This hotel was a great selection for my family and our needs. They were incredibly accommodating for my children who are on the spectrum. The facilities were so ell maintained and the continental breakfast was delicious. I will say that I had to request housekeeping services during my weekend stay, but it was rectified quickly.

Room was very clean, staff nice and accommodating, pool was AMAZING! Breakfast could have been better but was not the worst. Close to where we needed to be. Definitely recommend going to Round 1 if you are visiting with children. Located in Willowbrook mall. Will stay here again in the future.

Breakfast was good, place was clean we did not have a hair dryer in our room. My husband went and spoke to the front desk and they provided one.

Staff was great, but both TVs in my room didn’t work half the time. And then I tried to play my PlayStation, and it wouldn’t work either. Almost like there’s a piece of equipment that was keeping it from working. Hint** that piece of equipment is a box behind the TVs. Very frustrating getting home after working for 10-13 hours a day and coming home to nothing to do because the tv wouldn’t turn on or work properly or at all… and also the fact that it almost broke my PlayStation 5. Insane that as soon as I got home and plugged it in, it worked no problem. And the error code it was giving me basically told me what was happening. Do better, get rid of those tv boxes.

The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The bed felt like sleeping on a cloud, and all the amenities were top-notch. I especially appreciated the little touches that made the stay feel extra special.

The room was not clean. There were dirty hands prints on the bead head and the worst was when we turned on the water in the shower. The water was brownish. So disgusting. We asked to leave and we changed hotel

The room was nice but the maid tried to come into my room without knocking even with the "do not disturb" sign on the door 😞 and it was still 2 hours before checkout.

No toiletries..allergies to lavender and thats the only soap they had.. the shower had mold in it and breakfast was ok.

One of the best hotels we have stayed at so far. The room was spotless, the front desk staff was very helpful and kind. The pool was the main reason we stayed as it was an indoor pool, very well maintained and kid friendly.

I was disappointed in the way the breakfast and mgr reception was described in the hotel details and then when we got there found out the mgr reception had been discontinued and the breakfast was not as nice as we thought it would be. Out of coffee, rotten bananas, runny eggs. Very poor quality. Room was clean and was very close to the hospital my husband had surgery at. So location and room is why I scored like I did.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was standard. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Only complaint is the pool area. The floor around the pool was completely flooded so you would have to take your shoes off prior to even entering the pool room and any belongings were subject to being soaked if they fell off the tables. Other than that we enjoyed ourselves and will definitely use again in the future

There was only one elevator working which was a inconvenience. On my last night the pool was closed for some reason that was unfortunate.

When i first checked in they weren't done cleaning out my room, I didnt mind waiting for that. The rooms on the very top floor get hot, but my room this stay on floor six stayed nice and cool. My room was right next to the housekeeping, it was so incredibly loud. All in all the room was super nice and clean but the noise was truely a bit infuriating.

Loved all the AC outlets in our suite and USB ports on the night stand. Also liked the in full,-sized refrigerator, cook stove & microwave in the kitven area. Didn't like the roll-in shower which didn't have doors that enclosed the ENTIRE shower. The glass only covered half the shower that allowed water to spray out onto the bathroom floor which soaked the shower mat.

Customer service was great the appearance of the hotel was ok, but my tub faucet dropped all night, informed the staff put a work order in tub never got fixed and to top it all off there was three roaches that were seen in my room. One in the phone receiver, one roach in the kitchen and a baby roach crawling on the door. So this place has to be infested with roaches. Maybe that is the reason why part of the second floor is completely vacant and there is discarded box springs and couches on the back look.

No room service for Thanksgiving holiday. Understandable , but got no new towels, trash wasn’t removed, or anything like that. Pam at front desk was very short and rude when I questioned my bank charge vs my receipt. Had no prior knowledge of a hold on my account. That type of thing should be discussed at check in. Will not stay again, even tho I’m a rewards member. I do not entertain people in hospitality as rude as Pam was. My money was given to yall and if a different amount was charged I should have been told.

Woke up to small ants all over our room and our belongings. We cancelled our 4 day stay after one night. The front desk reimbursed my night and cancelled others but it was a huge inconvenience to have a pending hold on my funds and have to reserve another hotel, it threw off our entire plans.

