Overcharged us

The pictures are deceiving. The rooms are small, cramped, and old. There were stains on the sheets, the room smelled, and just an overall uncleanliness. The breakfast options were limited and some of the product offerings were expired. I would NOT recommend this property.

Did not take trash out or give clean towels like it said they would daily. It’s fine if they weren’t going to but it would be nice to know. Room stunk real bad and moldy spots all over room and in bathroom. Carpet would turn your feet black after you got out of shower. Breakfast was good but you are not aloud to take anything back to your room. Would be nice if they had more seating available since you can’t leave with the food to your room.

Check in time was 3 PM. We waited in the lobby and received the key a little after 3pm. We get to the room and it smells. We turned on the air and open the window. We took off our shoes and noticed the carpet felt damp. We called housekeeping to come and check it. The lady said she just cleaned this room and the carpet does not feel wet. We figured we would just wait and see if it felt better once the air started circulating. It didn’t, we had to keep our shoes on the whole time. We pulled out the pullout sofa to make the bed and the bottom of the mattress had spots of mold. I immediately went up to the office. It was already almost 11 PM. I asked for blankets just so we could put it over the couch. The lady asked if we wanted to switch rooms and I told her no because it was so late already and we had to be up early the next morning. I told her when we had the first issue with the damp carpet they didn’t offer to change our room and said nothing else was available. I showed her the pictures of the mold on the mattress. I asked to speak with the manager. He had gone home for the night and was not going to be there until 3 PM the next day. She called him and explained the situation but she would not let me speak to him. I asked for a refund so we can go somewhere else the next day but she just kept saying they can’t do that. It was very frustrating and they weren’t very helpful. We had to stay there 3 night and deal with that.

Rooms are very clean and nice. Would definitely stay again

Beds are not comfortable at all. The pool is literally in the middle of the parking lot. The breakfast is digesting unless you just want coffee, juice, yogurt and fresh fruit. The only good thing this place has got going on is that it’s across the street from target, Chick-fil-A and Starbucks.

The hotel was a little bit older and needs an update. The room had a smell like it was pet friendly at one time. The size of the room was decent which I liked. The breakfast had lots of choices and one person was hustling bringing more food out. Seemed like she could have used some help. I give her a five! Parking was free , they gave me something to put on the dash of my car. All in all a decent place to stay for the price. I would do it again

For the price we paid, the room was not adequately cleaned. The room had a foul odor from the AC unit, the shampoo bottle in the bathroom was depleted upon our arrival, the shower faucet was nearly damaged, and the breakfast was not satisfactory at the price we were charged for the room. The property has ample parking spaces, and the front desk personnel were cordial. Overall, the staff was friendly, provided ample parking spaces, and there were no positive aspects to this hotel. I should mention that there was also a homeless individual sleeping on the premises on 2nd floor hallway. With the price we paid, none of this problem should not have occurred.

The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The kitchen staff for the breakfast bar were very friendly, efficient and serviceable. The carpet in the room could use a steam clean. All the necessary components for a good night’s rest were taken care of😊

Easy access, felt safe, close to eating and shopping, great breakfast, quiet area While it was mostly clean, the room had a funky smell, the carpets were very dirty (don’t walk on it barefoot or your feet or socks will be black). The bathroom was small The sidewalk on the first floor was DISGUSTING, probably didn’t help keep the carpet clean.

Rooms were musty and smell damp balcony door was broken. You could see outside through the cracks, hot tub was cold for 3 days, we were there. Carpet was dirty. Our daughter also stayed with her family and their couch sofa bed had mildew on the mattress. Their carpet was damp and smelled moldy.

It was 4 of us I got the room for the sofa bed .Within 20 mins of checking in I told them they said they would send maintaince or switch rooms .That never happened .Second day I told them they said the same thing .Nothing at all.Also WiFi would not work waffle machine for breakfast was broke and our tv kept turning off.

Front desk staff offered minimal help when we had serious issues with our room upon first walking in room door. Asked for another room due to issues, asst mgr or manager was uncooperative at first with providing us another room. Upon entering room it smelled of unpleasant odor. Floor had not been vacuumed, crumbs, staples and paper bits on carpet. Paper liter on tables. Bathroom had a dead bug in sink which drain stopper did not work. Grudgingly given different room which smelled and looked clean. Slight annoyed look from front desk when dropping off door card when checking out.

