It was in a very quiet area. It had a nice pool and patio area. The breakfast was ok

Not as nice as other Residence Inn properties, carpet dirty in room, a/c loud, facilities are ok. Breakfast wasn't as good as others and no restaurants nearby. No toiletries in bathroom ie lotion, etc. They also charge to park car and its an industrial area.

The room was spotless and very cozy. Having a kitchen was a huge plus for me. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I look forward to visiting again in the future.

The fold out couch was in very poor condition and the mattress disgustingly stained and smelled bad. The couch cushions were torn and the whole couch should be replaced as it is not fit to sleep on.

The room was very clean and The staff was courteous. The only thing missing from the room was a frying pan. But over all it was a great place to stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. the staff were warm, professional, and made check‑in quick and easy.My room was very clean, quiet, and comfortable, with a cozy bed, good water pressure in the shower, and reliable Wi‑Fi, which made it easy to relax and get some work done.The location was very convenient and the on‑site breakfast was fresh and tasty. Overall, the hotel offered excellent value for the price. I would happily stay here again and definitely recommend it.

breakfast was fine and access to coffee and tea in lobby great, location alright in a business park internet was not good, spotty connection Internet should be free and so should parking $12 a day for parking in a place where its necessary to have a car

We were able to check in 1 hour prior to check in hours. Check was at noon. Room was clean. Staff was very nice and breakfast was good. There is nothing bad to say about this property.

Could use a patio

It felt like I was staying at a friend's house. I stay at a lot of hotels and the biggest complaint that I always have is water pressure. The showers trickle .

The room was great! Love the space, the kitchen is big with a full size refrigerator. I wish the kitchen was smaller so there would be more space in the living room. They serve breakfast in the lobby and the day we were there it was packed so just be patient, they kept refilling the breakfast items which was great!

Slept like a baby as the room has blackout curtains. Pool was nice and its heated so it was perfect for my family. Breakfast was good (good amount of variety). The front desk staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. They even called into the room to make sure we had everything needed. Found one cockroach in one of our rooms (just one, it’s Cali so I figured thats normal).

The air conditioner was very loud and I woke up every time it came on.

Very clean. The room was very spacious, with a little living room, desk area, dining table, and kitchen. Very nice for the rate. I was made to wait for my room for over an hour. That was after normal check-in time. The waiting area was not set up to watch the tv, so I had to wait in my car. Disappointing.

The breakfast was delicious. I appreciated the warm oatmeal with all the toppings available. Also, that breakfast was incuded is always generous. Thank you!!

I like how the unit was fully furnished, with complete kitchen gadgets. It feels so homely and comfortable, everything needed for short or long haul stay were there. The layout, furniture, beddings, facilities and furnishings were well thought out. There's nothing to complain about.

From the very start, we were greeted by a positive and friendly face. Even though the staff was dealing with a major software outage that affected their operations, the desk staff handled it with great ease and made the customers feel valued and welcomed during the process. The accommodations were very clean and the amenities were plentiful. Our room was of ample in size, very quiet, and off the main roadway. The location was close to the Great Park and just the right distance from the highway. The stay would have been even better if there was a local cafe that served espresso drinks and an assortment of food options. The pool area was a little small and somewhat run down. The only improvement I recommend is to remodel the pool and spa to match the rest of the facility.

The housekeeping and reception stuff are amazing very welcoming and it’s amazing place to stay.

The AC was on all night, with the fan blowing on our faces all night; which made it hard to sleep. Unlike the other Residence inns, breakfast did not have bacon, hard boiled eggs or sausages. Also, this hotel did not have waffles.

I loved the property. I wish we knew about the parking situation before but I turned out perfect.

The cleaning service finished cleaning right before we walked into the room. They left the bags of garbage directly in front of the door.

Absolutely everything!! It was in a very safe and VERY quiet industrial area. We brought our teenager and two dogs. We stayed in the two story suite and it didn’t disappoint. We had a full kitchen, with electric stove, dishwasher and full size fridge. Beds were very comfortable. Zero issues with anything. Service was great, and check in took about three minutes. We will be back!! Nothing.

In all fairness the majority of staff here are pretty awesome with the exception of their operating manager which pretty much ruined the back 1/2 of our trip. She literally terrible human being awful, literally making my 10 year old daughter cry while I was up at the front desk extending/paying for our reservation (after we had already been there a week). I spoke to their night auditor, whom is super awesome about the interaction. Apparently the operating manager didnt take that too well and was present at the time I checked in for this trip, interrupting the staff member who was about to hand me our room keys and informed me she was refusing to honor my (all our luggage was already unloaded from the cars) reservation. That left me on Halloween afternoon scrambling to find another hotel and get my Kiddo back to our neighborhood (we’re having mold remediation done and live local) for Trick or Treating. This pretty much ruined my daughters Halloween.Equally horrible, I’m physically disabled/permanently handicapped and all my help for packing/unloading my vehicle had left sometime ago as up to that point check in was normal. I’m still next level livid.

Great breakfast and amenities. My booked room was upgraded, but the new room was not cleaned before I got there. The previous occupant left an article of clothing and one of the tubs had a bunch of gunk in it. Other than that, the whole experience was great!

