Main pool was hard to find, at least in my experience. Young woman bartender on evening shift was wonderful.

Even though this hotel was undergoing a renovation, we were in grateful for the opportunity to stay here affordably! We actually thought we were in the wrong place. The lobby was stunning with the greenery and lighting fixtures, staff was helpful and efficient. Our room was beautiful and quiet. The pool was fantastic.

Perfect for a short stopover. Easy complimentary transfer provided by the hotel, easy check in and comfortable room. Would stay again! Check in staff did not provide any information about hotel services

My flight was canceled so I needed a room for overnight. The hotel staff was excellent even gave me a late check out without asking. Highly recommend this place very clean and professional.

The room was nice, but I had an issue with the shower. I’m from a different state, so I wasn’t sure how to fix or work it. I also had an issue with the restaurant downstairs. I ordered lemon pepper wings and they gave me hot wings. I tried to get in contact with them, but I couldn’t reach them. I had to contact the front desk and only then I was I able to come into contact with the restaurant. I had to go all the way BACK downstairs to get my order when I really wanted room service. It was really late and such an inconvenience for me.

I wish the property would use real photos, this was such the bait & switch. Even though I was charged, and got no type of refund, I refused to stay at this property. I legitimately thought this hotel was in the airport, but it wasn't. It's also quite old, and outdated. Such a bummer. I didn't go inside, it was not where I was led to believe, and the outside was not as described.

Do not stay here. Housekeeping entered my room without authorization while I was actively checked in. My personal items (including my contact lenses and travel gear) were taken from the room, and the shower curtain was missing. The staff lied about entering the room until I pointed out the proof. The manager promised at checkout to reimburse me for the missing items but is now completely ghosting my messages. Insecure rooms and completely untrustworthy management.

What I DID NOT like was the hotel did not allow “Park & Fly”. I also found the Ceilings to be extremely LOW. My particular unit was “musty” & “muggy”. It was either too cold or stale. On my last night, I found the AC Unit was not working properly and was “leaking” (the carpet was soaked).

Everything was so amazing. I will be coming back. 10/10 recommend.

I think the staff just needs to be a little bit more friendly looking they need to be more warm and welcoming. That’s the only thing I observed to be honest with you.

Staff was attentive and friendly enough, except once when a guy seemed to laugh hard when I was in line (might’ve been uncontrollable and I’m naturally paranoid). Took a minute to pick up trash. Coffee machines didn’t always work. Desk chair sloped. Tv didn’t work, but someone quickly took care of it.

Clean spacious room with lots of drawers and countertop space for work. Great hotel if you want to stay near DFW. Free airport to hotel shuttle with friendly drivers. Lots of outlets in the room which helped a lot. The breakfast was very good for different tastes and it was complementary. Lobby also has 4 coffee machine for the guests. We booked no view king room. Our view was rooftop filled with rusted AC equipment and some other junks. Also due to humidity the carpet absorbed funky smells. Our room was not cleaned and when I ask why, the staff said we should put a request for it! Overall it was a good hotel.

Awesome play areas to keep kids entertained and pool tables and indoor pool with hot tub and sauna, couldn't have been better. Definitely staying here again when we come to DFW!

Older hotel. The outside looks deceiving because the inside is much better. Beautiful open lobby area. I was on the fourth floor likely in an upgraded updated room. It was very nice clean. The decor was beautiful. It was up-to-date. Had a nice view of the pool outdoor. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had at any hotel surprisingly considering that it was free. Friendly staff. Good price. Highly recommend. Would def stay again!

The room had a bad smell. Visually the room looked clean. shuttle service not very reliable, pick up from airport took 1:30hrs return to airport had to use an uber. Take in consideration that this was on a very busy day as all flights were cancelled for a thunderstorm.

Straight out of New Delhi. Crazy decor. Landscaping horrible! So many plastic plants inside and out. Rooms are very nice, but common space is awkward. Staff very helpful.

This hotel was near the Dallas airport. The staff was very helpful and very friendly. We only stayed one night because our flight was cancelled. This hotel is beautiful. Very nice pool. The restaurant is open until late. The included breakfast buffet was delicious. I would stay here again.

