Bed was completely broken the mattress had a whole part of the springs went out and hurt like hell to sleep on it was room 229 I would suggested throwing it away before another customer has to sleep in it like I did do better next time. Thank you,

The biggest issue occurred when my vehicle was towed while I was a registered guest staying at the hotel. I had been issued a parking permit, but because it was allegedly not visible, I was forced to pay $175 to retrieve my car. I understand parking policies must be enforced, but I was a paying guest with a valid permit and would have appreciated some effort to verify that my vehicle belonged to a current guest before authorizing the tow. Because of this experience, I would never ever come back to this location. Beware and becareful where you lay your head. This place is not what it seems.

This was the worst hotel I have ever booked through expedia. The pictures were completely misleading. The bed was a twin not a queen and the sheets were stained. The furniture was breaking and the floors were dirty.

I have stated here before several months ago and l Actually enjoyed it that’s why l was okay with reserving an stay at the establishment again However this Stay was Awful and l had Family in town from another state they was Disappointed Displeased and unhappy. I did find out however it’s under new management so maybe that’s why the Stay Was As Pleasant as the First Stay. I Will Never tell anyone Nor will l Stay at Woodsprings Inn Suites Again. I forgot to mention about the Fist print in the bathroom door l still have pictures of that in my phone. Just Shameful.

The entire hotel was filthy. Dirt on the floors, staining on the carpet, hair in the beds, spots all over the mattresses, no pillow cases on the pillows that were covered in stains, grime on the surfaces, dander and dirt all over the exposed bed frame, toilet paper in the toilet. It was so disgusting that we left upon arrival to find another hotel to stay in. I would have rather slept in my car.

Parking was easy and secure. They provided us with a parking pass once we checked into our room. The room was clean (for the most part) and the hotel itself was nice. My only issue was that we saw exactly one roach during our stay. This concern me a little because the other wood spring suites I stayed at in PG County had a roach infestation and it made me think this was a franchise thing. However, as far as we know, there was only that one we came across.

Price and location were perfect but as an efficiency room with a stovetop you assume that basic cooking and eating items are available. They need to make it clear that you either need to bring pots, pans, cooking utensils, dishes and silverware or there is an additional cost.

Staff was fine and polite, but the room was gross. There was food on the counters and the bathroom sink wasn’t cleaned. We also didn’t get pillowcases and the blanket on the bed was badly stained.

If you're traveling for business or pleasure, this is not the place for you! We checked out after 1 night. It's more like low-income housing than a hotel. As soon as we walked through the doors from the lobby to the rooms all you could smell was pot. The furniture and floors in the room were beat up, and there was 2 flat pillows and a thin blanket on the bed. When we asked for extras we were told that was not allowed. There were random people hanging out in the lobby at all hours. The only shining stars from the visit were the 2 employees that we had interactions with, Jakiya L. in the evening and Mikayla the next morning were very sweet, lovely people! They were very polite and apologetic about our concerns.

Staff were fine. $50 to check in an hour early for a room that was ready is absurd. We got to "check" the room before being charged-it's...a room. The best thing about this hotel is the proximity to the stadium, that's about it.

Someone else arrives chatting it up with whoever is cleaning the room (you couldn’t tell if someone was a guest or actually worked there as everyone was in hoodies & sweatpants…) I went down to talk with the manager about getting a different room…only to be told that they are giving me a refund ad I can go somewhere else!!! (I don’t have enough characters to get into detail…) I recommend that you completely stop doing business with this location as nobody should have to deal with this sort of establishment.

The room had a weird smell but that wasn’t the problem. I woke up at 3am to ROACHES!!!!! I killed at least 6, from the bathroom, kitchen area and in the “closet”. There is no reason I should have to deal with that.

Well the room was decent. Could have used better pillows. It was safe enough to sleep in after my boyfriend double checked the sheets because there was a roach in the bathroom and I recorded a video just to be sure so we did not bring any bags in there and the clothes we had we put it in the microwave so nothing could crawl on them. I understand people also live there but I’m not sure we would come back

This was an extended stay hotel and it should have been labeled as one. On the site the picture was not clear that it was extended stay. People was working on their cars in the parking lot all night and it was noisy all night. This was terrible.

If you’re looking for a hotel where the staff are dismissive and the manager is even worse—completely indifferent to your concerns—then by all means, book a room here. When I discovered roaches all over my belongings and asked to be moved to a different room, I was told every room has roaches. I requested help laundering my items and was informed they only offer coin-operated machines. When I explained I didn’t have coins, the front desk shrugged and said, “Oh well, that sucks.” If you’re into that kind of hospitality, this place will not disappoint.

