    Reserved rooms because they had a bar and restaurant in the lobby. Upon arrival we noticed the lights were off in bar area, so we asked the front desk attendants when the bar would open. They responded with they weren’t really sure?? So we went to a nearby restaurant for dinner and drinks. Got back to the hotel around 8 pm and the bar was still not open and when we ask the front desk attendants they said they guessed it wasn’t going to be open today???

Had a 3:00 check in and was told room wasn't ready it would be a few minutes. Three hours later the room still wasn't ready. Had my 82 year old disabled mother with me. Got in room after 6 and we were late to the start of our concert because traffic was terrible. Asked to speak with manager and man said there wasn't one. So hotel operating w/ no management. Nothing but excuses and never offered us anything while waiting. People were walking in and getting their rooms before us. Others had same problem we did. Girls were doing hair and makeup in the lobby for the concert because they couldn't get their rooms either.

    I liked everything mostly it’s very quite and low key for the location I stay here quite often as a getaway to myself and every time I come the water is always cold. I’ve never stayed here and had any hot water and the side door to enter and mainly where my rooms typically are located never works so it’s forced me to park on the side due to no parking in front and walk around front which is such an inconvenience especially if it’s raining or cold outside.

    The one complaint that I have is that there was no daily servicing by housekeeping. Within a four night stay the trash was removed once and the bath linen was replaced once. The beds were never made. There was no door hanger to request service. This seems like such a basic service that a guest should not have to request. Our days were very long, returning quite late. The last thing I wanted to do was to stall going to bed while awaiting service when housekeeping is no longer available.

    My only negative experience at this hotel was the check in. I waited for 25 minutes, and I cannot understand why. No one explained why the wait was so long. In fact when I finally got to the check in desk after waiting in line, my room key was already set aside with a sticky note with my name on it. So I'm not sure why it took so long to check in. My room was already ready and assigned to me.

    We arrived at the hotel and noticed that the hotel’s lobby area was being renovated. Big Boxed furniture was being brought into the property while we were attempting to exit the property on March 27, 2026. We had a terrible drainage issue with the sink and the tub in our hotel room. Very dissatisfied with this establishment.

    The hotel was renovating sort of the lobby was a little messy but I wouldn’t expect them to shut down while doing this. Once I got off the elevator I could smell the new carpet in the hallway and in the room. Everything was clean and well taken care of. I slept comfortably and enjoyed my stay. They even had a bistro/bar at the hotel that was open til 10 so you don’t have to go out or order out for food. I would stay here again.

    The hotel is under renovations. We stayed on the 4th floor which had already been renovated. Clean room, nice furniture. Staff was so friendly!! Hair dryer was disgusting and we heard a lot of hammering from the 3rd floor up until 8 pm. That seemed late to us for workers to still be working, a bit frustrating. We will stay here again. Very close to Northwest stadium. Lots of food choices in the area.

    Overcharged but fixed when I asked for a receipt First room did not have pullout couch so moved to a room with two double beds. Beds have no boxspring makes the mattress and sleeping extremely uncomfortable. Was under renovation which was not mentioned when booking. Pool is not heated. Is a place to sleep for a night

    Be careful! Apparantly, these people will not accept cash- at ALL! Booked thru Expedia w/ option to pay cash but needed credit card to hold . Was told , when I checked in, that I could pay cash at checkout and then they would remove hold of amt on my card. At checkout I was told I did not have option to pay cash! When I asked the clerk, Lucy, about why I was told I could pay cash by the 2 clerks who checked me in - she said the 2 clerks were new! When I asked their names she told me she didnt know who was on. I asked if they didnt work on a schedule , and how did she know they were new if she didnt know Who they were? She gave me a card with the mgrs name on it. Something is rotten in there. There were problems w/prepaid breakfast vouchers too! Just to be fair --the property is clean & nice. Beds are comfy.