Enjoyed the hottub. Pool was too cold. Room was clean. Had fun playing air hockey & table tennis with our kids. Close to lots of things.

Also if you want to do any work the unfortunately the wifi is really bad. Was getting upload speed of 7. And downloads wernt much better. Had to stay here last minute due to a flight cancellation. The hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable. The room was very minimal. To be fair, it’s a pretty basic hotel so it was fine considering. We had to take one of the last remaining rooms (due to demand from so many flight cancellations at DFW). But the price gouging was ridiculous. We paid $657 for a basic room. I understand last minute bookings cost more, but really? I’ll never stay at a Wyndham again.

The neighbors were too loud in their room, number 3135. I lost so much sleep and didn't feel comfortable whatsoever. There were about 6 or so people in there partying from 1am-5am. All I could hear last night was loud music, inappropriate conversations from sexual behaviors and arguments/drama. I called the front desk around 5 a.m. to complain about their behavior and they said they will send someone to talk to them. Before checking out they were still loud which was 7:15 a.m. I talked to the guy at the front desk and asked why the problem wasn't resolved and he told me that there wasn't enough staff. I personally didn't feel safe after hearing that because that whole night there was a wedding in the hotel. And if there was only one person working at the front desk at the hotel that's a big security breach. especially with over 70+ people in that wedding. The parking lot was filled by guests and there was nowhere to park for people who stayed at the hotel. Beer bottles of glass were shattered in the back parking lot. My husband works Monday-Saturday and he didn't have any rest either. This hotel clearly doesn't care about one's well being and safety.

Hot tub was the same temp as pool & floor grit was not a good feeling on feet disappointmented in that being the first thing i ask if was working properly then my room was moved so that was fun overall nice looking hotel but not a good one in my opinion i was also disappointed in the 9 pm curfew rules

Excellent stay, wonderful and accommodating staff. Numerous flights were canceled and they took care of all customers in a timely and professional manner.

Made a last minute reservation when my flight was canceled, as did many others. Long line-up at front desk, which moved quickly to situate guests. Room was clean and well appointed. Shower head did not work well and liquid soap in shower was empty. Breakfast was mediocre but staff were helpful. Shuttle system was completely overwhelmed and struggled to accommodate large numbers of guests going to the airport. Drivers were accommodating but without a reservation system, had to rely on the agitated guests to self-manage, causing tempers to flair between travelers trying to make flights but who couldn't get on the shuttle.

My plane arrived at midnight. The hotel provided a shuttle to the property snd the driver was amazing. They went the extra mile and the property was stunning.

While staying in this place there was a huge roach in my room ! The only thing they did was change my room. There were no accommodations made for their inconvenience. I paid a lot money for the bad quality they offered. This was my first and last time staying here. The breakfast was horrible and you can’t bring it back to your room ! I rate this place 4/10.

I was woken up at 11:50pm by a barking dog. Went to the front desk to ask if they allowed dogs and they said "no" So i told them well there is a dog barking next door the clerk replied " oh, that, they just went to go get something in the dinning room, ill go tell them" the dog continued to bark till 12:20am. In the morning i went down to the morning clerk to ask the same question, after seeing the dog leave the property cuz i was outside enjoying my coffee. "Do yall allow dogs" she said "no, we are a not a pet friendly hotel" i asked "what about the dog that just left" the clerk replied " oh, i think they just brought him in there" i explained to her what happened, she said "sorry". I asked for management but they didnt get in till 1030am. Spoke with Mayra Becerra and she said to get 25% off one night. She was very short and rude and didnt even apologize for the inconvenience

The Hotel was OK. Hard to get my head under the shower and I'm only 5ft 9in. The breakfast buffet was not good. No OJ, soggy potatoes, and only two kinks of fruit. The hot tub was great and larger than normal but strangely there was a lot of grit at the bottom.

Breakfast was horrendous. Bananas were past their used by. Hot food was straight in the bin. Layout was like a retro restaurant with huge vinyl chairs. Just a rotten experience. Only stayed here because of a flight delay. Absolutely nothing in the area unless you have a car.

