Hotel Huntington Beach

The one thing I did not like is the tub filling up with water when taking a shower. The sink also filled with water when being used.

The bed was really hard. The bathtub’s faucet was broken, but useable.

The room was comfortable and staff was very attentive.

I stayed at Huntington Beach Hotel several times and always enjoyed it. Nice room with a view, good location, free parking and friendly staff.

My room was by the ice maker and elevators and I could here people talking off and on all night, and early in the morning.

Good value for money in Huntington Beach, right next to interstate 405 and Ocean Boulevard. Mall and several restaurants in walking distance. Also good to note is that the OC Bus line stop is right next to the hotel. The rooms are a bit outdated and the in-window air-conditioning unit makes quite a lot of noise. There are better hotels nearby in this price range.

However, property is very tired with much deferred maintenance. The decor is outdated and worn out. The rooms are dINGY in most every respect. PAINT, flooring and window coverings are funky and worn in places. Shower head is way too low even for moderately tall people. The shower drain didn’t work and standing water to ankles every time. Pillows were small and noticeably lumpy.

The staff was very polite, friendly and helped me with everything I requested. We enjoyed the pool and the gym. The hot tub water level was extremely low. It barely covered half your stomach but it felt great. Our room had many missing chips of paint on the walls. The shower itself worked fine but the tub drained very slow so the tub filled up while you showered. The negatives do not out way the positives so I would stay there again.

Inside pool. Room got humid with spa on. However, the kids were a great time so it worth it. Lobby area very nice. Like most hotels some wear and tear in the room.

Overall very clean. Hotel is on the older side but its not that bad. Everything was working as intended. They were easy to work with and gave me a partial refund for the nights that I canceled due to evacuation order.

Shower drain was backed up, carpet stains, our window to look outside was filthy, shower tub and walls were gross. Bed was uncomfortable and the elevators were so noisy. This place needs to deep clean their rooms and update the paint or something. I would not come back again.

The property itself was nice, but the room was somewhat dirty, but the tub was bad and full of hair and dirt. We tried rinsing it out, but it wouldn’t so we couldn’t even use it to get ready for our day.

I like to stay there because it’s close to our family and it’s very convenient all the restaurants, and close to the freeway to get around.

The $16 breakfast was adequate but less than any hotels provide at no additional fee. Scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, pancakes, cereal, bread, coffee, and choice of juice. I did not take advantage of the pool nor the fitness center. I rate it as fairly good value.

Not really sure why everybody's complaining for the price. This place is pretty good. I've got no complaints. What do you guys expect to get 5 star hotel amenities for the price? people are off, but I will be back.

This was not the greatest experience. Bathroom was absolutely disgusting! Hair all over the ceiling. Bathroom was super dark with very low lighting. Bathroom tub had stains on the floor from a mat that was previously on the floor. Very old bathroom tile. Motion light in the bathroom does not work. Carpet had stains all over. Bed sheets had small stains on them. Nice looking lobby so you think the rooms will be nice but they are not. Me and my family will not be staying here again, we do not recommend.

This was a horrid experience. There was dim lighting all around the room, 413. It was DISGUSTING!!!!! There were stains on the walls, sinks, mirrors and bathrooms. The room was definitely dated as well. I did let the clerk know how disgusting it was and all she said was a quick “sorry” and that was it. My family member also reported hair on the wall in her bathroom, in addition to dim lighting and unclean walls as well in her room 409. VERY DISGUSTED AND DISAPPOINTED! The mattress was also stiff and uncomfortable. The one decent thing was that when we asked for extra pillows, they were delivered promptly.

This is the only hotel I stay at when visiting my kids in SoCal. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Property is clean and well maintained. I love that the pool and Jacuzzi are indoors so I can use them year round. And they allow family to come swim with me. Also a great location with Bella Terra shopping center across the street.

