Location Problems with door. Wouldn’t shut without locking it. Had to use key several times to get it opened. Had go to desk have key rekeyed twice. Breakfast was not good. Certainly not excellent. But it was clean and a good location No tissues in holder

If you buy a drink, no matter what it is, it’s $2. A 12oz can of Pepsi was $2. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Lock on door was broke off, jet in tub didn't work, the tub drain plug wouldn't come back out, rust in bathroom, and not very clean room.

When I went to take a bath in the jetted bathtub, I turned it on before I got in it, and there was some hairs. Needless to say, I did not take a jetted bath, but it should be cleaned out after I got through with it.

With construction, difficult to navigate in and out from. Breakfast was hot and staff friendly.

Everything was good except it would’ve been nice to have a reading chair in there and I think they may have had one at one time because there was a lamp in the corner and an ottoman.

Does not clean room. Stayed 4 days. Wanted to have my sheet done one day but housekeeping came in took the trash and did not change the sheet. No apologies neither from the lady on the front desk. She said they cannot change the sheet daily. Breakfast is not too good. Microwave was dirty. Bathroom supplies are very little for 4 days stay, 4 people.

It was okay. Not bad for the price at all. But the jacuzzi and queen size beds were deceiving online when we booked. The jacuzzi tub was in a small bathroom and very tight place. Before when we booked on it was located in a corner inside the room. The queen size beds were also not queen size they were more of a full size bed. Overall okay but have had better experiences in other cities best westerns.

Staff treated us like it didn’t matter if we stayed or not. Not a good start. The room was okay but not to standards with other Best Westerns where we have stayed. The free breakfast wasn’t set up (at 7:00 am). We had to ask for food other than dry cereal. No breakfast rolls, bagels or toast was available. The waffle maker was empty, so no waffles. No plates were available until we asked for them. They never did provide any napkins.Definitely will not return to this hotel.

Breakfast was just bare. Soap dish hanging off of the wall in the bathtub. I couldn't get out of there fast enough. . You can do better and must do better if you expect guests. This was not the Best Western experience that I expect.

In addition, the staff would not refund me TWO nights because I checked out earlier than I had booked. They kept saying there was no way they could issue a refund since I completed the booking via Expedia.com. I will not be staying at this property ever again. Horrible experience.

It is fairly clean. Good for 1 night, maybe 2 tops, for on the go travelers. The gym room is very small but it contains 2-3 machines. Breakfast is super basic. Don’t expect a lot of options. Pool is closed half of the year. Shower head is basic, nothing luxurious Overall if you’re looking for a simple and last minute stay then it’s not bad.

The staff at the front desk wasn't very friendly when we checked in. The room was fine, but they have people who stay there long term and there was someone who lived in the room below us who had there tv ridiculously loud the entire day and night, that is all we could hear and couldn't sleep. When I mentioned it, the woman at the desk wasn't very apologetic about it. She knew what room it was when I told her and said the man was hard of hearing.

Need a Hazmat suit just to go to the bathroom. Thought we were going to get robbed. The bathtub had mold. OVERALL HORRIBLE

The room was not good the mattresses were exposed they look like they were from the 80s the toilet paper holder was coming out of the wall the fan on the air conditioner did not work I have to say the Best Western label does not come close to the standards of any of the Best Westerns that the wife and I have ever stayed at the staff though we're very nice thank you to all have a blessed day

There wasn’t never anyone at the check and I got the room with the jacuzzi tub the tub was very nasty it hadn’t been cleaned or sanitized properly there was hair and skin cells in the tub the toilet was dirty had hair and dirty all over the seat also the room had a very stale smell in it I was very disappointed only good thing that I took from Best Western was the bed was soft and it was quiet other than that things must improve!

The breakfast was the same thing every day for a week. There were no fresh fruits or healthy options. The cups used for the waffles wouldn't fill the waffle maker. There was never anyone at the front desk, they had a doorbell and you had to wait. The construction around the hotel should have been posted on the website. It made travel in and out very difficult for people not familiar with the area.

