The views was outstanding. The room was OK. The only problem with the room was that the toilet overflowed for some reason I mean there was nothing in it. It just would overflow other than that. Once we left the room we come back the heater was on. I mean, the air condition was on heat for some reason like somebody had turned it on, but we enjoyed the stay and everything turned out well thank you.

The location was very nice being so close to the ocean. I loved the trees and sitting out in the swings reading each day. Our room was very comfortable and clean as well. The staff were very friendly and helpful!!! A big shout out to Willie and Sarah who went beyond in their service to make us comfortable and cared for!!! The only thing that bothered us was the amount of dogs staying there with families. I’m grateful that Willie moved us as soon as we arrived after hearing two dogs next door!!

The beach with easy access. We rented bikes from the hotel and the island bike trail Is right off the property . We spent alot of the time at the pool and there were ample chairs and umbrellas and the foliage around the pool takes the experience to a higher level Chairs are located outside the rooms and we sat outside with coffee in the morning and there was never sun beating down on us

The room could have used another chair or two and the TV had a back strip down it. But we were on the beach most of the time which is line 200 yards away so over all we were super happy.

Great location, room was much bigger than expected and had a kitchen a great surprise for us. Views were awesome, was great to have the balcony, plus you offered turn down service :) Only down size was having to use steps to access the room, no elevator. We made the best of it though.

We love staying at this little gem when we come to Jekyll. The landscaping and beauty of the natural surroundings create a relaxing and calming mood. The staff is always wonderful!

The fire pit, sodas and water provided No microwave! Blonde Hair on sink and toilet, no coffee cups, no one answered the number provided nor gave me a call back when I called and left a message, an animal with a skinny long tail went into the bushes near our room as we walked up to it.

Staff were great, room was clean, bed was comfortable, grounds were beautiful as well as the pool. Would definitely stay again!

Nice secluded location. Grounds are nicely landscaped. Exterior door with 3/4 inch gap across the bottom. Large enough gap to allow bugs, snakes, etc. to enter room. Cleanliness could definitely have been better - dog hairs on the bedspread.

Great location and wonderful staff! There are some repairs needed such as in the shower. Shower head falling out of the wall and water flow not great. Toilet paper holder falling out of the wall.

Great hotel and beach golf course locale perfect

It is a lovely location, as shown in the pictures, with a couple of bench swings overlooking the ocean, and a really pretty and clean pool area. We rented beach cruiser bikes and rode around the island, which was easy and fun, especially coming upon the fabulously surreal scene of the "Driftwood" beach! (Featured in 2023 Color Purple.) We walked along an ocean path to a really good Mexican restaurant with live outdoor music. We had to pay for the bikes, whereas most places I've stayed loan you the beach cruisers for free to guests.

The shower could be better. This hotel is in my top 2 of Jekyll Island accommodations.

The hotel was in a great location. Staff was excellent...friendly and helpful.

Parking was super secure and very convenient. Our checkin host, Norma Jean, was super nice and made us feel at ease. She answered all of our questions and was very accommodating to our needs. The grounds are pristine and you can’t beat the views from the rooms facing the ocean!

This is NOT a “hotel”. It’s a motel and a dirty, nasty one.

No microwave. For $1,666.00 u can't re heat food.

*Dirty sheets on the bed that staff came and changed… hairs etc *Dirty shower… did not use *Sink had no stopper and a plumbing issue. A sewer smell was coming from the sink plumbing *left about 4:30 am due to issues *No staff present after 11:00pm

The mattresses were way too soft felt like sleeping on a hammock. Back was very sore aching so I went for four mile walk and felt better today heading to the chiropractor

We loved it!! Only complaint is no microwave in room. There is one in lobby but it closes at 11pm. Also not sure if all rooms but drain in shower was nit good. Was kind of gross taking a shower and water nit draining very fast.

Great room, great property & staff. It's the last hotel with the waterfront path, so very convenient to use. The only slight bummer was no food served on the property, so had to drive somewhere else. Great, quiet place though!

Facility looks like a motel with parking in front of each room but the rooms are not like a motel. Our room was spacious and had easy access to beach. It was clean and January is a good time to go because it is the low season.

Morgan at the front desk was so helpful. Loved the property, we plan to stay again soon.

Great location, newly redecorated, extremely clean and comfortable. The staff was super kind given we were there on Christmas Eve.

The location of this hotel was perfect, beside the beach, paved trail and a few restaurants you could walk to. But the star of this hotel is how pretty the grounds are. Nestled under many beautiful live oak trees with seating throughout, a pool and fire pit. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean. We had noisy neighbors, wished for better soundproofing in the room. No microwaves in the rooms, we had to use the one in the lobby. Friendly staff.