We needed to be close to airport for a fair price. That was covered. Just thought the outside area would have been more accommodating- instead- very scattered- not an option to sit out there.

Room was clean, the lobby is beautiful!! Not sure if complimentary breakfast is at the restaurant. The walls are paper thin, you can hear everything outside the room. It’s very annoying trying to sleep and all you hear is luggage carts clacking down the hallway.

The rooms are clean and as shown in pictures. The staff was polite and accommodating. The breakfast had a great selection and was fresh every morning. Airport shuttles running every hour are a bonus.

I used the washer and dryer the last day of my stay and it was as expected. The rooms were super clean and the breakfast was really good. The area has all the stores and restaurants you need and it’s super easy to get to the airport and to the football stadium. I will definitely be going back in the summer.

I have booked this place before and it never disappoints. Only con is the parking and the sketchy people outside.

Wasn't what I was expecting on the outside but the inside was spectacular! Beds were comfy, room was clean. Pool was definitely heated, which was good, even had the TV playing KPOP for the kids. Would definitely stay again.

Breakfast buffet was adequate. What was nice was that you could order eggs with bacon and sausage or an omelet and they were made fresh! This is very rare for a free breakfast buffet! Staff was very helpful but they didn’t address all our issues with our room. Outdoor pool was not open. Would have liked the pool to be open later than 9:00 pm. That’s too early to close on a weekend.

We stayed here for 2 nights and it was decent overall. The biggest disappointment was the outdoor pool being closed. That was a major letdown. Also, the entire hotel smells like pool water… not just the lobby, but the rooms too. I personally hated that, but kids will probably love it. Breakfast had a good variety, but it was weird that I had to specifically ask for bacon while everything else was already out. The location is definitely a plus though. It’s close to all the fun kid-friendly spots. If you stay here, you HAVE to check out Grapevine Mills Mall. There’s something for everybody and it’s actually worth the trip.

Location is convenient to the airport, but not much else, so if you don’t have a car you will be spending a lot of time in Ubers. There was a lot of trashy stuff stored outside the room window. The included breakfast buffet was pretty good, with custom made omelets available.

We loved this place. Clean room. Amazing breakfast. Insanely unique pool/hot tub combo. Restaurant/bar that is open til midnight. This place is absolutely wonderful. We are going/went back the following weekend, and will for every trip we have to DFW. We’re obsessed.

The room was decent and the beds were comfortable but the tiles in the shower were coming apart and the shower kept randomly dripping and making noise. The pool was extremely cloudy and shouldn’t have been in use at all. The hotel shuttle also took over an hour to arrive for pickup and the call system hung up on me when I tried to reach the front desk. Overall our stay was nice but I wouldn’t count on using the pool or hot tub if they continue to be that unclean.

the stuff did not allow my partner that was also on the reservation to pay or go to the room after a 6 hr drive. he slept in the car until i got after work and drove an hour to meet him. so 3 hrs from the time he arrived. i called to veify and make a complaint and the finally let him check in. then the staff just walked in the room as i was sleeping check put wasnt til the 17th this was on the 15th. made a another complaint asked for a discount on the additional add on for the check out on the 18th. It was not provided. also breakfast is not allow back into the room whiwh is inconvenient when you get in to late for breakfast.

This hotel is absolutely divine. Perfect for families or adult only groups. We were lucky enough to come during Ramadan and were able to enjoy the wonderful buffet of delicious food. The drinks at the bar were great, everything in every part of the hotel was immaculate, the pool area was kept clean and here were always plenty of towels. We will absolutely stay again!

People in the next room sounded like they were in our room. Maintenance repairs are substandard. Ex floor tile has been painted. Elevator doors sound like they are broken

The airport shuttle is not for anyone in a hurry (it took me an hour from arriving at pickup to reach hotel) and seems to leave at 30 minute intervals from hotel. Still: the price was very good for an airport hotel.