The Hotel itself was nice. Good location and walking distance to shops, restaurants and entertainment. However, the room did not have a mini-fridge. The bathroom lighting was dim and bad, and I had to call maintenance to fix the tub/shower as the water remained clogged. The lounge and bistro aesthetics were nice. However, the food and drinks were not good. I managed to get a good workout in at their small fitness center, the spa heated up nicely. Overall, I would not recommend it if you plan on utilizing the room a lot. I would recommend it for short stays if you’re going to be out and about since the price was decent.

Love the lightning and clean room! The bed sheets are all white and good quality! I didn’t feel itchy when I slept there! The soaps that they provided smelled good!

Hotel had free parking which was a perk. Great shopping venues and dinning options that are walkable. When we checked in, our bathtub was really dirty but the cleaning crew that cleaned the next day, took care of that. We would stay here again.

Staff is great. Price is great. The property is a little outdated but the team there does an excellent job maintaining it and they are super friendly and helpful. I use this hotel for all my trips to Orange county.

The carpet was disgusting, you could visibly see dark dirt stains throughout the room. The shower also looked stained, and I had to clean it myself before using it. Overall, the experience was really disappointing. I was honestly willing to lose my money and stay somewhere else, but since it was only for two nights, I just dealt with it. If you have other options, I would definitely recommend staying somewhere else.

When I checked in i had no idea that that you had to be on the 8t floor in order to have a refrigerator in the room; I have a mediation that needs refrigeration--- how horrible that you were not aware of this prior to selecting a room. Also, very difficult manage the temperature of the showers due to the old and worn out knobs on the shower--- you couldn't read them for the temperature I felt I scalded myself using the shower-- very unsafe. Old hotel, be safe! and choose another

Hotel is well located, kinda run down overall w missing paint, wall scuffs, strange smells, patch marks on our ceiling, etc. but nothing awful. Staff, especially TJ, was very helpful and gave great customer service. Only real cons were the parking spots are narrow and there is no coffee out in the morning which even the most basic 1 star hotels have. Costco across the street was great for gas and snacks. My hubs gives a vote for the Old World Village across the street for a great coffee place.

Air handling unit broke in the middle of night one. Requested repairs were unable to be completed. Was moved to another room for night too. First room was in really bad shape. Second room was much nicer.

rooms, beds, pillows, carpet, walls were extremely dirty. Bathtub had black mold on floor, handles, shower heads, and faucet. Water pressure extremely weak for toilet and shower. Water smelled dirty in shower. the cottons in the pillows were falling apart inside and bunched up. AC had a bad odor

Free parking is a big plus, with plenty of spaces both above ground and in the underground garage. The location is also very convenient — directly across from Costco Wholesale, close to shopping areas, and right next to the 405 freeway.

Good location in the middle of Westminster/huntington beach. Amenities such as the air conditioning and bathrooms were outdated. The mattresses could also use updating. No fridges in “basic” rooms which was surprising for the cost of the hotel. Even motel 6 has a fridge.

Room was good but for the price I paid, I thought there would atleast a mini fridge in the room and maybe complimentary breakfast. It was an okay hotel. Also there is a bar near the hotel that played their music really loud at night which made it a little difficult to sleep.

The staff were great and helpful. The hotel was just not what I expected. It just seemed dirty and had a weird odor. The ceiling in our room was deteriorating, with cracks and spotty repair work. The laminate flooring was peeling. The carpet in the halls were dirty and stained. The walls were stained and scraped up. The baseboards looked like they needed to be glued back on. Also it would have been nice to know that not all the rooms have a fridge and if you want a tiny mini fridge in your room, it’s extra. The shower curtain rod had been drilled in to the wall and shower tile multiple times. The beds are full, not queen size, and they were stained. The jacuzzi in the pool room was discolored and in worse than poor condition. The sink in the bathroom had brown liquid in it which looked and smelled of vomit. The sink was clogged as well, and required maintenance to repair it. The hotel looks appealing from the outside, but it’s bones or old and not well maintained. It should be noted that the walls are very thin and you can hear people talking and slamming their doors. The 3 star rating is very generous.

