The staff was very accommodating. We asked to change rooms, away from street noise and they happily moved us. We travel with 2 small dogs, and they were welcomed. Our only negative was that there was no breakfast included. Just rolls and coffee or some apples/oranges would be a nice touch.

Staff was extremely nice. But i feel like hilton needs to step up their game. The rooms air did not work, the shower floor was dirty and needed a mr clean sponge to it along with the faucet, the hotel is under remodeling with home depot paper in the elevator and we also did not know untill after booking and payment. Save you money $180 for a night is what we paid and it was definitely not worth it.

Staff was fabulous, every last one. Room was meh. No safe. Had to ask for all manner of stuff (batteries on door lock, stock sugar at coffee, stock creamer at coffee, stock sugar at coffee [again], fix the TV, refill food on rather sparse selections on the breakfast buffet [$16 with reconstituted eggs]). All done in very good humor, but still.... They are remodeling, hope the sprucing brings it up to the standard of the room charge. Oh, and it's a no-cash operation, so bring your own change for a twenty.

Stopped on a road trip at this location and can say it was a decent stay. Polite staff, clean bed and spacious room. The restroom was a little run down in my opinion and the experience was not really worth the higher price, especially since this location doesn't come with complementary breakfast. I would visit here again since it was good, just not up to value price wise in my opnion.

Hotel and room were clean. Staff were very friendly. Lots of restaurants nearby. I had access to Netflix. I'll stay there again, next time I'm in town.

Stayed for one night traveling from Indiana to Texas. After a long travel day we were given keys that didn’t work. Once we moved to another room and got settled in bed we found the TV was not working. We ended up sleeping anyway and leaving at 4am.

The room sink was backed up and slow to drain.

Employees were lazy and rude. When I called in they were rude when asking for a simple confirmation number. When we arrived, we stood around waiting for someone to check us in and after 10min, I went to the office area to find someone. The room was ok but not that clean. We won’t be staying here again.

Loved the gentleman at check-in. He helped us get into our room. We will definitely be back as our son lives here and you all are a great facility. We were checked in and given a room above the EV charger which was nice. Facility was very clean. Only two complaints ; the toilet paper is like sandpaper, it’s like really bad. And the lighting is not very good, especially when trying to put on makeup

Great place and area.

Chef is excellent. Courtney at the front desk super people person! My room was excellent but the semis were loud in 205 over my rain app I sleep with. I struggled sleeping only due to that. There is a hill and the semi engines would kick up right at that exact point.

With the exception of one gentleman who worked over night where rude, when I booked it said free breakfast yet they charged me 60 dollars for breakfast 15 dollars a person including 15 dollars for a 4 year old would never recommend this hotel To anyone, and will never stay at a Hilton again, garbage run from this place

Good Hotel

Very nice place to stay. We just had a quick over night visit but the facility was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was conveniently located with many food options within walking distance or a short drive. I used to prefer Holiday Inn Express but have switched exclusively to Hilton properties. Much better experience for about the same amount of money.

Very loud during the night. Called the front desk couple of times. Not very friendly morning crew with check out or at breakfast. Will not stay there again.

All hotels are now charging $75 per night for dogs. My dog is a Chihuahua weighing less than 24 pounds. That is ridiculous. But, they do allow them. The room was very nice. The staff was exceptionally friendly. I was happy with this stay.

Awesome place

I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Jackson TN for 4 nights between February 13 and 17. My room was not cleaned ONCE. Trash not taken out, bed not made, dirty towels not removed. No cleaning whatsoever during my FOUR day stay. I reported the issue THREE times to the Front Desk with the promise of getting my room ready the next day, nothing happened. I refused to change rooms because I did not want (and I don't think I had to) go to the trouble of packing/unpacking.

Was so tired when we arrived and it took forever to get our card keys to work ended up having to change rooms … multiple trips back and forth to the lobby was very inconvenient when you’re exhausted.. ended up being faulty or dead door locks … other than that the stay was good … clean room and comfortable bed

Hot water was out for an entire day. Only one elevator working and it was pitch black because the lights were out.