This is a great place to stay in Huntington Beach. There is a mall across the street with lots of different restaurants, from Chinese hot-pot to sushi to Korean barbeque to Mediterranean style to American and Mexican style food. Also lots of shopping. It is only a 20 minute walk to Old World German Beer Garden and you can hop a bus and be at the beach in about twenty minutes (or be there driving in about ten). Plus, they don't allow pets!! Very clean and well maintained. You can't beat it for price and location!

It was in a great location. It was a 10 to 15 minute walk to the stores and reasturants, but that was about it. I have nothing else good to say about the staff or the hotel. The hotel was dirty. The hot tub was lukewarm at best, and anytime we went to the front desk to ask a question, they didn't have an answer or couldn’t help. It was extremely frustrating! Save your money and DO NOT stay at this Hotel.

Besides the continental breakfast, it was difficult to finish our stay. The room smelled, the pool wasn’t clean and hospitality wasn’t willing to accommodate requests until we complained further.

What a dump !! The front desk (incompetent) The rooms were gross , the breakfast is gross ! I paid extra for a balcony and couldn’t use it because the door molding with nails poking out blocked my way out to the patio ! I called to complain but nobody answered the phone and when I went down to the front feet they told me the manager would come up but never showed up !

The ceiling in the bathroom was buckling from water damage and was crumbling. The rug was soggy and had weird stains. Everything looked like it needed a massive renovation. My in-laws’ bathroom sink didn’t even work. The front staff was not the friendliest either. The hotel is right next to a busy street and you can hear everything. It is very convenient for dining and shopping options, though.

Now the comfort of the room and bathroom amenities is another story. The plumbing needs work. The shower/tub diverter valve doesn't work properly. The water pressure was low. Wasn't even provided decent soap. They expect you to use the same bar soap for your body as your hands. The pillows either super flat or extremely lumpy. The mattress itself was so stiff, the worse I have ever used. Overall, seriously needs some updates building wide. Other than that, again, staff was great. But I would never stay again

The elevator was broke and the ice machine kept running out of ice. We were on the 3rd floor, really could have used the elevator to haul all of our stuff for the weekend.

There were stains in the couch and carpet. The was a badly patched up hole in the bathroom door. AND it was just DIRTY! There we crumbs, wrappers, and water bottle caps on the floor. The mini fridge provided smelled. The room was also DARK!!! No windows. Since we didn’t stay, we didn’t use any of rhe amenities so I can’t say I’d breakfast was good, pool was clean, gym had working equipment, or if the jacuzzi was hot. If I could. I would give this place negative stars.

While the room was clean, it was very run down and dated. The bed was uncomfortable, the walls stained, and the toilet paper holders were broken. We won’t stay here again.

Elevator did not work at all had to carry all my stuff all by myself with no help asked for towels never got them went down to lobby 3 times to ask where were they I feel I should be compensated for the inconvenience of having to walk up and down the stairs like 25 times to take all my stuff down at check out

My experience at this property was amazing. Definitely felt the southern hospitality. The staff was so nice and engaging especially my new friend Tom the property maintenance guy. Everything was super clean and very comfortable. I’ll definitely be back.

The first thing I noticed were the stains on the lampshades and how poorly the room was kept. Next my boyfriend had noticed hair on the bed when we hadn’t been on it yet. Despite this, we didn’t want to leave and change hotels cause that could be a hassle. On the second night, we found a 2 roaches in our room. Immediately, I packed my bags and went downstairs to see if I can get a partial refund from the hotel. The staff member did not seem concerned or apologetic at all. She asked if I wanted to change rooms, but if there’s bugs in one room, they’re definitely gonna be bugs in another. She told me since I booked her Hotels.com that I would have to get a refund through them. So I contacted Hotels.com and they helped me out and I had a great customer service through them. I will never stay at this hotel again. There’s probably a reason that they don’t let you bring the breakfast upstairs and I think the roaches are one of them. also, you can hear everything that’s going on. The walls are super thin.

The person at the front desk didn't even greet us. All they said was 'Identification and credit card!' Didn't even say please. We needed a luggage cart and this thing was so rickety and dirty, we were skeptical about putting our luggage on it. After we got it to our room I just felt dirty touching it and had to wash my hands right away. We didn't eat breakfast because it didn't smell all that great and the coffee was horrible!!! We've stayed at many Comfort Inn and Suites over the years in our travels, but this one is the worst yet, by far!!