Not a good experience. We called and asked about amenities beforehand and we're totally lied to. The place was scuffed, cracked and old. It was too late to get another place, w/o doubling up the cost. No convenient stores nearby. Never again. We talked to office staff and front desk who were not helpful. We maintained our own room and the cleaning staff were helpful when they could understand. I would not suggest.

This place is conveniently located to shopping and restaurants. We had a bad experience because the room we stayed in had a bed that was deeply sunken in the middle. Made for a horrible nights sleep. It’s just odd to us that housekeeping staff wouldn’t report this. The mattress needs to be replaced in the room we stayed in. Other than that, it was nice.

Well located across from Bella Terra and lots of places to eat on Beach Blvd. About as far from the beach as you can get in HB, Westminster starts two streets away.

Nothing really worked, 2 elevators were out of service, the snack machine, the ice machine. No refrigerator or microwave in the rooms. Definitely not justified for the price. The staff was nice. The hotel just seemed run down and not well taken care of. Also 15 bucks for breakfast in the morning? You would think for the lack of everything they dont provide that should at least be included.

The minute i walked into the facility it all went wrong. I had the absolute worst experience ever from day one until the day i checked out. From the room, Breakfast, Jacuzzi, pool and amenities. I complained to Hotel manager and he promised me refund but never got it..i will never stay here again nor would i ever recommend anyone esle to stay here.

Then the second day we used the pool, the light was operating but an hour into us being there, my daughter went into the bathroom and the light turned off on us. Overall location was great and we really enjoyed the indoor pool. I’d stay again.

staff was excellent did not check out buffet because my granddaughters eat very little and are vegetarian literally they would eat one pancake that’s it so it wasn’t worth us paying $15 for that however, the property needs a major updating. The pool area area was pretty nasty as far as the flooring the women’s bathroom light was not coming on the rooms were very small and I will never except a double bed again! there was no Refrigerator the ice machine was broken on the 4th floor, but I must say the staff at the front desk were very nice check-in went smoothly, and the bar area was very nice as well. Just the room rooms. Very small small. The toilet paper roll had an issue with it coming off and the tub was clogged. Water wasn’t draining properly.

My sister and I recently booked a trip to Huntington Beach and found this hotel on line with amazing reviews. Overall we had a decent stay. The location was really convenient, close to the beach and nearby shops. The room itself was comfortable - the AC worked great, and the bed was pretty cozy. The TV quality was okay as well. However, the building itself felt quite old - there was chipped paint and the bathroom was outdated. The tub was clogged, and although we asked for a fix, it wasn't fully resolved - the water still stayed above our ankles. We also checked out the pool, but it had a strong chlorine smell and didn't' look like a great place to relax. Despite these issues, it was a decent place for a short stay, especially given its convenient location.

If you ask for a refrigerator, it’s really small. The bathroom toilet is so small that you will break your back. The lighting in the bathroom is so bright that you will be dizzy and sick the entire trip. The AC in the gym well there is no AC in the gym, you would become very ill if you try to work out, so don’t even think that you’re gonna work out in the gym that is grossly hot and filthy to be honest they don’t have any sanitizing station and it’s gross. It’s next to the indoor pool and it’s humid and hot. The restaurant is not worth $16 so do not buy the ticket for $16. Are you kidding me? The food is disgustingly gross not worth it and it should be complementary. The fruit is not sweet and it’s old and icky, not fresh good fruit no berries nothing lovely it’s old cantaloupe, old melon, and gross watermelon. No berries at all they should have fresh strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries if they want to look good for their guests, obviously they do not care ! They should pay you to eat there.!

Our room was in poor condition. No fridge! Like, what? The shower drain plug had fallen off. No art. The mattress was like cardboard, it was so uncomfortable. The bar was closed our whole stay (5 nights). The only thing they had going for them was the location but to only bank off of that and not give the guests a comfortable stay is crap. Not impressed at all.

