I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It's extremely noisy and inconvenient located.The price of the rooms are ridiculous for the terrible service I encountered. I had to change rooms multiple times and was even sent to a room already occupied by another guest. Their rooms have mold and the TVs don't work properly. I wasn't even able to watch any channels on the TV and had to use my laptop and HDMI cable to watch my shows. The housekeeping staff is exceptionally rude. They don't actually clean the rooms and get an attitude when you ask them to. I asked the front desk for a new pillow because the ones in the room were so flat that they were causing me physical pain, and the guy rolled his eyes at me. I was told to leave after reporting their behavior to my booking company. DON'T BOOK HERE!

From the moment we pulled up, the property looked sketchy. Unfortunately, it only got worse once I went inside the room. I specifically paid for a non-smoking room, but it reeked of smoke. When I tried turning on the light near the bathroom, it didn’t work, and when I walked into the bathroom, the toilet was absolutely disgusting. I left immediately and requested a refund, but the hotel refused. I had to contact Hotels.com, and after going back and forth with both the hotel and Hotels.com, I finally received a refund today. This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. To make things even more concerning, the hotel changed its name from “Americas Inn & Suites” to “Crystal Inn & Suites” within just a few days, which is very suspicious. I would not trust this place at all.

The nice gentlemen made coffee for us even though they do not offer coffee so that was really kind :) It was the ONLY Motel we stayed where there was no coffee at all provided. Neither in the room nor in the lobby. That would be something to improve as I'd say almost everybody is happy about a cup of coffee after getting up.

This location used to be quite pleasant. However, my most recent visit was absolutely the worst. I pre-booked and paid so that my service Corgi would have no hiccup when we arrived. As we had car troubles and had been in the heat for most of the day. Im sure we appeared like some homeless bums but even still-The manager refused to accept my service dog even with the Service dog ID. Was attempting to charge my card for a $100 pet deposit that would be returned IF there werent any damages. Then, He had to call for permission from the owner which took a total of 45 mins after the uber dropped. An hour before check out-the power to the AC was turned off and when attempting to dial the office-no one answered. When I turned in the key and to get my receipt the lady said that she'd never heard of that and laughed in my face. Never again will I use this brand but especially this location

Floors dirty actually felt oily. Stains on all towels, sheets. Chunks of something stuck on chairs. Just really dirty and run down. Security latch on door broken.

The first room they put us in, we pulled back the sheets and it literally look terrible. Dark Stains and seemingly recent dried blood. We took footage to the desk and they switched room. However the towels and cloths remained in similar conditions throughout the stay. Old stained and recent things stuck on them. And the WiFi is “free” because it doesn’t work. It was conveniently close to food. Which was the up sit.

It was a nice room, beds were nicely made and staff was friendly. My only issue was finding some toenails by the desk and bed, I picked up what I could with tissue paper and it wasn't a huge deal but it did make me cringe at what could've been missed. Overall, not a bad place to stay, it's within budget and distance to the airport.

Quiet place not far from the airport. Parking lot is small but we had no issues. Staff was friendly.

The room was very clean and the office staff is so very courteous and friendly. I totally recommend this place to anyone, and whenever I'm in town again, this will be the place to go to.

the sheets have burn holes in them and has stains (not sure why they haven’t thrown it away cause it belongs in the trash). Furniture has nail polish stains on them through the room. Key fob goes out constantly so we have to go to the front desk because we’re unexpectedly locked out day/night No iron in room and false amenities are listed Let’s just say my family said I lost my hotel booking duties because they were highly disappointed and uncomfortable.

This is the grossest place I’ve ever stayed. The first room I was in had stained yellow sheets, purple something stuck to them, hair and dirt made into the bed. I asked to switch rooms and was put in another gross room with stained bed sheets, towels, people’s hair all over the floor, a broken toilet lid, a dirty shower, and an ac unit that was incredibly loud. I’m not sure where these reviews are coming from saying clean and quiet because it is far from it.

The floor was dirty, the towel was not clean, the toilet seat was not in good condition, the sink had chewed gum sticked on the drain.

All i didnt like was the stiffness to the mattress

Additionally, the cleanliness in the kitchen was subpar. The top of the fridge was covered in dust, and the air filter in the kitchen looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Another issue was the bedding change, which was supposed to happen 2-3 times per week, but I only received two changes during my entire stay (15 nights). This was not the level of service I expected, and overall, I felt misled by the hotel's advertising.

Beautiful, clean rooms. Felt safe. A lot of traffic noise but seemed to quiet down. No problem sleeping. Highly recommend

The beds weren't very comfortable, and the AC didn't work very well, but it was fine for the few hours we were there before a super early flight. The price was good, so you get what you pay for.

Can't complain, you get what you pay for. I seen no bugs other than a fly that came in...non smoking that sucked but room are outdoors so better than walking all the way downstairs when you want to smoke the full size fridge was great! They need to make the top floor smoking and the bottom non smoking but it's a chill little spot.

