Room cleaning was also supposed to be done every 3 days and was not. Front office staff said "we are extremely busy and it just got overlooked."

Dog hair all over room, bedding and floor. Had to ask for hand soap and an ice bucket. Shower would run out of hot water. TV was frustrating to use and unintuitive. Curtains faced east on third floor but only a sheer curtain so we woke up early everyday. Curtain was shredded. Dog sick mess was in our carpet- had to ask housekeeping to clean it out. Pool was small and perfect for kids going from 4’1” to 4’11”. Breakfast was okay. Elevator smelled funky.

I stayed for 2 nights and really enjoyed my stay! The room was clean, the mattress was comfortable, and the staff were very friendly! I didn't have breakfast, so I can't comment on that. It would be helpful to have some information about how to operate the two remote controls for the TV, and perhaps a channel guide.

Had to want almost 20 mins to check in there was a sign up saying be back shortly and it had no time frame to reference. The staff was nice and friendly just was a struggle to get checked in after long drive.

Breakfast is the standard food. Room was mostly clean, though bathroom seemed to need cleaned more. Not sure that the staff cleaned the shower. There were long black hairs everywhere. Im blonde. The floor didn't look mopped. One set of sheets had a brown stain I dare not ask what it was. Staff at night was playing around, ignoring guests, on their phones. Staff during the day were kind. Kitchen was ok. Only dishes provided. Nothing to wash them, no papertowels, etc.

We usually stay here. It is usually comfortable and welcoming. Instead, they gave our reservation away, and tried to put us in 2 separate single rooms on 2 different floors. The front desk worker had no idea what she was doing. Was not helpful or friendly. We arrived on time, checked the reservation the day before arrival, and were expecting to arrive with the room we booked ready for us but that was not the case. Read the above statement.

The breakfast was just okay but the location was great for our needs. We traveled with a dog and the hotel was very receptive to our fur baby. The breakfast was okay but not great. Most of the hot food was only warm. We stayed 6 nights and in that time the hot tub, the front computer, and the elevator all broke down for a period of time.

We stayed there due to the close proximity of Rocky Mountain Medical Center where I had surgery

Did not get the room I booked so no kitchen when I was expecting one, the microwave quit working half way though use then started to work again the ice machine on my floor was out of service so had to go up or down a floor to get ice, breakfast that’s provided was a bit on the different side breakfast sausage was boiled and soaking in water, some days they would have things other days they wouldn’t but all and all I guess for including in your stay I can’t complain to much about the food. Better be ready to drive for another food items though.

Breakfast is not too good. Walls are thin. Our neighbors were so loud all night. There was never enough towels in the pool or room and went to the front desk and she said they didn’t to have any more. Over all felt unsafe

The only thing was the TV and remote didn't work very well. But we weren't in the room much so it wasn't too bad.

The staff they have are just the absolute sweetest and kindest people , they make it feel like a second home. Always accommodating, clean rooms, and the pool area is so clean as well. This hotel is for sure the best i’ve stayed at for affordability and cleanliness as well.

Hallways and surrounding rooms noisy until 11pm and then restarted at 5 am. Not to mention the nocturnal floor stomper. We got about 7 hours of sleep over 2 nights.

Moved to a smaller room for 3 nights. I didn’t get reimbursed for the difference in the room pricing.

I have stayed at this hotel alongside Wingate next door a number of times travelling from Utah. I have never experienced issues like this before. Front desk help was utterly rude and snobby upon checking in. Refused to help us in any manner in regards to an unexpected security deposit of $150 that I have never been asked to pay during prior visits. Our refrigerator either stopped working or wasn't working prior to us checking in and

The bed was broken. My grandson sat on the edge and the whole thing tipped to the side. It’s debatable that the room was even cleaned as there was no way whoever made up the bed didn’t realize the bed wasn’t stable.

We enjoyed our stay, They staff was very helpful and friendly- The lady that prepares breakfast was such a delight- I witnessed her assist a person that had diatary concerns- - you can tell she takes pride in her work- our room was very clean and we were happy with the room that was chosen for us- This was our second stay- I look forward to the next- Thank you.

Staff was nice, clean rooms, problem for me was that hotel is directly facing busy highway which is very noisy all day and all night. Also, beds are really old and make noise all the time.

The room was great & front desk awesome. My only disappointment was that the maid service didn’t fulfill my request to replace the coffee. However, the front desk staff were great in providing me coffee! Thanks for the great stay.

They screwed up my reservation not once but twice. Things seemed old, the microwave didn’t work even if plugged into 3 different outlets. There was no drain plug in the bathroom. Room was clean otherwise. I do not think I will ever stay here again.