One elevator was out. The other elevator had an electrical problem so no light in it, pitch dark, then no hot water for about 12 hours.

More expensive than other hotels, but the beds were heavenly, 2 free waters. But breakfast and food and drink prices are astronomical. Uber somewhere. Staff and service was great.

Great place to overnight while traveling Interstate 40

The location was ideal for what we needed and very accessible. It was clean, well stocked, and the staff we interacted with were very friendly. We ate at the restaurant and the food was delicious. The pool looked refreshing.

The room was extremely clean and tidy. Everything was in its place. I travel \with a mobility scooter and I had plenty of room to maneuver .

The room was mostly what you would expect from Hilton. Clean and comfortable. The doors are a bit heavy causing them to close hard, creating a slam that I’m sure would be heard by those around you. Guest laundry was adequate. Breakfast was “offered” at an additional cost, but not “included.” For the price of a Hilton hotel room, breakfast should be included; continental at least. The room was adequately cleaned and stocked except for the hand-lotion container permanently fixed to the wall. It was empty. Not a dealbreaker, but definitely an oversight by the housekeeping staff. All things considered, we enjoyed our stay.

From the checkin to checkout the staff and accommodations were excellent! The staff are awesome! The hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable. My nieces loved the pool and sitting outside was very relaxing. The breakfast was delicious but not free. My mistake for not reading and just assuming “breakfast provided” meant free. The only complaint was the pillows were very flat so if you like fluffy and firm bring your own. LOVED it and will stay again when I visit family.

The beds were comfortable but the door to enter the room was very heavy and required an extra push in order for it to close up completely. The breakfast was ok but could have been more fresh and hot. Due to supposedly preparing it as you place the order.

Hotel room was good, but the cafe experience was awkward. They weren’t aware that I had breakfast included through Hotels.com, so I had to show them my reservation to prove it.

All in all the hotel met our needs. We enjoyed the pool, but I was a little disappointed in the room itself. There was food left in the microwave from the last people, the back of the remote was missing the cover and the bathroom had a wall hook that was broken and falling out of the wall. Those things didn't ruin our stay, but if I'm fair with my assessment, those things remove a few points in my review. It would have also been nice if the TV had streaming apps like Netflix, etc (for me to log into). Otherwise, it met our needs and we enjoyed our time.

since staying there on drive from Houston to Mich a year go, has digressed on quality. Room has a "cooler" rather than min fridge. in room phone on the fritz. Breakfast billed as a buffet but only the continental was....no hot choices. Hot meant sit and pay $16 for what tasted like a pre-prepard breakfast rapidly mirowaved and served with plastic utensils (for$16). Will look elsewhere in Jackson next year

I didn’t like hearing people above my room running back and forth and when I asked for another room the staff member said there was not any available when she literally just offered a customer another room .

Not very quiet area since back half of rooms are about 150 yds from highway.

Kim, Terry, and Troy were the best hosts ever. They accommodated my family above and beyond our expectations. Hotel is clean and nicely furnished and close to shopping and dining. Also worth noting, I’m a Tesla owner, so having the fast charger in the parking lot was SUPER CONVENIENT and such a welcomed amenity.

For how much this property cost it was extremely dirty in the room. I also felt unsafe at the property as well.. they did not have a very secure building compared to other hotels in the area.

Desk clerk seemed more interested in his phone than customer service at check in.

There was no shampoo in the room and you found this out after you are already in the shower. Not acceptable. The room was dark and this was contributed to by the fact that one lamp was burnt out and the cords were ran into the wall so don’t know if the lamp was bad or if the bulb was burnt out. The metal in the bathroom is starting to rust. The room is starting to show its age. The room is not quiet, there is road noise.

Overall the stay was fine and the staff were very kind and friendly. My pretty much only complaint would be that you have to pay extra ($15 a piece for adults) for breakfast if you choose to eat there and the cigarette smell in our room. We just went on down the road to a restaurant instead.