I arrived later in the evening due to traffic. When I arrived, my husband had already arrived and was allowed to check in, though not on a reservation. I am grateful for that. However, we go up to the room. I felt like I was walking in a maze to get to the room. After about 30 min of messing with the air and it not cooling the room, we realized the heat was on. So we turned on the AC, and it made a God AWEFUL sound. I had already taken my sleep meds so it was too late for me to move rooms. Well meds didn't work well with that noise. I was up so much that night due to the AC sound. Room 3192. Then we can talk about this "Awesome Breakfast." The only buffet is cereal, oatmeal, French toast(strange taste), potatoes, and hard chicken strip nuggets. Now you can order Eggs, Bacon, Sausage, and Omelet; however, if you do, you can only order 2 of each. So 2 slices of each meat and two eggs or one omelet. And no, the food is not to die for as people brag about. And there is no soda to drink, but there is some strange juice that we didn't like the taste of. I think we have just spent our last night at this place, but just know the room we were in needs AC repair so badly.

The room was good, as were the amenities offered, and its price-point. However, the room service was delayed and the system they have set up for room cleaning and requests for clean towels was confusing and did not function correctly. We received requests for housekeeping on the day we arrived and on the morning we were checking out. We stayed five days. That's unacceptable.

Checkin took longer than expected. I had prechecked in. Room was clean, but had cockroaches in the bathroom during the night. Dont plan to stay here in the future.

Hotel was really clean and much nicer inside than the outside looked at first. Room was clean, staff was nice. Weren’t happy that we were staying there for my daughters gymnastics competition in town which requires a lot of prep and running around in the morning and I had to go without eating breakfast because food was not allowed out of the dining area and I was busy doing hair and getting everyone competition ready. Usually someone will bring me a plate of food to eat bites between tasks so really unhappy about this. Was also slightly disappointing that there were great amenities such as pool, hot tub, board games but due to quiet hours these were not able to be used after 8:59pm. Totally understandable during the week but the weekends an extended time would have been nice.

We were re-routed after a flight from Cancun was delayed. We chose this hotel because of the ratings, cost and location. This was probably the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in! Absolutely immaculate! Beautiful lobby with vending for snacks and personal needs. Coffee with Keurings and all types of coffee pods. No tea that I saw though. Table tennis as well. The restaurant was open late (11:59 pm) which we were thankful for because we were hungry after all the travel. My only complaint is the gentleman at the front desk was not friendly at all! Not necessarily rude but no greeting, no smile, complete silence when we were being checked in! Maybe he’s not a people person but you should be at the front desk! The shuttle was on time and sufficient. The evening driver was friendly and offered us water, but be careful! I was accidentally offered a water that was open and had been drank out of.

The government has issued a severe weather warning, yet the hotel manager insists on not allowing a postponement. It's truly frustrating and makes one feel helpless.

The “restaurant”was horrible. It looks like a 1980s banquet room. The tables were all covered in dirty dishes, and you have to order & get your food in a to go container. Burger was super thin, pizza was not cooked all the way through. They brought us coffee that must have been around since early morning. It was super nasty. Stay somewhere else!

Staff is courteous. Room HVAC does not operate properly. Hotel advertised with restaurant but only food service was at the bar. Our room was missing the hair dryer. One nice amenity is the washer and dryer available for guest use. Some remodeling underway.

The hotel was good overall. It was greta location a nice pool, and it is clean. However, the breakfast needs more variety and better food quality. The ride back to the airport was not offered, even though a van was available. We were told the girl who was at the front desk. She said it had already left, but there was still the van outside with the driver. it was not nice since we have to pay a uber when the ride was included.

If you like being unable to reach soap, shampoo, etc. when you are bathing because it's mounted way high up on the wall too far too reach from the bathtub--you will like trying to take a bath here. Will not stay here again.

Room and hotel is amazing. Breakfast not so much.

My door kept not unlocking all the way from the outside. They sent someone with new batteries and it didn’t fix the problem. They were out of some basic foods in the restaurant. The pool is in the main lobby and so the hotel smells a bit like a gym. My daughter is allergic to chlorine so it also bothered her. Not an ideal place to stay for an extended trip but fine for a short trip. Staff was nice and accommodating.

