Have stayed here many times. Staff was great, hotel was clean, bed was comfortable. Shower did not drain very well, but other than that, it was a great 2 night stay.

The front desk staff were amazing! The rooms were comfortable. There was a good variety of food available. The only thing I can say is that the food was exactly the same the entire stay. A bit more variety of eggs cooked differently would be nice. But, overall, we loved our stay there and plan to return again next year!

Location Well, when I got there, my TV didn’t work and I wasn’t able to charge my phone so I tried to call down at the front desk and my phone didn’t work so the next morning I went and told the front desk and they brought me a new phone that worked, but I still could was unable to charge my phone or use the TV so that evening when I came back, I called the front desk and she came up and spent about 45 minutes to an hour fixing my TV to where it would work and said I wasn’t gonna be able to charge my phone. Then I bought a charger you plug into the wall. I couldn’t get the package open so I asked at the front desk. She said they had no scissors. They hadn’t had scissors for three days.. so she handed my package to the man that was working in the laundry and he took it and he stole my phone charger and just gave me back the parts that I needed to plug into the wall but not the actual iPhone charger but I had another one in the car I could bring up. Your location was convenient. For $162 a night I could have stayed where everything worked. My son stayed there one night and they moved to another hotel. Then, I came back after dinner one night NOT ONE parking spot. She said we are fully booked. So shouldn’t you have a parking spot for all the paying guests? She said I could park next door where it says no trespassing at my own risk. Gee thanks so I said I would park in the entrance and she said that wasn’t allowed.

Good proximity to retail and restaurants. Nice parking. Inviting lobby and staff. Cold water handle in bathroom must have had a drip so it was cranked closed very tight.

We got in at 2am and the front desk staff Jose was very welcoming and provided excellent customer service. Especially as we were tired from driving all day. He was quick and friendly in getting us checked in. Even provided an extra hour check out that we definitely needed. Thank you!

I was looking forward to breakfast, but unfortunately many of the items were low or out, and there was still about an hour left. I don't blame staff entirely because there were quite a few people, and I saw several people who were on their second round and piling the food on their plates.

We tried to use the tv but the input source was not correct. The front desk person, Anna, came to our room and fixed the issue. She said there should have been a piece of paper explaining how to work the tv, but there wasn’t. The carpet in the room felt dirty and somewhat oily. Just outside our room in the hall it looked like something had spilled and had not been cleaned. The light around the mirror in the bathroom didn’t work so it wasn’t well lit. It would have been very difficult to apply makeup so I didn’t and my husband didn’t shave. We ran out of facial tissues (“Kleenex”) before we left the room the morning we checked out. The outside of the hotel was very inviting and aesthetically pleasing. There were many gorgeous roses in bloom. The parking lot was spacious with adequate handicapped parking. Breakfast was excellent; many options for cold and hot foods. Coffee was good.

I was very clean when we needed something quick to get it for us. Electricity went off and they were very professional about how they handled it. Breakfast was not the best same thing everyday. Parking was very good room was clean

My room was around $450/night, but when I needed an extra day before my reservation, the hotel only charged me $190, which makes me think I was royally overcharged for the other two nights. My coffee machine never worked, I wrote in Spanish and English that it was broken, but the maid just left it as-is. Disregarded my note, etc. The chaos between the other person claiming to be us was rather disturbing. We were at a graduation when they called, so it was hard to understand how the hotel was treating this, but they just kept saying it's all under control now, etc.

When we arrived, the power was out all around the area. The power return continued to be delayed, which made accessing the room more difficult and showering with hot water impossible. The front desk ladies were AMAZING! They were running up and down the stairs to provide guests access to their rooms, and yet they continued to have a positive attitude. Overall, the hotel is what we paid for, a decent place to sleep near the event we were attending. It is in an area that feels safe and the hotel is clean while not in new condition.

Getting to the hotel was interesting, it close to the highway , but not easy access like right off the offramp. the upside is it is quiet.

The power cord for the dish box was missing-no tv. The bed needs replaced, it sags to the middle. The nightstand and floor light didn’t work

First night, there was a lamp shade that was broken off a lamp and just sitting on the nightstand. The next morning I Got stuck in the elevator for twenty minutes during a power outage - they didn’t have a back up generator apparently. The same day, wires got crossed and I started receiving messages during a funeral that my stuff was left in my room after checkout. I had booked for two nights not one. In any event they fixed that but didn’t clean the room. When I got beck from the funeral there was insufficient staff to clean the room. Not terrible, but I wasn’t in the mood. Not saying I wouldn’t stay there again, but it was a lot.

