Guests generally appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the clean and comfortable rooms. The hotel offers a variety of amenities such as a pool, gym, and complimentary breakfast, which are well-received. However, there are recurring issues with the elevators, and some guests are unhappy about the parking fees. Additionally, some guests have experienced maintenance issues in their rooms and dissatisfaction with the pool's operating hours.

The breakfast was alright. The size of the room was decent. The hotel is very dirty. The floor in the hotel room was really filthy. And the room smelt mouldy. The fridge stopped working and maintenance told me i had to live with it and that if they brought me a new one it would be the same. only 1 elevator was working and even that was was so slow making weird scary sounds.

The location was good . It was near a lot of dinner options . My TV did not work and a workers had to keep coming back which kind of interrupted my stay . Finally around 8:45pm a guy came in and finally got it working but only one tv would work . So I could not even enjoy the living room had to stay in the bedroom to watch tv . Not to pleased about that situation.

The Hotel is near the Mall at Hunt Valley. The suites are spacious and comfortable. Plenty of storage space. Good shower and WiFi. Very good breakfast, especially the freshly prepared omelettes. Most staff very helpful and friendly. The hotel won't be surprised that I am noting that not all the lifts work, so getting up and down can be slow.
- 3/5
The food was good, the room was clean, but there was no water in the jacuzzi. My remote was working sometimes, kept having problems changing the channels. The toilet barely flushed, you had to stand there push the handle twice and hold it completely down while the water took a minute to go down, And of course the elevators is still broken. Everytime I come one elevator is out of service, and one take you to different floors that you didn’t press. The one that do work the lights on it don’t work so you don’t know if the button is pressed or not so somebody always try another floor to see if it light up, then we do extra stops that’s not needed making the ride even longer. Other then all that the food and drinks were good, and the staff were friendly. They really need to fix those things, then I I’ll be able to say it’s my favorite hotel again.

The room itself was great. It had everything my husband and I needed to rest and recharge for the weekend. The only thing was the clogged bathroom sink.
- 4/5
Very good
- 2/5
Breakfast foods. Some was from the day before. Elevators on the west side of hotel were down and had to walk completely around to the east side to get a ride. Toilet was leaking all over the bathroom floor and told. but no service. Tried to charge for my parking. Ice machine on mine and floor below had no ice. Will not be staying there again....

We got there earlier and I understand early check ins are not guaranteed, no problem. We were told that no rooms were available and she couldn't check anyone in until 4pm. Further they are not allowed to do early check-ins. Went back at 3:30 to see if any rooms were available, and was told no again (really all available rooms are instantly clean at 4pm?) ... but okay so we wait again. 10 minutes later she was checking in people, note it wasn't 4pm yet. Just frustrating since we needed to get ready for a wedding. I did get in the line at that point and got our room. Also note the evaluators were slow with a couple not working
- 3/5
They need to get a new elevator like last year! It takes you to the incorrect floor or it doesn't work at all. Also the indoor pool had cloudy water.

The elevator was broke and takes forever when it does work. Stay elsewhere
- 5/5
Great overnight stay, wish we could've stayed longer. Front desk staff were amazing, found us a luggage cart when they were all gone. Breakfast was wonderful and the attendant was friendly, helpful and kept the area spotless. Rooms are so spacious, clean, top notch.
- 5/5
We had a great stay and will stay here again if we ever pass through the area again. Extremely friendly staff. Rooms were clean with no odors.
- 4/5
The elevator is outdated and very slow and the other was broken. Only issue everything else was great!
- 3/5
The water in the shower would not shut off completely. The elevators were awful. Glad I found the stairs.