This room has a modern design. Ample charging stations in the room via the lamp bases especially by the bed and adequate electrical outlets. Clean and quiet. We had a suite with a large sofa, love the space. I’ve always liked the bathrooms for the mirror with lights around it but this one had the bulbs removed- it made the bathroom a little darker and harder to put your makeup on. Not sure if they hadn’t replaced them or they are out in all the bathrooms. They are needed! We like staying here and being able to see our car out the window. We like the nearby stores and ease of getting to them. This is our home base when we are there to go to Estes Park, Rocky Mountain National Park and nearby attractions.

Cleaning staff Forgot to clean our room and the air conditioner squealed loudly when running. Front desk staff were engaging and nice.

The breakfast was bad. The juice coming out of their machine is watered down. The coffee was clear and tasted like warm water. The pot of scrambled eggs was decent. The sausage patties looked grey and undercooked and sat in a pool of water which was gross looking. The mini waffle makers seemed to be popular so I didn’t have time to try it. I wish they had more fruit, pastries, and yogurt options.

The hotel was nice enough but a few minor repairs are needed in the facility.

Rooms were not super clean. Main areas like hallways and elevators were not very clean. Staff was not overly friendly or helpful. Breakfast food was not good quality.

The room was clean it was a kitchenette so you can cook in the room. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good but would be better if they had bacon not just sausage. Overall I would say it’s a very nice hotel.

Only thing that sucked was the light is on a motion sensor so everytime you got up the light would come on

The room was nice and the housekeeping was nice. There was some things that seemed dirty and i wish it was more mainted otherwise everything was good and staff was friendly.

Very clean room….not good property for dogs as weeds surround most of parking lot. We needed a wheelchair and property said theirs broke 😡. Had to get sick husband to car by pulling him in the office chair and I am disabled 😡

The only negative was whoever thought putting the light by the door on a motion sensor should be fired. Got up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom and the light came on and woke up my wife.

Staff was extremely courteous and kind. Room assistants were very thorough as they cleaned our room. Very pleased as everyone went above and beyond. Will definitely stay again.

The hot breakfast left a lot to be desired.First time I have ever seen sausage links floating in water like boiling hot dogs.

Well everything looks nice however, the beds are not comfortable. We also found a dirty suck in our bedding. Our bathtub was missing a plug and the hot tub downstairs was not working.

Everything was great, staff was so friendly. Got breakfast was yummy. The only things I would have to say negative is that there wasn't enough parking. And the pool was great until the clothes made us sick. the hot tub had way too much chlorine and from the time we got inside the inside pool and hot tub my eyes were irritated and coloring smell had me sick for a few days. Will come back in the future.

Checkin was fast nice ladies got the late check out 12pm was told to leave the do not disturb sign on the door bathroom was a little dirty but the room was really nice house keeping started knocking on my door at 10am 1030 then knocked and opened my door stuck his head in at 11 to ask " are you checking out today " so i got up to leave to come out and find something all over my truck

It was ok. The staff was great. The room was great. I had the king suite with a bedroom.

Front desk staff was amazing. While clean, the carpets in public spaces need replaced. Additionally knobs were missing on the stove and could use a coat paint on the trim.

There was a police incident on our floor and we were not notified before they assigned us our room and let us find out when we stepped off the elevator and saw 6 officers banging on a door.

Conveniently located to shopping and play area for children. Lots of food selections. The suite was super cool to have especially with family sleeping in past the breakfast time. We were able to toast the waffles and refrigerate drinks and leftovers and medical supplies as we needed.

The price was reasonable. The hotel was clean and felt safe and secure. The rooms were huge and we never felt cramped. Every staff member I dealt with was polite and helpful and Loveland, itself, was one of the prettiest places I’ve ever been to.

The couch was ripped and dirty, we had to cover it because we weren't comfortable sitting on it. Had to request towels every night. The area around the building is overgrown with weeds and looks terrible. The kitchenette was not stocked with any cooking utensils and hardly any silverware. Not worth the price we paid.

My stay was just okay. Breakfast was okay, not too much to choose from. The eggs were watery and that was a bit unsettling. There was also not enough seating for breakfast and the garbages were severely overfilled. There was hair in the bathroom and bed. Other than those things, it was okay.

The included breakfast was a letdown. It was the same thing EVERY day we were there. Supposedly the hotel doesn't clean the rooms every day, which is fine, but it would be nice to have something in writing in the room. The one day we wanted our room cleaned, it wasn't on the "schedule"

I’m still here. My visit was from the 16th to the 20th. The only thing I have to complain about is the trash cans not getting empty anyway other than that everybody’s so nice and polite and I’m very satisfied with the cleans of the room in the bathroom.

Red stains on carpeting, not housekeeping fault. They are excellent! Appears hotel common areas, with the exception of the front desk and breakfast area, are “well utilized”, but still fit our needs perfectly. Breakfast quality average. Would stay again.