The room itself had many bangs and cracks on the walls/ceiling along with chipped paint in may locations. For some reason our key card kept failing almost every time I tried to get back into the room. It was a 2 night stay and I had to ask for new key cards about 5 time which is such an inconvenience. The ice machine wasn’t working. The hair dryer in the in the room also turned off on me while I was using it and it never turned back on. There is a fitness center which I utilized but to my surprise, both treadmills did not work. There was a split AC in the fitness room but it honestly just felt like it was just a fan. I am not happy that the amenities I paid for were not usable— I will not be staying here again.

The walls are quite thin, and I could hear the couple talking in the next room. Luckily, our room was at the very end of the hallway, so we only shared one wall. Overall, our experience was good, and for the price, I would stay here again.

In my opinion this hotel has so much potential. The Hotel just needs someone to give it some love. The staff on the other hand, they make this place so warm and inviting! A+ to the front desk staff! Location was excellant! The beds on the other hand, half of us will love them, and the other half wants to cry(springs). The bathrooms were lacking love for sure, and they weren't cleaned as well as they could of been. The shower head in my room was God awful! It sprayed little water missiles at me, it was quite painful, so painful that i would not take another shower in that room. I had to go to my daughter's to take a shower. The water also backed up in the drain, while I was in the shower. You're standing in clearwater, but it's drain water! Your feet are literally soaking in drain water and whomever took a shower before you in that room. Water stains everywhere, it was maddening. Made the bathroom look dirtier. Mildew on the grout. Rusty soap basket. Shower curtain was insufficient because the floor was soaked when I got out of the shower. The floor could of been soaked either by that curtain or an out of control shower head with spray missiles. I've never seen anything like it, it was like you accidentally sprayed yourself with a pressure washer. Spray missiles(not in a good way), you had to duck and weave to protect yourself! I challenge any owner or employee to take a shower in room 815! It could cut through a cornea, if you're not watching what you're doing!

For the price and for one night doable. It was clean and in great location. The beds were very uncomfortable. Pillow felt like sacks stuffed with tshirts, lumpy and uncomfortable. My husband who loves to sleep in got up at 5 and asked to leave cause was so uncomfortable. It is an old hotel that they put new paint and new furniture especially to make it feel more updated. Staff was very nice.

The room only had one wash cloth for one person and paying so much a night for a room and no fridge in and i tried to buy a biscuit so i could take medication and couldnt i was told i had to pay 14.99 for the buffet . Well we were able to check in late but the room was stuffy and dusty in all edges and corners. The bathroom floor was sticky and worst of all we did not have a functioning toilet. The room was enough to accommodate us during our trip but fell short of a few things like cleanliness, amenities offered, and overall quality. The walls and/or door are very thin so we heard everything from conversations to doors slamming from in the hallway. There was not a room safe, microwave, or refrigerator but maybe we just didn’t select the right room. The elevators were sketchy with constant shaking when going up or down. The bar/ restaurant in the hotel was closed our entire stay which was a bummer. The hotel offered free parking and was across the street from multiple restaurants and bars which definitely helped but it fell short in the other areas mentioned. Overall a solid budget friendly option for those wanting to explore the area.

All you can eat Buffet was like a continental breakfast not much to brag about or to got back to for seconds I would have rather gone to Norms or Dennys for 1/2 the price. Overall it was next to freeeway on and off easy and a lot of restaurants around there just not up to my expectations or standards. I would not stay there again

They Charged me $150 deposit even though I already paid for my room. Which was kind of predatory & unnecessary. The Hotel itself is nice & indoor pool so that's good. Really just didn't appreciate being charged 150% of booking price on deposit. Just a regular family with 2 kiddos. Not a high risk Customer. Anyways like I said the staff is nice and the hotel is nice though.

