    One our first stay May 19, we where checked into a room where the TV did not work. Then they moved us to a different room where the room spray was so offensive I went back down and asked to be moved back into the room with the broken useless TV.

    I have been to this place a couple times before., it is the halfway mark to Texas for us. The last time I stayed, when I walked through the front door, the intense odor of chlorine knocks you in the face. We checked in and where on the second floor right above the indoor pool. The room smelled so strongly of chlorine and the AC was just a the small wall unit and it could not get the room cold enough nor help with the smell. We ended up only staying a couple house. I checked out and drove the other 6 hours over night. We will not be returning, I should have asked for my money back.

    I liked that the location was very close to the interstate, and the lobby was welcoming and the staff were polite. The room was filthy, it smelled, musty. I discovered an entire meal of a previous guest had been left molding in the top drawer. I brought this to the attention of staff in the lobby multiple times nothing was done.

    The daytime desk staff were great but this property is not well maintained. The pool was filthy, there were cracks in the wall and mold in the shower. I would say avoid this place if you can.

    The pool was nasty seemed to have no chlorine in it. The room needed some updated cracking in walls and ceiling. There were stains on the sheets and torn as well. Would not use them again.

(the mattress was so soft it felt like it was pretty worn); the tub/shower tiles weren't clean and the handicap rail was dirty (it had a black mold like substance around it); microwave was small.

    The lady at the front seat was very nice and sweet but I am still trying to see why I was charged an extra 11 dollars when I paid for my room online and got the receipt in my email but it doesn’t show those charges and for what but it’s on my card. My sheets on my bed had stains on them like they didn’t change them out. My let out couch didn't have a sheet on it at all and it was a big dark stain on the mattress so we couldn’t use that and in the bathroom they didn’t change the tissue paper out from the guest before because it was hardly none on the roll when I checked in.

    Room was very clean, great water pressure for shower, nice restaurant with good breakfast options. Pool was a bit cloudy. Very dog friendly. One of our beds was a bit uncomfortable, broken spring or some such but not unsleepable. Friendly staff. Overall a nice stay.

    The room we were in for pets smelled terrible as though pet accidents were an expectation and never cleaned up, room was dirty, chair and ottoman looked so dirty and worn we wouldn’t even put our items on it. If we hadn’t been so tired, we would have gone elsewhere.

    Also, when we took our elementary aged kids to the pool to swim, a series of swimming lessons for one year olds was using the pool for almost an hour, which really diminished our kids' enjoyment of the pool. This was especially true when the one year olds screamed for several minutes at a time. When we stopped by the front desk to mention these issues, noone was there, and noone ever showed up, even though I waited several minutes.

    Check in was good but I was charged by Expedia and the hotel so I still need to sort that out. The hotel is dated. Room was small and the furniture tattered. The pull out bed had stains all over the mattress.The main bed was comfortable however. The carpet in the room was very stained and there was hair on the floor in the bathroom when we checked in. Only a couple of the outlets worked in the room. They were so loose that the plugs would not stay in. No mirror in the room. The bar had a very friendly tender but the drinks were way too expensive for the caliber of the hotel. While we were there, other customers were complaining about bugs in their rooms. Pool was warm but made our skin itch.

    This property is right on I40 and if you are a light sleeper, avoid this place. Also this Corporate property does not have back up generator even for the basic safety lighting in the room or anywhere else. Last night the power went out and the room was in complete darkness when we woke up around 2:30 am. Finding the bathroom was a scary experience for us (seniors). A single fall could amount to the cost 50 generators!

    Bathroom sink and shower tub did not drain. Light fixture on wall didn’t work, so you had to screw in the lightbulb. All plugs were loose and alarm clock wouldn’t stay plugged in. Big chair was filthy featuring many stains. Would not recommend. Only one elevator was operational. Very disappointing for a courtyard property.

    The property was nice, kids had fun in the pool and the outside area is nice. Beds are to hard for my liking but i broke my back and unfortunately need a soft mattress but my kids loved them. Bath tub was large and i loved it,the shampoos they use smelled amazing. Had a nice little stay and would definitely go again.