Room had a funny odor. The area where the carpet meets the vanity/ bathroom area was frayed so bad that little nails where sticking out. Didn’t notice that until my mom’s sock snagged on the nails.

I usually stay here and have always been placed in a ground floor room on this stay they put me in an upstairs room stating that all they have are rooms with whirlpool bath but they have put me in one of those rooms every time I have stayed here.

When I booked the room, nothing stated that the rate was only for a second floor room. We weren’t told that until we arrived at the hotel and there is no elevator. The person checking us in didn’t seem to understand English very well and couldn’t really answer our questions well. The rooms were nice and the property was clean and well lit, but the surroundings didn’t feel too safe. There was an empty lot across from our room with shopping carts all under a tree like vagrants might have been staying there. The fitness equipment didn’t work. The stair stepper wouldn’t turn on, the bicycle had no resistance, and the treadmill kept stopping. I read in other reviews that the breakfast was great, but it was below average for a hot breakfast. Typical pre-cooked eggs in a flat round shape, sausage and cold biscuits. No real healthy options except Cheerios. No fruit, no oatmeal or grits, no yogurt. There was a waffle maker. The bed was also worn out. We have been traveling for 2 weeks and this was the worst hotel of the whole trip.

I arrived late and when I entered my room, it was hot and humid and the first thing that hit me was the smell. It smelled like mildew. I turned the A/C on and even that didn’t help an air out the stench. The smell was on the bed, in the shower and in the air.. it gave me a HUGE headache. The only comfort I received was given a refund back and leaving. I will never stay in a Beat Western in this location EVER again.

They have the best breakfast in town

Bed comfort was ech but everyone has issues with beds that aren't what they are used too. We ended up buying a blanket at a store for the second night since the bed one was too thin. Overall good stay and would stay again, road construction made navigating difficult but that isnt the hotels fault. Just keep in mind that there is a TON of detours and road work.

This place is NOT a hotel — it's a run-down motel, and calling it anything else is false advertising. The pictures online must be from decades ago or a completely different property, because what you actually get is dirty, dated, and just plain gross. Anyone giving this place 8/10 must be on something — seriously. The room reeked of mildew and despair, and I’m genuinely worried I’ll wake up with bed bugs. The carpet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since the early 2000s, and every surface felt sticky. I didn’t dare touch anything without wiping it down first. To make things worse, the place didn’t feel safe. People were loitering and wandering around the property well past midnight. I didn’t sleep a wink. On top of that, there’s been roadwork for what locals say has been two years, making the property nearly impossible to access without feeling like you're navigating a construction zone. I don’t leave many reviews, but this place was such a nightmare I had to warn others. Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else. Run — don’t walk — away from this dump.

There were multiple types of bugs in the room. I purchased bug spray & sprayed the room, but they were still creeping around! I told the front desk, and they said l must have been bringing them in when l walked outdoors. The pool was filthy, no way you could swim in it. The room was furnished nicely & the jetted tub worked well, which is why l gave the place an "okay" rating. Also, the breakfast was good as well.

The only disappointment was the pool. I realize the website said the pool is openened until September. I called to make sure it was still opened before we came and they said yes. We went and stayed one night on September 13th. No one was in it and I can see why. It was very dirty. Did not look like it had been cleaned in awhile. You can not tell by the picture but in the bottom right side of the pool there was a Dollar General bag floating around in that corner. Just be prepare for alot of construction if you go anytime soon which can get you a little lost and confused which did me.

They charge an additional $10 per hour additional if you check in early and say they have limited occupancy, which was a lie it was a completely empty parking lot.

Bathrooms needs remodeling specifically tubs and toilets. Not what I expected from BW brands but it was a long time since I stayed at one. Will be the last. At the price point it was okay but I would not stay there with young kids.