Clean and excellent location...First Watch is very close. The bed and pillows were awful. The bed was bowl shaped and hard as a rock. The TV would show for 5 minutes, then get locked up and you had to go back to home and start over. In addition, it was $30 for 4 nights of parking.
- 4.5/5
Would have been a 10 rating but the elevators were so slow
- 4.5/5
Pretty much everything Really nice having suite rooms The breakfast buffet & omelet station was great And the happy hour deal was perfect Would have been a 10 rating but the elevators were so slow
- 3/5
GOOD STUFF: friendly staff, streaming TVs, good internet, good location, comfortable bed, dog friendly. We left the Embassy Suites in Hunt Valley Maryland and went to the Embassy Suites in Charleston Historic District. My wife and I will stay at the Hunt Valley Embassy again we will not stay at the Embassy Suites in historic Charleston it was not worth the money. They could take a lesson from Hunt Valley!!
- 2/5
The check-in staff & breakfast staff were excellent. The facility needs updating. The cleaning staff did a POOR job with cleaning our rooms and there were plates of old food sitting by the elevator for over 24 hours. I am glad we packed out own towels, because all the towels had hair on them
- 3/5
The rooms are very clean but the bed is hard. All of the staff in the food service area and bar are amazing. The lady who makes the omelets and waffles is friendly and makes a great omelet. The main issue I had was there were unsupervised children running everywhere and no one said anything. They were playing on the elevator and throwing things over the ledge at people on the bottom floor. I said something to the staff at the desk but I don’t think they cared. I definitely think there should be standards about how many people fit in a room. On a positive the hospitality hour is very nice and again the wait staff is amazing. We ordered wings and they were delicious. It’s a very nice hotel just needs to control the environment.
- 5/5
Clean room, excellent staff, super comfortable beds, overall superb
- 5/5
Yes breakfast outstanding
- 3/5
Had to pay for parking in the county that was weird
- 3/5
Horrible slow elevators. If you are older. Stay down on lower floors. Outdated hotel.
- 5/5
Breakfast was terrific. Everything was fresh and delicious. Omelet bar was great. They offer a big variety of breakfast foods
- 5/5
Spacious/clean rooms and very friendly staff. The breakfast was such a treat and the happy hour was delightful. The elevators were a bit slow would be my only complaint!
- 4/5
Happy hour was very nice!!
- 5/5
It was a great location for us to visit some very dear friends in the area.
- 3/5
The room was lovely and clean but the elevators were the worst. It took us 3 minutes to get an elevator because 1 was out of service and the one in service would go to the 8th floor first no matter what button you pushed. The luggage trolleys had flat tires so they were hard to maneuver.
- 5/5
Everything great!! Except elevators little crazy
- 1/5
Checked in at 11pm with hubby & kids. Front Desk was very unfriendly. Unhelpful. Full of attitude. I shall keep her nameless. Rowdy guests well into the night. Drunk. Smell of weed in the hall. Bathtub had hair in it! 2 washcloths. Drapes would not close all the way in order for light not be able to come in. Air conditioner loud as a train. Good thing we checked out by 7am. Will never ever stay ever again. And would not recommend it to anyone. Save your $200+
- 4/5
Breakfast was okay and crowded. I didn't enjoy the food. Getting a bell cart is a lottery.
- 5/5
Quiet, clean, staff helpful, bed comfirtable
- 5/5
Made to order omelet was over the top! Loved it.
- 4/5
Breakfast was good. Hot tub was empty. Only 2 elevators were working :(
- 5/5
Food was good bar was nice the refreshments good
- 1/5
See pictures. Food left out in hallways for 2 days! Disgusting. Pool and hot tub not open again for maintenance. Breakfast buffet is powdered eggs and stale English muffins. Go with the omelette station. Coffee is from machine, not brewed. Sucked. Property is dated everywhere. There was a commotion involving law enforcement after midnight and yelling. I received a note on my car each day stating I needed to pay for parking. And the receptionist at the front desk said to disregard. Every single day! No explanation. We were scheduled to stay here for a wedding in May. Canceled. Worst hotel experience ever in my 64 years. Make some effort like you actually cared. Which clearly you don’t!
- 5/5
Excellent stay! Very clean beautiful hotel

Simply a very good experience

I’d like to start by saying this was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Embassy Suites by Hilton used to be known as a top-tier place to stay, but this particular location clearly does not live up to that standard. My family and I didn’t check in until after 10:00 PM on April 18, 2026. The weather had turned colder that evening, so we initially didn’t think much about adjusting the room temperature. However, later that night, the room became uncomfortably hot. When I tried to turn on the air conditioning, I discovered it wasn’t working. Maintenance came to check and casually informed us that the air didn’t work in that room and that they would try to move us. By then, it was close to midnight. We were moved to a second room, but as soon as we walked in, it had a strong odor, as if animals had been in there. I immediately told my family not to unpack because there was no way we could stay in a room with that smell. I went back downstairs and explained the issue to the night staff, and we were then given a third room. Thankfully, that room was clean and the air conditioning worked. The next morning brought more issues. Our reservation was for four people, yet the room only had two washcloths and three towels. When I went to the front desk to request more, I was told housekeeping wouldn’t arrive until 9:00 AM. We needed to be back on the road by 9:30 AM for an event, so this was extremely inconvenient. In my experience, other hotels typically have extra towels avai

