People at front desk were super friendly and welcoming and very helpful, rooms were clean but you could tell maintenance needs alittle work. Other than that we will stay again and again we love the way the staff is helpful and nice and how rooms are clean.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the location was great to everything we planned to do. The suite was a nice size. My entire family barely got any sleep during the two nights we stayed there, due to how uncomfortable the beds and pillows were and how bright the rooms were. They had black out curtains that didn't block out any light on the sides and extremely bright led lights over the basketball court area that our room overlooked. The room was lite up all night, so that you couldn't tell what time it was. It looked like the sun was up in the middle of the night and made it very difficult to sleep. (see the attached photos, 1st one shows what it looked like at 2am, because yes, I was awake, and the second shows how bright it was by 7am) They also apparently didn't have time restrictions on the use of the basketball court, as there were people playing out there past 10 pm the first night we arrived, then they were back out there at 7:45am on a Saturday morning, banging the ball on the court, which echoed through our windows. Then people were out there again at almost 10pm the following night. Thankfully they waited till 9am on Sunday. But seriously, I expect to be able to sleep in a little on the weekend and it's not too much to ask that people not be allowed to play on the basketball court till after 10am, or at least 9am at the earliest, though I think that's too early. Also, when we arrived, several of the lights were out or broken in the bedroom. Only one lamp worked. The fan overhead light was broken and the fan speed couldn't be adjusted, as the pull was completely gone, and the light bulb was out on the second lamp, so I had to go downstairs and asked for a new bulb.

Cons-Only 1 waffle maker (constant wait to use it), tub had a constant trickle, this hotel is approx 40 yards from the TRAIN-ONLY goes in the middle of the night/EARLY morning, random times (most nights more than once)

Staff was nice but the condition of our room was terrible. The tiles in the bathroom were cracked and after a shower there was brown stuff leaking up from them. There were also dirty dishes in the dishwasher and half the outlets did not work.

The staff was amazing. The room had issues. My main issue was there was what I am hoping was dog poop under the bed near the window and in the bedroom closet. I found it by stepping on it. I cleaned sone of it up before I realized just how much there was. This was of course the day we were leaving so i informed the desk at checkout.

Chose to stay here bc it’s close to NASA and we were traveling with a group of family. The suites are convenient instead of booking multiple rooms elsewhere. This location is definitely in need of repairs. Rooms were clean. Staff was nice. Breakfast was a hit with the kids.

Everything was awesome as far as the room and the staff was amazing. The problem was we killed around 15 roaches over our stay.

I was surprised by the positive reviews. We booked a suite for one night, but the bathroom was in very poor condition. The bathtub looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in a long time. The sofa bed was very squeaky and uncomfortable. The only positive aspect was that the breakfast was good.

The stay was nice overall. We had a group of seven and booked a suite, which was very spacious and comfortable. It included two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and three TVs, which worked out perfectly for our group. The only downside was that our room was located at the very back of the building in a dark hallway, which we didn’t care for.

This place needs to be upgraded everything was out dated.The elevator took forever to come so I used the stairs instead.The room was in a very bad condition. The paint was peeling over by the TV,Bed and the Bathroom was dirty hair in the tub,dirt in tub and mold on the side of the tub and the air vent wasn’t working also.The staff was very friendly

Everything else was real good but under my room#: 206 are HVAC systems which in the silence of night are noisy. How ever, I was tired and woke up just a couple of times.

This was a 1.5 star hotel and should not be deemed 3 star. Our room was extremely old and dusty and desperately needs repair. The kitchen sink leaked. There were thick layers of dust in the HVAC vents. The bathroom floor tile had missing grout so that you can easily cut your feet. I had to cover that area of the bathroom with a towel. The room was dusty. Sofabed sank in and I had to put the mattress on the floor for a slightly more comfortable sleep. Beware and stay away!

Homewood Suites CLC NASA is an excellent hotel for family or business stay. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and it included everything we needed for a home away from home stay.

I had to have surgery at the hospital nearby and the hotel was four minutes away. The place was clean and comfortable. The staff was nice and friendly. I felt comfortable there.

Although the property is a little outdated, the staff was great, and the complimentary breakfast was also pretty good.

We always stay with homewood because its great place to stay when we travel with family.

The staff provided quality service being hospitable, knowledgeable and very friendly! If there was any questions or needs they would literally jump to help so you can tell they care for their customers. Honestly, they were the highlight of the stay! The bedroom and kitchen were very clean, though the bathrooms and pull out bed definitely need upgrades.

The staff was amazing. And the room was very clean. However the bed was super uncomfortable and too short for my 6 foot tall husband. Other than that it was amazing.

It was close to event location and it was quiet even though near railway

Lots of great food and attractions near by. However, it’s located right next to a train track and both nights we awoke to the train whistle blowing.Cleanliness was VERY poor. There were handprint on n the doors and walls, stains on the carpet and furniture was torn. When walking through the lobby in the evening, there were still visible stains from breakfast that morning. Also chose this location because it advertised gym with photos of a weight rack. All this gym has is a treadmill, 1 cycle, 3 medicine balls, weight bench but not a single weight to be found. I have stayed at this chain several times in the past but this time was extremely disappointing.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Breakfast was very good and they provided uninterrupted good service despite the snow storm that hit Houston while we were in town. Many thanks to the staff! The rooms are a little dated, but ours was clean, quiet, and much larger and comfortable than expected. We would stay here again.