The pool area needs some repairs and whatever was making the area smell like petroleum or gas…

Everybody is so nice. The front desk staff always recognize me when I come to town. So helpful. Breakfast is not the best.

There’s a couple of things disliked. We got the deluxe suite and it smelled like mildew. The room was not the cleanest. Our balcony overlooked a target which was meh . When we got back from dinner there was no parking in the hotel and their other lot is a 6’3 clearance which our truck would not clear so we had to park in a weird spot the staff told us to. Checkout is at 11 but we had cleaning ladies come by at 10:30.

We checked in at 3pm and tried checking out by 320 we walked into the room and it had an awful moldy smell to it, my husband has a restoration company and is very familiar with the smell of mold and asbestos.. also there was dead spiders everywhere we went to the front desk and the guy said he can’t do nothing about it I contacted Expedia and they couldn’t do anything without the hotel approval total bs I have kids with asthma and would not stay their with them and no one was able to refund me my money horrible place nothing like in the photos!

Very good place for the price. Breakfast was not good. The room was very clean. The bed was quite hard. Good amount of space in the room. Bathroom counter is quite low. Most importantly the staff was very helpful and friendly.

Breakfast is complimentary but can only be eaten next to front lobby- they won't let you take food to the rooms which is really annoying, they monior you the whole time. The soaps and shampoo conditioner is cheap and watered down not a big deal. Our room had 2 king beds which made the room very tight. Tv was decent size.

When I was leaving a housekeeper walked out and was accusing me of stealing a plastic ice bucket that looks like a dog dish and some kind of brown blanket I still not received my incidentals and I think that was very rude and I offered to let them check my items. For that reason I will never go there again how embarrassing. I still have not received my deposits back which is $200. It's very inappropriate I'm still waiting for my incidental to come back to me hopefully I get them back.

My room was more than 2 hours late for checking in, the property has seen better days and the smaller things weren't cleaned due to rushing (such as the in room coffee maker). I was never able to access the wifi, which the front desk staff blew off.

Do not stay at this hotel. It is dirty, moldy and musty!! The management is very rude and do not care about their customers. We showed up. Saw the room and left. Management made us pay for the nights we were supposed to stay there even though their property is disgusting!! They have zero customer service skills!!

We experienced continuous issues in the room: • WiFi barely worked • TV kept turning off on its own • The AC was broken and making a loud, unbearable noise • The room was not clean—there were visible stains on pillowcases and sheets, which is completely unacceptable The worst part happened on our last day. When we returned from breakfast, we found water leaking from the ceiling directly onto our table, where my iPad was plugged in and charging. This could have caused serious damage and was a major safety concern. At checkout, I reported everything to the front desk employee, Ricky. Unfortunately, he showed zero willingness to help. He said the manager (Mike) was not available and that there was nothing he could do. When I asked for a printed invoice, he refused, saying the printer “was not working.” I called the hotel again later to speak with a manager, but the same employee told me the manager was still unavailable. I then asked to have my invoice emailed, and he refused again. This level of customer service is unacceptable—no accountability, no assistance, and no basic professionalism. If you are planning to stay with your family, especially with kids, I strongly recommend avoiding this place. I will be escalating this issue to corporate. 0-star experience. Do not recommend

Overall a good stay. Check-in did take a while because there were some complications with the guest before us but the wait does not fall on the staff. They did what they were able and brought out another member to help with the line of guests. The room was clean and the bed was really comfortable. The property itself is old so the room does feel a little cramped. It is on a major street which conveniently has many shops and restaurants providing a lot of dining options and easily accessible stores if you forget anything. It does tend to get loud early morning though. The location is close to many freeway entrances making it easy to get to many places throughout OC.

I put a reservation for my son called ahead of time to see how much of a deposit he needed. The lady Mia told me if I book the reservation with a credit card. He only had to pay $100 in cash when he arrived. She said she needed $300 in cash although he did not have 300. He only had 100. Expedia was so kind and called the property to try to cancel the reservation as I made the reservation within 15 minutes of his arrival the hotel would do nothing to help the situation. He had stayed there before and never had any issues so therefore I called the bank and stop payment on the account do the fact she misled me when I booked the reservation so their customer service is horrible. Their manager backed her up and said he would not return my money so now they’re gonna have to fight for it. I understand there’s misunderstanding, but I also ran hotels for 35 years owned and operated for restaurants never in the world would I ever have treated a return guest the way I was treated by this hotel I had my credit card on file if there were any thing that needed to be charged .