I did not check in. When I arrived at the hotel, the lady at the front desk said she could not check me in until after 11am. I had to be at a conference at 10:30am. It was a little after 8am when I arrived. I ended up staying at the Holiday Day Inn down the street. I need a refund.

Great staff and a decent place to stay. I would personally book with the hotel itself next time but will be trying another hotel for my next visit. Nice if you like the location but there are better out there for the money.

Is small parking place

This property is not worth the rate. It's dirty from the lobby to the rooms. Shower didn't work, roaches, dirty floors, dirty tub, dirty refrigerator, dirty elevator, only one set of towels & washclothes per person (regardless of how long you stay). The only plus is the location!

Added amazing time. We had so much fun that we ended up. Extending outstage another week. John The manager and Stacy the overnight front counter person personal. Her was great Stacy. The overnight young lady was awesome. And then they saw a room which was clean at onen. It's housed that you're comfortable and secure awesome title. I'm tired recommend anyone.

I would like the washer to be replaced or audit I try to use it and they were not working for a credit card payment and also for staff to audit paper work I had to sign paperwork again for the day staff and was force because of her miscommunication she explained with night staff

I just wanted to say that we found a roach in our room in the bathroom toilet crawling around the rim. There was still house keeping cleaning our room when we were told we could check in so we had to wait for them to finish. It reeked of weed in the hallways and downstairs the trash was overflowing outside. The sink in the bathroom was broken. I honestly would've left but there was no other hotels available due to the high demand of the concert I'm truly disappointed and someone should really take more action cleaning

Never again. Room wasn't ready at check in time. Had roaches in the room multiple times, was told "I'll let my manager know" and never heard from them even though we complained multiple times and physically showed a worker in the room. Back of the toilet was cracked, everything felt damp and mildewy, very thin walls so you hear everything all around you. Horrible experience overall, avoid this place at all cost!

If you’re not picky and need something affordable and relatively safe, it’s perfect. Front desk was hit or miss. Some have awful attitudes, but most are super helpful and sweet. At check in which I arrived at 6PM, there were no clean rooms available! I had to find another hotel in the area for my two night stay. This hotel also serves as some form of welfare housing.

The overall service was terrible. The receptionist was rude. The property does not accommodate at all. The shower is awful, it feels like you’re in the sprinklers. It smells terrible everywhere you turn. And they do not provide any dishes or pots for the kitchen. I am not please with this stay and they should be more considerate of helping. You dont know what people are going through.

This negatively impacted my breathing and made my stay extremely uncomfortable.

This was not a good stay. One of the staff members on the morning shift of Jan 28th 7:30 am was so unprofessional and disrespectful I couldn't react to her disrespect towards me. I was so surprised someone is allowed to represent a company with that type of behavior. I wouldn't be able e to recognize her because she was wearing a full hooded sweater at the desk. I would never stay at this hotel again.

Went to check in and handed the lady my id but she was too busy on a personal phone call. She ended that call but took another personal call and instead of using my id she asked me my name. Then she said you got 2 beds and looked at me odd. I said yes because my son was with me. She kept my id while she had me check the room out I’ve never had to do that. At quick glance the room looked ok. Once we got in there we had no towels or toiletries. The next morning I saw a bug not sure what kind but definitely won’t stay there again.

They confirmed this reservation and then said they didn’t have a room available. Never checked in.

From the moment we arrived, the hotel smelled heavily of smoke and marijuana, especially in the lobby. When we entered our room, it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned at all— the TV was on, the bed unmade, and no basic toiletries like soap or shampoo in the bathroom. The kitchen was also completely empty, not even a single cup, which was shocking since we booked this hotel just to cook during our stay. When I reported the issues, the front desk informed me that there were no cookware available and no other rooms to switch to. While the receptionist was friendly, no action was taken the entire week to resolve these problems. Housekeeping never came once, and we had to clean the room ourselves that night, including changing the bedding, which was a hassle as we were given incorrect sizes multiple times. To make things worse, the room was infested with cockroaches. I spotted them crawling near the door and under the sink in the bathroom. We basically spent the week fighting them off! The entire floor also reeked of smoke and the corridors were rowdy, with constant noise coming from other guests yelling at all hours of the night. Overall, the stay was highly disappointing and completely unacceptable. I would never return or recommend this hotel to anyone!