    Check-in staff was very friendly and personable. Bar / restaurant staff the first night and was very friendly and helpful with our food choices. The breakfast staff (Rich or Rick) was great! These three people stood out as exemplary customer service representatives for the brand. All other staff was not rude or providing poor service, they just weren't as friendly and personable. They were doing their job as they were supposed to. I happen to prefer people who are more chatty. The only thing to complain about was the indoor pool was cold. It was clean and well stocked but cold. Overall 9/10 would recommend!

Staff and Hotel five stars.. but booked for the proximity of the arena, however it wasn’t the easiest to commute by foot or uber due to how it’s situated off the main road and traffic congestion.     The property itself was nice and parking was easy. The staff was neither friendly nor helpful. We stayed for 5 nights and never once got our room cleaned and were never told we would need to request it if that was the case. We had to ask for towels which the staff made us come down 3 floors to the front desk to get. We bought 2 sodas and 2 bags of chips from the market, which I paid for ($15) directly with my card. After I checked out and was hours away, I received a bill for over $32 for dining, which we never did. I called the front desk and she claimed if we bought from the market it could go on a room charge. I had already paid the $15. She said "I'll ask a manager about it and hung up." Also, the hotel was relatively empty and they put rooms of kids right next to us that left their room doors open like a dorm and were loud and rude in the hallway. Not one person asked us about our stay while we were there and we were in and out of the hotel for an event at the university. I have never had such awful service at a hotel that I believed would be perfect for what we needed. I will definitely not stay there again when we come back....and I would appreciate my money returned for charges I never accrued.

    My stay at courtyard largo medical center drive was the same as it always is. A great stay always look forward to the cleanliness and upscale design of the room. However upon checking in I was informed that the incidental fee would be $250 which was higher than I remember from previous visits. Ironically the gentleman at the desk only charged me $100 but it took weeks to get that back. I'm not sure if I would stay there again only because of the incidental fee. However the property itself is very nice and is very clean. Staff were okay

    We were at the hotel Jan 10-12 2025 and we found a roach in our room when my wife went into the bathroom a roach was running on our personal items. We took pictures of this. It really made it hard to sleep afterwards.

    The items were in the desk he was standing at when I walked in. This was unprofessional. My wife was waiting in the car and she was irritated.     There was a dead fly on my bathroom counter. The sheets were worn, dusty and not clean on one side of the bed and it was only one wash cloth. This is my 2nd time staying here and I understand at times things can go missed. BUT this was totally unacceptable. I won’t be staying again. A $250 security deposit is ridiculous.

    This property was more out of the way than anticipated, but at least there is a transit bus and/or a long walk to the metro station. However, it is quiet, clean and has a fitness center, which were my key priorities.

    part was ok. I didn't like that there was only ONE single coffee in the room went down and asked for more I received 2 reg and 3 decaf. None available for sale. No bodywash and microwave didn't work properly. I would easily stay there again but bring my own coffee.

    Perfect l9cation off of I95. Traffic was backed up and I was exhausted. I like to stay near hospitals. Always a great area to find a great hotel. The room was big, clean and bright. Staff amazing.

    The facility, which is adjacent to an attractive Residence Inn, does appear to have 24-hour manned security. You do get what you pay for there, and for safety's sake, I definitely recommend this hotel, which by the way, is convenient by car to the Largo Metro Station, I-95 South, FedEx Field, dining, and a large movie theater complex, among other attractions. Overall, it's an excellent place to stay in the D C. area and if the Good Lord's willing and the river doesn't rise, I'll return on future visits.

    I stayed 1 night on the 14th for my birthday to enjoy pool I had a friend of mines pay the incidental fee he still have not got his money back it’s been 19days very unprofessional I called the corporate office and they are no help. This is causing a very toxic problem between us

    The stay was nice but the bed was uncomfortable & I didn’t like that the tv and refrigerator I had to keep cutting on like it was on Energy saving mode