Happy hour is amazing! Breakfast is top tier!
- 4/5
The staff and the breakfast were excellent.
- 4/5
Very nice
- 5/5
Clean hotel and breakfast was excellent
- 3/5
Suite was adequate. Pets were welcome, which is always a plus. There was a sports tournament at the hotel and breakfast area was understaffed. Buffet was constantly empty. We sat for an hour and twenty minutes trying to get food. The buffet was a wreck. We liked this hotel before it was remodeled. The new decor in the seating area was very cold and uninviting. Probably won't stay here again.
- 5/5
Great staff and incredible free breakfast including an omelet station and tons of options.
- 3/5
Kids running around screaming until 1am; apparently this hotel is used as a weekend "getaway" by locals in the area. I had the pleasure of taking an elevator ride with an armed police officer and security staff after getting back from dinner.
- 4/5
Great location. Close to light rail into the city.
- 5/5
It was a great stay. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and the location was perfect
- 5/5
Rooms clean, great staff, very helpful and hospitable. Great breakfast and varied.
- 5/5
I'm giving this place a five-star because of the open bar but they really need to fix these damn elevators it's a nightmare every year and the hotel was quite slippery with all the kids going in and out of pools it was a bit of chaos but the staff is wonderful
- 5/5
I will definitely stay at this property again. They exceeded all of my families expectations.
- 3/5
Other than that... it is a very nice place
- 4/5
The staff is very friendly and the rooms were very clean but the pool was soooo small and it was packed beyond capacity. The beds were comfy but the ac did not work overnight for some reason. Breakfast was ok.
- 4/5
There were some issues with the elevators but workers were there trying to get them all working properly. Also the rooms seemed like the heating & cooling wasn’t working properly either
- 1/5
Old hotel. Rude black lady on the front desk.
- 3/5
Front desk was professional and kind. Elevators were horrible. It seemed there were multiple families living at the hotel constantly walking around the lobby all day and night in pajamas and night hats. Not the image you want to see at a hotel that references itself as an Embassy! Try harder!
- 4/5
The hot tub was broken as well as one of the elevators and the computer system was down which resulted in check-in delays. However the staff were courteous and friendly, and the breakfast in the morning was excellent. Would stay here again.
- 3/5
The staff was amazing, the food was great but the building itself is showing its age. The biggest issue for me, was the shower water barely got warm enough. Not worth the premium they charge for this class of hotel.
- 3/5
The hotel was ok the AC in our room didn’t work and the elevators are extremely slow. They do have Happy Hour with 2 free drinks and snacks. Also breakfast is included. You have to pay to park. The bed was very comfortable though I wouldn’t stay there again.
- 4/5
Elevators would choose when they wanted to work. It is a known and acknowledged issue based on the signs around the building.
- 1/5
Heat and air didn’t work in the bedroom or in the seating area of our room, there was trash right outside our door that was not ours when we checked in all the way til check out today and it was on trays and smelled. The room was never cleaned and bathtub has scrapes on bottom and mold by tiles. Do not recommend and I’m Hilton honors member. Also our car received two tickets for parking which were supposed to be covered with our stay. The young lady was like just throw it we tell people not to worry about it all the time. I asked what happens if you don’t pay and she said she doesn’t know. So since they don’t own the parking lot and I’m an attorney, I called the manager of the issuer of the ticket and they seek collection or suspension of plates. I went back in and she said come in here give me the ticket (gabi) and she just threw the ticket out. I

