    First impression: there's no covered area to pull under to load/unload luggage, the "front" isn't even really marked to identify where it is. Parts of the controls for the elevator were broken and hanging/exposed. Hallways smelled like trash and urine. The door to my room was in poor shape, I was concerned about it even latching. My room was so humid that I left footprints and all the other surfaces were sticky with moisture. There were hairs of varying lengths throughout the bathroom. The curtain over the window was broken and there was a light from the parking lot focused on my window. I honestly couldn't tell if it was daylight or dark outside. Dogs barking, arguments and kids screaming in the hallways throughout the night made sleep impossible. I wonder how many rooms are paid by the hour there. Worst hotel experience of my life, I will not be back.

    The room was fairly clean. And the staff was not friendly nor were they welcoming. I've been in the hotel industry before as a housekeeping manager, and running the rest of the hotel. We also remained as the number one hotel in my town. It's all about effort. As for the shopping or stores being there aren't in walking distance if you are carless .

    Absolutely nothing! This place was advertised under cause pretenses. It looked exactly like a cheap motel. The elevators didn’t work. You cold see mold, caked up dust, rust, buckled furniture from sitting in flood water, dirty tub, dirty room, room smelled old and dungy. Everything!!!! This place is outdated and needs to be demolished. It looks like it has been sitting in untreated flood water.

    New owners took over and I've been here for 4 months and paid everyday and I ask for an extension until 2pm and they told me to checkout and come back when I had the money. No compassion at all, it's freezing outside, so if your looking for friendly service don't come here,, and in 4 months I've never had bugs but now all of a sudden I'm seeing bugs obviously coming from the next room, told front desk nothing being done.

    Terrible rooms. The room was not fully cleaned. I understand you pay for what you get and I definitely paid the price. Infested with roaches. Was offered another room but the sheets were dirty like someone had a pet running on the bed after a mud bath. Had a week stay and me and my family left immediately the very next morning. We weren’t even there a full 24 hours. They refused to refund me due to company policies. These type of hotels should not request a $50 deposit and should be offering ppl money instead to stay. Never will I book here again.

    When we were in the room the beds didn't have actual blankets, just sheets. I tried asking for blankets but di not get it. The elevator wasn't working. Wasn't please honestly. The Tv didn't work and the land line wasn't working either. Would not book again. Also when I checked in they said they didn't have a room even though I made a reservation weeks ago.

    The room was ok, near the highway so lots of noise from the freeway. The room had a musty smell. The screws for the toilet were very loose and reported. It felt like the seat could slip off with you on it. The faucet was very loose as well and would shift when you turned the water on and off. Both items were reported. We only stayed one night so I hope they are fixed before the next guest.

    I do not accept the reservation I had made through the application, I do not charge double , I have to call Hotels to report the payment and they had not accepted the online reservation, I do not take the discount, I charge more money, a robbery, I will never return and I do not recommend that they go, this one, it smells of mold, very dirty, a lot of noise, horrible

    Moved a chair roaches came out , roaches were in the bathroom and in drawers. This place need to de fumigated. I was told I would get my deposit once I checked out. Have not received that yet. I checked out at 8am it is now 3pm. Took my friend in a birthday weekend, she had never stayed in a hotel .worst hotel ever I wil not stay here again or send anyone.

    Worst experience ever. Didn’t sleep all night due to the prank calls. Someone kept calling and acting like phone repairman to leave the phone off the hook. They were wanting to listen to anything going on in the room. I asked the people at the front desk and they said I wasn’t the first one they w done that to. I’ve already made a complaint and nothing.

    Refrigerator was removed from the room and we were not made aware. There was just an empty space in the dresser by the microwave. There was no telephone in the room for safety. The toilet continue to get clogged and maintenance brought us a horrible plunger smoke alarm kept chirping elevator out of order we were told by the front desk that the Wi-Fi only works on one side of the building. It was spotty light above. The sink was an exposed lightbulb shower floor was severely rusted, one sheet and one duvet cover, no blankets only three pillows doors in room were warped and hard to shut all TV in room and only worked half the time only one stand for a king size bed broken down car in parking lot. The front desk staff was very rude and never at the desk. The front desk person was cleaning rooms while she should’ve been working the front desk. Overall, our review of this property is very poor. The property should be inspected by the owner and/or corporate should take a picture of the finger We will never stay at a red roof Inn again.

    I was only here for 40 minutes, about 3 of which were in the room. At arrival, 2 groups were in front of us. Both were complaining to an obviously overworked employee. While waiting over 30 minutes to check in, we were "entertained" by the rhythm of an elevator door opening & shutting every few seconds. That was located near a door to the lobby that was not functioning per the note taped to it. Red flags 1 & 2. A 3rd group came in and told me they checked into a room that did not have any toilet paper at all. Wonderful. Red flag 3. When it was finally our turn, I asked how long the elevator door had been malfunctioning. "About a year," she said. To which my intuition replied, "RUN!" Red flag 4. We were given a room on the 3rd floor with no elevator & lots of bags. We brought the 1st group up & hubby went back down to the car. I looked around & found 5 dead German cockroaches & 1 dead American cockroach (yes, I know the difference) plus 2 cockroach eggs. Red flag 5 & final straw. I called hubby who went to the front desk. I came down with the bags. Employee called offsite manager who verbally agreed to get us a refund through Travelocity. We checked out immediately & I called Travelocity who said they would take care of it. The motel refuses to answer Travelocity's calls or submit the refund that they promised us. RUN! DO NOT WALK! This place is a dirty cesspool of liars & should be shut down.

    The whole facility had no hot water Friday and Saturday, as mentioned by staff at check in. But travel 8 hrs and prepaid via Expedia - too late to go room hunting. Then found the elevator (one) was out both days. Strange mix of odd people sitting in stairwells and hallways.I was not directly accosted, but felt very uncomfortable.