The staff here are so nice and accommodating! I love that they followed up with us to check on our stay while we were there! There was plenty to do on Jekyll Island and this hotel added to it with bikes, pool, fire pits, yard swings by the ocean! My husband and I had a great weekend!

The property is absolutely beautiful and the staff were so welcoming, with Will giving us a hilarious welcome and incredible restaurant recs. He also made our visit feel extra special by offering celebratory champagne when he learned we were newlyweds. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the shower was spacious, making our stay feel extra relaxing. We never actually used the pool, but we did dip our toes in and loved that it was the perfect temperature. The lights glowing in the water at night, the built-in lounge areas, and even the thoughtful addition of a handicap-accessible chair to help those who need it into the pool made it clear that every detail had been considered. The fire pit lounge area was really nice too. I also appreciated that Morgan looked into the mattress brand for me (because I loved them that much) and the staff went the extra mile by checking in through text during our stay. They even offer a simplified checkout process, you don’t even have to stop by the office and can just leave your keys in the room and text back “departed” once you leave. We’re already dreaming about our next visit and will certainly be staying at The Beachview Club again.

The landscape is beautiful, the building just needs a facelift. We really liked the staff and free drinks in the refrigerator was a great touch!!

simple place to stay. bed was extremely comfortable. the only negative was the shower; it was missing part of the glass door, so they used a curtain instead and no shelves to hold shampoo or soap. the pool was gorgeous; we loved the chairs in the water. the swings and additional seating around the property were a definite plus. we sat in the swing and watched the sunset with our complementary wine. property is right at the beach, just a short walk to the entrance from the backside of the hotel. 4/5 would definitely stay here again.

I’ve visited this location several times. I love the beautiful grounds and proximity to the beach. The staff are beyond wonderful!

Pool and grounds of this property were such a nice bonus. Enjoyed my up to date room for the few nights I was there. Would love a desk lamp as I needed to work some- I realize most don't come there for this purpose so it was not a big deal. Just a suggestion.

Also, the property provided an orthopedic bed and raised bowls for my fur baby. The beach is a short distance to walk and my fur baby loved walking on the sand and enjoyed the crashing waves every morning. I want to give thanks again to the staff William, Dre & Clyde. You guys are the best!! We will be back to see you soon!

Greatest place to stay pool was really clean and the temperature was perfect really walk through the beach access from my room.

Nice property close to Driftwood Beach which is why we selected it. Staff was extremely friendly in the hotel. Complimentary beverages in mini refrigerators was a nice touch. Water was a bit smelly, so you’ll have to deal with that as you shower or drink water.

I would say that the amenities in this place is perhaps not the best, and the front of the hotel does not give you the grandeur feelings, but the back of this hotel facing the beach is magical. They got these amazing swings and beautiful live oak trees that cannot be beat! I love laying out on the swings and look at the stars and the moon. We picked this hotel because it is dog friendly, the room and the bed is a bit dated and not the most comfortable. However, it is an awesome property for our dog!

The first room was clearly not cleaned properly — the floors were dirty, the shower needed a deep scrub, and the bathroom had dried stains on the wall and rusted fixtures. The worst part was finding a large cockroach crawling on my makeup the next morning. Housekeeping also spilled my drink into the toilet and left the mess behind, and the vanity counter was never wiped down, even though I made space for it. The upgraded room was much better, and I had no further problems, but the initial experience really took away from my stay. I hope the hotel improves its cleaning standards before guests check in.

Nice small motel that was quiet and clean. Nice staff and right on the beach, which is nice. The air conditioning wasn't great, so if you're someone who needs the temp really low when you sleep, this isn't the best option for you.

We loved our stay at this beautiful property. Everyone we came in touch was very friendly and welcoming. The personal touches were evident everywhere, from the welcoming champagne to a welcome letter with the most pertinent Information. The front desk personal was very knowledgeable about the island.

Great place for access to the beach. It was comfortable and quiet. The food options close by are not great, but if you have a car or bike, there are options.

We loved this boutique hotel. The staff is amazing! Clyde was so helpful and accommodating. The rooms were modern, clean, and stylishly decorated. The pool was very chic and private. We will definitely be coming back and would recommend it to everyone!

Great service super nice people very accommodating

It was a business trip and I had never stayed at the hotel before. I’ve been there many times for events but not to stay. Everything in the room was perfect. The grounds were perfect. My only complaint was that there was no elevator on the property and it was difficult to climb the stairs for the second floor due to my disabilities.

This is a nice place and we plan on coming back. Nice property, pretty grounds and nice staff. No complaints.