Convenient location but needs major updates. Our tv only worked 5 min at a time - would just turn off every 5 min. Another con was the bathroom: it was clean but the counter was so low. The sink was so low as well making it hard to just simply brush teeth etc. The water pressure was another struggle, It was very low water pressure.

This hotel is not only affordable, but it was clean, the breakfast was great, the guy at check-in was so friendly the whole stay, the pool was nice, the parking was free and convenient. I would definitely stay again if I were in the area.

Easy place to stay for visiting family in Huntington Beach area.

They charged us $200 after we left and claimed we smoked in our room, which is false. I called 3 times to talk to a manager and they are refusing to call me back. Crap motel

I stayed for one night and checked out on February 16th 2026 at 9:30am. I told the lady at the front desk that the toilet is clogged and asked if I will be losing my deposit. She said no and will get someone to fix it. Her name starts with an A, she wears glasses and I think is Hispanic. I said great and gave her a Chinese New Years present.Over two weeks gone by and I didn't see my deposit come back into my bank account so I called and asked why I haven't received my deposit back yet. The lady answering the phone told me to wait to check. Then she tells me that it was because of the clogged toilet. Comfort Inn did not contact me by email or phone telling me that and I had to call to find out. The Hotel originally lied to me saying I would be getting my deposit back. I asked in the first place because if they said I would lose my deposit then I would of went to the store nearby like Target and buy a plunger for cheap come back and unclog it myself. It was 9:30am when I was at the front desk and check out was 11am so I had time to go down the street and come back and fix it. They should of just told me that it would come out of the deposit in the first place instead of lying and keeping my deposit. It was something that I could of fixed in less than 30 seconds. I told the lady at the front desk when I called that I will be putting in my review on Hotels.com, Google and Yelp and will take it down if I get my deposit back.

Good selection of breakfast items. Room was in good condition. It was quiet. The only compliant was the pull out couch for my daughter had loud squeaky springs. So we heard every time she turned in her sleep. Other than that, it was a great stay.

1980s bathroom counter height and low Toilet. Room key reader was not working and I had to get three new keys. Will not stay there again.

The Comfort Inn is a clean but old building. The price is justified with the place condition. The staff were very kind and friendly. The breakfast doesn't offer much. Overall is very close to shops and the ocean.

I am writing this as a warning to all parents and travelers. During our stay in Room 344, my one-year-old son found and picked up loose pills off the carpet near the foot of the bed. These were in an open area that clearly hadn't been vacuumed. They were hidden from the view of an adult because they were at the foot of the bed, but easily accessible and seen by a one year old. We had to contact California Poison Control and the Huntington Beach Police (Report #P26007889) because of this gross negligence. When I reported this to the staff, it got even worse. The front desk told me "nothing could be done" for 36 hours until a manager arrived. When I finally spoke to management on Monday, I was met with extreme hostility and verbal abuse. Instead of apologizing for a near-miss medical emergency involving a minor, the manager screamed at me and used profanity, telling me, "I don’t give a f--- who you call" and to "call the police, call corporate, call the presiden… I don’t give a f—k”. This hotel is a massive safety risk. Not only is the housekeeping negligent enough to leave medication on the floor where a baby can find it, but the management is abusive and unprofessional. Do not stay here, especially if you have children.

Hotels.com is not the best place to book hotels anymore. I did not feel that they took care of me when I had to cancel a reservation (twice this happened, once due to a date error and once die to an accident on the way to the hotel). I got stuck with the cost of two reservations that I did not use. I think I may have had a better experience booking through the hotel directly. They seemed to place the blame on comfort Inn & suites, so if that is true, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel either.

Super friendly staff! Room was clean. We were disappointed in the hot tub. I realize it’s off season for the location, but the hot tub was stinky. Definitely hadn’t been maintained.

Everything was to my liking clean room, friendly staff breakfast could’ve been a little bit. Better room was excellent. The TV needed some new batteries, but it was working overall my day was a five.

