The room was clean and very comfortable. A/c worked really good and bed was wonderful. The only complaint is they don’t have enough pillows on the bed. Easily solved by using the extra pillows in cabinet for sofa bed. Extra cases and blanket in drawer next to cabinet where pillows are located. Perfect night after flying all day!

Was the location serving my purpose- can’t complain Internet connection was critical for my job - was on-and-off, the person on reception offered me phone numbers to call THE PROVIDER to fix it!!!

Upon arrival at DFW, I called the hotel and the shuttle bus arrived within 20 mins. Our driver, Kelly was extremely pleasant and helpful. It was late and we were hungry. She very kindly stopped off so we could get some food, before taking us to the hotel. On arrival, Shane checked us in quickly and efficiently. We were offered a high or low floor and rooms adjacent too. The rooms were spotless and cleaned. Also very comfortable. We had a King Suite, which was spacious and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable and the walk-in shower was powerful. After a great night's sleep, breakfast was ready at 7am and this was also a surprising delight. Everything you could want was available. Fruit, yoghurt, breads, eggs, protein, cereal. Even waffles and oatmeal. Out transit back to the airport was also on-time and our driver was very professional. The whole experience, for such a short visit, was impeccable. Every staff member we encountered was delightful and helpful. Another 24 hours would have been really good. Thank you to everyone at Home2suites South DFW. You made our stay really special and comfortable.

Skipped breakfast as I hopped on an earlier airport shuttle but the stay was wonderful. Spacious, clean, and few restaurants in walking distance.

The hotel is very conveniently located off the freeway. It was easy to get around between Dallas and Fort Worth from this location. The room was clean, comfortable, and had lots of amenities: refrigerator and microwave in the small kitchenette. The breakfast was a nice perk, but I wish the hours were a bit longer. My only complaint was the parking - not enough parking spots near the main entrance. Overall, it was a good stay and I would stay here again.

Great staff! Room could use some TLC. Big fridge- love that!! Also has magnetic mobile stove top (on request) so I could heat up my restaurant left overs without using the microwave - LOVE THIS!!

Great stay! Our room was clean, beds were comfy, water pressure was great and every staff member from front desk to maid was pleasant. Also, loved the added touch of watermelon water and fruit in the lobby that we could get anytime. We will definitely stay here next time we are in the area.

I found the eggs and sausage to be rather anemic and unappetizing, and then the yogurt machine didn’t work. I did try the oatmeal and it was good and accoutrements were great. Little thing in the room kept it from being excellent. The handles on the office chair were peeling plastic so falling on the floor. The toilet bowl lid bumpers were busted causing them lead to make a loud noise when you closed it. The room was nice the bed comfortable, and amenities very good.

I arrived at DFW late in the evening and was grateful for the warm welcome and quick check-in. The room was well laid out and quiet. I appreciated the amenities and had a nice breakfast in the morning before heading out for a long day of driving.

Spotless room, comfortable bed, friendly and helpful staff plus it has stunningly beautiful decor throughout the property.

Convenient to our destination. Handy to highways. When the brand is normally outstanding, little flaws stand out. A strip of wallpaper beginning to peel. Some scuffs on the walls. The property needs some minor TLC.

Great sized rooms

One of the features of the hotel is the kitchenette in the rooms, but the microwave was broken. The sofa was torn up and shabby. The airport shuttle driver was nowhere to be seen at the departure time set by the hotel. Will avoid this hotel in the future.

Location and clean There were no lights in the parking lot. Very dark at 4:30am.

I won't be staying again, for Hilton, very disappointed.

Awesome place - best Home2 Suites I’ve ever stayed at. Breakfasts were a level higher, selection and quality wise, than other Home2Suites. Room was clean spacious, quiet, and the kitchenette had everything you need. Loved it - thank you!

Room was ok. Tv in room wasn’t working properly. The color was dark. The bathroom had some broken wood frames, the sofa couch was worn out

After arriving the 2nd night to the hotel in the evening, we realized Shower gel needed refill and when called lobby, we were advised Staff was not available and we had to wait until 8 or 9 Am the next morning.

plenty of eating options close by and if you want a quick breakfast, their onsite breakfast was good. Steak House next door was great option after long day travelling to location you are near the airport, so you need to expect to hear planes taking off during the early morning hours

The room were nice and big and walking into the room and seeing a personalized Welcome message on the TVs was a nice touch.

Kitchen was fully stocked. The bed was so comfortable. The area of the hotel was in a great location and parking was easily accessible. There is a delicious restaurant next door that you can walk to. The front desk made check in and check out a breeze. I definitely recommend staying here and should I have any future business in Dallas, I’ll stay again.

Clean room, good breakfast, staff was friendly. Only issues I had was parking lot and area was a bit out dated and felt old. Room A/C unit when on sounded a bit like a jack hammer was tolerable but a bit loud at night, TV was good but picture was dark and couldn't adjust it to make it brighter. Overall would stay there again for sure everything I needed was close by or a short drive away.

I loved the little extra things like my name in the tv, toilet paper fold, the bathroom things, the whole set up of the kitchen stuff and little living room is really nice makes me feel like home. The breakfast was not great. I don’t like to have to warm my eggs and sausage up. The items were good but you should have warm food stations.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. One of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Get 10% off at the restaurant next door if you show that you’re a guest at the hotel.