    First room we checked into (315) the beds were clean however that was it. Issues: dirty bathroom - toothpaste splattered all around the sink, on the wall and near the mirror. Hair in the shower (visible clumps of hair) on the walls and shampoo bottle. Carpet was extremely dusty/hair around the edges of the room. Door lock was broken. Room smelled musty. AC wasn't cooling very well with thermostat set at 67. The front desk attendant was very nice to move us to room 323. That wasn't much better though. Room 323 STILL had hair in the shower (quite visibly), trash wrappers on the bathroom floor, dirty carpets (hair, dust, crumbs) and the room smelled moldy (not just musty). The AC did work well in 323. We were charged a $75 pet fee (my employee had her dog with her) and couldn't even let her dog out of her crate because the room was so dirty. Essentially I paid full price for a room (plus the pet fee paid by my employee) and couldn't let her dog have some space to stretch out. We couldn't use the shower and quite frankly, with how dirty it was I'm not sure they're properly changing out the linens between guests. They didn't even offer to comp the pet fee and I expected better from a Marriot line of hotels.

    Room smelled awful like wet clothes left in the washer for a week. Musty moldy smell. And black mold around the handle areas of the shower and inside of the shower head. Bistro was expensive. I appreciated the complimentary water bottle when we checked in. That’s about the extent of my appreciation for this place. Overpriced. I wish we have booked at a different hotel. Very unimpressed and disappointed.

    I have stayed here before and was very impressed previously. This trip our tv never worked and when I brought to the attention of the manager on duty, she indicated I’d get a discount for that nights stay. I was on board with the discount but when my card was changed for the stay , not only did I not receive a discount I was charged an extra $60 for the stay.

    Myself and about 20 family members stayed here to see family nearby. It was a great experience from start to finish. After learning we were in for a funeral staff were even more kind and accommodating. Having the fire pit and chairs out back were perfect for us to gather at the end of each night. Rooms were clean and very spacious. Only thing missing was free breakfast, but there are plenty of restaurants to choose from nearby.

    I stayed 3 nights for a family funeral. Room size was a bit small, but beds were comfortable. The air conditioning unit didn’t seem to work so well so the room was a little humid. The bathroom had a strong urine odor. We had a tv, microwave, and mini fridge which was nice. Some of the amenities were a pool, gym, and outdoor patio with a nice electric fire pit. There is a Starbucks inside. Breakfast was available for a fee of I believe $8 so we decided to visit a local restaurant instead. I also have never been charged for parking at a local hotel, like a resort would have.

    Check-in was fine. The sofa and ottoman were dingy/dirty. Ready for bed, we pulled back the comforter to find 2 strands of hair...disgusting! We are not eager to return to this property.

    Elevators were good, night front desk lady nice and helpful. But it seems overpriced for you get, public rest room was actually kinda dirty. No complementary breakfast; and they really over charge for having a small pet dog, twice other locations going rate.

    I requested a first floor room and the notes said first floor, yet I was put on the 3rd floor. The towel rack was falling out of the wall, the thermostat didn’t regulate the room (it stayed at 77* the entire time), the coffee machine was broken, the refrigerator froze everything and there are no nearby restaurants.

    Initially, he told me that he had not received my reservation, then he told me that he didn’t have a clean room for me. He told me that “they” only sent him 2 house cleaners that day. He sent me away with no solution. I spent $162.76 on a room that I wasn’t given.

    Was asked at check in about location of room, said just quiet area of hotel. Did not happen. Went down to bar for light dinner and drink. One of the few sandwiches they had we selected, was then told they didn’t have one of the main ingredients for a nearly $16…They didn’t offer something to substitute on it, so I asked for extra bacon. When got back to the with the order, not only was there no turkey but no avacado either. So the blt had bacon and lettuce no tamato or the two ingredients I mentioned it was to include. After a $60 tab for two beers a drink salad and subpar sandwich it really left a bad impression.

    The staff is very nice, the room was very clean and comfortable but my shower had a serious leak and the glass covering over the bathroom light was hanging down and body wash in shower was empty. Definitely would stay again just minor inconveniences that can happen when traveling

    The room was not cleaned. Jelly smeared all ovet desk. Bed was the most uncomfortable bed we have ever slept in leaving us with an 8 hr drive on 4 hrs or less of sleep. Will not be using Marriott again after this.

    While the staff was helpful, we didn’t realize the bar/restaurant wasn’t open on Sundays so that was a bummer. The pool was very cold, even though indoors. By the elevators on the third floor, there was a cup of water for over 18 hours that nobody picked up or cleaned. They are small but they all add up, you know?

    This was a lovely hotel. The staff was exceptional! i was a bit early to check in and a room was found for me. The room was spotless. My two dogs enjoyed the large green spaces around the property. And the free morning coffee was excellent.