Breakfast mediocre

The only downside was the La Perle restaurant. Unfortunately, the food and service there were disappointing. I was the only guest in the restaurant at the time, yet my order took about 35 minutes to arrive. I ordered at 5:57 PM and didn’t receive my food until around 6:35 PM. In addition, there was confusion with my order. I was asked multiple times what I had ordered, despite being the only person dining there. The sweet tea I ordered tasted like plain water with sugar, and it wasn’t brought out until near the end of my meal. I would rate the restaurant about a 4 out of 10. Everything else about the hotel was great, but the dining experience needs improvement.

This hotel was absolutely beautiful with spotless rooms and all amenities included. The only aspect I did not enjoy during my two-day stay was breakfast.

The shuttle was good but long wait times

The rooms are modern and clean but too many little nuisances. Maybe I'm just being picky, but everything in the hotel echo's and sound travels easy. We had a corner room that we could hear all the luggage going down the hall since it is tile flooring. It was really bothersome and difficult to have a quiet sleep or rest. In addition, in our room we could already smell all the fried food from breakfast buffet in the mornings. I guess for the price, it is okay. I won't be staying again.

I had a problem trying to operate a/c. I call front desk and it took a second call and over a hour waiting to go to sleep to catch a early flight.

hotel was nice, staff was courteous and helpful , restaurant was over priced and breakfast was terrible, pre made pancakes and french toast sticks were spongy, the oatmeal was soup, definitely looked questionable , coffee was limited , had to repeatedly request coffee be made, eggs were under cooked and color was way off , would recommend different mix of eggs , weekend options were the same as daily breakfast , no bacon , no biscuits or gravy ,ive stayed at many wyndham hotels and this is the first that never served biscuts or gravy or bacon , however there is a I-hop less than a mile down the road , hotel was beautiful, staff friendly, rooms clean and comfortable , restaurant needs a overhaul , chicken looked like dark turkey , fried rice with meat is over 30 $ , hot wings looked nice till you looked inside , ive never seen chicken look like that ,

It smells. My room smelt of damp and was not clean at all with long hair everywhere. This hotel seriously needs a deep clean. Breakfast was so poor I ended up not eating anything and going out for breakfast. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all.

airport pickup was just fine. check-in was good. but there was a special young lady that helped me with my luggage to the elevator and did not accept a tip. I'm in a boot for two broken bones in my foot and so I'm not too stable and she saw that and she wasn't ready for that job but she was so sweet. and I offered her to tip and she refused it. I will be back to this property if I ever need to just because of her.

Not about to stay at all, however hotel overall could use upkeep and some remodeling.

We chose to overnight at this hotel because of its reviews and because of the airport shuttle. It was perfectly adequate for an overnight connection, which was our reason for being there. The room was clean and very nice. We ate dinner at the restaurant on the property and we received excellent service. The airport shuttle was slow to pick us up from DFW and we were NOT happy that the drive was on his cell phone during the entire drive to the hotel! We did not have this experience on the return shuttle to DFW the next morning. We left the hotel at 7 am and the driver was excellent.

breaking needs more carb free options, also, variety would be good, not the same every day; i asked for housekeeping service at 7am and when i returned at 630p no one had cleaned my room, it was a major inconvenience as i needed to get ready for my work event; cleanliness might be a concern, i saw a dead cockroach outside of the breakfast area

The hotel layout is odd with the pool essentially being in the lobby. I wouldn’t be comfortable utilizing the pool or hot tub with so many rooms facing the area. The breakfast had a good variety and good service. The hotel was close to the airport and felt safe.

Staff and front desk do not have good communication! I stayed 2 extra nights and had went downstairs to do so, while I’m in the room housekeeping had tried to come in twice!! I let the first know so I was annoyed by the second time! Also on my last day they did the exact same thing! FRONT DESK AND HOUSEKEEPING SHOULD HAVE BETTER COMMUNICATION WITH ROOMS OCCUPIED AND NONE OCCUPIED

Airport shuttle was great, the front desk was helpful, but they need to step up the free breakfast. Everything was cold and the flow of set up needs improving.

