We enjoyed our continental breakfast on the outside deck...the weather was gorgeous.
- 5/5
This place is a little gem. I have stayed here for many years and am always impressed with the cleanliness and the helpfulness of the staff.
- 5/5
Everything was great, the staff, the room, the location. We were happy to be able to walk the half mile into town. Would definitely stay here again.
- 4/5
Staff nice and friendly knowledgeable.
- 5/5
This was an amazing stay. The property was well kept and had a homey feel to it. The staff were particularly welcoming and helpful. Thank you!
- 5/5
Staff is very friendly. Very nice variety of quick pick up breakfast items.
- 5/5
Beautiful little inn for our overnight stop between our trip from Seattle to the Bay.
- 4/5
We stayed two nights on a short getaway. The initial look of the place was nice and the room was clean. The breakfast was unsatisfactory due to limited bakery items. Choices included instant oatmeal and cereal, hard boiled egg and yogurt. The bed is extra firm if you like that. The tv is advertised 32 inch although they have many channels.
- 5/5
Very clean and comfortable room. Pleasant and helpful staff. Very nice dog yard and very pet friendly.
- 5/5
It was great!
- 4/5
Great value! Good location near downtown. Very spacious rooms.
- 5/5
The service was excellent, highly recommend
- 5/5
I always stay here when I come back to the rogue valley to visit my son. Clean, quiet, beautiful property and fantastic hospitality. Not to mention walking distance to all of the charm Jville has to offer. And for the price? Amazing.
- 5/5
Clean comfortable quiet. Charming large room.
- 5/5
I loved my stay, it’s in a convenient location and the staff was friendly and helpful. I liked that they served breakfast and coffee in the morning and you could buy local wine in the lobby.
- 5/5
Great place to stay
- 5/5
We stayed here when in the area for business. The property was clean and easily accessible. Walk into the restaurant row was convenient, as well. Nice outdoor seating options for having a glass after dinner while enjoying the late Spring weather.
- 5/5
very nice staff.
- 5/5
I especially appreciated the large refrigerator that also had a small freezer for ice packs. (Good for road trippers.) The Inn is a short half mile walk to the Main street in “downtown” Jacksonville (half that to the Pony Espresso, Rays grocery and the Back Porch). The walk is flat, with a good sidewalk the entire way and VERY safe at night. It’s across the street from a senior living complex. I suggest a flashlight as some sections are a little dark at night. Note that the upstairs rooms require carrying your items up a set of outdoor stairs. The rooms right next to the road may have some road noise in the morning, but not much. (This is Jacksonville after all.) I’ve stayed in downtown several times before and would stay here again. It’s perfect if you’re going to a concert at the Britt, providing your OK with the walk back, which would probably be about a mile total from the pavilion.
- 5/5
A beautiful, clean and comfortable room in a charming town
- 4/5
Staff was excellent and helpful, room was clean, breakfast was good.
- 5/5
Wonderful stay! I loved the grounds and the room was immaculate. The coffee at the front desk was fabulous, too!
- 5/5
We stayed for one night in transit to CA. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. Water pressure was great for the shower. Checking in progress was fast and friendly. We had a good night sleep and would stay here again in the future.
- 5/5
Friendly staff, clean rooms.
- 5/5
Pet friendly, great staff, wonderful spot.
- 5/5
Very nice place and able to walk to restaurants
- 5/5
Amazing time at this property. Everyone from staff to other guests were awesome.
- 5/5
I liked the proximity to the event I attended at a local vinyard - and the beauty of the entire area. The property is also very close to downtown Jacksonville which has many interests and dining options for my next stay. Room was spacious and clean, comfortable bed - overall excellent value. Breakfast was just right and loved the hours from 7-11 to enjoy breakfast. Check in staff was warm and friend and competent, as was morning check out. I'll be back.
- 5/5
Clean and comfortable room and nice staff Nothing
- 5/5
Very homey and room was nice with toilet around the corner from the bed. The Inn was our very favorite on our travels from So Calif to Oregon. Staff was friendly and nice to have breakfast before we continued traveling. This was not about the property, however, the man next door was very angry on the phone and a visitor. Very very loud!
- 5/5
Great location to stay. Stay here regularly when passing through for work. Close to downtown Jacksonville
- 4.5/5
No microwave.
- 4.5/5
