Everything is good. Room suite is nice model , perfect for my vacation. Look new. Breakfast is good also. Nothing.

This property has maintenance issues. That was apparent from the moment we arrived. One of the two elevators had a misleading handwritten sign stating the elevator was out of service and that "the tech is on the way". The sign was up the entire time and there was only one (very slow) elevator. The TV didn't work in our room. Another guest in a room nearby apologized in advance if he makes a lot of noise slamming his door. He said it didn't shut properly otherwise. There were also multiple lights in our room that did not work. The property is generally clean, but worn. Unfortunately, we also had a terrible experience on our checkout morning. Another guest opened the door to our room at approximately 9:30AM (check-out time is noon). We were still in our room, had not checked out or done anything on the Marriott app. He was checking in and had just been provided a key by the front desk. I attempted to call the front desk multiple times with no answer. I finally got someone to answer on my third call. She apologized and said she had just assigned the room because the system said it was vacant and had been inspected by housekeeping. This was a serious guest safety violation. I was offered little more than "sorry" and no management contacted me. Incidentally, none of our keys to our room worked after this happened. I'm glad I checked. It made our departure difficult as someone had to stay in the room during loading. Very disappointing.

Pool was great! Bar was not open any of the 3 nights during our stay even though handwritten hours were posted on the bar itself. Solid breakfast. Lack of TV choice/options like Hilton competitor properties feature.

This place was always my go-to when in Houston for work. First time I’ve been back to this hotel in about 18 months. I’m that amount of time it has become a dirty, run-down, pile of junk. The noise levels inside the room from outside were worse than ever before too. If you stayed here before and it was good, it isn’t now!! Find another place!

Clean room, great location

Inside was a little rundown, but overall it was decent.

The washroom was not clean. I found used soap in the bathroom and the trash bin already had trash in it. I also requested room on first floor since my dad is handicap and can’t walk much but they said the rooms were not clean when I arrived at the hotel at 11:00 pm at night.

The hotel staff was wonderful. Rebecca and Harold at the front desk were very helpful and polite. But, the room was lacking. The bed was very uncomfortable, we discovered the blanket had yellow stains on it, and the desk was sticky for some reason...Room 425 needs some work.

It was a big roach in the lobby when we checked in we didn’t check in til after midnight due to flights cancellation I asked for a late check out and they would not accommodate me housekeeping walked in my room before check out while my kids was still laying down sleeping another staff came around checking rooms for smoking this has never had this happen to me before I think it might had something to do with race I’m not sure but other staff members was nice

No one returns messages or is helpful. Terrible customer service. Period!

Towels and sheets had stains and there was visible dust on the bed heads. Not well cleaned and maintained at all.

No matter how far you are from the highway, you can hear the cars going by.

The elevator was slow but other than that it was great. The breakfast was awesome.

I gave a rating of 4 because everything was great except the food. The food was not up to par with the rest of the hotel, especially at the price. Eggs, biscuits, and gravy were cold and just not good at all. Oatmeal was good. Not much in the way of options- hardly any fruit, etc.

Property was clean. The room it self was clean-ish. We got a suite and the pull-out had crumbs and trash on the bed. The drain was full of hair, so the water didn't drain very good. There were no trash bags in none of the trash bins, Other than that our stay was pretty good.

I really enjoyed my stay . The bar is welcoming with great conversations. Breakfast was good. Area felt safe and clean.

There is a terrible smell throughout the property, the rooms smell damp, there is police in the hotel, the only good thing is the friendly staff, but I would not return to this hotel.

Stay was fine no major issues. Problem is they charged my credit card $20 a night for incidentals we did not use and we have not been refunded.

Nice property but parking was a bit of an issue. Very dark exterior and distant parking wasn’t super well lit. Otherwise friendly staff and comfortable room for reasonable rate.

Gteat experience!

We were coming for a wedding. We arrived an hour and a half before we needed to head to the wedding to be on time. They had booked us with roommates (???) from a different wedding party when we didn’t book with a wedding party at all and it took them a full hour to correct their mistake. This really stressed our time to get ready as my girlfriend was counting on more time to do her hair and makeup. Honestly this hotel ruined our trip and we will never stay at another SpringHill again. There were also ants in our room I found one in our bed. They offered us an “I’m sorry but at least it’s fixed now” and that was all they did to make it right

The area is still under development. Not walkable.

Our first room didn't have a TV and the toilet was heavily worn, and the guy at the front desk wasn't around most of the time. Called front desk many times and walked to no one. Morning juice and coffee tasted like flavored water. Clean room, breakfast area and good bed.

My room had the thermostat ripped off the wall and the tv didn’t work.

I asked that my bedding be changed, however housekeeping decided not to honor my request. I noticed the same make up stains on the bedding. That is what proved that my request was not completed. On a positive note, Vanessa was extremely positive and welcoming.

Stayed when a tornado took out power for a week at our house. Everyone was so helpful and we had a great time cooling down at the pool

Rooms were not ready for several people until almost 7pm. This happened on multiple days. Some of the maintenance had been neglected ie door knobs, caulking, torn carpet. Breakfast was fine. Area is fine.