Very nice hotel. Probably the nicest I have seen in Colorado. Rooms were very clean, the entire property was clean and did not smell like other hotels in the area do. I ended staying 2 times within a week while traveling to DIA due to the cleanliness of the hotel. Breakfast was also great

It was a nice location. It looked clean to the eye .. but we sat down to eat dinner and the dishes were dirty. We didnt have Blankets are comforters for the pull out bed.. the hot water was not working.

The room was spacious and I loved the kitchenette. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The shower was great too. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was your typical hotel fare with 3 hot items, waffles and various other items. Coffee was good too!

The hotel is located right next to highway 25 so makes it very conveinient to reach Denver airport ( < 60 minues) and Estes Park ( < 50 minutes) !

Service was good. Room had a smell to it, bed was okay, the desk and night stand had burn marks on the stops.

It was very spacey but the iron board was torn up like it was recycled, there was little to no body wash in the dispenser (went and just bought our own) and on the last day we saw little roaches crawling on the floor. We knew there were pets allowed but didn’t expect to hear barking the time we were at the hotel, especially at night and early in the morning.

The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Great little in room kitchen and a nice buffet breakfast. Wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Our stay was pleasant and the room was clean and spacious. The breakfast had a variety and was well stocked. My only complaint was the coffee at breakfast was very watered down and the only coffee offered in our room was decaffeinated. Other than that we enjoyed and would definitely stay again!

Parking was tight for our needs (2 vehicles, 1 being a truck with a loaded car trailer) but facility was clean, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast the next morning was hot and yummy, enjoyed by our crew of 7 traveling cross country. Location was convenient to main travel paths which was great.

Our room was comfortable we did have a big rip in the curtain liner that we took a picture of so we wouldn't get charged for the hot water in the shower was very little not hot at all and the breakfast was not good it was very Bland and the person making the breakfast wasn't making sure things were kept up they were too busy being on their phone when we walked up to eat

Will not stay again. We could not get our room serviced after 4 requests. Finally, after the 5th, it was done after 5 pm. The common areas are not well maintained. Trash left on the floor. Parking lot had lots of trash. Wet floor around first floor ice maker. I know choices in Loveland area are limited, but will try another hotel in the future.

We were very pleased with the cleanliness, location, and comfort of this hotel. The beds and pillows were nice, amd the breakfast was decent for a continental breakfast. If there was one thing I would have to say is lacking, it would be the water pressure. Our shower head was broken so we could not adjust the spray, however that was not a huge deal.

Usually always stay here! Police were there this time. Moving people out. Not their faults I’m sure just business. Halls smelled terrible of burned food. Shower was cold. Soap was empty. If you’re gonna provide something fill it!!! Will probably not be back used to be our favorite

The staff was great! And our room was so nice and comfy. I loved all the amenities. Breakfast was very nice. The only thing I did not like is there was only 1 working elevator at the time of our stay. Otherwise, one of the nicest places we've stayed for the price. We will be back in May to stay again.

The location was great for our needs. The room was clean. Staff were friendly. However, we paid for a one-bedroom suite and only received a standard room. Also, the kitchen was under-supplied with only 1 plate, 1 bowl, 1 spoon, 2 forks, 1 knife, and no paper towels or dish towels. Also, one of the burners on the 2-burner cooktop was broken. For a nearly-new hotel, this was disappointing.

Front desk staff was friendly, the snack room and cookies in the lobby were a nice touch. Our room was clean, pleasant, comfortable, and fairly quiet, although the neighbors' running water was somewhat noisy. Parking was convenient and the area and hotel itself felt safe. We had to leave early and did not have time for breakfast so I can't comment on that, but they did have fresh apples and oranges available so I was able to grab an apple to go. We would stay here again.

The best hotel breakfast I've had in a long time!

The elevator smelled very strong of burned rubber. Kind of scary. The breakfast was fine, but I never witnessed a table or surface wiped which needed to be done. The facility lacked any sense of pride or simple upkeep.

We absolutely loved our stay here. Great location off the interstate with a lot of food options within walking distance. The staff kept walkways shoveled and salted. Everything was well kept within the hotel as well.

Almost everyone is wonderful and very accommodating however I had a horrible interaction with a young woman at the desk who was without reason rude, unprofessional, and intentionally unhelpful. I never had anyone speak and treat me as she did. I'm 70 yrs old and she refused to help me in anyway. Rest of the staff is great. The property needs to be cleaned up but the rooms are clean and a good deal

No TV fr 3 days. 3days of complaining to different front desk clerks and the text messaging customer service rep. . On 4th day, front desk clerk, left the desk, went to room and fixed it. The room itself was heavily stained on carpet, curtains, desk, shower. Deep ingrained stains.