It was okay. If I had to stay close to this again, I don’t think I would stay here specifically.

Room was cool on a 102degree day. Got settled in and TV would not work, internet was not connected ( not good for my husband). Finally went to front desk after room phone call failed. Clerk came to our room, could not fix problem. Offered to move to another room, this at 10 pm told him never mind. No compensation at check out…..

The AC in the rooms weren't turned on so the rooms were 80+ degrees. The bathrooms were disgusting and the bed sheets were dirty. It was not advertised or in the pictures that the doors to rooms were on the outside of the building.

Rude lady at checkin! Reported problems with room. The problems that were broke in room were still the same way the following week when they put me in the same room! AC was not right. Shower / Tub switchover was broke. Light switch to vanity had issues. Ice machine out of order and appeared to have been that away for months. The lady will cost them a lot of business. I can see why very few people stay there!

By mistake I booked a smoking room but the beautiful lady at front desk changed it to a nonsmoking room. Very pleased

Being a travelling businessman, I have stayed at hundreds of hotels. For the money, this was the best of all time. HUGE 65" TV, spotless clean rooms and parking lot. Quiet, great water pressure, comfy yet firm bed, friendy staff, good quality water, high quality towels. Just a true 10 out of 10. Well Done.

Came for a week visit to see my sons. Hotel was great. I felt safe with two teens. Pool was refreshing and clean. Room was also clean and convenient to my parking. Breakfast hit the spot daily for the 3 of us. Staff was friendly, helpful, and not bothersome. Thank you.

It was all clean pool was nice the curtains on the patio doors they could be updated they had holes in them but in all very clean place. The breakfast was a little skimpy compared to other places but considering the price we paid I guess it was the right value. But yes I would stay there again

Reviews are misleading. Photos do not show true condition of motel. Did not know doors were located outside. Not good for 3 women traveling. Toilet seat broken. Floor not clean. Smelled like well water. 3 other family members at same place. Jacuzzi tub mildewed. AC not working. No chairs or tables by the pool. Extremely disappointed. Beware.

Property was ok but during my stay I bought two rooms. One room had a odor and the other room had a screw missing from the toilet.

Upon check in after paying online for two nights i was told I would have to only check in for one and then come back and recheck in. Okay whatever cool, continuing on the man behind the counter was saying that i would have to pay for the room again on top of a $100 deposit. When i said i pay online he just kept saying he wasn’t asking for my card information but that i had to pay. After about 5 minutes he said he would look again, confirming that the second night was paid for, but the first was not. After asking how that was even possible considering i paid for both at the SAME TIME, he again went on a spill of how he was not asking for card information but that i needed to pay. Needless to say i did not stay at this dump and you might not want to either.

This is the second time I’ve stayed at this property in three weeks. I intentionally stayed the second time at the request of the manager, who asked me to give the property another try. Unfortunately, I was not impressed. Walking into our room the smoke detector was beeping. Took about an hour to get it fixed. i’m not sure what kind of attempt at fixing either a crack or resurfacing issue in the bathtub but while giving my grandson a bath, he peeled off a piece of vinyl type material from the surface of the tub.Headed down for the pool, which I had used before only to discover this time algae was starting to grow ,water level was 3 to 4 inches low. Weeds growing in the decorative tile on the pool deck. Actually looked like the pool hadn’t been touched in three weeks. While walking to the restaurant next-door, we passed several doors that the occupants were or had obviously been smoking marijuana which was very unpleasant. as my previous review stated the building needs an overhaul and or a bulldozer. By no means lives up to the Best Western name that I’ve been familiar with.

If I could give this hotel a negative star rating I would. Worst experience we have had in a long time. The first room they tried to put us in the air conditioning was not working. The second room the door didn’t lock and they still rented it out! The third room -the one we finally stayed in - was dirty. The shower walls were cracked and stained. The only redeeming feature was the bed. It was comfortable. The staff was not friendly or helpful. Refused to let me talk to the manager. I definitely don’t recommend this hotel.