Breakfast was very nice with eggs, sausage and hash browns. There was also a waffle maker and other breakfast food. The staff had us on the 4th floor overlooking the Rocky Mountain Park with mountains with snow pack. Great stay.

The hotel itself is great. Location is awesome. However, the bed was not comfortable which was a huge bummer.

Walk in shower was great. Our go to when visiting the area. Hotel is kept in better repair than most in the area. Quiet for location. Of course it is Colorado so expect the Pot smells as you walk by some rooms. Funny no tobacco smell at all.

The first room the smoke detectors kept going off, had the room switched. The next room the Tv wasn’t working because of the snowstorm weather. Also, one of the elevators didn’t work.

Parking is easy and accessible to various dining options nearby. Room was clean and breakfast fair. Only issue to be mindful of is that if there is ANY WIND issue this and other business will completely shut down the power which means no elevator, no lights, no hvac. They do NOT have generators for these emergencies even though power company had preplanned the outtage. So be aware either so you will be forced to sit in a pitch black room, lug your luggage up the flights of stairs and or go to your car to charge your phone devices. I experienced this for over 8+ hours (!) and honestly found it shocking and disturbing that Mathew Loya, the General Manager and this hotel brand refused to compensate or give any credit back to its guests. Guest Services and Management get a 0 for me being in a room 8 HRS in the dark!!

We were really looking forward to the hot tub, since I was going to have major back surgery the next morning. We changed into our swim suits, and went down to it. It was not working, and colder than the swimming pool! The girl at the front desk was too busy texting on her phone to look up at us for more than a second. As we were checking in, I specifically asked where the hot tub was, and how I was looking forward to using it. She pointed us in the direction the hot tub was, and did not tell us it wasn't working. Any other time we saw her she was on her phone the whe time.

I had to cancel this reservation (a week ahead) but they did not refund. There are entirely too many hotels and hotel chains to choose from to bother with any Wingate Wyndham again -- I won't make this mistake twice.

Great room! Awesome hotel, although the amenities could use some work like the gym equipment and the spa jets were broken when I was there. Breakfast is okay, more options could enhance the experience. The location ideal and close to a shopping plaza; also quiet and elegant.

When we arrived, the person checking us in seemed very distracted or possibly intoxicated. He checked us into a room that already had someone in it. As I was gathering luggage and parking the car, I sent my wife and daughter up to the room. They were met with someone already in there. It was remedied by the person that checked us in after a trip to the desk. When I alerted the person in charge the next morning, she was very dismissive. Explaining to me that it happens and thats just the way it is. Not a great experience with the desk staff. Other than that, the place was as advertised.

My room was nice, front desk gal was very helpful. I was disappointed the jets weren't working on the hot tub. After 2 days of driving I was looking forward to unwinding in the hot tub. I also noticed the gym was closed.

Breakfast wasn't fully stocked, safe in room didn't work and front desk was not helpful at all with this. Pretty basic things that they should get right.

The hotel was slightly dirty in the common areas like halls and elevator. The breakfast was absolutely miserable, one of the worst I’ve seen. Bed was comfortable. Staff was uninterested and not great. Not the worst hotel, but far from what it could be.

Breakfast quality of pork sausage patties and links looked very undesirable while in hot water when opening lid. Not used to seeing that as the appearance and looked undercooked overall I would come back again.

Room smelled strong like cleaner smell covering something. After we had been in room for a couple of hours went to shower before bed. Out shower was missing handle to turn water on ( how was it cleaned). Had to move to new room at 10:30. Front desk questioned us bc they couldn’t believe that was the case. New room smelled like cleaner and cigarettes. Put review on Wyndham site bc they sent me a how was your stay. 6 days later get an email say “don’t worry we are taking appropriate steps to fix the things that lead to our bad experience”. How does this help my experience. It was terrible. Breakfast buffet looked old and gross. Would not recommend.

I will never recommend or stay at this hotel again. The sheets were dirty with a VERY visible substance. When we called the front desk about getting the sheets changed, I was told “ you can come get new sheets but I am not coming up there to change your sheets”. The room was dirty, gross really. Hotel is old and needs an update very badly. The breakfast was not stocked at 6:15am. I asked when the would put more out and was told “they will restock it”. They never did. Overall, terrible hotel and bad/rude service.

