hairs stuck on the bathroom wall. Black hair in kitchen drawers. Roaches in kitchen. Window in room was unlocked. Review page won't allow me to upload pictures.

I've stayed here several timesthe past 6 months. The staff are very helpful and friendly here. The room was clean.

This Extended Stay Hotel is one of the better one's we've stayed. Its clean and desk lady was very friendly and helpful.

We have previously stayed at another Extended Stay in or outside of Houston. This one is 100% better and the employees have been helpful and friendly. I've got no complaints on cleanliness, the room was clean when we checked in.

Roach infested!

The staff were friendly and the rest of the property seemed fine but the room I was put in smelled very strongly of urine. I couldn't relax at all, the smell was disgusting. The bathroom has one tiny light and is extremely dark and the walls of the hotel are very thin. Absolutely not worth the price.

The roach coach hotel, I went to ask to be moved to a different room because of the roaches I saw in my room, was told by the front desk clerk all the rooms have roaches. I contacted hotels.com for a refund, and left I couldn't stay is a terrible infestation.

Dirtiest place ever stayed. Never again!!

The issue was being able to book a room online and pay at the time of booking, only to arrive to the hotel and be told that all of the rooms are full. This lead to 5 hours on hold, a night of sleeping in the car and not having my booking adjusted until the afternoon of the next day. Totally inconvienced and as much as i would like to continue being a regular customer, im not sure it Hotels.com is something i can continue to use if it will put me and my fsmily at risk.

I had a good night stay the room was pretty decent for a size the bed was only a full size bed but was highly comfortable I actually slept really good and I usually don't get a good night's sleep on the first nigh in a strange bed. The shower and the restroom worked well this is a very good three-star hotel.

1. Area and parking lot reminds you of a low income property you watch on TV. 2. Pet Friendly, which is ok, provided you can keep the pet odor out of the rooms and hall way! It’s non-smoking but the pet odor was worse. 3. TV in the room was not working 4. Complementary utensils are not available, you have to pay a $20 deposit to get it…I’ve never heard of that! 5. Roach infestation…on the bedside drawer and the restroom….saw them in this morning, I guess when the lights are off they come out to play! 6. Worse bathroom ever, I couldn’t take a shower in the bathroom, had to get wipes. To clean up…I’m glad I didn’t do multiple nights. 7. I told the front desk associate, which she apologized for, she doesn’t seem surprised which makes me think it’s not new….the management is aware. Worse experience ever!

Roaches everywhere, smelled like smoke , tub was dirty, bed covers had makeup all over, I felt like I was getting bitten throughout the night. They don’t give you the latest checkin time. Checkout times are weird latest you can leave is supposed to be 12 but it was 11 the girl that was at the front deck literally held our room door open until we got all our things out and it was obviously someone in the restroom using the toilet but she still stood there. Would never recommend or come back.

I booked the hotel room with Kitchen but the room was dirty and a smelly. The cooktop was not working, room light was not working. Although staff was helpful but the property was in bad shape.

My husband and I checked in at around 3p and all was fine face value we left our bags. We went down stairs and found dog feces on the carpet and not to far we found a loose dog that started growling at us. We went about our business and enjoyed our day/evening then came back and fell asleep then the problems started. I woke up to a faint fire alarm on the other side of the hallway and the alarm didn’t go off on our room. So we looked around to other guests outside of their rooms and also confused. We went downstairs and the rest of the guests were outside and after all of that we decided to leave and request a refund. The lady in the front at the time was busy after the fire alarm which is expected after a situation like that but when we requested a refund she became immediately defensive. When we told her about the roaches, we told her about the dog feces and the loose dog and told her that we let those two things slide but after the fire alarm going off in the hallway and not our room putting our safety at risk is a no go and kept telling us that there is nothing that she can do and that the manager has to help us and we have to call her in the morning. Basically save yourself the time and money and go somewhere else because it’s not worth it. I hope we really do get our money back or some sort of compensation because that was very subpar.

