    The hotel was very clean. Staff was super friendly. We booked a double queen, but when we checked in they did not have one ready so we ended up in a king with a roll out sofa bed. It was totally fine for us, but I could see where it could be a problem. The pool was nice. Breakfast was cereal, pastries and some hot items. My husband said the omelets were good. They had a waffle maker. No fruit available. Overall I’d stay again.

    I will never use Hampton inn again. They charge a $75 fee for your pet. I have never paid more than $20-$25. This was a complete rip off. Do they charge $75 for extra kids who will do more damage than my dog. Never again. Hotels. Com needs to find a way to inform us on these costs before we commit to a non refundable stay.

    Hardly slept all night with a very loud humming noise that was coming from outside our room 225 that started and stopped all night long. Also you should request a room opposite the expressway as traffic noise was also a problem when trying to sleep. The two windows in the room do not provide enough sound insulation.

    It was great. The AC was stuck on Cool when we arrived and it was about 49 degrees outside, but though I forgot his name the Young Man who checked us in immediately got right on it and called the Maintenance Person and within about 15 minutes they had it repaired and heating ! And they explained what had happened and that was Top Rung Customer Service !! Also, the Young Lady that was cooking and restocking in the Dining area, though I forgot her name also, was very friendly and Customer Service oriented !My stay was Fantastic and if we come back again we will surely stay with you. Happy New Year!

    I love the location. Everything was nice, breakfast was good, staff was friendly. The only issues i had was the tv kept freezing while watching live tv. Also the a/c unit was filthy. The blinds wouldn’t stay up either.

    All of the above. Waited 15 minutes just to check in after a 7 hr drive. The lobby had a bad odor and the room even worse. My 85 yr old mother and I had to clean things in the room and spray cologn just to make it tolerable. Very disappointing when always in the past Hampton stays were very pleasant.

    When we got to the hotel, our room was not ready we had to wait another hour. They tried to change my room type but i couldn't do it because it had a tub. They gave me a room that i did not pay for, just having yo wait made it the worst experience. The front counter lady was a little rude to begin with. We ended up in the wrong room anyways but they need more staff for this hotel.

    Evidently the cleaning staff didn’t show up for work the day before and the day of our stay, but when you have orange slimy gunk in between the the tiles on the shower walls where it should be white and black mold there as well, it makes you wonder how long it’s been since someone really cleaned the shower. The beds were clean thank heavens.

    Unfortunately due to short staffing it was quite a long wait to clean room & check in, but the front desk staff were wonderful. I arrived at 4pm but no room available until nearly 6:30 pm which was longer than I've ever had to wait. Owners might want to see about hiring more cleaning staff. Otherwise would recommend this property for a quiet comfortable stay.

    I stayed for a week and my room was cleaned only once and I had to ask housekeeping to clean it. They said I was not on the schedule, but they cleaned it anyway, but I had to go get facecloths and hand soap. I also had to get toilet paper from the front desk.

    Our check in time was 4. When we arrived around 4:30 there were several people ahead of us waiting for a room already. Finally our room was ready after 5. We got to the room and my kids noticed the comforter had orange (Cheeto) fingerprints on it. I went to the front desk, where a ton of people were waiting, but was told the front desk clerk was also the one cleaning the rooms. I found someone and told them about the comforter. We were headed to dinner so they left the comforter in our room. As I was changing that I noticed something on the sheets, feces or mud possibly, and pink stuff on the pillow cases. The pillow cases also smelled terribly like sweat. So back downstairs for fresh sheets. There was stuff on the side of the bed mattress and running down the wall. There was trash left under the bed. I don’t think the room was ever cleaned. I tried to make a complaint but no one was at the desk and when we left the next morning. I sent an email and was told I would be called back or sent an email but never got anything. I included some of the photos I got.

    The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was neat and clean and bedroom was nice and the bed was surprisingly very comfortable. My only issue was we drove for several hours and arrived around 6:30 PM and our room WAS NOT READY ! We couldn't check in until about 7:30 PM !! ? !!

    Breakfast was good, but not exceptional. We were attending a wedding and the location was convenient to the Interstate and about 15 minutes from the Church and Reception venue. I would strongly suggest that large Hotel Chains like Hampton Inn make available to their older guests (like us...in our 70s) a SIMPLE remote control for the Television. This Remote had NO numbers or Channel Toggle and was impossible for us to use, and absolutely NOTHING on it was intuitive other than the Power Button. Trying to use it was an exercise in frustration. While we didn't plan to do much television watching, it would have been nice to keep up with the National and International news. The Remote provided made this impossible. The Television is too @#$%^& complicated.

    The receptionist was very judgemental to the point of being rude. I reserved my room 4 days prior. When I arrived after 4pm he told me that they didn't have any rooms available for me but he just placed the patrons before me in a room on tye 3rd floor. Then he stated to me that my room wasn't paid for yet and I said to him that's because I haven't checked in yet. He told me he only had one room which was right by the front office. I told him that I wanted to be up so that I could stirm watch. He proceeds to tell me that I had to wait until a room a cleaned, mind you check in was at 4pm I arrived after 4pm and I was inconvenienced by Brandon. Them miraculously he came up with a room on the 3rd floor. My worst experience ever. I will not be returning to that hotel.

    The room was nice, but they put us right by the desk. You could hear people all night. I didn't get much sleep. Never again here. You hear people outside the window, and the worker outside the door. Breakfast hits and yeah sleeping is done.

    When I booked my stay, I chose a room with a soaking tub. I did not get the tub from the picture and when I mentioned that, their representative blamed the fact that I booked on a third party site. No initial attempt to satisfy my expectations, just passing the blame to me and the site through which I booked my stay.

    The whole place should be torn down and rebuilt. Dirt and rust in bathrooms and even with all the lights on in the room, it is so dark during the daytime that my phone camera flash comes on when taking a picture. The only good thing is that reception was friendly and helpful.

    Did not appreciate calling ALL the motorcycles park at the entrance where guests could not get to covered entrance. Also allowing each motorcyclist to idle their bike for half hour warm up prior to leaving at daybreak. Room 214 is directly above canopy and VERY noisy. Put the cyclists in that room.

    Found out after we checked in that the pool was closed. Kids were really disappointed. Room was also run down and indoor air was humid. Made for a very uncomfortable stay.

    The staff were welcoming and helpful. I had my service dog with me and this property was extremely animal friendly. My only complaint would be that the cost of the room versus it's location and current status of the rooms was a little over priced. The window in the room had a sheer shade covering it which did nothing to block the sun. Worse, we were located on the second floor right by the pool where we quickly learned that those who were in the pool could see inside everyone's rooms. Once they have finished renovating the hotel I am sure it will be worth the cost we paid, but currently I don't feel it was worth it. I am not saying the hotel wasn't nice or that the staff weren't great. I am just stating that I felt more like I was paying for the name of the hotel instead of the comfort I expected.

    Check clerk very nice. But hotel was terrible. There was bad looking stuff that had build up on toilet as seen in pics. Someone hasn’t been cleaning it for a long time. Called down to front de#k and said no one was there to send . Offered another room but already had pjs on and ready for. Bed.. I’m 75 and to tired to get dressed and move. Will never staff at Hampton inns again. They have really gone downhill.