The hotel was dated looking like it hadn't been renovated in over a decade or two, and the pool was under maintenance for most our stay frustrating our daughter, but the room was clean and for the location the price was exceptionally good. We were visiting family in the area so we were at the hotel to sleep for the night only during the week, not hanging out there.

I used to stay here quite a bit, but the last couple times I could tell the hotel has been going downhill this particular time when I got to my room, there were chipped paint sections on the wall walls and in the bathroom, there was a wedding held at the hotel, and there were a lot of guests, obviously, but there were a couple of rooms that had guests running in and out being loud run up and down the hallway is being obnoxious. They woke me and my wife up at 3 AM with their antics, when I went downstairs at 6:30 AM to complain to the front desk I was told “oh yeah, we had complaints about them. I sent security up there a couple of times“ and that was the only explanation I got I did get an apology, but an apology does not help when we had gotten in at 1 AM and we’re woken up at 3 AM, the hotel lobby looks very nice because that’s the first thing you see when you walk in… I don’t think I will be staying here again. I add to that complaint that the “fitness room “only had two treadmills and half of the freeways were missing. There was a weight machine with cables, but that was it, I feel like even for the $114 I paid there I could’ve stayed at a more upscale hotel.

The room terrible, the carpet had huge stains, dust everywhere, the bed had huge stain on the mattress with dark hairs. And the walls just looked like there was a frat party the night before. Friends it’s not hard to dust the corners, bring in a new bed and slap on some paint. Just because your hotel has only 3 stars doesn’t mean you have to live up to that expectation. I voiced my concern to the staff and they were very helpful. The location is not by the water but close to shops, restaurant's and things to do.

Checking in was smooth and the lobby looks nice but the rooms were disappointing. Stained sheets, lumpy pillows, stains on the light covers in the bathrooms, door hardware loose. Garage elevator was out of order as well. Not interested in going back since everything in the rooms felt old and in need of replacements.

Pool and hot tub were scary and embarassing. They were dirty and lots of pealing paint. The jets shoot water straight up to the sky. One guy and $500 could correct this. Other than that, the hotel was fine and a good value.There is only food during breakfast. then the kitchen closes at 10 AM. There is simple bar food, apetizers at the bar in the evening. The manager should be fired immediately.

The room was horrible. The water leaked in the bathtub, there was no plug in the sink, the counter was about 3 inches above my knee, the tile in bathroom was very slick and I almost fell getting out of the shower, the shower curtain was hung wrong, so water leaked onto the bathroom floor, the carpet and walls were dirty, the mattress was thin and hard, there was not microwave or refrigerator, the door was difficult to open, the air conditioner/heater was so loud that we had to turn it off, the hotel is noisy, you can hear everything from the hallway or the adjoining rooms and the window coverings did not keep the sun out in a room that faced west.

Man. where do I begin? I understand this is an older property and many hotels are still recovering from the pandemic era. However, we felt we were given a neglected room and most of the focus of the owner was on the cosmetic appearance of the groundfloor. Our room was dusty, one of the blinds was broken. There were noticeable chips and damage to the walls. One of our drawers didn't close. Our toilet wobbled (not the seat; the actual toilet was not secure), the towel rods above it weren't leveled, and the bathroom just looked old/worn. When we brought these issues up to the front desk, the employee at the desk apologized and said that the floor we were assigned was often given to late arrivals and large groups and was often trashed and often had bedbugs which was really fun to hear. We just stayed at a Marriott for a staycation and it was like night and day in quality. I really feel we were a victim of a bait and switch with what we saw in the pictures when booking and what we actually got. I would really encourage anyone to think twice about booking a room hear until the owner acknowledges and proves they have changed how they manage and maintain this hotel as well retaining their staff on how to clean rooms and customer service.

Room and towels were clean. All amenities included. Room felt secure. Just the wifi is pretty bad. Disconnects often and have to re-login often. Definitely not high speed.

