Very nice hotel and convenient to lots of great restaurants and shops. Very clean and great staff. I would definitely stay here again!

I only stayed one night, but from the moment I walked in I noticed how clean it was which was a good sign. The staff was very helpful and accommodating to anything I asked for. My room was clean and neat. Even though I was there for one night, I have no bad things to say about my stay. What I did not know was there is a $12 charge per day for parking so just be mindful of that. Other than that, I had a great stay.

Pool was great.However, could not find the place to turn on Hot Tub jets ?

No bottled water unless you bought it. $12 per day to park your car in their lot. Food from a menu was very pricey. No microwave in the room. Smallest trash can ever in the room. Staff was nice & helpful but I won’t stay here again.

Located near I25 and Hwy 34 there is great access to Greeley/Loveland and all the way to Estes Park if that is on your itinerary. The Hotel is clean with a great staff and amenities. Be aware of an additional charge to park on the property with additional taxes and fees.

The hotel was fine, clean, and to be honest the staff was fine, not over the top welcoming, but kind. This hotel charged for everything, pay to park (its not downtown) pay for coffee, pay for breakfast, and pay to tip the maid, even though she never cleaned our room while we were there. I stay in hotels often, this one was a bit disappointing.

Nice, newer, clean hotel. Pricing in the "Bistro" was high, but optional. The parking fee was ridiculous. $12.50 per night for the privilege of parking in an outside lot. Should definitely be disclosed prior to making a reservation.

The thought that I had to pay $12 dollars a to park at I Hotel! You pay enough for a room then they get you for a $12 fee to park! Ridiculous! I'll never go to a courtyard again.

The lights in our floor were completely out when we got to floor 2 and we had to find our room in the dark. Also charging for parking while I’m already paying for a room and fees is ridiculous. I was charged to park in an empty lot

Such a beautiful hotel. The staff went out of their way to engage customers and were warm and friendly. The bed was comfortable and the room clean and quiet. I took a peek at the workout facility and it was gym quality equipment and had mutilples of each machine.

We normally stay facing the mountains. This time we were facing the parking lot. The room wasn’t as nice as they normally are, the bed was super hard and uncomfortable, didn’t sleep well

This hotel is very clean and located near nice shopping and restaurants. Our room was spotless and we liked the floor plan (room with king size bed). The hotel has many amenities and a nice restaurant area and bar. They also serve Starbucks 24/7. My only complaint was having to pay for parking. This hotel is not located in a large metropolitan city, so therefore, parking is not at a premium. It didn't make any sense to me and truthfully irritated me. Just add the extra cost onto the room so you don't run the risk of upsetting your customers. Other than that, it's a great place to stay.

I love this hotel. This was our second time staying here. The staff is amazing. The lobby and bar are designed for you to actually use and enjoy. The rooms are up to date and clean. It's even dog friendly!

It was a very nice hotel! I have stayed there in the past and it was also a great stay. I loved being able to take my dog and she felt very comfortable there!

I love that it has a bar. No coffee except two little pods in the room (one was decaf). If you aren't going to offer breakfast, at LEAST give us a coffee shop. And $12 to park in a barren parking lot? Ridiculous

Very nice hotel. My only complaint is having to pay for parking. This isn’t Europe or downtown New York. It’s Loveland and there is a large parking lot. Feels like a money grab.

I did not get maid service. I am done with the the COVID excuse for not servicing rooms at hotels. I pay good $ for my stay, it should come with good service

Perhaps try locol coffee option instead of starbucks you might have better luck.

Very friendly staff and walkable to great food! Our room smelt weird, there were weird stains on the bathroom walls, and stains on the pillow cases.

The pet fee shown here is $30 per night. We were charged $60 per night. Parking fee is $12 a day and I’m not sure why. Not close to the shops or anything really? Hotel is literally in a field. You even have to pay for coffee. Complimentary water but no coffee in the morning. The couch in our room was so stained and dirty we wouldn’t sit on it. If you need anything from the front desk be prepared to wait as no-one was ever there. We actually had to go back to our room and call down so someone would come up front to assist us. For this price we will be staying somewhere much cleaner and nicer next visit.

Pretty Standard but the sculpture park nearby is well worth it.

This property is out in the middle of nowhere. Price is on the high side then they make you pay for parking out side next to a hay field. No coffee in the lobby. For the price you would expect much more.

This hotel is new and very nice. The room is huge and the bathroom is also a nice size. The only thing that bothered me, was they told me when I checked, and there was a $12 parking fee, which was not mentioned anywhere. The parking lot was not even close to capacity and this is Loveland Colorado. Not the Denver Tech Center or DIA hotel, so that was very frustrating.

Not enjoyable for us

Major issue is the $12/day parking charge that they don’t tell you about. They just charge your card. This is absurd. It’s not a high traffic area and there was maybe 10 cars in the parking lot. Be aware you will get this charge. It’s a joke. I will NOT stay here again.

