Staff were very friendly and helpful when I needed help. Good value for the price. I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a good value and decent parking. Rooms are secure and has clean towels and sheets. Not much is new but is sufficient for the price.

When I come to check in they don’t me I cant check in

The room smelled like someone died in their. Stains on the sheets and pillows. Asked if I could have a different room and I was denied.

Breakfast with bare minimum. Bed smelled like the last guest as if it had not been washed. Staff was not pleasant from beginning to end.

Room was damaged in multiple places, the heater didn't really work. The remote to the TV was dying which made it difficult to get anything to play. The TV was not hooked up so that I could just stream. The wifi was not working very well either. Lastly, there were people going up and down the stairs throughout the night. The picture that they provided to Expedia is wholly inaccurate and should be looked at before continuing to advertise the way it is. Had the picture shown the true room I would not have stayed in the hotel.

Very good place to stay. Staff was very nice. Rooms were very clean and this is the best place to stay in jacksonville. I would highly recommend staying there if you are in town. Everything was so good.

This is my go to place, I stay here so much it truly is like my hime away from home. The front desk is very accommodating and check in always goes smooth.

The room was okay it was clean breakfast wasn't that great but better than nothing. They have no problem taking out that $20 deposit immediately but it is not returned as quickly. Stayed Friday and it is Sunday and it has not been returned. That could be because the banks are closed on weekends but they don't have anything nice enough to require a deposit of any kind. I feel like it's just a cash grab and hotels.com needs to ensure that these fees are included in the price up front. Almost 1/3 of the cost of the room was just the deposit. I understand that you get it back but part of using these services is to take care of everything online I don't want to get to the counter and be charged more fees.

-1000 stars. Dirty. Stinky. Roaches. Construction all around. As soon as we walked in there was a dingy stinch and my grandma didn’t even want to lay in the bed. We left two hours in. We stopped mid way through a long road trip to rest but after a hour and a half we decided it wasn’t worth it and we’d rather drive the whole way rather than stay here another minute. I explained this and they refused to refund me. I still left and now I’m fighting with bank to get my money back from this roach motel. It’s disgusting. If a customer is there for less than two hours ( 1 hour was used out eating and discussing options) debating if they want to leave then you should refund. Why steal money?

Over night stay. Room was clean. Service was excellent. However 2 of the 3 lamps in room werent working. Overall would stay again. Didnt need the lights to sleep anyway.

The continental breakfast was awfull !!! I was a little late getting there 6:00 to 9:00 …. 8:00 there was one muffin, two cinnamon rolls, a dirty waffle maker, juice & coffee. I got a coffee (watered down) (didn’t know it) and left…staff looked like they just rolled out of bed….

The beds could use more then just 2 really thin pillows on them they need to be updated as well as more then 2 towels for a room for 4 People other then that the hotel was a good one for a one night cheap quick stay while traveling

Bed was good and room was clean. Most of it was remodeled and very nice, but oddly there was a dividing door that was old and crooked, and the ceiling above the shower was falling down in one spot. Overall decent for a few nights visiting. No issues. Very tiny TV tho lol.

The lady was really nice but the room was disgusting smelt like nasty ciggert filled and bathroom was super nasty

Clean rooms, beds comfy, pet-friendly, front desk at check-in was awesome. It’s smells really good in the lobby and there’s a pretty electric fireplace. Very nice staff.

Sign in was quick, the room smelled damp and a bit like mold but the room was clean. The breakfast is very lackluster, cereal or waffles and syrup. But it was affordable and good enough 3.5/5

The pool was massive!!! But empty so we couldn't go swimming :( The owners have a dog but told me "make sure there is no dog hair on the sheets or blankets." Dog fur lives on me so guarenteed it got on the bed/blankets.

I picked a hotel with a pool so my kid could swim. When I got here, I found out the pool is closed/not working. The rooms were okay with emphasis on the Econo part of Econolodge. The staff was kind of abrupt at check in. The rooms were, however, clean.

When I first got there I had some issues with my room. But the next morning they got me moved to a better room and took great care to make sure I had a good stay.

Econo is always my favorite choice in the Jacksonville area.

My check in was simple. The attendant was fast and courteous. She even gave me a room on the bottom floor!! Room was stuffy, but once I turned the air on, it was fine. Convenient location.

Great customer service at check-in. Room was very clean as well as the lobby. Breakfast was decent. We had waffles, muffins and cereal. 10 out of 10 would stay here again.

Warning: They tried to renovate, but the odors permeate the walls and beds are not at all comfortable. If you try to make it work, it'll cost you at min $20/hr. Phones barely work if you call for assistance. The loud noises are worse than a rock concert.

Rooms are OK. Beds are a little hard. Oh, but the continental breakfast was pitiful. Went there at 7:30 and there was hardly anything out on Saturday morning and muffins were higher. The donuts were hard they don’t offer any flavored creamers or a liquid creamer, but naturally, the only complaint that I have is about the continental breakfast.

Room smelld like sewage really bad sinks were stopped up toilet wouldn’t flush properly and it kept running water and then staff tried fixing it during odd hours of early am waken me n kids out sleep being rude when entered room it was not cleaned bedding had blood spots on blanket and then when tried telling staff of issues they said it wasn’t bad

We had booked a room at another hotel, which was AWFUL. Booked a room at this hotel and were able to get a restful sleep.