We booked this room for the kitchenette. It had sink, refrigerator microwave and two burner cooktop. No plates cookware or utensils. No hand soap or hand towels. There were burns in the quilt on one of the beds. Very disappointed.

“Smoke free” room but smelled like an ash tray. And ironically had an ash tray in it. Burn holes in the sheets and blankets which looked like they have not been changed or washed in who knows how long. Pillows had stains..I’m sure the covers weren’t washed or changed Disgusting all around to the point my daughter and I weren’t comfortable even being in the room Thankfully the girl at the front desk switched us to the renovated room which was better but still. It’s like putting a fresh coat of paint on a shack. There were a few big dead bugs in the corner of the newer room. We only stayed one night and I will never stay again

Airport motel gotta airport motel. Nothing bad but that feeling of being stuck by the freeway, no where to walk to etc.

What a great find! I can’t believe how nice our room was for such a low price!! Our first stay at this chain but won’t be our last! Comfy bed and large clean room. Super clean shower. Highly recommend for a great value.

Third room was ok but we could not stay in and left and checked in a different hotel , there were literally people sitting outside the room on their own chairs !!!!!!

It was a very good place for a stay

All it was what you’d expected from a basic hotel. By no means is it luxury but it was very clean, odor free and customer service friendly. The breakfast was very basic, coffee was not good too waters down but whatever. They were accommodating for a last minute find and extended stay it worked.

I liked how the staff were ready to help and make my stay as comfortable as possible.

There wasn’t many parking spaces so you should come in early but overall the room was nicely cleaned and the staff was available 24/7

The staff wasn’t too helpful. They didn’t seem to care much about their job. The breakfast was very meagerly and skimpy. Nothing that peaked the desire.

The property and parking lot is a little small but very well kept. The hotel parking lot and outside areas were very clean. Parking is also close to rooms, which is great!

They are clean there they actually clean the room a the right way and they were affordable.

The hotel covers were stained …. Holes on the comforter curtains. Holes in the wall and bathroom door. They didn’t even have white towel!

I booked (or thought I booked) a deluxe Kitchenette room for 2 nights. I get there I pay, and get told after I paid that they don’t have the room I wanted…. I was okay with that but why did they still charge me the Kitchenette price?! Then after I spent a large portion of my night going from rooom to room with NO lights! the rooms smelt like cigarettes. So if I don’t get my refund… it’s really a 0 star all around trip. I hate wasting money.

Check in was quick and easy. We had a squeaking in our AC unit and not long after we called the front desk, a worker was at our door ready to work on it. He was able to stop the squeak and we were able to sleep. I would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Lots of restaurants around that area and overall a really great, inexpensive overnight stay just before our flight at IAH which is a very short distance away.

Clean motel. Due to the location of our room, it was loud. We were by the washing machine and dryer. I had to listen to the dryer all night long as well as the people upstairs. They ran up and down the room all night. It was so, so loud. The AC was either too hot or too cold. For the price it was just okay.

Everything was good just didn’t have any shampoo in the shower and you couldn’t turn up the tv volume with the remote control

Hotel staff is very friendly! Easy check -in and super fast. The hotel is very, very quiet so we slept well. It's definitely no-frills but room was nice, clean and just enough room.

The remote control was not the right control for tv, there was no soap in the shower, the shower head had a Walmart bag attached to it

This was a quick stay to be close to the airport for an early morning flight (we live about 2 hours away and did not want to deal with traffic). The location is alright and the room was clean and decently comfortable. No-frills but it worked for what we needed. They had a breakfast available, but we opted to skip because we knew we'd be eating on the plane.

There wasn't anything we didn't like. We will use them again

1 night ended up being 2 and the housekeeper never cleaned the room after the first night and kept trying to get into the room 30 minutes before the check out time

The hotel was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Was hees for my wife's surgery just down the street at Townsen hospital. Very convenient and quiet. Thank you to all the staff at this hotel. Was her for 2 days. Room was very clean and fresh towels both days.

No in room coffee maker as advertised, the plastic water cups were open, no sanitary wrapping, no hangers, no Kleenex, still no continental breakfast despite being listed 3 times in their advertising. As a road warrior who travels 3-4 nights a week 3 weeks a month this was disappointing. I would rate 2.5/10.

Bathroom was not clean at all, room smelled like smoke even though it was a non smoking room. Our clothes smelled like smoke when we left for the birthday party the next day I had 4 kids with me including a 2 year old. Extremely disappointed. I wasn't familiar with the area and only relied on the reviews from the website. completely deceiving.

They advertise breakfast, it’s even on the sign out front it’s one of the reasons I chose it yet once you get there there’s no breakfast. Not a single hangar to be found either, I even had them check another room. Don’t let the rate fool you as you may as well pay a bit more for somewhere that actually has breakfast.