Front office was very rude. I have to have infusions every month. I was hooked up to an IV and she told me that I had to come down right away for my drivers license and credit card to stay another night she could not wait until my IV treatment was finished. She said no. I had to stop treatment and get dressed and handle the credit card and license. Never going to stay here again!!!!!

Breakfast was ok but they had a policy to not allow to bring breakfast to your room. Not sure the reason behind that policy is but I found it a bit inconvenience as I was stopped by a staff when trying to bring a waffle to the car for my Mom to eat because we needed to leave and so she didn't have enough time to have her breakfast at the table. I felt horrible as I was trying to steal foods. Because of this, the receptionist was giving an unpleasant response when I asked her about the missing "undisturbed card" in our room. That's not professional. However, on the check-in night, the gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and professional. I would like to praise him but unfortunately I couldn't get his name as none of the staff had their name tags on their clothes.

When it came to breakfast, it was OK. It could’ve been more varieties and could’ve been warm the food.

The room was very clean. The staff was friendly. The light looks nice and has coffee/tea and complimentary popcorn! The breakfast was great with both hot and cold items and was refilled often. The pool was cold. The hot tub was a good temp but the jets only worked for a few seconds at a time. The property is in a great location to Huntington Beach and Knott's Very Farms. The two king beds were great. The hotel overall needs some maintenance but all things I noted were minor. We actually extended our stay at Comfort Inn. I would recommend this hotel

They were meticulous in explaining the rules and regulations, and the breakfast was simple yet sufficient to sustain me throughout the morning. I want to extend a special appreciation to the staff who worked tirelessly during the holidays, making our stay feel warm and inviting. The front desk staff was exceptionally professional and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel when I visit HB.

came here alone, room very was clean, no bed bugs, they came into the room made bed everyday/took trash out, & gave me fresh towels, was alittle loud outside car traffic/ambulance but didn’t bug me much..breakfast was good they switch up the hot bar, have fresh water/snacks/lunch/treats for purchase in lobby, jacuzzi was hot very close to alot of stores/food…close to beaches/downtown huntington so worth it… the only thing i didn’t like was the heater took a second to turn on and wouldn’t stay on long but would come back here felt safe and staff was friendly!

Everything was great except for trying to connect a gaming system to the wi fi.

The room had a funny smell! I would bring a candle which would not be appropriate for fire purposes, but maybe they need to just get that musty smell out of the room!

Room was clean. Not the most modern looking room but nonetheless very accommodating . I enjoyed the separate toom feel with a king bed and sofa bed. Very private. Front desk staff was also very friendly. Steve was excellent. The breakfast buffet was delicious. Well worth the stay.

The staff gave me a difficult time at check in. The chip on my credit card did bot work and their card machine did not allow for the visa card to be seiped to pay for the room deposit. It was the most frustrating and complicated check in I have ever encountered. The rooms smelled like mold/must with outdated air conditioning vents. The staff uncomfortably watched us (family of 4) and everyone else in order to enforce their policy of not taking food to your room as apparently it is not allowed. We were leaving for the day when we were abruptly stopped by the cleaning staff for my kids taking an apple and banana on the way out. It was part of their breakfast! I fo not recommend this hotel whatsoever. Ridiculous how you are are made to feel for taking fruit from your own breakfast as if you’re a thief for a “free” breakfast that is supposed to be included in the room fee.

It was a great stay at a great price. However the room felt really cramped with large bulky furniture pieces which didn't really leave room for us and our stuff.

was overall not bad but the rooms re outdated, old carpet water damaged doors and old baseboards some walls had crappy repaint but the bed was great. Pool could use a good vacuum along with the spa but the staff was very nice. I felt for the price it should have been nicer.

I love HB Comfort Inn. On Sept 22,23 i experience for the first my partner and I, i don't know what bites us. I had 3 bite on my body that turn to being itchy. Same with my partner. It could be a bedbugs. I didn't complaint but we had to rush the next day to be somewhere important. But other than the bite and itchy. Its still my favorite place. I will call them on Thursday.

This is my favorite place in Huntington Beach. I used to work here in the area. The road are wide and clean. You don't have to drive to get something to eat, you can walk. It's safe, i feel safe.

I was in California for business and stranded after a motor vehicle accident. This hotel was the closest to the dealership where my vehicle was taken for repairs. The staff was helpful and gracious during a very stressful and uncertain time for me. It was greatly appreciated.