I have absolutely no clue how this hotel has such good ratings. We booked because of great ratings but our experience was everything but great. Our hotel room needed a solid remodel and the cleaning was questionable. There was hair in the bathroom that wasn't ours (and not just a strand, a whole bunch of hair.) The shower was absolutely foul. Thank goodness we were only there for one night. The tile was completely cracked and extremely dangerous for our 1 year old. We had to block her from certain parts of the room due to dangers. I would not recommend this hotel. Like at all. They only provided half a roll of toilet paper and two towels for a room of 6. Only good thing was the closeness to NASA and Kemah Boardwalk.

The front desk was the greatest. The room was horrible 1st it had ants in the bathroom. Then to make it worst the cover on our bed had lipstick on them. The pool area was great for our baseball team and son birthday.

Poor breakfast. No water. No juice. The lady was speaking with guests and no service of refill of thise things plus coffie. Old TV did not go on.

Available when I needed it to be after getting scanned out of a vacation rental. We evicted our stay and the pool. Breakfast could include waffles or something more filling.

this hotel and name brand. First room AC controls didn’t work so moved us promptly at least. Rooms were quite dated, floor had large depressions like it might fall through at any moment, missing items like luggage holder, not cleaned well based on food crumbs in multiple room, no extra toilet paper. Not horrible, but not what you’d expect for a Homewood Suites.

Owner needs to repair shower head in 132 it’s ruining ceiling and floors by leaking. Other than that our stay was perfect.

The first day we came back from our sightseeing and our room was not cleaned or made. The cleaning lady that same day went to my room to object that I complained about it and was upset, she spoke English very poorly and I couldn’t understand her but she was angry. Again, this shouldn’t happen!! Terrible staff guys! The area around the hotel is great, but I recommend you find another hotel with better staff service of the ones that are around the area. Nice breakfast

What didn’t like it was a family on top floor was noise

We stayed for 4 nights and the kids wanted to use the pool but the pool was closed due to it being dirty. The beds were uncomfortable and the sofa. Cracks, pealing on the wall and the room had an old stench in the room.

Great experience; our two bedroom suite was perfect for our family that included 3 young kids as they had plenty of room to run around. The breakfast was also a hit and the staff was very friendly. Our room could use an update but it was clean and cozy.

The only thing I would have to say they needed to improve is the hot water. Goes cold very quickly.

Top of fridge had white dust as sheetrock work was done but never cleaned (cleaned off myself). Patch work around Fire Alarm Mini-horn was bad repair Floor tile cracked Heavy mildew smell. NOTE: Room 146 had a same issues, same bad review a month ago.

Wonderful hotel and suite. One of the comfiest hotel beds I've ever slept in. Staff was super friendly. Breakfast was good. Only bummer was the train horn in the middle of the night, but thats not their fault.

The staff was lovely, and the main areas are kept up well although aged. Our room was pretty clean although dated. The bathroom was in horrendous condition. though. It had wallpaper peeling off the wall in the bathroom, they were cracked tiles, which could’ve been very hazardous, and the bathtub was in great disrepair around the drain.

It was a ok stay. Breakfast always good at any Homewood Suites locations. The rooms need a lot of up to date fixtures.

This was a nice quiet friendly stay. The breakfast was ample. Housekeeping was great. The only area of need is some signs of wear and tear.

The pool should not even be open to guests. It was so gross we wouldn’t even allow our children to swim. Chairs are falling apart. Walkway around the pool is chipping apart and is dangerously sharp in several areas. I got in the pool and the bottom/floor felt like I was standing in dirt

Excellent breakfast. Staff were professional and friendly. The shower water tap was continuously dripping water after shutoff. Shower water does not drain properly when taking a shower. This is common in old hotels. Not sure why. Didn’t bother to report since these things are never taken care off on our other stays in hotels. Otherwise our stay was great.

For a family of 8 (2 adults and 6 kids, 3 of which are a 1 year old and 4 month old twins), we absolutely loved the suite we were able to rent! Not only did it have 2 rooms with 3 beds, and pull out sofa bed, but it also had a kitchen and 2 bathrooms! The breakfast each morning was always different and so yummy too!!! The only disappointment was the pool was down for maintenance or something so the kiddos didn’t get to swim! Nevertheless, everything about this hotel was amazing!!!

We had a wonderful check-in experience. I wish I had gotten the gentleman's name--he was phenomenal!! I only had two minor complaints,,,,there was quite a bit of "crumb materials" outside our door. Also, I totally understand conserving energy, but the hallways are so warm it's uncomfortable to walk down them.

The downside of the hotel was that it is aged and probably due soon for remodel and upgrades. Our issues were the ceiling fan in the bedroom would only turn at a very low setting, but thankfully the AC system was adequate. The microwave in the room would run but not heat food. And the AC system in the second floor hallway was definitely out. In saying the above it was not a deal breaker and I would stay there again if we needed to.

There was no maid service all weekend. The manager stated this is normal for them. I told him it wasn’t what I expected. They don’t pass the savings on to the consumer on the weekend.

at check in i was charged an extra $60 for possible "incidentals" never got a clear explanation of what that means - the room was clean but plaster peeling off the walls, mattress. were motel 6 quality, etc the most uncomfortable night i can remember in a long time. room was rented for 3 adults and one child but only 2 bath towels. We spent all day at NASA and at dinner that evening everyone voted to leave early(lfor a night that was already paid for) and drive 6 hours to get back home for a good nights rest. very disappointed.

The hotel staff was friendly. The suite was a good size, 2 rooms, 2bathrooms. The room could have used an upgrade but it was very convenient to the drs office. We will come back.