Very clean and staff is great
- 1/5
Kids ran the hallways all night. No control. Police came helped for a little while
- 2/5
The TV in the bedroom was not operative and the heat would not rise above 69°. However, the front desk staff was respectful and helpful.
- 5/5
Room was fine- I appreciate the check in associate finding / confirming me a room with a tub.
- 5/5
HOTEL ROOMS AND CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT STAFF WAS AWSOME Breakfast was good as well
- 5/5
Clean hotel, great staff
- 4/5
Staff were couterious, breakfast was good, and the LG Tv was great. Main issue was the heating in the room- quite warm to manage.
- 5/5
Clean room and friendly staff. Evening reception and breakfast were wonderful
- 2/5
Breakfast was great. Staff was polite, but the place was cold. Room was cold, which they thought they solved by providing space heaters. Space heaters for the staff behind the counter, space heaters in the foyer, space heaters for my room, space heaters in my meeting space. This would suffice if it were a motel, but it goes from being too hot with it on to too cold with it off - all day in the meetings, and all night in my room. I had to get up from sleeping several times to make adjustments. The room itself couldn't get above 65 degrees. The staff offered me extra blankets and heaters, but this is the second time in two years that this problem persists. It seems they don't care to address it.
- 5/5
Everything we could ask for in a nights stay
- 5/5
We have stayed here before and enjoy the facility.
- 4/5
My room was clean the only part was that the mini fridge did not get cold enough for our drinks. I told the front desk but nothing was done. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was good. And the hot tub was not working, which this was the reason i booked the hotel in the first place.
- 5/5
Front desk and everyone we met
- 5/5
Courteous and clean
- 4/5
Hot tub was not working and the water was cold (no sign posted)
- 5/5
Clean, nice breakfast
- 3/5
Hotel Room Review The room was extremely cold throughout our stay, making it very uncomfortable. In addition, there was a large, broken piece of stone ceramic tile at the entrance to the bathroom. The broken tile was sharp and exposed, and we repeatedly stepped on it when entering and exiting the bathroom. This posed a serious safety hazard and could have easily caused injury. The condition of the room was unacceptable, and the issue should have been addressed before the room was rented to guests. If you’d like, I can make it even firmer, add a request for compensation, or adjust the tone to sound more formal or more emotional.
- 4/5
Staff are amazing Breakfast was great But the property is old and a lot of things in the rooms are either defective or semi working It needs renovation and maintenance
- 4/5
The staff was outstanding and the room was clean
- 5/5
Wonderful, polite cooks who prepared the food very well!
- 4/5
Overall everything else was excellent I definitely recommend this hotel and would be back
- 5/5
This hotel was great! The hospitality was top tier! We loved the bar, the restaurant, and the overall vibe. We will definitely be back!
- 4/5
Breakfast always the best. Happy hour is geeat also

Dog friendly. Spacious room that was clean and well kept. Staff was welcoming.

