No one cleaned our room or gave us fresh towels , washcloths when we went to the front desk to ask for for fresh towels and washcloths so that we can take a shower he told us there were no towels and washcloths available we told him our room was never cleaned the trash was still in there , our old towels and washcloths literally no one came to service our room when we asked for washing detergent determined to just wash the towels ourselves there was no detergent thankfully Carmen saw what was happening and gave us fresh towels and washcloths and apologized basically the man at the front desk was not going to give us any not to mention our hotel keys kept stop working we had to constantly get them reactivated

Person that checked us in and did the billing needs more training. Room billed to the incidental card instead of the card on file. Also double billed the incidentals. No I have to deal with the financial issues after the service was completed. Lastly, the bed is extra stiff and had a difficult sleep.

Second, when we checked out, we found out we weren’t even registered under the correct room. We were assigned and stayed in room 421, but your system had us listed under room 316. That raises some concerns for us about how our stay was managed. Because of both the lack of a critical amenity and the room registration error, I’d like to see what can be done in terms of a partial refund or compensation.

The AC controls on the wall didn’t work. We had to manually adjust it on the unit. It was loud and turned on/off constantly. Overall, I expected better.

The room and hotel were clean. The gym is decent. The staff were nice. I didn’t expect the $3 / day fee for parking and wish the hotel included free parking. The breakfast was the usual “free breakfast” at hotels. The door to our room had an issue to where the lock would come out and prevent it from closing properly, so we had to twist the nob back and forth until we got the lock to go back in place in order to close the door whenever we would go out. Not a horrible experience.

The room wasn't as clean as it could have been floors, couch was dirty, and pillow cases were dingy. Also, when customers were checking out the housekeeping staff had their carts everywhere and were monopolizing the elevators.

The only thing I can say that is negative is that you can hear everything. The doors to the rooms close very loud. Other than that our stay was great and staff was excellent.

What a nightmare experience. The first night at checkin the front doors were locked and it was 1am, we knocked for 20 min to finally get the attendant to open the doors, she was apparently sleeping or something in the back office. The second night (separate reservation) our booking was given to someone else and we were told they don't have a room for us! We were a family of 6 at midnight with no where to go and they gave our reservation to someone else? After making me wait for 30 min they finally gave us the room we were supposed to get in the first place!! How do you explain that!? Horrible management. Breakfast was completely empty even though there was 30 min still left and there was no restocking.

Nice sized room with a desk and a big sofa, big bathroom with a fan, clean all around. We will stay there again.

My stay was disappointing. I booked for five people but only got three towels, and the hotel had no extras. There was no body soap, and no staff available to refill it. We also asked for an extra pillow for my child, but they had none. Basic items shouldn't be missing at a hotel.

Aside from that, the hotel was decently clean. Staff was all very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast on most days was great and convenient. There was always a staff member cleaning up breakfast and replenishing. Rooms were nicely cleaned up every other day.

The room was incredible! The bathroom and closet space were large. We fit our entire family of 7 comfortably with the trundle bed under the sofa bed and the large queen beds! The room was spotless. The front desk staff was so friendly and let us check in early since we had arrived early and were traveling with small kids. We had gotten takeout for dinner and the gentleman at the front desk went and found paper plates for us. We will definitely stay here again, it’s within walking distance of so many restaurants and shops.

The room was not thoroughly cleaned especially the couch, shower (with mold) and sink had hair. The towels have hair. Breakfast is average. There’s a $3 charge per night for the parking. I would not go back to this hotel nor recommend it. Not worth the money.

Upon arrival there was immediately a sulphur smell in the lobby and throughout the 1st floor. It was not in the room immediately but it did come both evenings i guess it was coming from the pipes. Breakfast was ok. We were given a room close to stairway and outside entrance those doors were not soft close and slammed constantly needless to say it was very loud. Pool looked good but it wasn't heated so we didn't get in. One other thing bathroom door was a barn door that sounded like a heavy patio door when opening and closing it so you could hear ours when trying to rest and the ones on either side of our room. In conclusion the price was good it was clean but noisy and a bit smelly

Front desk staff was phenomenal. On this trip the cleaning of the room could use improvement. It was like they started cleaning my room and got distracted. The bed was made but the extra blanket was balled and and placed anywhere they felt like.

The room were big and clean the bathroom was very big and clean. The only thing I have bad to say is the hallway carpets and the elevator carpets were not vacuumed in a while!

The property was nice, however our room, 321, had an ant infestation on the bathroom sink. I actually took a video of at least 30 ants crawling al over. Unfortunately the rest of the hotel was booked for size of room we needed so we needed to change hotels. The front desk person was nice and offered a refund, which we have not seen yet, but I am surprised that the cleaning person did not notice the ants.

The restaurant, Senor Loco was great.

The front desk staff was not very friendly. There were 2 people at the front desk, each taking care of guests. When one of them finished, she walked in the back, even though I and another guest had been waiting for over 5 minutes. I then had to wait another five minutes b/c the other guest went in front of me. We were late to our dinner reservation. I didn't like that they only give 1 caffeinated coffee pod and only 1 creamer/sugar per pod. Coffee in the room is one of the most important luxuries of staying in a hotel. There also seemed to be outside patrons who weren't guests of the hotel milling around in the lobby and speaking to the front desk staff which kind of made us uncomfortable so we immediately left the lobby.

Gentleman at the front desk wasn’t very friendly or helpful. When we returned later that evening we planned to stop at the front desk to request an extra bath towel and blanket but there were a few people checking in so we went to the room waited about 30 minutes and then called the front desk to request what we needed and to also find out what time breakfast was served(we were not told at check in and we couldn’t find it written anywhere) the phone was never answered after 3 attempts! We gave up and solved the issues ourselves. Other than that everything else was very good.

Overall, the property was good. However, we had to change rooms because the AC thermostat didn’t work in one room, and the AC wasn’t great in the second one. The hotel overall is very dark. About 3/4 of the lights were either off or burnt out, including several in our room. The ladies at the front desk were awesome, though.

The hotel room itself was decent, enough space, a mini fridge, the bed was comfortable. As far as cleanliness goes I would say it's mostly clean, there was a hair on the bathroom sink, several smears of dirt or something else up near the top of the shower/bathroom area, and the room could use vacuuming of the baseboards but otherwise was good. It wasn't moldy or musty. The walls are pretty thin so if you're going on a weekend or busy time of the year it's going to be fairly loud. There were people who were banging around up until 3:00 in the morning. Housekeeping we're going around knocking on people's doors at 8:30 in the morning asking if they were done in their room instead of waiting for people to check out which made an insane amount of noise and woke me up when I had gotten in and about 2:00 in the morning I was trying to sleep in. Front desk staff was efficient but not very warm. I would say for spending most of the day at the beach and louder noises don't bother you go for this location and book it because the bed is comfortable and it's a nice size. If the reason you're staying is you desperately need a quiet place, I'd recommend looking at other properties

The room we stayed in was bit beat up and the beds werent very comfy but we did like that the couch had anotger bed that pulled out so it was like 2 more beds. The staff was great!

Stayed here for one night. Check in was easy. Room was clean. Only slight complaint is when I asked where to get food the only place the desk person knew was a Mexican place. There are other places close by including a burger place next to the Mexican restaurant

Everything was wonderful. The hotel was very clean and all the staff was exceptional. Our only recommendation is that the beds in the handicapped room be raised up to normal heights. My Mother has difficulty with her legs and uses a walker To get around. The beds were so low that she couldn’t get out of bed without help. Had they been normal height, she would have been fine.