I could still see outside with the door shut, and the bugs would come in at night when they saw the light - I was planning on staying 3 nights and checked out after 2 -

Beds were comfortable and clean but rooms need updating and repair. Lots of water damage to the bathroom door, furniture was pretty old, and the rooms were pretty noisy. I heard kids screaming and people talking until midnight our first night. It’s a good hotel for what we needed. I’d stay again if I needed a great deal and fairly clean room. Location was fantastic!

Everything was great. My only complaint would be the pillows were not firm enough.

Quite & clean

I liked that room was big enough to accommodate our family of 6. Staff was helpful and friendly. The room itself was dirty, found bugs in the restroom, the room itself smelled like mildew or like it was water damaged. The couch had stains all over so you didnt wanna sit on it. The pullout bed was broken and the inside was also had stains. All linnens were really dingy, stained or had holes. We considered asking for a refund, however it was late and wr were far from home.

Easy to get to the highway

All of the staff here were very friendly and helpful. The property is a great location, not far from the beach and there's many restaurants, a Starbucks and a Target right nearby. The property itself is definitely older. We had a room with a fold-out couch and the sheets on the couch were dirty when we opened it up. They brought us new sheets and blankets immediately and apologized. The beds were a little bit too firm for our liking. There is a free breakfast everyday which is very nice and there were rotating options. Overall, it was a decent place for a short weekend trip.

You cannot take any breakfast food into your room and they will threaten you with the fees out loud in front of others. When I asked the front desk lady for her name, she refused to share. Customer service is terrible. I wouldn’t stay here ever again even though this location is not bad.

The shower was literally falling apart and the beds had bed bugs because every time I would lay down I had small red/white bites on my body. Also the towels were dirty with makeup stains.

Worth the money

The woman at the front desk was not welcoming or friendly when checking in, talking fast and not speaking clearly. While in the lobby, a man walks in with a bug spray canister and a mask on. When e got in our room, the screws that hold the lock in place were coming out of the wall. The refrigerator was not cold at all. The bathroom was clean. The beds were okay. At about 4am my daughter wakes me up saying,”mom, there’s bugs”. I look and see roaches walking around where the tv sits. Went in the bathroom and there’s a few running around in there as well. So glad we didn’t unpack. We shook out our stuff and checked out, which went smoothly. Won’t be staying there again.

Room was dirty, bathroom was in disrepair and full of mold, crushed up tums and drywall dust on the carpet. Requested a crib which they provided but no space to put the crib safely, despite requesting a month in advance and confirming 24hrs in advance. Food was gross and whole property was in general disrepair. Overpriced for the quality.

This hotel is dirty. Carpet is dirty, sticky, and smell bad. I got bed bug bites over my body. I will never come back to this hotel.

Great. Only about 10 minutes to the beach and the family suite was awesome for 6 of us.

Staff was great. Breakfast was good & staff week prepared it was polite & organized keeping food items stocked.

The hotel is nice, the room is spacious and clean. The gentleman at the front desk was professional and kind. They have a great breakfast and pool too. We would definitely recommend this hotel to travelers near and far. 10/10

Do not book here. Hotel staff not nice. My key cards didn’t work, the air not working, then fridge not working - was told can take “free breakfast” back to our own rooms. How ridiculous is that. Only 1-ICE MACHINE for 3-floors and it didn’t work either.

The hotel is decent for the price. Nothing spectacular by any means. I felt like I was staying at my patents house with all the rules and regulations the hotel enforced. No smoking signs everywhere and basically threatening you for a huge charge on your card. The breakfast was good, but yet again I couldnt take the food back to my room if I wanted to because the hotel rules and regulations once again.

You know how there are three star hotels that give four star energy because of their quality? This was the opposite: three star hotel that should definitely be two. The hotel has definitely seen better days: weird room smell, loose bathroom faucets, old, ineffective AC unit, etc. Unfortunately, the lack of cleanliness was off the charts. There were roaches visible in the windowsills of rooms I walked past, leftover expired milk found in our fridge, long black hairs in the folded towels in our bathroom, etc. Overall, this isn't the place to spend any time in.