- 3/5
Door coming off hinges
- 5/5
Food was fresh
- 3/5
Staff was 5 stars though! The front desk and the women handling breakfast ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
- 5/5
The staff is always very nice, and the only minor complaint I could give is that the property should not dictate or override individual room comfort controls. In the winter, good luck cooling your room down. Other than that, it’s walkable to a wide variety of restaurants, stores, services, a regal cinema and grocery store.
- 5/5
Excellent place to stay!
- 4/5
Location to work. As I remembered great breakfast kiddos to cook she made the best omelettes each morning with uplifting conversation! Room was clean
- 2/5
Room was not clean well
- 5/5
Great hotel. Convenient to stores and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
Everything was great
- 5/5
Room was so clean and welcoming.
- 5/5
Clean , food and bar service excellent. This is a hotel I would come back to!
- 5/5
Great amenities, very clean, and rooms were big.
- 4/5
Clean room
- 3/5
The room was freezing and I could not get it warm. Half of the elevators were not working during a time of major lacrosse tournaments in the area.
- 5/5
I felt very welcomed into the hotel, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and were very nice. DEFINITELY will be coming back again in the future.
- 4/5
staff member in morning hours was not super friendly and found her sleeping at the desk when coming for coffee. other than that, it was a good stay.
- 5/5
The property is older and could use some furniture upgrades in the rooms. Also the ceilings are low in the room. Thermostat did not work well.
- 4/5
The breakfast buffet omelette station should have two cooks because it was too many people for one chef. The room ac wasn’t working our 1st night so it was very uncomfortable to sleep.
- 2/5
AC wasn t working. Phone in room not working. Had to change rooms.
- 5/5
My family's overall stay was great. My 2 boys loved the pool and breakfast. Only issue was that one of the elevators was not working making it a little hectic going up and down being we were on the top floor. But will definitely be staying again
- 2/5
Elevators were either broken or slow- dropped me off on the wrong floor multiple times. Wait times up to 10 mins for it to pick up downstairs. My room didn’t get cleaned once- I had to track down housekeeping to ask for more towels.
- 5/5
Quiet area, nice hotel. The hot tub didn’t work amd the elevators were slow.
- 5/5
Food was amazing staff was very friendly and helpful definitely will be goin back in the near future. A must stay especially for the breakfast and free drinks from the bar
- 5/5
The property was clean and safe. The happy hour was an added benefit. The staff was nice and helpful. I will be staying here again.
- 5/5
Beauty rooms and atmosphere. Very comfortable and clean, the staff was friendly and professional from the beginning of my visit to the end. Easy check in and check out I will return in the near future.
- 5/5
Liked the property & the breakfast buffet & happy hour. Nice big spacious rooms , clean close to shopping & dining , second time we stayed there, 5 star
- 3/5
The negative: at least one elevator is guaranteed to be broke, this time the other "not broke" elevator decided it would let you off when and where it wanted to, the drain in my room backed up leaving a moldy smell, the hot tub didn't quite work and the water was filmy, it also had cracks around it. Although I did not go in tge swimming pool, the water was giving off the same hot tub vibes. I felt really icky in there, I thought it may have been a one day experience, but i came back at the end of the stay and it was the same. Plus the amount of people who can't read the 16+ sign for the hot tub is ridiculous. Overall my experience was ok, it is one of those lipstick on a pig analogy moments though.
- 5/5
Easy check in, friendly staff, great rooms. Only change I'd make is not charging for Wi-Fi.
- 5/5
Loved the property , second time we stayed there, great buffet morning breakfast , happy hour , and great room with a lot of space, maintained well & friendly staff , I highly recommend this property
- 5/5
looking forward to staying again.
- 4/5
Very clean, staff was great!!
- 3/5
W liked the hotel in general. The thermostat wasn't working properly, toilet paper holder was loose, the floor lamp blinked until we turned it off, there was only one hand towel. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was great.
- 2/5
The bath tub had weird controls, and had blackish spot in middle. perhaps some sort of shower mat had been ripped out, idk. The bed were ok, a little stiff. The room was fine. Breakfast was ok. It was included so that was good. But twitchy elevators in a hotel is not something i can tolerate.
- 5/5
Quality service
- 5/5
This location is absolutely fabulous. I cannot complement the staff enough Carol, Sasha, and several other ladies who helped us out at the front desk were absolutely stellar, and I wish I could remember all their names because honestly, they were the nicest kindest people we had a pipe burst and had to find emergency Shelter for ourselves and our pets and they just made everything so much easier for us all. Also, the cleaning staff are some of the kindest people and the food here especially the complementary breakfast is exceptional.
- 4/5
Staff was very friendly, room and hotel was clean. Breakfast was great! Only complaint was the elevators were miserably slow, and 2/4 were out of order.
- 5/5
Beautiful! Comfy and cozy.
- 4/5
Nice stay. Nice staff. Nice room. SUPER DELICIOUS BREAKFAST. Downside 3 Elevators, 1 super slow but working, 1 stopped at all floors, 1 didn’t work.
- 5/5
The property was in a quiet area and it was across from a shopping center that really came in handy.
- 4/5
The only problem was the elevator. It took forever to get the elevator and we were on the 7 th floor.
- 5/5
We were there to attend a Masonic Ball. We had a lovely stay.
- 4/5
Door was broken
- 2/5
I loved the Breakfast staff. There were kids playing on Elevator, holding button so doors won’t open. I informed front end but nothing changed. Elevator was not stopping on every floor. The pool water was not clear very dirty. At check in lady said she would call me when my room was ready and she never did. There were tic’s on sliding door with eggs nesting. I believe one of the managers gave me some points at check out and that was the best they could do for me she said.
- 3/5
The service was excellent. Very clean room and hotel. However nothing seemed to work. Maintenance had to come fix the tv's and refrigerator. The ice machine on my floor didn't work. And at one point the elevator was down. Though it all the staff was great.
- 5/5
I stayed for 4 days and 3 nights. I highly recommend staying again. The only negative review I have during my stay was the pool. It was not heated as advertised and the Jacuzzi was out of service.
- 4/5
It was good staffs were very nice, breakfast was delicious
- 5/5
Room was clean and everything worked. Had free cocktails at happy hour. Bartender was super attentive to everyone at the bar.
- 5/5
Enjoy the pool
- 1/5
First room had wet carpet and reeked. A/C did not work in second room. Tub barely drained. Stay away from this place.
- 3/5
After putting me.in three different rooms i finally got an accessible room. I had booked and accessible king suite with rollin shower amd sofa bed. Room did not have sofa bed. The room we ended up with was not a suite but did have the sofa bed and rool in shower
- 3/5
Hotel is very clean staff is friendly. Unfortunately, with the age of the hotel there’s a strong musky smell in the rooms. The faucet in the bathroom has a slow drip. Overall decent stay the stench can become a headache.
- 5/5
We stayed here because of the distance to Towson University. My son had a track meet there, it was very convenient to the college. All the staff was vey friendly and helpful. Our room and the lobby smelled clean when you walked in and looked it too.The breakfast was amazing! The only complaint I have is the elevators. They really need updating. They take so long to come to you especially if you're on one of the top floors like us. Or they open on each floor even if no one is on the floor or skip your floor completely. We were trapped in the elevator for about 10 minutes. I called the front desk they were very apologetic and got someone to assist us. However being trapped in a glass elevator had pros and cons. Pros if you're claustrophobic it helped with that because you could see out. The con was a glass elevator gave off the greenhouse effect. No air was going in the elevator. I was feeling very faint and hot on it. Any longer in the elevator would have been awful. Even with the elevators I still recommend this place. Next time I will ask for a room on the 2nd or 3rd floor and use the stairs.
- 5/5
Really enjoyed the time
- 5/5
Clean property with friendly staff. Rooms are always extra cold if that is what you like
- 5/5
The property is awesome
- 3/5
Biggest Pros is having the hotel central to everything you need — restaurants, gas stations, grocery stores, and only 20 mins away from the heart of Baltimore. Cons include the entire hotel and room extremely humid. The room just felt sticky, wet, and comfortable the entire time. Also, the outside premise of the hotel was not cleaned well. There was a pair of someone’s underwear left outside for two days and was still there when we checked out. I don’t think we’d stay here again unless we needed somewhere in the Hunt Valley area again. Still, I’d probably look for another hotel.
- 4/5
Great air conditioning
- 5/5
My family always comes to Embassy Suites when in Maryland, love this hotel! Especially, the breakfast buffet, the staff! Appreciate the complimentary cocktails at hapy hour as well! See ya'll next week!

