The property was very clean and easy to get to and from. The staff was very friendly. Parking was convenient and a nice breakfast was offered. The only thing I was not satisfied with was the noise from others that were staying. Heavy walking and children running up and down the hallways.

Hasn’t been updated in several years. Remote to the TV didn’t have any batteries and the cable to the TV was not connected.

Very large room with great mattress. Breakfast was excellent with variety of both hot and cold items. Staff were great. I had accidentally left my purse in the breakfast area and didn’t notice it til I had returned to the room to get ready for check out. I panicked as it had everything in it. I ran back to table and it was gone. Ran to front desk to ask and they had found it when they cleaned the table and kept it safe there. That could have ended our trip and we hadn’t even arrived to our destination yet. Honest staff made the difference. We would definately use the hotel again. The price was great!

The hotel room was spacious. The room we stayed in had a smell in it. The room smelled old. It’s like the room needs to be renovated. The beds were not comfortable at all. I spoke to the guy that was working downstairs about the smell and he went to check it and said he didn’t smell anything and I told him yeah it’s a smell but we had been spraying air freshener so we could get through our stay. He didn’t offer to change rooms for us either. He wasn’t helpful at all.

We were traveling and after a long day with 4 littles we stopped at this hotel; The fist room was littered in garbage. It had a musky smell. The TV was broken and would not turn on , even with pushing the button on the tv. They put new batteries in the remote and as expected it did not fix the tv. The floors were disgusting. My 9 month old found trash on the floor lining the beds that he almost got into his mouth immediately. I went downstairs for a new room. The worker offered us another room, we walked into the new room and I’m honestly not sure what room was worse. The second room had a mystery fluid in the corner that resembled pink vomit: the toilet paper was a used roll that also had this pink vomit on it. More trash on the floor included a full deodorant stick. My infants knees were brown after 5 minutes of stretching his legs after 9 hours of driving, so he had to be held the time. If it was not after 10 pm we would have left the hotel but after the long drive with 4 children under 10 we were exhausted. The only thing that was just okay was the breakfast (which let’s be honest I was scared to eat after the state of the rest of the hotel). We ran away from this hotel as fast as we could. I honestly do not write reviews often but this was horrible horrible stay! Stay away.

We had a great stay. The rooms were clean and the staff were helpful. They had omelets for breakfast which was surprising, but were amazing. Rooms were easily assessable, the indoor pool is on the small side and there are no “soaking” tubs as was presented online, instead it is a standard tub with built in shower. Would highly recommend a suit!

It was TERRIBLE the first night we didn't have any towels we had to wait until the next following day. They lied to me about the animal policy, said they weren't allowed but I counted 5 individual dogs from 5 different people staying at the hotel. Breakfast was not pleasant. The pool was not clean. I was awaken early on the last day do to them running some type of fire drill, I had worked an 12hr shift from work and woke up to that. It was an abusive relationship going on down the hall and the Hotel staff didn't do anything about it saying it wasn't their business so they were arguing all day and night slamming doors.

Maybe talk to those at the front desk about treating their guests like guests!

Our room on Friday night was great. It was clean and the air worked good. However, we moved to another room on Saturday night and it was dirty. The pull out couch had hair and crumbs all over the mattress. There was no fitted sheet to place on it and the flat sheet was dirty. The bathroom had lotion that was squirted on the wall and blow dryer that had dried. The hair dryer also had lotion all over it as well as dust, lint, and hair. The tub was discolored as well.

$150 deposit on top of room payment. got the deposit refund 2 days later. just wish i would’ve known beforehand.

The room was very nice, clean, spacious, bed was comfortable, and there were plenty of towels. The breakfast was much better than most complimentary breakfasts. Wide variety of choices. Staff were friendly and courteous.

Very clean and all the staff were great from housekeeping to the front desk. Our rooms had some minor things that needed attention (light bulb out, tv remote didn’t work) and maintenance wasn’t available on the weekends but the stay was fantastic. I like having an actual sitting area where I can read until I’m ready for bed. Will definitely stay here again.

One can easily see areas which could be cleaner and more well kept. The kids enjoyed the pool. Room: comfortable and served it's purpose of a1 night stop. Breakfast was standard fair with the only standout being the bacon.

The room looked a bit older with peeling paint and a shower curtain that was too short for the shower. We staff quickly replaced the shower curtain and were always polite and made us want to come back. Give your service staff a raise to keep them because they were amazing!

The staff was horrible . The hotel wasn’t clean. The air didn’t work. The front desk clerk had her children there her entire shift. Crying asking for food. Smoking weed in the lobby pull in area. I believe her name was danni. Rude and was trying to talk hood only after my mixed children walked in. Very comical.

This property is just old and maintenence investments have not been prioritized. Common area carpets are filthy and worn. Housekeeping is not thorough. This property is certainly showing its age and the caliber of employees is equivalent to the dilapidated condition of this hotel. It is a serviceable stay and I managed for the one night I booked, butnwould not repeat this choice.