They also provided us with a dog sheet in case our dog got on the bed, which she didn't. Also gave us a dog bowl, which was nice. 5 blocks or so to town which was convenient. Corner room was dark, but I get it having a dog and being on the end. Also, they charged 2 dog deposits for 2days, although the room is only cleaned once when you leave. In the breakfast area, one day a door was open so we could use the microwave. The next day it was closed and said "employee use only" hmm.
- 5/5
Linda was great, very informative! Great location for us to walk into downtown to explore the area. Husky loved the property… Super cool!
- 4/5
Parking lot appeared to be safe. Breakfast items were limited, but enough to satisfy our needs.
- 5/5
Thank you!
- 5/5
Our favorite place to stay.. we stay here often going back and forth from Oregon to CA.
- 5/5
A short walk to main street. The TV was small and only had cable channels..
- 5/5
Great location. Walking distance to downtown. Nice selection of morning snacks
- 5/5
The staff were so nice, the rooms are clean, modern, and very comfortable.
- 5/5
So very clean, staff was amazing, such a charming place loved all of it Wish it could have been more of a breakfast
- 5/5
Friendly and accommodating staff. Clean and comfortable room.
- 5/5
Fantastic rooms and areas.
- 5/5
Room and service was great.
- 4.5/5
The room is spacious and clean. You pull up to it and park outside the room which is very convenient. The staff is always helpful The pet fees are really high at $25/dog. It just feels a bit much as we have 2 little dogs
- 5/5
Our room was amazing, clean and beautiful
- 5/5
The Wine Country Inn is a great place to stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very dog friendly and a fenced yard for the dogs to exercise in. I will come back and stay again.
- 1/5
Lady at check in was great. At 3:00 woke up to freezing room and no power. It was just above freezing outside and there was no way to stay warm. At 7:00 could not tolerate so decided to pack up in a totally pitch black room. Very miserable stay.
- 5/5
There was nothing we didn’t like about this place. Highly recommended a very serene setting with tables all around the yards and the front staff was impeccable.
- 5/5
The property is really beautiful, they maintain it impeccably, the staff was kind to me and extremely helpful, and the price in comparison to other places I’ve stayed in the area as of late was exceptional for what they’re offering. I would have loved to have had a bagel and cream cheese or a low sugar option at breakfast, as breakfast options were limited to cereal, instant oatmeal, and yoplait style yogurt. But honestly their amenities were wonderful otherwise, and I would rebook here in a heartbeat.
- 5/5
Staff were friendly, room was cleaning and very nice. The end is also very dog friendly! They give you a blanket for the dog and a dish! Oh, And dog treats and dog bags to pick up the poop! Very, very nice place
- 5/5
Clean room and friendly staff.
- 5/5
I loved the room and the breakfast. This hotel is very clean and the staff very helpful! There was nothing that I found negative with this property!
- 4/5
Service was friendly and breakfast was simple, but good.
- 4/5
Need a extra luggage holder Towel bar by the sink No microwave Need a bigger TV
- 5/5
Lovely people. Great location. Room clean and comfortable.
- 5/5
Courteous staff, very clean room, great breakfast assortment. Perfect location.
- 5/5
Great location, close to downtown, large clean room with no carpet. Close to the main road so you get a lot of traffic noise but tones down at night.
- 4/5
The only problem we had was; we stayed in a room right next to the ice machine. Between 3:00 and 4:30 am a loud tapping noise was apparently coming from the ice machine. At 6:00am it came back on again, so we were deprived of sleep for a several hours. We reported to the Desk Clerk who said he'd report the issue.
- 5/5
Very friendly staff. Clean and comfortable. Only complaint is the walls are very thin. Loved this cute little town!
- 5/5
Breakfast is modest and could be more interesting, I’ve stated there several times.
- 5/5
Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and very helpful. There was construction going on but did not interfere with our stay in any way.
- 1/5
Large cockroach/beetle on the bed when we arrived. Did not stay and will submitting for a refund.
- 5/5
No issues
- 5/5
Wine Country Inn is our normal stay-over when travelling through Oregon. It offers clean, comfortable rooms with excellent service. Other area amenities are in the immediate area to the Inn.
- 5/5
Fabulous stay as always and wonderful staff and breakfast. Clean and quiet.
- 5/5
Nice room
- 5/5
Cute comfy room. Just needed quick sleep to continue drive. Wish could have explored the town more. Did not try the breakfast but host provided hot water night before for tea. Very gracious hostess. Thanks again.

