Small pool. Front desk staff almost never present. Found two roaches in my room. Not super impressed.

Room could have been a tad cleaner, however any issue was quickly taken care of by staff.

This hotel was very clean, the room was super spacious for myself and my 5 children. The bathroom was beautiful and the closet was huge for a hotel. This will be my hotel of choice from here on out!

The Cooling system stayed at 75 and was way too cold for the night I stayed.

Property looked renovated and clean other than a hair found in the tub when I was about to shower. Light switches were a game of musical lights and air was not turned on so it was hot and took a while to cool off. The location was very secluded, staff were either scared of customers or in the back super busy.

Our stay at SpringHill Suites was very comfortable and enjoyable. We loved everything about our room, the property and the staff. Everyone was gracious and helpful. I loved the fitness room and the morning breakfast was helpful, it saved us a bunch on food costs. My kids and husband enjoyed the pool and I loved the layout of the bathroom. I liked the convenience of the shopping places near by as to avoid having to go out of our way to go pick up things we may have needed during this trip. Also it was quiet even though we were right by the freeway. I definitely would recommend and stay again. We come to Houston pretty often, so we shall see. Thanks for having us.

Over all it was ok, but I requested a king bed they but provided me with unclean bedding with queen bed.

Rooms were clean only down fall from this property is the noice. They gave us a room right on top of a patio and people partied there til 4am noice was unbearable they need to have a stopping point to party in the patio area Also ypu can here everything from the rooms on top all the stomping noice is bad.

Bought and paid for stay on booking.com and then when my husband arrived to check in they made him pay again and have still not received a refund. Definitely not worth 900+$ a night which is what I have now paid

I stayed for 11 days. I liked that it’s close to all the conveniences of being in close proximity to dining, shopping and sightseeing. I’ll stay here again when I’m back in cypress

Everything was great, every staff member spoken too was beyond friendly, and it was very quiet. Only request is more parking spots.

4 days there never once I got house keeping called front desk twice to complain about the noise of someone in the next room never got and answer I disintegrated complain because I was busy but definitely didn’t like the experience

Tv and internet was out most of my stay. Overall I felt safe and had a place to lay my head for a week. Breakfast was very low mid. Coffee in lobby was great. Coffee machine in room did not work. Over all stay was just ok. Thanks

Our rooms were clean. Staff is friendly. Breakfast was pretry good. Lots of restaurants nearby. Some rooms under construction. It didn't impact our stay. The pool was okay. The children and teen liked the gym.

Room was none and spacious

The staff at the property are nice. The amenities were as listed. However, it is right in the feeder road and there is not much around it in terms of places to eat. You have to get in your car and drive to get to any restaurant. The complementary breakfast was just ok.

No one let us know our reservations were cancelled from the storm they had. The lost power for 2 days and we got there with little alrenatives. Most places were sold out and we were lucky to get the last room at the Hilton. Paid almost 3 times but it was a place to stay. I blame both Orbitz and the hotel. What a fiasco.

Against incoming traffic. Very dangerous! You have literally made your property into the perfect place to be ambushed by criminals/gang members, which have a strong presence in this area.

They gave me a dirty room. Almost like someone was there before us. It was old food and drinks in the room. When I called the front desk they told me someone will clean it up. When we came back it was still in there

The property was convenient to my location of where I needed to be. No issue with parking rooms were clean.

The Expedia check in time is different to the hotel check in time. It’s a 2 hour difference. Disappointing.

Room was very clean, breakfast was great! Staff were friendly. The only issue I had was on my second day, the people upstairs were obnoxiously stomping around. They finally quieted down overnight, but the next morning, they were back to stomping around. Thankfully I was getting ready to check out anyway. Otherwise, I would definitely stay here again. I felt safe and comfortable

Our family was here for a baseball tournament and our family vacation in one. The hotel was clean, comfortable and safe and the manager was helpful and professional. However there was a 10u basketball team that was staying there and they got somewhat rowdy at times and left messes around the hotel. Also there was a nurses conference on the last morning of our stay and the nurses were eating all of the food for breakfast which left nothing for the guest. When letting the head kitchen staff person know she was a bit short in her response. We had to wait for more food to be cooked which put us behind on our trip. If the nurses where allowed to eat the food then the hotel should have planned accordingly. Overall our stay was pleasant and I would stay here again!