Staff was very helpful and nice. Lobby was updated and clean. Pool was open and maintained. Rooms were very clean somewhat updated. Air conditioner was ice cold which is a plus! Shower needed to be updated but water was hot and nice. Definitely worth the money that fit my budget. Only thing was there were several shopping carts around, people loitering and doors dented that was concerning.

The room was cheap. I booked only because of all the 10 of 10 ratings that said it was clean and safe. It was not clean and safe. The lock on our day failed and were unable to get into our room until the manager had to get some tools to pry open the lock. We were just very uncomfortable and decided not to stay.

This is a slightly above average Best Western. I rated the staff high because they were very cooperative to my request to get a cooler room and responded quickly two times to let me into my room after my card would not unlock the door. Once all the road construction is complete, it will be a convenient place to overnight.

The staff were friendly but I was very underwhelmed at the room. We brought our pet, so we selected the pet friendly room. We did not know/realize that the pet friendly rooms would not only charge us a $200 pet deposit but also that the only pet friendly rooms they offer, are smoking rooms. It stunk so bad that we had to purchase all purpose cleaner and febreeze. The air also wasn’t very strong so we had to purchase a fan and to top it off the fridge stopped working night 2 and all of our food ruined. There were cigarette burns in all the blankets, the furniture was nasty and the mattresses were pretty gross. There was also what looked like old dried blood smeared on the wall next to the bathroom door. I have no problem with a pet deposit but if you’re holding $200 for that, it should be a room that is clean and doesn’t reek of cigarette smoke. I’m very frustrated that I had to spend my own money to purchase cleaning products just to feel like it was clean enough to have my family sleep in.

We requested swrvice to slightly increase the water in the toilet tank to imrove the flushing capacity. We were told it was a water saving setting. WhileI appreciate efforts to save water the toilet still needs to be able to flush.

This Best Western is truly BEST!!! There’s a Walmart within 30 feet of this hotel. And literally shopping and dining in the surrounding area. The price is amazing and did I mention it’s NEWLY RENOVATED!!!

We stopped here on our way to Texas for vacation it was really clean and comfortable the service was great too , there was construction work going on for the roadway out front and the highway but it was very quiet there which was surprising due to all the equipment running, very glad we chose this place

Very large room with balcony overlooking pool. Breakfast of Sausage, eggs, biscuits and gravy which made my husband happy. Cereal too! Everything very clean. Easy checkin and out. Mexican restaurant next door for an easy walk. Pool was nice. Super great for the reasonable price A+++

My room 124 had black mold in the bathroom . I had a baby that just been removed from the ventilator with me and the next day after leaving the hotel he was admitted into the hospital

The jetted tub was not worth the extra pay- i thought it was more like a hot tub. The room was clean and smelled pleasant. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were awesome. Great place to stay for the rate. Two nice restaurants within walking distance. Construction out front is a little deceiving and tricky but nothing the hotel can control- the whole town is under street construction.

The bed sheets had visible stains, the shower had orange-brown buildup around the edges, and the toilet appeared unclean. One of the lights in the room didn’t work, the smoke detector was disconnected with exposed wires, and the peephole was covered with toilet paper from the inside—clearly not a safe or welcoming setup. I addressed these concerns with the front desk, and the staff member I spoke with was very understanding and helpful. He offered a refund without hesitation, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the refund process has been difficult due to poor communication between Expedia and Best Western. Because of how unclean the room was, I ended up leaving and booking another hotel. While the staff was kind and professional, the overall experience was disappointing and I would not stay at this location again.

Room had been updated, but had a stale/smoky smell. The bathroom was clean, but the exhaust fan was hanging partially out of the wall and was filthy. Bed was OK, but not great. Breakfast was typical for the brand.