The location is good and there are a few places to eat within walking distance. It also provides easy access to the surrounding areas. While generally, the property is in good shape there a few obvious maintenance issues that need to be attended to.

The property was clean. Could be updated but other then that it was adequate for what it was for. The room was clean and neat. It was a little paint peeling in the shower ceiling but years of hot water will do that to paint.The staff was very nice and helpful in answering questions. The stay. Was great until the last night. My wife and I used the pool with our daughter. And my wife went down the stairs of the pool and as she stepped to the second step, the handrail shifted to the left causing her knee to pop from the quick movement of trying not to fall. That rail should’ve been stable. But it wasn’t.. we went to the front desk, a couple hours before checkout to tell them the situation and got the property manager’s number. Later on the day, we got a call stating that they were sorry and that was going to be repaired as soon as possible. Plus I would be receiving money back from one of the two nights I stayed. Haven’t received that. Or any indication that will be happening.

We had a comfortable stay and greatly appreciated the front desk workers for changing our room when the heater wasn’t working on a very cold night! This was a beautiful facility otherwise!

I use a wheelchair and booked my room accessible room a week in advance, paid in full, only to find out when I made the 5 hour drive to the hotel that my room was no longer available and I would have to take a standard room instead of the one I paid for. Their only solution was to give me a refund and I could find another hotel, it was 12AM at this point and I couldn’t just go get another hotel after I paid for this one. I could not go to the restroom , could not take a shower before my important meeting, the whole thing was a disaster. I will never go back to this hotel and will tell everyone I know to avoid this place.

We checked in on a Saturday, had a rough night as the air conditioner in our room was not working, we were so hot. The staff at the front desk was notified, we were told that maintenance staff are off the weekend, will be back on Monday to fix it. We requested for a fan rather than a downgrade to a much smaller room with a smaller bed which was the only room available according to the staff on duty. We checked out Tuesday and the air conditioner was never fixed nor addressed again. We brought it to the attention of the staff at check out and she told us she was off the weekend and was not aware of it. We however liked that it was close to the airport and shopping.

The breakfasts are generally pretty good for hotel breakfasts with one exception: the hot coffee in the thermoses is always bitter, and that was especially true at this hotel. The coffee you can make in your room is much better. I would still stay there again..

This is our favorite hotel within this price range. it's clean, well maintained, nice layout of room and lobby. beatufiul interior design. And their breakfast is THE BEST! so many choices, they even had fresh strawberries for us this time. In addition to multiple egg and pastry options.

Great place to stay, only downside was the WiFi was incredibly slow, like AOL dial up. I had to use cellular data to do anything. In the morning the front desk said the night staff should have given me the extra fast WiFi voucher code. I’ll remember that next time. Overall slept great

Stayed two days, room was very clean enough room to really relax and enjoy my stay. The only thing they could change to make it perfect is to have a way you can use your streaming services on the tv like other hotels. Other than that it was great.

It was a good experience staying at this property!

We had a 7 hour layover so we decided to book a short stay in this hotel. The reception was quick and friendly. We were offered a shuttle at an extremely early hour which was very helpful. We were also given options for eating and two bags of water and snacks. Our room was great, super comfy and very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets smelled great. My husband and I dont like feather pillows so we were very happy to have good, comfortable pillows as well. It was hard to get out of that great bed the next morning for our early flight. Our two kids slept on the pull out sofa which we made up with fresh linens that weee left out.

My visit was excellent. The room was clean and the customer service was great. Always love my stays at Home2Suites.

Planes did fly over about every 10 minutes but after about an you don't even realize it, plus our girls thought it was pretty cool watching them. The rooms weren't spotless but they also weren't dirty either. We got a suite, which had plenty of room for my husband, I, and our 2 kids, and also gave me and my husband our own private bedroom. Breakfast was good, no strange characters roaming the hotel parking lot. Only complaint is they need more trash cans we parked in the back near the back entrance and had to walk around to the side everytime to throw something away. But all in all decent hotel.

Room was next to a bar that played music all night until 4 am. Mattress was very worn, it leaned to the side. Staff was great but I won’t have another stay there anytime soon.

But once I got to the hotel it was all good. The room was clean, quiet and well laid out. The staff was very pleasant. No complaints with the hotel and they gave me a 10% discount card for the restaurant next door, which turned out to be very tasty.

The most part what I loved at this Hotel is that it had like a mini kitchen built.

Pleasantly surprised with the comfort of our stay for two nights. Our room had every convenience we needed. Two minor annoyances I had were 1) there was lipstick on the edge of the wall mirror and 2) the bathroom had only one product (facial bar soap) instead of the usual hand soap, lotion, etc. I also thought the shampoo was of poor quality but not a factor on my stay since I normally bring my own. We enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen and large refrigerator. The free coffee at breakfast was better than what we received from the overpriced Seattle chain down the street. We would stay here again but probably not in the Irving location.

Nice Home 2 Suites but starting to show a bit of age. Staff excellent and amazingly friendly. Shuttle from rental car centre was excellent, nice not to have to go back to airport then get shuttle. Also next to a great steak house.

Comfy bed. Dingy room. Not as pictured so don’t go off the images… spotty Wi-Fi… spotty hot water. Breakfast meh. Stayed in a “suite” but there was no door separating the rooms (fyi for anyone traveling with other adults or kids they want privacy from).