First and foremost if you’re bringing or you rented a vehicle the parking is absolutely terrible. There’s only one entrance and at night there are VERY limited spaces available. On our last night there we had to park all the way in the back and walk what felt like half a mile to the front door, passing the dumpster that smelled absolutely terrible. The facility looks good at a first glance, but you can really see how outdated it is as you get closer and closer to your room. Our room was on the fourth floor and every time we got off the elevator, we were hit with a very weird awful smell. There also is no central AC each room I believe must have their own AC unit. Outside of that, it was located in a very convenient place personally I wouldn’t stay here ever again.

Long waiting time for their shuttle pickup (it wasn’t the shuttle mentioned in the booking, but a small minivan instead). The shower in the room was leaking and didn’t work properly. The worst part of this stay: a delivery guy knocked on my door at 1:30 a.m., saying I took his delivery. He kept repeating something about an “order,” but I couldn’t understand him at first because of his strong Indian accent. Terrible experience overall.

the property was immaculate! cleanest hostel i’ve been in; in a while. the room service was outstanding! Adriana crew where very respectful of privacy and always provided clean towels and waters. whatever we needed they were there to accommodate! my favorite was the heated pool, this hotel is a gem and I’m headed back to it next trip to Dallas. it’s worth the extra drive to have amenities. Sauna Hot Tub Heated Pool Ping pong air hockey live size chest! So many amenities! I give a 10 out of 10!

Eh. Like a 6 out of 10. I wouldn’t stay there again. It wasn’t TERRIBLE but it definitely wasn’t some fantastic stay. The room had a weird like old wet towels that have been left out smell. It was like clean but still felt dirty. The pools were not appealing. The breakfast wasn’t bad, probably the best thing. The shower was nice too. If they just like modernized it I think they would be fine, but it just isn’t there yet.

I was doing a birthday website launch event and I was in communication with the staffing and management ahead of time before I booked. They told me everything will be OK once I finally booked and checked in. I was having issues with uncertainty of being able to do my event and then staff and management were giving me the runaround about simply giving me wristbands for the pool. They require people to have wristbands to enter the pool and they have such a big gigantic issues with providing me a check-in and thought that they were going to make me wait three nights for me to be able to receive any cool band to get in the pool and that was very rude and disrespectful me and I felt like I was being treated as if I were a child or as if I were not a paying person that stayed in the hotel

There was a leak from the bathroom faucet which caused water to accumulate on the floor of the bathroom. The maintenance staff had to come up three times throughout our stay to work on the leak and finally got it fixed

Customer service and staff are excellent, very helpful. Front Desk staff very cordial and friendly. The complimentary breakfast is amongst the best in hotels. Restaurant dining menu is great, with numerous options. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, housekeeping is always responsive. Definitely one of the best locations to stay in the DFW Airport area.

I found the place to be nice, but it's more of a fake facade. They make it look nice. The hallways are hotter than ayoda. The rooms don't get cool enough, but they tried to make it look elegant and don't fix the issues.

Property is a bit outdated but kept in good condition, breakfast was plentiful great options. The meal voucher was a pleasant surprise and dinner was exquisite at the restaurant. My only complaints are the light in the closet wouldn't turn off, the random creaking and sudden noises from the room perhaps from the AC unit, did not let me sleep well and lastly the drivers were not so helpful, the first one was rude to a couple at the airport and the one to the airport refused to drop me and the other passenger a flight attendant to our terminals because "it would take him too long to get back". Not a big deal because of the link buses but not so pleasant.

Food preparation wasn’t tasty catfish lacked freshness, tarter sauce was nasty, & French fries were dry; Room was very nice (spacious with adequate seating & work area; but bed mattress was very firm & uncomfortable); hotel environment ( inside and out) was safe with good lighting and traffic from guests;

Although we loved everything , the breakfast was not at all fresh both the chicken and the pancakes I ate were harder and chewy obviously is was left over from the day probably longer

Walk in I like to look around the room found a sock which tells me they didn’t vacuum the room then we go take a shower the shower head broken and mold on the bathroom ceiling. Other then that lobby always clean pool clean and food was good always fresh

The hotel was excellent. We did not have any complaints during our stay. The breakfast was buffet style and the food was fresh and delicious, definitely not your typical continental breakfast. If we are ever in the Dallas again, I would definitely book to stay here again.