We appreciated the location that was a short walk to the beach and to dining. We also enjoyed the available outdoor seating arrangements - comfortable swings and chairs - with a view of the ocean.

We had a great time! The staff was all so friendly and helpful (Will was so kind and enjoyable at check-in). The room was very clean with really great quality linens which was a huge bonus. The grounds could have been a little better maintained (some outdoor furniture without cushions or pretty worn) but we were always able to find a nice area to sit and hang out. Overall a great experience!

Central location to Driftwood Beach and beautiful property! Steps to boardwalk and beach access. Comfy beds! We had to ask for complimentary drinks which we could visibly see and when we checked into room after sertling in and in bed, we found out the heat was on. It was 75 degrees outside, haha.

Every staff member was personable! They work to ensure your stay meets your expectations. Thanks for a wonderful weekend getaway!!

It’s a cute little place. Pool isn’t heated, no hot tub and no breakfast. It’s generally quiet and the beds are super comfy. Overall nice stay.

I love the proximity to the beach as well as restaurants and shops. I look forward to future trips back here!

The room is not ready for two persons. It does not have two chairs to sit and no breakfast is offered. The room charge is high compared to the services and comfort.

Our room was ready early and we received a text to let us know. We were offered a glass of sparkling wine and enjoyed it in the outside courtyard. The room is spacious and the amenities are great. We walked next door for a light dinner and returned to the outdoor fire pit which had several people sitting around and we had a nice evening of conversation.

The tv remote did not have full batteries, the phone was broken and there was (for several hours) no hot water. On the positive side, the staff was very responsive to the problems and the hot water problem just happened, and they responded as fast as they could.

Great staff, beautiful expansive courtyard with huge trees adjacent bike path and beach.

Some difficult problems with the room that the staff worked to resolve. We appreciated their resolution of the matter

Beautiful property and space. Outdoor grounds are very well taken care of. We stayed when it was a bit colder in the area - but otherwise can enjoy much of the outdoor space when warm. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful grounds and so incredibly peaceful. I loved sitting on the swing and listening to the ocean. Walking path and easy access to beach. Amazing stars at night! Staff texted me to tell me room was available early and checked on us throughout stay and were very helpful. Rooms basic but clean. Only request would be to add a shelf in the shower as there is no tub. Have to place soap and shampoo on the floor. Not a big deal but worth mentioning. We would stay again.

Tv didn’t work. Loved the bikes and riding down the pathway on the ocean. Very dog friendly.

The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. It was modern and neutral, no pink flamingos. The staff was lovely. The scenery around the hotel is some of the most beautiful in Jekyll!

I will definitely stay here form now on! The customer service was phenomenal! The rooms are updated and very clean. The view was beautiful and the pool was super nice!! I didn't get to enjoy the fire pit but I saw alot of people who seemed to be.

We only were here for one night, but we enjoyed out stay. Great view, peaceful,and great staff. The room was very clean and comfortable. I am very particular. The restaurant next door needs a shout out too. Great staff there too. The food was delicious. We also traveled with our dog. She was able to go to the restaurant with us too. We dined outside in the screened in area. Great stay !

Details do make the difference and the warm southern hospitality staff at The Beachview Club create a feeling as if you stepped into the Ritz but without the strained formality. Warmth in Welcome with a bit of bubbly fun (champagne hello), excellent directions of how to find our room and best path to follow to the onsite 24 tap beer beach pub next door (food is pretty fabulous there too!). The grounds are thoughtfully tucked away from the beach to encourage no harm to dunes yet you are steps away from toe beach bliss. Our group had multiple ages and everyone had a wonderful time. As I share I have a tickle to not be so honest as I do not want anything to change about Beachview Club- it is a true throwback in the best way gem of a place. For those of us that are fans of old school ways of beach motels, no loud dance parties and wandering along to simply relax- this is your place.

The staff is very friendly and sends you messages to check in with you to see how you are enjoying your stay. It is within easy walking distance to the beach. This was our second time staying there and we will definitely be returning.

Great service with a smile and they really take the extra steps to make it a luxurious experience. The lack of the shaded canopy’s on the green as advertised was disappointing but otherwise just as shown in the photos.

This is a very nice place to stay. The rooms are really nice, the pool is well maintained and it's just across the dunes from a very clean beach. The room was clean and smelled nice. There's sodas and water in the fridge; no additional cost. William, the desk clerk was amazing friendly and helpful. Great place!

This was the most amazing little get away, Every step starting with the first one in the lobby to check in was amazing. The staff was above top notch. This complete stay was absolutely amazing. We will definitely be back to stay here again.