Carpets stretched and dirty, tiles coming off the walls in the bathroom, beds old and exceedingly soft and we could hear our neighbors conversation next door as well as their music playing from midnight to 2 am. Room was as clean as possible, and the location is good, but a renovation needed.

The room smelled a little like urine. It was clean, but glad I had slippers to wear around the carpet. The king bed was not super comfortable. It kind of felt like there was a thin mattress over a sheet of plywood. The second lock on the door was broken so I made a barricade.

One of the beds had dirty sheets. The hallway carpets are filthy and have lumps in them that are a major trip hazard and make it hard to pull your luggage.

The room I stayed in was in really bad condition when I tried to take a shower the lever broke. there were stains all over the carpets. You can tell it had not been shampooed or cleaned properly for quite some time. The toilet paper holder was hanging the shower curtain had holes in it. The caulking around the sink was disgusting. The entire room was in need of repairs.

Didn't mean to rate the breakfast options, I didn't stay long enough to try this. I LOVED the shampoo/conditioner/soaps though, TV was small and not a smart tv. Everything else was great though and staff was super helpful with check-in and rates.

The matress was the most uncomfortable thing ive ever slept on. Felt like it was all spring. The shower sprayed the wall and curtain before our body, and the tub filled. The staff was kind, no problems there. The outside, the parking, no issues. It just looked nicer than jt was.

The entry light switch was halfway out of the wall, seemed to spark whenever you pushed on it, and the light flickered frequently or wouldn’t turn on as a result. The bed was horribly uncomfortable and you could feel every spring poke into you. There were also no more than 2 sheets and an extremely thin quilt on the bed. The carpet seemed dirty and all the baseboard were peeling up, most of the furniture was chipped/peeling, and the front door handle made it very difficult to close when leaving. The shower was ok, but the safety grab bar was barely screwed into the wall. Overall, this hotel did not appear consistent with the pictures online, and I would not stay here again.

For how it was advertised is very deceptive. It was very dirty and needs to be updated. The updating needed is fine but be truthful about it.

The hotel is in a good location, rooms are good sized, parking is free. However, have had issues the couple of times I stayed. The bathroom sink and tub did not drain as the plumbing seems clogged up. The lower level floor rooms have sound issues with noise from next door rooms. Both times the hotel moved me to the top floor which was acceptable. However, I wish they didn't need to do that. The hotel would benefit from some major renovation and heavy duty maintenance.

Hotel was definitely in need of some updating. The beds were horrible to sleep on. Might as well have been sleeping on the ground if the carpets weren’t so gross. The bathroom was horrid, outlets falling apart and lighting kept flickering on and off. The drain the shower didn’t drain well so we showered in standing water the whole time. And the two pillows they offered were absolutely disgusting. Would not return.

the carpet had multiple stains, including one that appeared to be a wet salsa-like substance. as a result one of my personal items was damage, additionally the mattress had a large stain on one side, which raised further concerns about hygiene. I have taken photos documenting these issues. hope this feedback helps ensure better housekeeping practices for further guests. I would also appreciate knowing how the hotel intends to address this situation.

The rooms are extremely outdated and the hotel seems to lack maintenance. The pictures online do not look like the real deal. 6/10 at most the lobby gives a false illusion of what you’re walking into. Carpets are lifted walls are scratched and chipped. Rooms are not well maintained your sheets will be touching the fooor, beds are small and low to ground. We changed rooms 3x still not happy. But too far to drive home at almost 11 pm.

Both the clean and front staff were friendly. The beds were acceptable! I can't comment on the hotel's cafeteria cause we all ready had decided to have lunch in beautiful downtown huntington beach. Would recommend!