The staff knocked the door and waked me up

Honestly we had a long day and when we got to the room and wanted to take a shower there was no faucet in the bathtub - just a copper pipe sticking out of the wall.

I had a great stay here it was nice and quiet for the most part. The staff were all very friendly! The only small problem I ran into was there was just a bit of a mildew in the bathroom which caused a little bit of a smell at first but the fan worked fine and it wasn’t anything terrible or concerning.

Breakfast was great. But the room smell so much like smoke even my clothes that was still in my suitcase still smells. I was suppose to stay there on my return to Dallas but I canceled for this reason. I got sick that night because of the cigarette smell in the room.

the whole indoor of the hotel was setup beautifully. the outdoor pool area was unique and relaxing.

Mirror in bathroom had a light but it didn’t work. Bathroom light and fan should be separate. Fan is loud and don’t want it on all the time.

Overall it was a nice hotel, downfall i had to wait over an hour to get picked up from the hotel, then on my 2nd night the hot water was out had to shower in cold water for the remaining of my stay.

CONS: use of small plastic bottles for water is not acceptable. Tremendous amount of waste. Needs water, filling stations and a water fountain - this is absolutely essential in a Texas summer. 24 hour coffee area should have REAL half-and-half, not powder packets. Breakfast buffet food is good, and a very nice amenity, however, despite using Starbucks,coffee, it is VERY watered down. Hotel shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and body wash in those little plastic bottles are a great quality, however, it was impossible to get them out due to the extremely stiff bottles. Would strongly recommend a dispensary for body wash, conditioner, and shampoo,which would provide less waste, can actually use, And would be more economical.

the property is clean. the breakfast in the morning is wonderful. the hotel is close to the airport. I appreciated the map at check in. the layout is unique, but once you figure it out; it is great. the pools are nice. small pool towels are provided. We enjoyed our stay! we didn't get to go to the garden. it was locked up. I would come back if we visit Dallas again. the staff are very helpful.

It was excellent

The outside appearance was ok, but not as expected. Check in and check out was really simple and easy. The one thing I didn’t like was that as soon as we opened the room door, we were met with an odor like the room needed to be aired out. The buffet breakfast was ok. There is a restaurant that’s about a five minute walk from the hotel.

Hotel is big with amenities to keep the kids busy. Restaurant with good food in the hotel and breakfast included. Close to the airport with shops and restaurants close by as well. Would come back if I’m ever in the area.

Sketchy area. Sad and tired hotel. This place is bugle like an old convention center. There were two wedding receptions going on and tons of people and kids using the massive lobby for their common area. The restaurant is Indian food, only one chain restaurant within walking distance. Pillows soft and flat, mattress needs replacing. We won’t be returning to this hotel.

As soon as we walked in we was hit with the worst smell I have ever smelled! The staff in the dining area always looked at us mean and glared at our kids talking loud! The breakfast was not great only option for a meat was chicken and the dining area stunk bad also

I was not a fan. The property wasn't in a great location, and the first thing I noticed were signs in the parking lot warning of the danger of keeping valuables in the car, which didn't make me feel safe, especially as I am moving and had a car full of stuff. Automatic unease. The layout of the hotel wasn't ideal; the courtyard style with the interior balconies looking out into the lobby - why? The lobby was all marble/tile, which made the entire place an echo chamber. As I was "upgraded" to one of those balcony rooms, I got no sleep all night, as I could hear everything in the lobby, including whole groups of people milling about for a party and everything the people at the lobby bar were saying. The printed-out signs around the property indicating where things were didn't give a four-star feel at all, the amenities were tiny, no recycling bin in the room, there was no live television programming. I was hoping for a good night's sleep, and it felt more like a casino hotel with a lot of noise and activity. Disappointing. Between that and the unease about the parking lot, I checked out at 2 a.m. and just hit the road. It was surprising, what with all the glowing reviews - I did not enjoy my time there. The staff was helpful and friendly, but that's about it. Would not go back.

Room smelled like cigarettes.

When I booked they said they had a movie theater and there was none it was a storage the pool was very cloudy not cleaned the restaurant was ok food was good and the bar tender was very polite the vending machines didn’t work and I found a large cockroach on the hallway I had to go to the front and informed them because I saw it two days in a row on the same spot.