The location,friendly staff
- 5/5
The staff was so friendly and polite. The rooms were spacious and the bed was very comfortable. I will be returning in the future!
- 5/5
The people who work here are SO nice. The room was cozy. The mattress was a little too soft for me, but that won't keep me from returning! I'll just get a different room. There was a dirty towel in the bottom of the little closet but no big deal. I let them know so they don't think I brought a towel with me to give to them. LOL. Good breakfast. Nice and quiet. Cute town.
- 5/5
both very good!
- 5/5
Extremely clean and friendly, helpful staff. Good continental breakfast.

Our room was not ready when we arrived. We had to wait two hours before they had time to finish it. Then they played pass the buck on who was responsible with each other.

The hotel is Super cute, clean and easy to get to where we were going in Jacksonville!

Always a pleasure to stay here. Helpful friendly staff. Dog friendly. Quiet. Comfortable. Can not say enough good things about Wine Country Inn.
- 4/5
Our stay was great, but we were a bit inconvenienced by not having a microwave in the room.
- 5/5
Wine country Inn is our favorite place to stay whenever we’re in Jacksonville, Oregon to visit our daughter and grandchildren!
- 5/5
Great bed (and I am a picky sleeper) Areas to walk the service dog. Wonderful welcome bag for the dog. Shady areas for relaxing on a hot day (it was 103) Close to everything
- 5/5
The staff was professional and helpful during our stay. The property grounds were well kept and the room was clean and comfortable. Not to mention that the price was right. We will look at staying here again for our next trip to Oregon.
- 5/5
This was a perfect place to stop on our way to Portland from NorCal. The property is beautiful and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. Would absolutely stay there again!
- 5/5
Great location. We walked to the center of town in just a few minutes. Very clean. And what a great town!! It was also a great surprise to have an EV charger in the parking lot. It’s not a high speed charger but on our last night in town, I plugged in and charged my car overnight like I do at home. And we were ready for the next part of our trip. Saved us a half an hour of travel time!
- 5/5
Staff acknowledged that I had requested no fragrance in cleaning products and assured me that it was scent free. Breakfast was usual cold selections, along with instant oatmeal. Nice to have good selection of fresh fruit. Bed was ver comfortable and room was spacious. Good choice, lovely town

- 5/5
Wonderful and comfortable. Great price
- 5/5
Asked the nice staff brought it for us . Way too big to carry it. Upgrage and install smaller microwaves.
- 5/5
We really enjoyed are stay here, it was inexpensive compared to surrounding property. The biggest thing we enjoyed here was the vast amount of outside seating around the property , that offered lots of shade while it was 95° outside. As well as we enjoyed the quietness at night while enjoying a beer outside in the evening. We definitely would stay here again, and would recommend this place to anyone else.
- 5/5
Lovely property with very nice rooms in a quiet area. Comfortable bed and pillows. Nice coffee and light breakfast offerings in the lobby. This is a great spot to stay for area wine tasting.
- 2/5
Although it wasn’t really their fault, we had a terrible night there (due to lightning storms that left us without power. No one came by to see if we were ok, to drop of a flashlight or anything. The room was especially warm because of the hot weather and my dog had a rough night. Checked out early, hoping for a refund
- 5/5
Super nice
- 5/5
This is the best choice on my trip
- 4/5
Darling property, very great service. We loved our stay here, the bed was so comfortable it was hard to get up in the morning. The only downside was the bathroom floor was sticky so I wet a washcloth with hot water and wiped the floor and it was completely black when I was done cleaning the floor. I’m sure normally it would be cleaned.
- 5/5
Good condition.
- 4/5
Loved the openess of the facility. Tastefully appointed inside and out. Several benefits including entertainment, food, drink, leisure, gaming and more

The staff was amazing. It was a delightful stay and walking distance from a cute cafe and nearby Jacksonville and wineries and driving distance frkm beautiful nature experiences. The wifi was not consistent. Overall it was great and I would return'
- 3/5
We do like staying here and do so quite frequently. However this time we arrived at check in time and not only was our room not ready, they had not begun cleaning it. Fortunately another room was open, a nice quiet corn room.
- 4/5
Good location close enough to walk in to town. Accomodations were clean and breakfast was typical. The bed was too firm for our liking.
- 5/5
Absolutely loved everything about my stay—beautiful space, great location, and amazing attention to detail. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, and every little touch made it feel special. My only critique would be the bedding; the blankets and pillows could use an upgrade for added comfort. Still, overall a fantastic experience and I’d definitely return!

Everything was great. From our check in experience we felt welcomed and were given all the information needed. The breakfast options were great. The fresh baked individually wrapped bread loaves were delicious. The room was spotless. The soaps and shampoo products were a lovely orange frangrance. Check out was seamless and friendly as well. Great value to top it off. Will stay there again!

We plan our trips to stay at Wine Country Inn. This inn is always immaculate and the staff is friendly and helpful. Wine Country Inn has a lovely continental breakfast. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable. We appreciate the appliances provided in the rooms. We also enjoy the quick walk to restaurants.
- 5/5
This Inn was at a beautiful location very close to the historic part of town. The scenery is absolutely gorgeous and since we visited in the fall.We got to enjoy the foliage in this quiet town. Something that was absolutely lovely to me.Was that the receptionist took the time to tell us about different restaurants in the area and they provide visitors with a handout showing all the locations.
- 5/5
We love this place
- 5/5
We will definitely go back!!