Property was close to where we needed. Rooms were clean and breakfast had a good variety.

But it's not so clean specially the pool area and the pool is pretty small. Also there are noise specially from the room above us during night when it was time to rest. But overall, it was good enough...

There was no body wash in the bathroom. Sofa was stained and dirty, the microwave was dirty, the bathroom floor was dirty, the pool was so small and outdated, overall it was terrible.

The stateroom was very confortable and clean. People were friend.

AVERAGE - Breakfast was okay; I would have preferred more low carb options like scrambled eggs and bacon. NEGATIVE - My group was 4 ladies who stayed 4 nights - the room was serviced only once (which we had to request service; we requested service 2 other times, as well, but didn't receive it); we had to ask for towels every day, we had to take out our garbage ourselves; and we had to request more trash bags and toilet paper.

I arrived at the hotel at 3:10 a.m. and had to stand in the vestibule until 4:30 a.m. when the front door was finally unlocked. I tried the call button in the vestibule many, many times, and also tried calling the front desk, but my calls went unanswered. The hotel's website indicates that it is staffed 24/7, which clearly is not the case. As a woman traveling alone, it definitely did not make me feel safe. Since I had taken an Uber from the airport, I didn't even have a car I could sit in until the staff arrived.

I liked the hotel. It appeared fairly new. It was clean and well lighten. However, it was next to an off ramp of the fwy. Which was noisy and could hear slightly in the hotel. Parking was also limited. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

Terrible experience! I booked a king bed and when I got there they said none were available. I can understand that, but not the rest of our experience. No body wash, lotion, shower extremely hard to turn on, very small counter area in bathroom. Breakfast was awful and hot items were barely warm. Glasses for juice were too high and unreachable for short people. Website stated a lounge was available but no such place and staff was not helpful. Staff spoke another language in front of us, very rude. Not staying here again.

We stayed 2 nights here last week. The property is clean, easy to get to, and quiet. The continental breakfast was simple and just okay. The hot food was all prepackaged items (waffles, egg sandwiches), only one cereal option, only one yogurt option and only one fruit option (oranges). Coffee was good, and oatmeal was good. The pull out sofa bed in the room was very uncomfortable with hardly any support. Could feel the springs and bar right through the sheets. My poor daughter’s back hurt after sleeping on it.

The room was large and the sofa even has a pullout trundle bed underneath. The staff were very nice, helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel.

Triple charged at check-in for $300… manager did not know how to resolve the issue. None of the TVs, in the gym worked, no water available, tank was empty and stayed that way for two days even though we mentioned it multiple time. No towels in the gym, the bin was full of dirty towels and was that was for our entire stay. Garbage can in the hall by the elevator was full of take out boxes and smelled. Sign in the gym says to wipe down equipment but there are no sprays, towels or wipes available. Front desk person was sitting in the lobby watching tv or unavailable

find my reservation I gave itinerary number still couldn't find it, i put all my cc information in and looking at my bank acct i have 4 pending charges. There was no breakfast that was told there was going to be, had to go off property, had been there for a basketball game so I had to spend extra money to get them breakfast

I like the size of the rooms however this hotel was smaller than the other springhill suites I stayed in. Also the breakfast was not up to par w other springhill suites. And the room needed to be vacuumed better. Kind of dirty.

The room was very dirty. The sheets had spots of blood. Water on was in the carpet. They moved us but had to be separated with my family, no double queen beds available. The pool was very very small. Breakfast was ok. Would not go back again.

For the price of the hotel the breakfast should not have been prepackaged microwaveables. The 24 coffee was false advertising. Requested housekeeping to fill up body wash dispenser, this was not completed.

However, when it comes to breakfast, it is probably the worst ever I had…and not so much for me, as for kids. They could barely eat anything there, on top of you constantly had to ask staff to put out more bowls for cereal, more milk, more, more, more… Liked the room, was disappointed with breakfast.

Very peaceful

The room was so dirty. The floor was sticky and the whole room smelled like dirty feet. There was a street light outside our window and the curtains did not block the light so the room was bright all night long. The continental breakfast was pathetic as well.

Room was nice. Dislikes: 1. No changing of towels, bed making etc. Presumably due to Covid. Covid doesn't seem to stop them accepting my money. 2. Taking money from my card ( to be retuned in 3 days) for possible incidental chargees.