PLEASE NOTE: Marriott stay was great, it was EXPEDIA’S SERVICE THAT WAS TERRIBLE!! Cannot figure out how to leave a review for Expedia. I booked my hotel stay through Expedia. Not even a half hour later I realized I booked the wrong Marriott and the correct one was 10 minutes away. ) I called Expedia, said they can’t change it and to try Marriott. Called Marriott and they said they’re happy to change it but it has to be done through Expedia. I explained I already called them, so Marriott rep conferenced Expedia in and explained the change is possible and they were fine doing it. Expedia said no, that I booked a non-refundable hotel and under no circumstances would they change it. Absolutely ridiculous, terrible customer service, and under no circumstance will I ever use Expedia again!!

Loved our front desk gal both evenings. She was fun to chat with and very knowledgeable of the area. She showed genuine intrest in our trip.

Everyone was so wonderful and caring for us. We are here due to health issues at home and ER visits. It’s been a great retreat.

Staffing issues was the claim. Room key issue with only being able to issue one key makes it challenging when you have three in group coming and going. Property is nice, hotel is good condition.

Be aware, even though the hotel is on a property with a lot of space around it, they charge for parking. Ridiculous considering there are zero space constraints.

They don’t disclose that parking is an extra fee, it’s just charged to your card and the receptionist lets you know while speeding through the rest of the information. Cute. The hotel seems brand new but built cheap. Our outlets weren’t attached to the wall, the bathroom wasn’t caulked properly and mold was already growing. The first towel I grabbed to use had a huge yellow stain on it. Cool. I come to Denver on business all the time and will never return.

Room was clean, the AC fan was loud, windows were very thin so heard interstate traffic all night. No continental breakfast, and you have to pay an additional fee for parking, which is ridiculous when staying at a hotel.

This is a newer hotel, very clean. Staff was very friendly and quick. Rooms are beautiful and comfortable.

My bed wasn't comfortable at all, it was a long week. We were overcharged for breakfast and parking when most other hotel around include it in their price.

The garbage bins where still full from the previous occupant and the shower had hair on the walls and ground. What else wasn't clean/replace? sheets? towels? Reported the situation to the employee at reception only to be told he couldn't do anything about it. Everybody can make mistake and so does the cleaning crew, however when mistake are reported they need to be fix. When ask at checkout about my stay, I mentioned the issues and the poor response, hoping they would at least note it in the file... nope it was ignored again.

I have stayed here twice, and the property itself is OK But they are obviously very shortstaffed. The first time I stayed there they didn’t credit my Marriott rewards account. The second time I stayed there I called down for a wake up call and never received it.

Staff was very nice and accomodating. Rooms were clean and the hotel was quiet. Pool was open until 11.

Didn’t like being charged for parking my car overnight.. outside, no reason for a fee!!

I loved everything about this property but the floors are so thin. The people above me had kids or dogs and kept me up all night. I have never been in a hotel with so much noise from above. Everything else about this property is excellent!

This property was a newer property. It was nice and clean, except they charge you gor parking and don't provide breakfast or even coffee in the lobby.

$12/day hidden parking fee for this area is ridiculous. Just another way to get in your pocket after paying for a few nights stay at an okay hotel. Would have chosen a different hotel had parking fees been disclosed before booking.

There is a Great fitness center on site, very nice. I wanted Hot water for Tea at night and they gave me some from the Starbucks! 9.5 stars

There was no one at the front desk to check me out. I had to leave the keys in a basket. The bartender was busy with customers so she couldn’t find anyone to help me.

We won't be staying there again. No Free breakfast, expensive restaurant and snack bar and an undisclosed parking fee. For a Friday night the place was empty(I can see why). Far below industry amenity standards

The hotel staff was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Great people!

The staff was excellent. We left an item in our room after checking out and the staff was able to retrieve it for us. The even moved to bed to find the missing item. They went above and beyond for us. We plan to stay there again when we visit family in the area.

So we actually didn’t stay, we could have and it had potential to be a good stay. The staff, although short handed were great. They were honest with us, and told us while we were checking in, that the bar would not be open and there would be no breakfast because of staff shortages. They gave us the option of going somewhere else, so we did. Hopefully they get their staff up and running.

The hotel was quiet and new. However, we booked for the on-site restaurant which was closed and for the hot tub which wasn’t working so overall we were not happy.

Facilities were in good shape and clean. Noise was very minimal due to being located away from everything. Didn't like having to drive to get to restaurants etc.

Pleasantly surprised by the complimentary evening cocktail and appetizers. After driving a very long day this was just perfect. Both my hubby and I had a chance to unwind and have some healthy veggies with our wine. The lobby was beautiful and the room was just great. Wish we could have stayed longer.

I would have liked the rooms to be cleaned everyday. I was really surprised they were not. We stayed two nights and no cleanning.