I had booked a room at Econolodge in Jacksonville Ark. remind you I’m from NLR but I stay in Dallas I reserved and took my 25 dollar deposit and everything by the time I arrived it was 12 pm. The clerk seem cool or whatever . When we got in the room I took a bath and my wife went & got food I showered and everything and when she got back she did the same I did check the bed before laying down and when she got out the shower we walked outside and smoked. (It’s around 3:30 am) As we come back to lay down we see F****** BED BUG !!! My wife was scared for deer life we HURRIED UP and got the h*** out of dodge . When I comforted the clerk . They called the police on me!! & me and my wife ended up sleeping in the car due to it was to late to check in another room! I high recommend NO ONE NOT EVEN A STRAY ANIMAL TO STAY there !!! Looks can be very deceiving… if u don’t believe me email [email protected] I’ll send pics and videos of my experience!!! This place is HIGHLY INVESTED‼️‼️

Got a good nights sleep here after being turned away from another hotel that we had reservations for because they overbooked. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. I definitely would stay there again.

The guy at the front desk was kind of rude. They charge you an incidental fee of 25.00. The bed was not comfortable. A lady was screaming upstairs due to a domestic problem. Overall, if you have a little more money, stay somewhere else.

Do not stay at this hotel the manager is the rudest person I have ever met in my life. This is not a friendly hospitality hotel. I had one more night to stay and I had got beat up had blood all in my hair and a busted lip and the manager did not care told me to leave even though i paid for that days stay. Manager is a hot head that is not friendly no customer service experience at all. The rooms looked like crap the cable end up not working the 2nd day i was there. I don’t know what it is with these Pakastan people that owns all these hotels but they are the rudest people I have ever met threatens to call the police on you for petty stuff they don’t care if they get your business or not. They should never be allowed to own a American hotel because they make the hotel chain look really bad

The room was filthy. The bedspreads had stuff on them that were not stains. We changed rooms but the second room was not much better. The front desk person, however was trying his best to make it more comfortable and did bring us clean blankets

I tried to cancel this booking. And hotel.come wouldn't load and lete. So I got charged for a stay I never stayed. . I don't k owe what the service was like because I never made it to the hotel. But that didn't stop the hotel from taking my money. And hotel.com for not allowing me to cancel, even tho I had free cancellation on my reservation.

Was given key to room, when entered was not finished cleaning, no bedding. They were nice about cleaning it right away, was ready in 15 minutes. No signs of cleaning oversight, bed comfortable, air conditioning worked well as did the heat... gotta love Mother Nature. Hot water fine, all items in room promised. I didn’t even look to see if breakfast available, I’m assuming not due to COVID. $50 per night, would have paid up to $70 for this room and would have felt we got our money’s worth.

Hotel room was clean and tidy, and the attendant was very pleasant. The noise from the air conditioning and nearby road were an issue for me, but your mileage may vary. The only other concern was the poor quality and effectiveness of the chain lock used on the front door that opens to the outside.

The rooms are newer and nicely decorated. Very clean. The bath tub was stained and bathroom door had been damaged so that it wouldn't click/lock when closed. Our room may have been unique but it was the loudest air conditioner I ever encountered and the sheets were very rough/scratchy. So, nice room but horrible sleeping!

I didn’t like they told me the don’t handle payments only Expedia, but charged me a $25 cash deposit and didn’t want to give me a receipt. They had a million rules as if I couldn’t read them on the website. I went towards the room and it was dark on the back side of the building and requested a full refund and they wouldn’t give me a refund. The night shift attendants turned the ringer on low so they wouldn’t have to answer the phone from Expedia. Horrible service, from the Econo Lodge in Jacksonville, near the Little Rock Air Force base.

Over all cleanliness was decent BUT Sheets were dirty like they just made the bed after the last people. Was horrified to find curly short black hairs which neither of us have. Shower/ tub was good. sink was cracked so it didn’t hold water. They had the ac rigged to only stay on low. .

The hotel room was clean, spacious and had a microwave and fridge. The pool was really nice as well.

Front staff was very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. Unfortunately it’s located right off the highway so sometimes there were disturbances from the traffic (this can’t be helped). Room was clean and updated.

I entered my room and was amazed at the spacious and comfort that was provided. TV, dresser, desk, lamps, chair, ottoman, mirrors, iron board, suitcase stand, refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, and everything was clean.

Front desk and check in was outstanding. Rooms were nice. Breakfast hostess was rude. Had to ask several times and beg for towels. Trash was never taken out of our room. We had to take it out ourselves. Pool area and grilling area was a great experience. Front desk manager apoligized for the inconveniences.

We needed a budget hotel that HAD TO BE: clean, safe, good price. This hotel is all of that. The room is spacious and they have done some recent remodeling but it is a $60 hotel so you get what you pay for. Overall the room was clean - not OCD clean but sufficient. The fridge looks as though someone spilled something and they didn’t clean it - but we didn’t use it so it wasn’t an issue. Location is good plenty of stores/restaurants close by. Clerk was friendly and prompt. I would stay here again if I was on a budget it was perfect for our 1/2 way there but we need to sleep.
