    One of my coworkers left her room in the morning with the bathroom sink completely fine. While we were away, housekeeping found the sink broken. Instead of investigating what happened, management immediately decided it was our co-worker's fault, charged her $350, police wad called, and had her removed from the hotel. What bothered me wasn’t even the money. It was the attitude. The manager never provided any evidence, never considered other possibilities, and treated the situation as if the guest was automatically guilty. The police themselves said it was a civil matter and did not determine who caused the damage. Yet the hotel still chose to force a guest out based solely on an assumption. Very disappointing experience and not what I would expect from a Hilton property.

    We checked into this hotel at 11 PM, and by midnight, the AC was blowing hot air. The room temperature skyrocketed to a suffocating 86°F. When we called the front desk, we were told no other rooms were available. By 3 AM, the heat was so unbearable and unsafe for our child that we called again just begging for a fan. A front desk staff member actually came to the room, looked at the thermostat, and verified how hot it was. She then admitted they did have an empty room next door from a no-show guest. However, after making us wait 15 minutes, she refused to move us solely because we booked through a third party (Hotels.com). Left with no air circulation and fearing a heat stroke for our child, we were forced to pack our bags in the middle of the night and sleep in our car. When Hotels.com tried to call the hotel to resolve it, the staff put the agent on hold indefinitely. To make matters worse, management only offered a insulting 50% discount for making a family sleep in their vehicle. This place has zero regard for basic hospitality, customer service, or safety. Avoid at all costs!

    No complaints to share. Staff was very courteous and respectful. Breakfast was as you would expect for continental. Room was clean and price was appropriate. Shuttle to MD Anderson was punctual and efficient. Would stay at this property again if another visit is needed.

    We weren't real pleased with the slow responses to our calls for shuttle pick-ups, one day it took two phone calls and 30 minutes for the shuttle to come. As cancer patients, we are very tired after our appointments and waiting so long outside in the heat is hard. This was the 3rd Hampton Inn we stayed at over the past month, and our least favorite.

We had a very comfortable stay and would definitely recommend it. Staff wasn't the friendliest. They were short and just didn't feel welcomed.

    The bed was uncomfortable. You could hear the springs when you sat on the bed which was really low. Hot water in the shower never got warm enough and the TV was of poor quality. The price was too high for the quality of this hotel.

    The location was great. The hot water was not as hot as we would like. Was not aware the room was only cleaned on request. Was out all day and came “home” to an uncleaned room. They did offer to clean the room but it was late and we were tired and needed some rest. They did bring us some towels.

    This was a terrific place to stay for medical checkups in Houston. Just 6 minutes away from MD Andersen and quiet. The paid parking lot seemed to be secure and there is a Lubys right next door.

    Our Room door was left open by house keeping. Mind you they didn’t even clean the room. When I talked to management they said oh they must have been distracted and didn’t end up cleaning your room. That was not my complaint my complaint was leaving my hotel room door open all afternoon until we returned to find it open.

    Everything was awesome, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were very clean, very quiet, we had very restful nights. The only thing that was very disappointing was the shuttle, we had to call the hotel a couple of times before the driver got the message and we waited over an hour and a have before they picked us up, I think it would be helpful if the driver had a phone we could call directly to him/her would be much much convenient for us especially after being at the hospital for hours. Just something to think about, but do plan to return in 6 months

    Overall it was rundown. The room was dirty. Hairs on the vanity. Hairs in the bed - between the fit and flatted sheet so obviously the bedding had not been washed! Some other kind of substance on the bed sheet I couldn't identify. Shady neighborhood. Advertised as having gated parking for $12/day, but the gate was never locked. I don't know how this place got good reviews. I've stayed in hundreds of Hamptons and never had a bad experience until this one.

    The a/c unit was very noisy and it took forever for the water to get hot in the shower. I had the handle turned all the way to the hot side. I really like the fact that the hotel has the gated parking area. There are several hotels in the area that don't offer this and if they do charge you extra for parking there. Even though these were issues I would stay at the hotel again.

    Breakfast was better than alot of other hotel breakfasts I've had. Same lady everyday took pride in keeping everything clean and full. 5 day stay for MD Anderson which is close and shuttles offered. Have to come back in December and will definitely stay here again.

    Really liked having the shuttle to MD Anderson (huge help!) and the Luby's next door. Room was clean and quiet. Couldn't figure out how to lower the blackout curtain, which was disappointing, and the door handle to the room was difficult to turn (really took a lot of force). But those were small issues. Overall, very pleased with the stay and would definitely return again.

    Clean, spacious, comfortable king suite with kitchen, but some problems cropped up, needing repairs. (Turned in to management.) Dead batteries in remote; leaking, constantly dribbling shower faucet; broken shower gel dispenser; broken TP holder. Fairly minor issues but still should not have happened in a Hilton hotel. Good breakfast. Would stay here again.

    I was visiting a nearby college with my son. This was a great location for all that we needed to do. When we arrived, the air in the lobby area was out. It was super-hot. Our room was totally different. We checked in to a comfortable room. The amenities were great, the hotel is just a little outdated. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

    Paying for parking that your already paying to stay at. I wasn't aware of this fee. Housekeepers were good. Morning shift front desk staff was Excellent. I kept getting billed on my credit card for 4 different rooms. She took care of it refunded the money back to my card and billed me properly.

    Parking was very easy with plenty of handicapped spots. Room was clean and smelled nice. The a/c was a little temperamental, but that is hotel life. Areas for improvement: The television options were absolutely awful. The pillows - flimsy The bed coverings -thin & scratchy. I would stay again, but bring pillows and my own blanket.

    I was impressed about the cost of a small water bottle in your store. Three dollars for a 30 cents item in the supermarket. I was also impressed for paying 12 dollars for parking after paying 120 dollars for a mediocre room. Possibly either your area is unsafe or you are taking advantage of seriously ill patients.

    This Hampton Inn is located in the medical district and by the NRG center. The hotel definitely needs some updating. The rooms were dated.The elevators were dirty, our sheets had stains. I don't sleep on hotel sheets anyway, but still disgusting. The breakfast area was cleaned and the attendant was nice!

    This hotel is in dire need of a deep clean and facelift for the entire interior. Hallways were poorly lit, carpets were a little dingy, floor tiles in the elevator were broken, there were random stains on the hallway walls and in our room, the front desk area was disorganized and dirty, there were food crumbs left on the nightstand in our room, the corner areas and the areas around the baseboards of the room were dirty and looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in forever. Overall not that great of a stay, it didn’t look or feel clean for the price we paid-I think it would be fine if I hadn’t paid for the hotel but I definitely felt jipped.

    Great place to stay, the AC was a slow to cool the room so we were a little uncomfortable at the beginning of the night. The room was clean and comfortable and the location is perfect if you are going to the Med Center. They offer a shuttle service that really makes it easy to attend Dr appointments with ease.