There was only one person on duty for check in and i waited 15 minutes to complete a "pre-registrationed" check in.

The hotels rooms were very clean, I love that they have a microwave and a mini fridge in the room. Not just a coffee bar, although the breakfast was super disappointing. The juice was old and tasted like it had t been cleaned it changed out in weeks, and I’ve never had little Debbie’s powdered donuts offered instead of like..a muffin. Otherwise breakfast was just, basic.

The breakfast was not filled when I was there, and the English muffins were hard. There was a dog on the floor we were staying on that barked loudly the majority of one of the nights and I am a dog person, but it was difficult to sleep as no one seemed to be attending to the dog.

This was a nice property conveniently located near our son. Comfortable bed. Nice bathroom.

Half the jets barely worked in the hot tub and the screws holding the handicap seat to the wall in the shower were pulling out of the wall. You couldn’t even get the seat to stay upright to use the whole shower.

The room was the biggest problem we had. The door closer leaked all of the fuild out of it and make the door slam. The security latch was broken. The shower would drip all night. The hvac controls did not work. The Direct tv would not turn on. Stay there 5 years ago and a mutch better experience. Not i would return again

Great layout, large, , great kitchen are and Living room, great Bathroom, no hangers I. 2 closets, paint and walls are chipped / scuffed, cabinets are all scratched up, switched rooms because shower door wasn’t bolted to the wall one 1 side, couches in both rooms were dirty , sagging , & old. Used the coverlet before I sat in them . Bed a& pillow comfy . Pool & hot tub had issues , smelled like chlorine in the hall, but appears very clean. The breakfast buffet is sub par, powdered eggs , margarine- no butter, gross coffee. Staff kept the lobby clean and buffet clean too….no recycling any where, great parking lot. Corine super nice and helpful .

Happy with most everything, except the shower handle was bent, so it didn't work well to turn it on or off. The desk chair was broken and wouldn't go up or down. Otherwise, the room was clean and we enjoyed our stay as it was very convenient to shopping, touring and a main highway.

Laundry services needs some attention. Most of the towels had spots on them. Please don't place towels bery close to toilets or just above the toilet. Remember toilet sprays are real phenomena while flushing the toilet.

Staff at the front desk are friendly. Housekeeping staff exceptional.

It was great staff. Very helpful and nice. My husband underwent major heart surgery and it was close to Rocky Mountain university hospital.

The stay was just ok. Service was ok, not great. We had problems with the shower, the temperature of the water was difficult to control. Breakfast was ok. The location was good, quiet and close to restaurants.

The room was nice but you can tell guests have been rough on the property for how new it is - everywhere we looked, something was cracked or broken. Pink mold was starting in the shower, a wad of lint so large we mistook it for a tarantula in the hallway, etc. The staff was very nice and efficient

Breakfast seemed very limited. Asked for room on top floor and end of hall. Room was on top floor but only 2 doors from elevator which made it not as quiet as it should have been, more activity by room door.

We love staying in the suite and this is a great hotel to bring a dog. Not happy the desk chairs are too low to work at the desk. Furniture is starting to look worn. Sofa not very comfortable. Some outdoor patio chair legs were rusted through making the chairs unsafe to sit in. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Outside area needs someone to walk around daily to pick up litter.

The gal that checked us in was so helpful, friendly, and accommodating! All other staff was friendly and helpful! My kiddos enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The pool is small but they still had fun.

1) too much chlorine in the pool, 2) sausages didn't look right, 3) not enough towels, 4) nosey people above us, 5) pillowstoo small & hard. We loved the pool/hot tub, good service, good shower pressure, bathroom had vent.

We arrived late at night and went straight to bed. Now we have stayed at this hotel before so we are familiar with how the showers work. We had a 9:00 a.m. appointment and were up at 7. When we tried the shower there was no water. I went to the staff and reported the situation. The desk attendant said they would send a maintenance person up when they got in and “go from there”. We went down for breakfast and when we got to the room the water was still not on. My husband and I did a quick sponge bath and washed our hair in the sink. When we checked out I talked with a different attendant and she was unaware of our plight. Lesson learned. Make sure everything works so we can change rooms if necessary. Or find a more reliable place to stay. Not happy.