Breakfast great options the only thing is I closed the waffle iron when I was done. As a mother I wouldn’t want hot irons open so a kid or anyone could walk & touch as it was on the end of the bar. She scolded that I needed to turn it to keep it from beeping once I told her it wasn’t being used her tone was unprofessional telling me to leave it open. Besides that, all was good I would stay again

The rooms were moldy and smelly. We got sick the first night and switched rooms and it wasn’t much better.!The breakfast was supposed to be 7-10 well they never replenish after it’s gone. So if you came down at 9 there was nothing.

One of the best hotel experiences we have had. Left my earing aids and charger and they returned them to me within 3 days. Thanks for all you did. Will definitely return when going that way to visit our great-grandchild!

I stayed here on two different occasions. The staff was friendly and helpful. The reason for the 4 star review was the breakfast. It was mediocre at best. Eggs were burned both times, the orange juice was basically water and the "bold" coffee was so weak I could see through it. The property was clean and the room was spacious. The bed was comfortable. It is in an area I felt very safe in as a female solo traveler and there were many dining options within a mile or two. The lady that checked me in both times was a doll! I wish I had gotten her name, but she was nice and helpful. I will stay there again when passing through.

Our bathtub spewed out brown water when we turned it on. I asked for a soaking tub and got a regular tub instead. Limited laundry facilities. Only one washer and dryer. The bed was very comfortable.

Overall, my stay was pleasant and the service met expectations. The room was clean and well-maintained, with the exception of the carpet, which felt a bit "yukie" underfoot and could definitely use a deep clean or replacement. Additionally, the bed was in need of some serious TLC to improve its comfort — a more supportive mattress or an upgrade would make a big difference. Aside from those two points, everything else was fine and the experience was generally positive.

Check in was great but the moment we stepped into the room it smelled musty. When my wife pulled the curtains closed she noticed dirt or Mold growing there. We had a family member across the hall from us and they had the same musty smell. The room was quiet and mostly as expected. Breakfast was okay.

Had booked two rooms. The lady at desk said she only showed one. I showed her confirmation for 2. We got a second room but had to pay full price. My credit card shows charges for 3 rooms. When I called about issue they said they only show two rooms. I told them my credit card shows three. Was told to call back on Monday to talk to manager. I’m not at all happy with my stay. Probably will not stay at comfort suites again.

I cant say cleanliness was a problem, just some minor repairs, one thing is curtains in our room had came loose in some ares, easy fix. Some of the bathroom pipes need some touching up. When we went to the pool, apparently some folks have no home training, towels were scattered all around pool, someone's wet clothes and new clothes tags laying around and in pool, however when i told front desk the young man took care of it immediately. The staff is 5 stars, very polite, very respectful and always offering to help in any way, keep up the good work yall !!

The entire floor smelled like Marijuana

We have stayed here 4 tumes since December 2024. Our first 2 visits were fantastic. The third visit (early April), we noticed that things weren't as clean and there was a dirty washcloth in the shower. I mentioned at checkout that things hadn't been as clean and clerk simply apologized. We stayed again 4/27 and the room was in better shape for sure. We also noticed on the last 2 visits that the mattresses might need to be replaced. The edges were very broken down and felt as though you may roll off. I know it is common for the middle of the bed to have less wear but this was more than that. The desk staff and breakfast attendants are typically very kind, helpful, and welcoming. We have been upgraded, offered discounts, and accommodated when the length of one stay was unclear so from a customer service standpoint I absolutely cannot complain!

The location was unique. It’s located close too everything but still off from the noise of the city.

They are in process of converted over the bedding. My previous stay had the newer bedding and this last one was with (relatively) older bedding. Obviously, I got spoiled with the new bedding! Still comfortable.

I had surgery front desk said after 12pm I could check in when I got back they said $50 for early check in and $100 deposit bc my drivers license was local I showed all paperwork I have moved and he said $20 check in early $100 deposit. My card was charged $150. Room was dirty staff was rude and lied about price I was too sick to argue as I had just had surgery. The fridge was dirty, floor hadn’t been vacuumed tub was dirty

When I arrived staff was extremely rude! After he handed me the key to my room he told me the elevator was not working. As he made the comment he turned away as if I was not still standing there. I understand things happen but I saw an elderly couple having a hard time due to the elevators did not work and NO one offered any help. The next morning the maids were extremely nice but were very tired due to having to carry bags of lunch back and forth up and down the stairs! One maid told me the elevator has been down several weeks and no one made a point to rush getting it fixed. The service was NOT good at all. The ladies during breakfast were upset with some of the kids who were just playing being kids. They had maybe two that spoke and interacted with the guest. It was horrible.

Everyone was so nice! When I arrived they told me elevator was down, which was not good since I had surgery on my foot last week. However, I knew it was no one’s fault! So, all the customers complaining I, myself put a stop to that! I also saw them give customers 10% off. I don’t think I got one?