Great place for airport layover. Shuttle was comfortable and came on schedule. Hotel is older and has gone thru several businesses so it is funky. But overall clean, breakfast had a lot of choices including choice of eggs - complimentary. Staff all friendly and helpful. Located near a walmart and 7-11 so can easily pick up items. Restaurant has an indian food and "classic" resaurant with items likepizza, wings, pasta, sandwiches etc. In room air conditioner a little noisy but kept room cold.

The live cockroaches were a deal breaker. Management was called to my room who killed cockroaches, apologized and took pictures to give to maintenance because there was open wiring coming from a hole in the wall/ceiling where it was obvious was the cockroach entrance. No compensation was offered.

Stayed with my husband and 2 kids and the room was big enough for us all to rest comfortably and shower/get ready without chaos. The mini fridge and microwave made it easy to reheat any leftovers we had and having access to 2 pools and breakfast onsite made our trip less stressful.

This hotel does not allow its guests to take breakfast in their rooms. They keep you hostage in the dining area when eating food. My room smelled funny, and it wasn't lovely. I was in my room, sleeping, and I could hear the music from the lobby playing. This hotel is not a first recommendation

Great location and staff

Very nice for the price and great amenities

Overall stayed for one night. Very convenient from the airport; great shuttle services. Room spacious, great comfy bed. Hotel does however feel intrinsically older despite modern decor.

This s is one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at!!! The indoor pool and sauna, outdoor pool, garden, free breakfast buffet, wonderful staff is a 10!!! My granddaughter and my vacation was exceptionally great!!!

I loved everything about this property the location the staff how clean it is how beautiful it is how nice everyone is. I will definitely come back and stay here whenever I visit DFW again.

I disliked: 1) There was an odd smell in the corridors of the hotel, 2) I gave feedback to the hotel about a small creature I saw at the restaurant. One that we do not wish to see at a restaurant.

The room was good overall, the shower is outstanding (sounds weird, but its excellent). Price is good and facilty is good but the staff missed the mark.

5STAR Hotel . Loved the atmosphere and vibe of this property. Very safe and convenient. Next to the airport . The bar was EXCELLENT.

The design was unique,the staff were very nice, the only complaint was the hot tub jets were not all working and it was more of bathtub than a hot tub, no bubbles so i was very disappointed because that was one selling point for me booking this hotel

I was here for a trade show and the employees made everything very smooth.

I think the worst part of our experience was the fact that when we went down to the pool there was a very large human turd/poop/excrement floating in it. My husband alerted the front desk staff. They sent someone to remove the poop, but they never closed down the pool for cleaning/shocking. So when we saw other people swimming in the pool an hour later we were shocked. I would not recommend this place and we won’t be staying there again.

I like how despite it not having high quality furniture, what they chose made it look fancier and gave it an elegant look. Unfortunately, i wasn't very pleased with the breakfast options. I would have liked several more options to select from.

Room need updating

Found couole big roaches in the hallway, the shower curtain too short the water all over. No air in ny room no window , the extractor in the bathrrom too laud. And my tv was no internert router never check and the cleaning never didn't reffill the bath hygiene i have to ask to the front desk

The room was spacious and well maintained! A wonderful stay that definitely provides value for money! The complimentary breakfast was great as well and can also be custom ordered!

The property was very clean, staff were courteous and helpful. I liked the proximity to airport and the shuttle.

This is the most luxurious Wyndham we’ve ever been to. The bed was very comfortable with all of the pillows and bedding on it. The size of the room was also good and had plenty of lighting available. The complimentary breakfast and shuttle services were top notch. A good value for the money even though the walls were a bit thin. We could hear everyone in the hallway and the doors slammed a bit loud. Wish we had more time to try out the other on site amenities though.

I recently stayed at the Wyndham and I cannot stress how gorgeous this little property was. Not only was it clean, the staff was super friendly and accommodating. Edith was extremely pleasant to deal with along with spending my nights at the lobby bar with Nick. Thank you so much for a wonderful short time here. :)