Great
- 5/5
Love the pool and lobby.

Fast friendly check in Hard connecting to internet

Nice hotel the breakfast was amazing. You can tell the building is old but they put alot of effort into it. I loved the atrium
- 5/5
The hotel looks great on the inside. The breakfast was great. Friendly staff. Hot tub was sweet. We will stay again!

This was a great hotel. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Plus the breakfast was amazing for a hotel breakfast. One night we went down to the cocktail and snacks in the bar/ breakfast area.

The atrium and breakfast were our favorite part. The Atrium was a wonderful landing spot for our family who were all in town for a wedding. There was plenty of time to linger over breakfast and enjoy each other's company without worrying that you had to give up your seats (because there was plenty of seating). Breakfast had tons of choices. All the staff, but especially Lelita and Tyy, were helpful and attentive during breakfast. Rooms were nice, quiet, clean, beds comfortable. Kids had fun in the pool. Would definitely stay here again.

When I visit Baltimore Embassy Suite is my choice hotel because of the great price, amenities, the comfort, and quiet atmosphere. Dtaff are friendly and helpful, and provide prompt service. The happy hour is ok, looking foward in them adding more to the menus, an dthe breakfast is excellent!

Our stay overall was good. I didn’t like that they change the evening reception to only two complimentary drinks. I guess someone messed it up for everyone that sucks. Also I’d like if the elevators work better even with the hotel being remodeled the elevators are still inconvenient. My family & I had a good time as usual I’m sure we will visit again.

Love the hotel. Room service is fast. Enjoyed the hot tub. Room was nice and spacious. They have two complimentary drinks and snack for other ages. Breakfast was very good. They had a lot of options.

Overall the stay was good but the jacuzzi had something looked like geeen algie inside the water. People’s kids were getting in the jacuzzi and putting the green stuff in the pool going back and forth, doing flips and splashing everybody that was on the side not in the pool and the bathrooms were filthy. When we said something to the front desk they said they would come and never did. I recommended this place to my friend to take the family and regret it because I have never had an experience like that at this location before.