We enjoyed this hotel. The location is perfect, right off the freeway, and close to food. Costco gas across the street. You really need that in Cali with the gas prices. Was very safe. Room keys didn’t work, we weren’t the only ones with this issue, hotel needs to be redone. The walls had bubbles, the rooms looked run down, the bed frames weren’t in the best condition, the toilet made loud noises all night. No refrigerator and no microwave

The mattress was springy and wobbly. the pillows were too thick, and I woke up with a stiff neck. The shower curtain was fabric only and got wet, which then dripped onto the floor. Behind the bathroom door, the drywall was peeling loose, and the floor baseboard was dirty or moldy. The toilet was short or low to the floor, and with my age and knees, it was hard sitting down and getting up.

The price was right, located right across from a large mall and a Costco. Also located right off the highway.

After checking into our room the bathtub had filled from the drain with dirty, gross water with large particles. We were told to move to another room that was an upgrade. The room we moved to was smaller, dirty, the bed had a large dip in the center that we kept rolling into. Poor nights sleep. There was only one bar of soap and one shampoo without anything else. During the shower, the shower curtain was not snapped on and fell down. The extremely strong shower head pressure poured water onto the bathroom floor without enough towels to clean it up. The faucet couldn’t be tightened to prevent dripping. From dripping, it continued to spray water onto the edge of the tub and floor. The breakfast was $15 per person, very limited and barely warm. When checking out I told them all the problems from the second room and wanted to be sure I would receive the $150 deposit charge, at check in, back. I was told they’d deduct the breakfast charge of over $30 from the deposit. There wasn’t any apology or explanation for our accommodations. I would never recommend this facility.

Outstanding location, near many restaurants and shopping stores. However the rooms are really run down. The paint is peeling off the walls, floors are dirty and cracked. Bed springs are broken and uncomfortable to sleep on. Dusty and dirty, things like the remote control was not wiped down. So crusty. The hotel needs a major update. I only stayed one night and asked to get the second night refunded. Staff was friendly and helpful. I will not return to this hotel.

Toylet said wasnt working as it should, had too pull cover out too manually hold down rubber flapper so water can fill, seat toylet broken

Hotel was very clean and quiet, great location by shops and food. They do need to upgrade some of the appliances and fixtures.

It could be batter with the maintenance of the bathroom and it could also use a refrigerator and microwave if they can do that other wise it was nice and comfortable need more parking as well

The beds were terrible, to hard. The bath tub was filthy I had to use flip flops to take a shower. I was disappointed.

This is the hotel that we spent our wedding night in and we were hoping that it would be just as wonderful, but unfortunately, it was very rundown. The staff was wonderful and the location was great, but the rooms were in some serious need of cosmetic work. The Wi-Fi in the room was terrible And we were unable to upload documents for work. The bathtub was broken, and my wife could not take a bath because the plunger wasn’t connected. Very rundown and in need of work. Great location though.

Love the location of this hotel! To be able to walk across the street to coffee shops, restaurants, etc......and then only a 10 minute Uber drive to the beach!

The conditions of the hotels rooms is not clearly portrayed. The bathroom vanity, sink and shower are not in good condition. You could tell that the room had not been dusted in a while. There was a metal smell that came out when the shower turned out. Just not the comfort we expected.

When I checked in they said the phones were down. I specifically asked if the wifi was down too and they said no it was working. I specifically booked a room to take online test with zero distractions and was not able to due to wifi being down. They kept insisting it should be working and it didn't. I missed my test and have to pay to take it again!

Everything was clean the room was a little dinged up but overall not bad experience. Front desk was friendly and helpful!

This hotel when first open was a good hotel. With broken down elevators and no breakfast services it has become just a below average place to stay on the cheap.

Great amenities (weight room, indoor pool and jacuzzi). Room was nice and clean, but bathroom vent fan was inop. and shower/tub diverter was in need of replacement/repair. Overall, a nice place to stay.

Staff is very good.

The carpet was stained. The sheets were very clean, but everything is so outdated and rusty. The water in the shower would not go down the bad you can feel the springs would never stay here again. The cigarette smell was terrible.
