They’re currently going through a upgrade remodel. The first floor is completely done, which is where we stayed. It is a great economical hotel. That’s clean with a decent breakfast near the interstate shopping. Very quiet area definitely would stay again when visiting family.

Offered room service delivered. Room service called my room but was on hold and then line disconnected. I never got the food and after waiting almost 2 hours ordered through Uber Eats. I tried contacting them several times online with no phone number to call with no reply to my messages.

Wouldn’t stay again based off the rude employee on work on April 3rd at 9pm and the disappointing level of cleanliness in both rooms I was placed in.

When I arrived, the property felt like an active construction zone. There was construction happening on our floor, with noticeable debris and an overall unclean atmosphere. It did not feel welcoming or properly maintained. My room’s TV did not work for two full days before it was finally repaired. One friend staying across the hall had her toilet overflow, and it could not be fixed during her stay — she was told to use a restroom on the first floor even though we were on the second. Another friend on the third floor discovered mold in her room and had to leave the hotel entirely. A fourth friend also wanted to leave due to a strong, unpleasant smell in her room. My three friends who booked directly through Marriott were able to relocate to another Marriott property. Unfortunately, because I booked through Expedia, I was not given the same flexibility and felt stuck in unacceptable conditions. This experience was extremely disappointing and far below the standards I associate with Marriott. Cleanliness, maintenance, and guest comfort should never fall this short.

They were under renovation when I was there. The waffle maker didn't work and I always look forward to that when I stay there. Otherwise, the room was clean and the stay was cool

I was told there were no rooms and I would not be charged. The service was kind of rude. I saw I was charged, but was just told I wasn’t charged. I still haven’t been refunded.

I signed up for a single bed and got two. It messed up my whole weekend. I will never stay at this hotel. I was told because I'm not a member is why I was moved to a double room. I am extremely upset.

The hotel was horrible....especially the front desk clerk Natalie...she was rude an out of line...will be calling corporate on her an the manager vic patel....stay clear of this place....Marriott would be ashamed of there name being used by these people an property...was supposed to stay 3 days only stayed one....yalls costumer service is way below standards!

Booked one night in the hotel. Was ok for that purpose. The reception staff were very friendly and I appreciated being pre-warned the hotel was busy so breakfast might be busy (it wasn’t in the end, was very quiet at breakfast). Was disappointed the pool wasn’t available to be used. Would stay here again if I needed a hotel in the area for one night, wouldn’t plan to stay for longer duration.

It was good. I just wished the front desk was able to answer the phone when calling to confirm reservations. Overall, the stay was good! This was one of the hotels I would recommend when staying in Houston. The hotel was close to the mall and other food spots, so that was a plus!

There was a gutter falling off the property from the roof and it looked dangerous, as though it could cause serious damage to the vehicles parked in the parking lot below. the room I was in smelled of mold and the ceiling repair looked terrible. The air conditioner needed repair. The front desk staff were very nice and friendly.

On the night of May 13, the room in that hotel did not have telephone service, television service, or internet service. We went to talk to the girl at the front desk in person and she said that she understood our frustration and that they would make it up to us with a complementary night in the future. So we returned to that hotel on May 29 when we returned from our trip. The manager was there and gave a resounding No. He refused to keep the promise made. He said they never do that and he was never notified. He didn't even offer or look for a way to compensate us for the poor service. It was 10 at night, we were coming from the airport, we felt very tired, disappointed and frustrated. Given the poor service we received, we went to another hotel in the same area. We would have stayed at that hotel if the manager had handled the problem differently or if he had found a way to compensate us. Oscar & Ada Ortiz. Thanks

2. Was a water leak from ice machine throughout the hallway and when it was brought to the attention of the front desk, he just shrugged their shoulder and said ok. 3. Could not stay at a hotel without internet and I had to go to another hotel. Came back the next day hoping I can talk with the manager. A lady told me that they have to have the internet to run the front desk and never explained why the internet is not available for the rooms. And she stated that she will not give me a refund. Interestingly, I never even asked for a refund yet when she stated that. When she realize that I had reserved through Expedia, she said if I try to get a refund through Expedia, that they will call her and she will let them know that she will not give refunds. I have never in my life experienced such rudeness from a business. Not sure if she is always this way or if she was having a really bad day, but it's not acceptable to take it out on customers.

I booked this hotel for an airport layover. There was no indication on the description that this hotel has NO AIRPORT SHUTTLE. The transportation cost to and from the airport cost as much as one night at the hotel. There was also no restaurant in the hotel. Walking to get food was through a sketchy neighborhood. This hotel is only useful for travelers with a vehicle.

The front desk personnel were friendly but made sure I knew that there are no accommodations like early check in or late check out for third party vendors. The room was disgusting. The mattress had visible stains and was flipped as well the sheets. There were rust marks everywhere. My granddaughter and I were only there less than a day so I didn’t put up a fight because we were made to feel less than by not booking through marriott directly lol. SMH. I didn’t fuss or fight about it.

I arrived early at the hotel. Because my flight got in early. Was told there’s no rooms right now available until like 12pm which is fine. I kind of knew that. But I told the front desk AT LEAST 3x. That the refrigerator wasn’t working and they kept telling me they were going to have the maintenance person come and fix it. And they never did! Yes they offered me another room. But I had already unpacked and that’s an inconvenience. Before they assign you a room. They should make sure. We can use all the amenities offered!

The staff from the check in to check out was attentive, helpful and everyone really nice. Manager Chrishan(sp?) helped with a problem I had with airline tickets and went above and beyond. Very much appreciated. Fitness Center very adequate also if you want to use it and we did. We didn't know what to expect for breakfast which is also provided but it had everything and more to satisfy all tastes. If we ever have to come back to Houston this is where we'll stay hands down. Kudos to all.