The check in was great, then we got to the room and the pullout couch, was nasty. Asked for more sheets and they expected us to change them, when we pulled the fitted sheet off the mattress protector was nasty. They did not have another one, so we had to pack allbour stuff and chage rooms. So we got settled in the room and went to sleep, only to be woke up at 7 the next morning by the people next to us screaming at each other. Understand the hotel can't be held responsible for their customers but I call and reportedbit and they did nothing, because this went on two hours. So when i checked out they said the only compensation they could offer was a whopping 5% off the stay. I hope they got a picture of me they won't ever see me again.

There were roaches everywhere, even in our beds! It was the most inhumane experience I’ve ever encountered. The young guy at the front desk referred to himself as a manger, was rude and argumentative. HORRIBLE experience!

I stayed one night at this hotel and came from out of town. I requested late check out and didn’t get to stay til the time requested and was also given false information about late check out. I was also disturbed in my sleep at least 3 times no where near our check out time . This girl at the front desk was very rude and walked away from me in the middle of our conversation and disregarded me.

After checking in , my tub had hair all on the sides and roaches on the ceiling and counter tops ! I was disappointed I had to move two other times before I just gave up between the people through the walls, the roaches and the odor . I didn’t sleep at all.

They have a heavy infestation of roaches and I didn't realize it until i woke up at 3am for a bathroom break so I'm basically stuck here for the night. I mean i saw the roach waste on the bathroom electrical outlets but it wasn't confirmed until i woke up in the bathroom break. I'll never stay in another extended stay in Katy because the pin oak location also has roaches.It's now 4:54am I'm pretty sure i won't be able to sleep for the rest of the night because I'm uncomfortable & paranoid cuz of the roaches. On first arrival the room had a horrible smell and the stove's exhaust was on and i initially thought it was just a funky smelling room but now I think they rushed a roach fogging and used the exhaust in a fail attempt to try to draw out the smell. I gave a one star review but just know this is intended to be a 0 star review, never again smh

Did not stay at the property. First impression was not good, changed reservations to Comfort Suites (energy corridor)

I loved the look and the amenities that came with the room but I was killing roaches the whole time there and I pay way too much money to stay there to be killing roaches to make sure that I didn't bring any back home to my home as well as no one ever came to ask if I needed by sheets changed or toilet paper or new towels, I literally had to go to the front desk and ask for those things on my own

When arriving the pool looked to be under construction. The manager adv that my room was no longer available and booking over books. The room was suppose to be non-smoking smelled like straight ash trays and had roaches walking around very disturbing and disgusting

Love how the staff treated me. I locked myself out the room twice and without any hesitation or attitude, they took care of me and i appreciated that.

Made and paid for reservation before arriving. The place was totally dark and front doors were locked with a sign to call. Woman answered and told me they were overbooked and she couldn’t help.

We had several issues with our stay. First, it took 20 minutes for a front desk clerk to arrive to check us in. Then we got to our "nonsmoking" room that had at least 4 cigarette burns on the chair. The office chair in the room was so dirty we had to clean it before we could sit in it. We found dirty socks under the bed. There was red stains all over the carpet possibly makeup??? The web site said coffee makers in the rooms and there wasn't one. We asked for towels on the second day and were told we'd have to bring ours down and they would wash them as they didn't have any extra towels in the hotel. Elevators were out of order the second day after we were told they were just fixed the day before. We asked for utensils and the front desk clerk acted as though she didn't understand english and didn't know what utensils were. Possibly the most disturbing part of our stay were the patrons "hanging around" the hotel lobby and outside in the parking lot. I caught one rather inebriated man walking away from the front desk muttering " Well you can't blame a guy for trying". I was so unnerved about it I waited for him to be way at the other end of the hotel before I went on the elevator which happened to be working the first night. Last but not least we had to walk through a cloud of marijuana smoke to get into the building. We stayed 2 night and will never go back there. Defintiley not safe for women and single people.