We had a great experience from arrival to departure. Check-in was easy. Daniel did a great job and was very helpful. The breakfasts offered a good variety and good service by the staff. The housekeeping staff took care of our room needs. Thanks for a great stay.

The property was clean. The room we stayed in needed a carpet wash. It had some stains in the living room. The kitchen had everything! AC worked very well. The only thing that I did not enjoy was the bed. It was lumpy and uncomfortable. I did not sleep well. They had breakfast which was pretty good! Overall I give it a 7 out of 10

I stayed here with my teenage daughters after a day of shopping at the Irvine Spectrum. The place was perfect for us. Plenty of space, very clean and the staff was very friendly. The location even allowed us to venture out to Laguna Beach for dinner with only a 20 min. drive.

The hotel is old and dirty. It’s ancient and hasn’t been renovated in about 30 years. Food is dreadful and the floors are filthy.

The check in/check out was very easy. All of the staff were great: professional, kind, courteous, and helpful. I liked the layout of the room I was in & that it had a full kitchen: plates, cups, glasses, silverware, and some other utensils. Bed mattress was good (hate a mushy mattress), good pillows, linens, and the room was clean. Only downside in the room I was in, was low water pressure in the shower. Everything else was great and I would stay there again.

It is a relatively quiet area that is a less than a 10 minute drive to the Irvine Spectrum. The continental breakfast in the morning was nice.

It was a very clean hotel and the staff is very friendly.

bathrooms had no hooks or places to hang towels. In order to be eco conscious it is helpful to have a place to have them dry as well. Also the $8 a day to park for unsecured parking that is not monitored should just be rolled into the room fee. There is no street parking in the area so you have to park in the lot. It seems a bit ridiculous.

Horrible I booked a room a month ago and when I get there they say they have no available rooms.

Expensive for an old motel in an industrial park. Misleading name - it is miles from the Irvine spectrum. Rooms smell. Dirty Kleenex in the floor right as we walked in for the first time.

Great location. Clean and neat. Decent take and go breakfast! Wish room had silverware band more cups. No tissue. But very comfy bed and felt very safe. Nice staff.

The closeness to the Spectrum was very nice. Also the family friendly environment is an added plus!

No air in the rooms, very bad ventilation

The front counter staff was very nice, however the room was not! I requested a QUEEN bed and instead get a small bed and we were placed in a handicapped accessible room, we found two flies, and i was caught off guard with the 8 dollar a day parking

I tried calling for service but got no respond. 3. Ants problem in the bathroom. 4. Walls are paper thin. The neighbors upstairs were up all night. We could hear chairs scratching the floor for hours and the toilets were flashing every 15 min. We had no sleep. We tried canceling the reservation but because we booked it through expedia the transaction was not refundable.

This property is in a industrial area. Very quiet and nice.

The one thing I didn’t like is that the breakfast buffet wasn’t true. I was given a bag with a muffin, granola bar, water and a yogurt. That’s what made me feel dissatisfied.

Great and comfortable hotel. The only thing is - I wish there were places to hang our towels. Everyone is nice. They let us check in early and stay in the same room, even though our reservation was broken up in three separate reservations. Close to our family and plenty of parking. Great place.

I liked that it was an apartment style room with a kitchen and a sitting area separate from the bedroom and bathroom.

The room was very clean and spacious. The kitchen is very functional and served our needs well. The bed was very comfortable.

We loved everything about this property. Felt like home. We booked this room, however, thinking we could walk to Five Point Amphitheatre, which is 2.7 miles away, the way the crow flies. Because of all of the construction surrounding the venue, it is not possible to walk there.

We stayed here for 8 days it was honestly an at home experience. Room was big and clean, staff went out of there way to make us few welcomed and the food was delicious each morning. This hotel was both classy and quite comfortable

Booked a room on hotels.com and got a confirmation number. Upon arrival I was advised they didn’t have any rooms available. Wish I knows before so I wouldn’t have driven an hour to get there....

Saturday night they had movie pool night for children, with popcorn and lemonade. Fun for kids!

Room clean and neat also pet friendly. Expect to stay here again.

Service is average and it could be improve in some areas such clean the room correctly and re stock amenities on a daily basis..

The reception guy named Matt is really terrible and aggressively try to bluff and blame customer while hiding his mistake. His bad behaviour and argument Not only make me feel disappointed but also make me tremendously angry last night!! TERRIBLE front desk service! Marriot hospitality REALLY should try the best to improve the reception service!!

The only issue I had was with the cleanliness of the room. I tend to my room myself usually as I stay a week to two weeks on average. But I do have them come in once a week and give the room a good cleaning and refresh the towels, etc but this stay that once a week did not yield a clean refreshed room. Outside of little nuances, the main thing was when I first arrived in the room, there were fingerprints from the last guests I assume, on the refrigerator, doors, and even on the headboard attached to the wall behind the bed. There were also foot prints and some spots of some substance on the head board behind the wall. I had to wipe down the head board, the fridge, kitchen counter, shower doors and regular doors myself. The bed sheets were clean, but you could tell they were well worn, almost to where they were an off white color. I don't believe they even changed the sheets / pillow cases when I had them clean the room that one day. I could mention a slew of little things, but overall the cleanliness of the room wasnt good. and when you are traveling and in essence sharing a room that a stranger just used, its kind of gross to not have it cleaned from that last guest or even after you being there yourself for a week.