Pillow cases were old, but clean. A/C thermostat was broken. You had two choices, on or off. Other than that HUGE item. It was a decent stay,

Loved this property for my family’s Loveland stay. The pool was open late and the front desk was very friendly and kind to our requests. Breakfast was buffet style and started at 6am which was very convenient for my stay. The property is also conveniently located near Loveland’s main attractions. Highly recommend a stay here!

Not a bad room but its not modern. Still need to bring phone chargers with you. If you like waffles or bagels, breakfast is a 10/10. Eggs potatoes and sausage looked undercooked... 3/10. Plenty of choices though. I forgot my toothpaste and instead of selling me a tube, the front desk gave me one. Very good customer service and i would stay again just for that reason.

The suite on the top (4th) floor was comfortable and efficient. As we're on specialized diets we had to bring out own food for the trip. The bar sink, refrigerator size and microwave made our food preparations and cleanup so much simpler. The two rooms allowed my husband to get up early without disturbing me. We were very happy.

We had a nice stay. Staff friendly and helpful. Easy check in and out. Loved the location, Will stay here again.

I think this property was good! It was clean, quiet for the most part. Close to food and shopping. BUT, I just had 2 of the worst nights of sleep in my life! The floor might have been softer than the bed. It honestly was unbelievable how uncomfortable the bed was! So 3 stars at best because unless you like super firm you’ll hate it.

Clean room, great beds

The hotel was more clean than a lot of hotels ive been to recently. The check in was very easy and quick. The staff was all very kind and friendly! The beds were maybe a little hard, but not too bad. Breakfast was the same each day, but it was nice to have something warm each day! It's an easy to find location with shopping nearby. We did hear quite a bit of traffic, but it was never so loud that it kept us awake. We would definitely stay here again!

I booked I booked on Expedia. Got the hotel at 10 PM. They couldn’t find my reservation. Waited a half hour in the lobby then the girl said I’ll just check you in and charge you again and we’ll straighten it out in the morning. Talking to them in the morning four times on the phone manager did not call me. Don’t know if I’ll use Expedia again

I am a rewards member and the front desk person didn't wait a moment for me to give her my number when ,I asked. Also had to ask how to get to the room from lobby and when breakfast was served. No information was volunteered.

Great one night stay. The towels had an awful order that were of bodily ordor.

The lobby and main enterance of this property is beautiful! There is so many options for outside seating in comfy chairs as well! The room was nice and cozy and the AC quickly cooled the room down! The only downside was the pool which ruined swimsuit bottoms with how rough the hot tub seating was.

Was looking forward to sitting in the hot tub and relaxing after a VERY stressful day. Hot tub was not working.

Hotel look like it needed to be renovated in the hallways. Carpets were stained. Terrible smells, elevator was broken. Breakfast was OK.

We had a nice stay here. The tv is old and the lighting was meh but the bed was comfy and they had a fridge and microwave. Breakfast was pretty solid as well.

After booking they said there was no rooms available. After sitting here for an hour they suddenly found us one. Worst experience ever at this place an we have stayed here often through the yrs. Will never come back after the staff treated us horrible and all the no room nonsense

Great place but breakfast was a little slow

Clean and comfortable room at a very fair per night rate. All of the staff were very helpful and personable. The location was a perfect "base" for visiting Estes Park and surrounding "tourist" areas. Within walking distant to many restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay there again.

This hotel is 2 in 1. A cheaper side with a microwave and small fridge, or a pricier side with a full kitchen. The stay was ok. We stay at this hotel often due to location and price. We experienced some issues this stay. We had many people slamming doors through the night into the early hours of morning, and have noticed everytime we stay, this is common on the side of the hotel with the cheaper rooms. The side with pricier rooms is quiet. The beds are on the hard side. I bring a foam pad to help with comfort. The room we had on this stay had the building's overhang in front of our window so there was no view of anything but the backside of the overhang wall two feet from the window.Never had this room before and think it should be discounted as all rooms face the mountains with a view.The staff are nice. The breakfast is decent. The cleaning crew is kind. Overall its ok and my only wish is there was a noise ordinance in place for after 10 pm, to cover quiet hours, and if it could be enforced, the stay would have been better.

The room and facility was nice. Convenient for visiting family. Staff was a bit disappointing, rang the bell 3 times to get some assistance on two different occasions and got no one to help. Breakfast was also disappointing with lack of food for the amount of people wanting to eat

Night desk clerk was very helpful and friendly. Our stay was very good.