Hotel had everything we needed for an overnight stay. Close to Vintage Park Mall with plenty of restaurants & shopping. Loverly hotel with well appointed & spacious suites.

IT WAS GOOD BUT BAD PART WAS THAT ONE OF TEAM FAMILY PARENTS VEHICLE GOT STOLEN. SO IT FEELS NOT LIKE A SAFE PLACE TO STAY AT. WITH ONLY ONE CAMERA ON THE BUILDING THAT IS VERY UNSAFE AND NOT COMFORTING.

Room was as expected from a Spring Hill, clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bar was great! Phillip the bartender provided great drinks and excellent restaurants recommendations near by. Overall it was a great stay!

Not good for a family of 4. The pictures are only part of the issue. We were unable to use the pool it was needed to be deep cleaned.Biscuits and waffles were hard as a rock.

Everything was great service breakfast very clean and safe. The only thing we noticed since we got a suite with 2 queen beds and the sofa bed the sofa mattress had stains and my son did not like that.

The Location was quiet but the room wasn't. The AC was so loud. However, the room was very nice and spacious especially for the room we needed to prep and steam clothes for our daughter's wedding. The property is very nice and supper close to all things in the Vintage, but 2 cars were broken into in one day, but that is just Houston these days. There is always a full breakfast available which was really a plus. The only strange thing was there were no hooks anywhere in the room to hang a towel. I can't give it a 5 star, but maybe a 3.5 because it did serve it's purpose for us.

It was a great place for a one night stay and though a twenty minute commute to the Cynthia Mitchell Pavilion, the drive was easy and not a hassle.

Did not have EV Chargers available which is a bit odd given the no. of EV's on the road now, and how many other properties have them. This will preclude me from staying at this property again. Breakfast was a bit disappointing. No fresh fruit, only fatty options.

I stay in the Vintage area at least once a month and as of this stay it was Springhill Suites that I chose the most. The bartender and front desk people are usually amazing. Not this night. I arrived to the hotel after work and experienced a clogged toilet. After calling for maintenance, I was told there was none. Further I was told they could provide a plunger for me to use, but I would need to come get it myself. Marriott can do better than this and I will be choosing the Hyatt for my next few trips.

We kept having air comfort issues. The AC/heat unit kept shutting down which left the room very warm. Breakfast was good and served in eco-friendly bowls. The plastic wrapped paper plates and plastic-ware in the microwave was a nice touch. I wish the bar would have been open.

We paid for a room with a king bed, but got a queen. The hotel staff tried to convince me that it was a king, it was not! We arrived at night and the front desk lady was rude. She informed us that she needs to go home, and we need to hurry up to check in. She would not listen to us, and kept her narrative going. Additionally, our son’s bed was not made, nor linens were provided. We had to come down and ask for extra sheets and a pillow. The shower knobs in the room were “broken” and very loose, conditioner bottle was empty, and the room had a wet musty smell. I have filed a long complaint with Marriott HQ. Will see what will come out of it.

Room was nice. Bed was great. Breakfast so-so. But—when I took my shower, I nearly fell 3 times because there were no grab bars in the shower, nothing to hang on to. I told the front desk attendant and he graciously moved us to a handicap room with plenty of grab bars. It just seems so risky for a hotel to have any showers without grab bars. You don’t have to be old to fall in a wet shower.

I always check for a Springhill Suite when I travel. And when going to Houston I always book at this particular hotel. We have relatives living there so we go at least once a year. Hotels.com helps me find a Springhill Suite wherever we go.

The property is not in a congested area. You are located away from downtown so there is travel involved to visit certain places but a conveniently placed hotel for the area. The cleanliness and kindness go hand in hand here. We loved our stay and we enjoyed our time in Houston because of it.

This was one of the cleanest, most efficient Marriott Properties I have ever stayed at. The staff was informative, smiling and professional.

Very nice hotel, very clean for it being recently new to open I assume. Terrible choices for breakfast both Saturday and Sunday mornings this past weekend. Just basic eggs with sausage or bacon with toast would be appreciated.

The only thing I can say that was good was the late check out. Parking lot was not lite, Beds were uncomfortable. I had a view of a building. Breakfast was extremely limited. My hairdryer looked like it was from the 80’s… white with red and blue buttons.

The room felt muggy, like it was humid inside our room. Half the lights in the room didn’t work. The food that was reheated and laid out for breakfast was cold and undercooked, the coffee tasted like dirt. None of the staff spoke English so when the provided hairdryer stopped working it was almost impossible to get someone to understand what the issue was and that I needed a new one.

Best stay I’ve had in a while. Staff went above and beyond to make my stay great.

Everything was nice but the breakfast. Quiet comfortable rooms. Nice beds. Close to shopping and restaurant food options. Breakfast lacked variety and included only a couple premade warmed items, cereal, muffins and yogurt. Wish there had been a hot tub.

The hotel & room was very clean. The beds were comfortable & cozy. The breakfast wasn't too bad. It could've had a little bit more to choose from though. Staff was amazing.

Service was great. My room was very clean and spacious. Internet was fast & the breakfast buffet had great variety. A bit on the pricey end but you definitely get what you paid for. Enjoyed my stay.

This is the second time staying in this hotel and will book in the future here again. Cleanliness and the spacious rooms were great.