They should not charge for parking. That is ridiculous
- 5/5
I booked this for my son & new bride who got married the night before. They had a great weekend. The a/c was broke in their room & the hotel was quick to move them to another room when notified. Breakfast was awesome and room was very spacious!

Decent place no issues

Helpful front desk

There was a lot of trash on the highway side of the motel. My room was very clean. The hallways were clean. The breakfast was great. I did not like being charged for parking. What was I going to do walk there?
- 3/5
Was surprised to find out that there was a charge for parking. Understand if you had multiple vehicles or had a huge vehicle that took up more space. Others should not be paying. The hotel should accommodate a parking spot per unit.
- 4/5
across from it , that one kept stopping in-between floors and was shaking very scary. I had to get off and use the stairs. This is the second time I stayed here and no trash bags.
- 4/5
Excellent breakfast and bar service, helpful staff, housekeeping is OK, but out of four elevators on the property, one was not working (and also was out of action when I stayed a year ago), and the rest are slow, and one of the remaining 3 had an erratic call button.
- 4/5
I like the pool area, but sometimes it can be overwhelmed with so many kids a lot of times they have parties in the room
- 4/5
Very, very disappointed that they are charging their customer to park. Obviously, if you booked a room, you are staying overnight. Just for that reason, I will not book there again.
- 2/5
I was disappointed surprisingly the hot tub area was supposed to be for 16 and older and the whole night we were there there were kids ranging from 8 to 13 in the hot tub at least 5 to 10 at a time there were kids running through the hallways, screaming till very late at night when we first got to our room there was a puddle of water just sitting by the toilet we weren’t sure what it was when we decided to wake up early the next morning, so we could actually enjoy the hot tub without a bunch of kids, jumping in and out of it there were ants climbing along the wall. There was something that looked like throw up and hair in the filter just overall was very disappointed, especially with the cleanliness for how expensive the hotel is.

Room was fine but the tvs didn’t work. Called down 2 times, a technician came once and was unable tk fix the tv. Called again and asked to be switched rooms but was told they had no availability and another technician would come up but they didn’t.
- 4/5
The hotel was well kept however the heat in the rooms was too low and not adjustable even by changing the thermostat
- 3/5
Having stayed at the hotel several years back, we were anticipating a great stay. Unfortunately, our trip coincided with some extremely cold weather and upon check-in, the room was 53 degrees. It took several days to get the heat operating properly. Unfortunately, for several days the food at the breakfast buffet was also cold. The staff was helpful and accommodating. The room was spacious and the bed was quite comfortable (once the heat got up to 66 degrees).

Open area concept keep least amount of noise from orher guests when in rooms.

It was a last minute booking but the facility was awesome and a reasonable rate.

my stay was awful
- 5/5
We have stayed at this location several times. It works perfectly for our family so we actively seek it out as a place to stay. It is always clean, has great breakfast, and the bar/restaurant is a plus. The pool was not operational for this stay though which did disappoint the kids.
- 2/5
I booked this hotel specifically for the pool and the jacuzzi. The jacuzzi wasn’t working and the pool was disgusting. The elevator was slow and they had us on the top floor. The heat barely worked and our stay was in the beginning of January. Staff was kind and helpfulbut this hotel needs some TLC. They did comp one of our nights which I appreciate, however I will never return.

Excellent

Overcrowded Room too hot and can’t alter it even after asking engineer to fix it Loud outside in hallways Can’t cast to TV/no smart tv to use streaming apps Too much money for the value (have to pay extra for WiFi and parking and it’s already a fairly high room rate) Hand soap in room was dirty and crusty Breakfast didn’t even start until I had to check out in the morning

Everything was perfect except the heat, my room was 60 degrees all day and night, so i could barley sleep because it was so cold.
- 2/5
My tv was not working and the tub was rusty.
- 3/5
I don’t think it was the worse stay but we had some issues with heat, refrigeration and lack of communication with the staff. They did not speak English. The front desk was trying very hard to make us comfortable. But we had to make several calls to get assistance. I’m not use to having to do that.

I came to town for a surgery. There was a little issue with the charge but the staff took their time to resolve it appropriately. The staff was so helpful, polite, and accommodating overall! From the room placement, wheelchair availability and access, free water, free made-to-order breakfast, free happy hour... everything was amazing. Before surgery I was able to enjoy the amenities. I loved the hot tub. The pool was heated and there was a small gym. I had a package delivered. I will definitely be back!