Lower floors are gross . Filthy carpet. Beds are cheap hard stiff and the room I was in had water damage maybe flooded at one point. I can’t say anything good about this experience except for the view in my rear view mirror as I left the property

Bring shoes to wear in the room because the carpeting is so dark it’s filthy thick smelly sticky carpet cob was behind the doorways and the people here. They were nice until they weren’t anyone in charge. I fell on the concrete out front. Oh I’m sorry painted slate you don’t paint slate. You don’t put slate in a commercial area you don’t this is why OSHA is coming to see it. I’m calling them. I fell flat on my back and did the owner do anything or say anything he said the cones here, 24 seven 357 so what is that the name of a car what are you talking about? We keep the cones right here against the windows behind the trees. What does that mean that you it’s wet down there by the wall by the trees 10 feet from where it’s wet that’s just stupid. Google this where should I place my cones on my wet floors in my public hotel room an entry.

Both rooms I’ve stayed in had a terrible smell. We had no hot water two mornings in a row, didn’t try on the other days. The carpets were filthy and left our feet black on the bottom (and my kids’ knees). Found a clump of hair on the carpet, and others’ belongings in the refrigerator and bathroom.

I went there to get away from the house its about a mile from me. Now I love it so much lately ill go a couple days a week just to get away from the kids.

I really enjoyed my stay here and the pool and jacuzzi were wonderful definitely will be back

My family couldn't enjoy the pool. The smell of the chemicals were so strong and burned our eyes. While we were swimming the pool shot chlorine through the jets causing a strong smell. I couldn't breathe and had to race out of the pool. My daughter has asthma and it effected her so bad it hurt her to take deep breaths for at least an hour after. I had to race her into the shower to breath in stream. I told the front desk and he said he would look into it but didn't notice anything wrong.

I liked after I checked in, they called about an hour later to make sure my room was okay. The things I didn’t like was I had to pay extra to park a second car during our stay, and I also didn’t like when asked for a late check out by only one hour, they wanted to charge me $20.so I declined.

I feel like this is a pretty good location with most of what you might need nearby. There’s a Starbucks, Target, and gas near the hotel. The only thing we didn’t like about the location is that it wasn’t as close to the beach as we would like, but that’s just personal preference. It was July 3rd so room availability was kind of limited. It is an older property, but it seemed to be kept up and, most importantly, it was clean. The staff was friendly. Check in was quick and easy.

What I like about this hotel is its very close to the beach and also its very convenient and restaurants are close by.i also like the family suites that come with the 3rd sofa bed its very comfortable. I’m very happy with the friendly staff especially the breakfast lady she is so nice and awesome please keep her and give her a raise.

The staff was so informational, friendly, and welcoming! Not only were they able to answer questions about the hotel, but they gave me outside info on buses which was a big help.

It’s by far the worst Comfort inn and suite we stayed at. The carpet in the room was dirty and old looking. It felt sticky and a little wet that I had to keep my shoes on. Then when I put the kids in the bed I noticed they all had super dirty feet. I’m sure it was from the floor since they just got out of the shower an hour prior to going to bed. The place is old and wear down. The height of the 2 king size beds in our rooms were not the same. Also, our toilet didn’t flush that we had to call front desk to send someone to fix it. Then around 7:50 am, the leaf blower went off.

Very disappointed that it takes more than 2 weeks to get your deposit back if $100.00, every other hotel I’ve stayed at in the last 14 days I’ve received the deposit back within 24hours

Not great for the money. Parking not easy with posts in the way. Felt lower class how you enter in by the maids carts and junk etc. to get to the elevator. Seems like there could be a better way to conceal all that. Bed was nice. Never a soft pillow I bring my own. Staff was nice.

There were flies in the food area, swimming pool water very dirty and when we went to tell them about it the front desk lady- manager Martina did not care about it. Overall bad service. Bad experience.

Location was great. Breakfast included which was good. Didn’t get a chance to use pool or fitness area but both looked nice.

Horrible mamager, service, area and overall experience. Buyer beware. There is no room for reasonable requests and reasoning with this manager. They screwed up my reservation and didn't take the time to make it right. No accountability or attempt to make their guests happy. Don't waste your time here. Everyone was really kind and helpful at checkin. The family suite was spacious and clean with two little balconies. Our family has a great stay and really really enjoyed the full breakfast with so many yummy options (omelette, waffles, pancakes, cereals, fruit etc)

Quick check in, Very friendly staff you can talk to, free and great breakfast, room was fine clean slightly outdated only real problem was the shower creating a lot of noise other than that great room.