    I stayed once before it was fine. This particular stay I was given a room with pet hair on the bed, they switched my room no problem. The next room the room was mostly fine, just not vaccumed well or things wiped down good. The main entry door also had a lock that did not work, I was leary as a woman there with kids..but I tested it from the outside it was still ok. There was a bit of human hair but worse, is there were beer/wine tops on the floor and glass that pierced my foot and I was bleeding everywhere. I couldn't call the front desk because the phone was not working in the room. I had to call from my cell phone because my foot injury hurt so bad, and the eleveators did not work and I was on the 3rd floor. I called to see if they could help me they just said Oh im so sorry, I asked for atleast a first aid kit the lady said they had one but It was empty. And to show my complaints in the morning. I just went to sleep in pain cleaned up the blood and even found more glass after that. I was not in the mood to even bother at that point, I could barely sleep but when I finally did it was ok. Not trying to get anyone in trouble. I kindly addressed the issues during checkout and just left, not a good night for me. But I can say the staff was atleast kind. I do have photos if necessary I can email them too big to upload. Thanks

    The rooms were clean and met my needs. The issue I had with this hotel was that the toilet in the lobby was out of Commission and the Elevator was out of Commission and it was obvious that based on the signs they had on both, these things had been down for a long time. I was actually there when a guest came in looking at using the toilet in a desperate rush and they had to run out to go find another place. I had a guest with a Walker and they had to climb the stairs because the elevator was out. Apart from the cleanliness of my room, I don't have good things to say about the hotel. The owner needs to spend money to maintain it

    The hotel is dirty, the staff is not friendly, the beds are very uncomfortable. When my partner brought his concerns to the staff and manager we were treated like we were just complaining. We checked out a day earlier than planned, and still have not received any money back for the nights we booked on advance. Complimentary coffee, is less then normal. Nothing plus about this hotel.

    Unfortunately from the moment my family and I arrived it was inconvenience after inconvenience. Elevator wasn't working, one of our beds had no sheets, no shampoo in the bathroom, and the wifi didn't even work. Anything related to bedding (extra pillows, sheets, etc) weren't available until morning which defeats the purpose of being a hotel. At least our truck was still there when we checked out. For $70 a night, I feel like we payed way too much for bare bones accomodations. If you just need somewhere to stay the night and that's it, Red Roof might be an option for you. Otherwise would avoid.

    The motel looked like a creepy motel from a movie. I didn’t feel safe at all, but they did have security circulating around, so I guess that made me feel a little better. But I slept with all my luggage and baggage pushed against the door. The rooms that are on the pictures. Don’t look like the pictures at all the bathtub was filthy. It was dirty out five stars I will write these two stars, the hotel staff was nice and friendly. Book here as a last resort in my opinion. also, the hotel rate was way more than it needed to be due to the properties, appeal and cleanliness. Those rooms shouldn’t go more than $30 a day. The rooms are overpriced for what you get. In the location is only by waffle House nothing conveniently was around there.

    Sketchy hotel, elevator looked beat up, weird people hanging outside the hotel felt like I was in the projects for a second, we were put in the third floor and the second the elevator doors open the stench of cigarettes hit your nose. Now for the room it just smelled moist/humid goes away after a while but if you leave and come back in the smell is definitely still there. Covers were dirty on the bed and even had cigarette burns on them. Avoid this place like the plague!

    Brandy is extremely professional and know how to handle guest. Inspite of the norm of balancing a hotel, she don’t wear it on her face or take it out on the guest. I applaud this lady to the utmost. Front desk staff was nice as well.

    It’s just not great. No lock on the doors other than the mechanical locks for the key card, I imagine that’s because of the clientele staying there. Cosmetically the rooms look good, but the new coat of paint they put on the property does not cover the absolutely filthy bathrooms. Speaking of bathrooms, there is no hot water. Which is just not fun. I understand it’s cheap, but good God guys, When did staying in hotels get this bad? When did this become the standard?

    Awfully dirty. Room gets cleaned once in a week and sheets don’t get replaced in days. The routine cleaning service personnel only shows up to pick trash and throw in a tiny bar of soap. The walkways are dingy and stinky and the property in general desperately needs an overhaul.

    Hotel was over booked by 80 according to staff that thought it was funny. That people were left stranded in the middle of the night without anywhere to go. Was not able to stay and was turned away. So this was a nightmare that i will never forget.

    What stood out the most was the service. My check in was easy. The person who checked me was personable and suggested places to. But the standout was the Mgr (owner?) My trip was ending on the day hurricane Beryl would hit Houston. After bringing some of my travel concerns to the Mgr she offered to extend my stay, at no extra cost. She was very concerned, and empathetic. I really appreciated that. The Inn overall rates a 2 in my book but the staff makes it a 5 That gesture was a great humani

    The room wreaked of smoke and was very unclean. There were some very strange and unkept looking people staying in the facility. I felt very unsafe and the facility itself was not very clean.

    NO basic amenities in the room (hand soap, keened). Hair strands on lamp shades. Bathtub was horrible. Room was generally rundown. This is the most disappointing place I've stayed at in a long time.

    Sheets had black hair in them. The card key wouldn’t open the door. Had to call the front desk for toilet paper. Took the maids 10 days to change the sheets. Elevator broke down. The whole place is seedy.

    Very bad for family. I did not see it as mentioned in website. No hair dryer , no iron, no hanger . I asked for hair dryer but they did not give me. I will not recommend this to any family stay.

    The front desk staff was very polite and welcoming. My only complaint about the stay was that housekeeping did not conduct a full service cleaning. The beds were not made, the toiletries were not replenished, and the trash was not removed. They only replaced our towels.