This was the worst motel I ever stay in. Let me start by saying the Front Desk Guy David was very rude. I stayed 2 nights never received any clean towels there where roaches crawling in the room. There where Guest fighting in the lobby screaming at 2am saying racial words police where call. Overall really bad experience when bought to the manager attention about my complaints he inform me this is not the Marriott this is Extended Stay WOW!!! Dont Stay Here Save your Money

I went to use the pull out in my room on the first booking and got bitten up. Wasn’t sure at first what it was. Came down asked to be moved to another room or compensated. I was moved to another room. By before day that morning I was not able to sleep due to the biting. I woke up and started investigating and found small black dots but because I wore glasses I just couldn’t tell. I pulled the blanket back and found a very large bed bug on the blanket. I went downstairs and asked for a refund immediately but the manager/Derrick would not do anything and would not even look at the bites or THE LITERAL BUG!!!, that came from my room! The property at first glance is fine but underneath is another story. I do not believe housekeeping cleans and sanitizes all the linens properly or the rugs and mattresses. Yes, it’s a chore but it has to be done or this is what happens. The whole hotel is infested I’m sure. There are also a lot of seeming criminal and felonious characters going around the property. I WOULD LIKE TO BE COMPENSATED FOR MY STAY. THE MANAGER IS NOT DOING THAT. SOMEONE NEEDS TO DO SOMETHING BECAUSE IM SPENDING EVEN MORE MONEY TRYING TO CLEAN AND SANITIZE EVERYTHING I HAVE BEFORE I GO HOME IN ORDER NOT TO TAKE THE BUGS WITH ME.

Hotels is not as described on site, pictures I am sure are all from when the hotel opened, elevator was not working, no ice machine, no do not disturb sign available, the environment was not really for families.... customer service was not as expected. The only good thing was housekeeping always with a smile. location is good for 1-2 days stay. Paid for 17 night, left the second day understanding I lost $1,000 because they did not reimbursed me the difference but our security and comfort was more important.....

Frequently, I stay at this property when in town for work. Consistently, I have great service which is why I will continue returning. This is a well managed property. Thank you.

The hotel people were nice and all but my stay there was horrible. I came by myself to stay here for a week and each night some random guy kept knocking so loud on my door and wouldn’t leave for like 30 mins. I called for security and they didn’t didn’t find him. I could barely sleep. I didn’t enjoy my stay. I was on high alert even just walking though these halls because this man saw me and I never saw him . But how the heck did you know where I was at. Ugh I hated it.

The front desk staff are nice, everyone always greets us with a smile. Housekeeping have only came once to change out towels. Regardless of Covid-19, we need clean towels every day. I need toilet paper, trash bags, clean Bed linen, and the vacuum.No coffee, No breakfast, suspended for now. I saw several small roaches in the bathroom, I’m sure that’s due to somebody that is staying here not being clean and tidy. Things are probably better when there isn’t a national pandemic going on.

When we first got there to the hotel they didn’t even have the room that I paid for and said that I needed to pay again because the reservation didn’t go thru so I was charged twice and still didn’t get the room I requested. I didn’t get to sleep at all cause I was uncomfortable from sleeping on a small couch which had stains all over it and it was just nasty and disgusting in the room. I went to the front desk to ask for a blanket and no one was even there to help me so I was cold and uncomfortable the entire night.And from other hotels I’ve stayed at there should always be someone present at all times behind that desk to take care of their guests!

I was there for 2 days and the way that old lady and the rest of the staff treated me was horrible. Rude looks, the old lady basically told me I looked bad. Considering she already has 1 foot in the grave, theres no room for her to judge. I will be involving corporate in this matter. This hotel needs a WHOLE NEW STAFF & BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE. My room didnt even have a microwave when I checked in. So sad how they just dont care or pay attention to detail. The towels and sheets didn't look properly cleaned, and to add insult to injury, the staff is horrible. When choosing a place to sleep over, skip past this particular location. The better location is actually 5 minutes further down the road.

The pool was disgustingly green. You could not see the bottom of it. Roches in the rooms and torn up bed sheets. They did not have extra sheets available for the pull out couch. There was a police raid around 10pm. Drug dealers and people fighting were arrested, That’s when we requested a refund and left. This place needs to be condemned.

If I wanted my room clean i had to pay extra and I never been to a hotel like that before...they told me they don't change sheets unless you been there for seven days and I had to ask for clean washcloths.....