My stay was good

I liked that the morning front desk crew were pleasant, and that it was easy to find parking near my room. There were a couple issues: there was a used, dirty, still wet face towel in the shower, there was no hand soap in the bathroom, and the light when you walk in didn’t work. For some odd reason the sanitation truck picked up the trash at 1am. I’ve never in my life seen this until now. I can’t fault the property but a heads up would have been nice. I am a light sleeper so the noise not only scared me, it interrupted my sleep pattern. There was no fresh fruit for breakfast either morning, and they had plastic cutlery out.

Breakfast is the only issue I had limited options no starch like potatoes only eggs and sausage on hot line staff was really nice everything very clean grill needs some attention.

The best stay I’ve had while traveling in a good minute. Staff was helpful and quick to respond when assistance was needed. We enjoyed the stay and hopefully will be back one day.

The hotel room, hallways, and outside property were well maintained. The pool however was cloudy and had a horrible smell. The breakfast was very lacking (many empty containers) and the cooked food was horrible. No dinner was served as is done in most Residence Inn hotels. And the front desk attendant, while friendly, made it clear that he doesn't like children.

We were in Houston for a family reunion and rented three rooms for three small families. The hotel was clean and new. The person checking us in was very helpful and got us in a little early to accommodate our kids.

The comforter had blood on it. The front of the fridge was filthy. The carpet looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in a week. The hallway had the same trash in it the entire 2.5 days I was there. It was the worst Marriott experience I’ve ever had.

The room was filthy and blood stains in the bathroom on the floor: there was NO HOT WATER. When I asked a staff to help me they said the boilers are down and only 1 is workingl they offered to put me in another room that was across the hall where when we tested for hot water it did not have any either. Several other guest in the lobby in the morning were complaining about cold showers. I asked for a refund to the staff member and was denied: I would have gone else where. I was also given a handicap room that I did not request. This place is poorly managed and needs to be assessed by its owners.

Our stay was very disappointing. 1st room was not very clean. We returned for booked 2nd night and they had rented our room to someone else. Showed front desk our booking which showed 2 days, along with the other 2 reservations for family that came at the same time & they did not take responsibility for the error. We did get another room and they had our suitcase at the front desk. Both evenings there were so many people outside the front door standing around smoking something besides cigarettes. Rooms were ok but bathrooms not very clean. Charged us a different nightly amount than the reservation stated. Overall, I would recommend you choose another hotel. There has to be better choices.

This hotel was close to the highway and not too far from shopping/dining area. The swimming pool was a decent size, but it was cold. The kids still enjoyed it.

I was in town for a funeral and the hotel was centrally located providing access to the meeting place, the funeral home, and the cemetery. It was also located near shopping centers and eateries. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The facility was clean and tidy. The breakfast was delicious. Besides the circumstances, it was a pleasant stay.

Great room. Very spacious for family of 7. 5 kids under 13 fit well in king suite. Down side was room didn’t very cool. Room stayed around 74.

Everything there was excellent! The establishment was very clean with friendly staff. My family and I enjoyed the fire pit outside but the only downside was the pool was really cold at night.

Pros - The stay was great and the property was conveient to places we needed to visit. Cons - The breakfast was an exact repeat day after day. The elevator floor notification sounds like Big Bend. Had to argue with the front desk for 10 minutes to have her print that no charges were on our incidental credit bill. Finally did print it

Switched my room last minute and no notice we had kids and they gave us one less bed so we had to make the best of beds for everyone and it wasn’t comfortable for anybody no reimbursement or anything

First of all, a roach ran across the sofa when we were sitting on it. The bathtub faucet dripped all night and i had to shut thr door to get any sleep. And for the most part, the staff didn't seem too happy to be working there.

My television had "no signal". My check in was late and i did not feel like getting someone to the room at that hour. I turned the set off and it kept coming back on lighting up the room. I finally unplugged the cables from the rear of the set so i could sleep. Very disappointing.

I booked a suite with two bedrooms that was supposed to come with a queen bed and two other beds but instead they gave me a room with only two beds.

The property allows you to escape the hustle and bustle of Houston but close enough to visit.
