    Room smelled like smoke (she knew I had my 6 month old with me) I asked for another room the other room was dirty, smelled like dog & there was feces on the wall. They did not give me a refund I was there for a hour left and found another hotel (Fairview inn it also sucked I left there too) I was also missing a fridge and microwave in my room which is included and had to get a new remote as mines wasn’t working.

    It looks to me like the place is about to close permenantly and they don't plan to do regular maintenance. We reserved a non-smoking king room, but the front desk said none of the king rooms were available due to maintenance issues. The room we were assigned had numerous maintenance issues. Additionally, we were charged for the room through Expedia, and the hotel also charged our credit card. This hotel should not be listed on Expedia.

    Room was terrible, holes in walls, door was about to fall off hinges, killed two spiders as well,I’ve stayed in hotels all over the country for work and this is by far the worst place I’ve ever stayed.

    Its quiet as long as you get a room on the parking lot side. The other side is along a frontage road and I 155 and needs a better buffer against the loud noise of the traffic.

    The room was dirty, with missing racks, chipped and peeling paint everywhere. Phone didn’t work, the smoke detector was gone. Beds were old uncomfortable and stained. Pillows were flat and sad. Staff apologized but refused to refund the money or give us a better room. There was only 1 towel nothing else for showering.

    The location was the only good. Not as advertised! The bathtub was full of mold and had cigarette burns everywhere, the carpets and room were filthy, I was charged extra, the staff was rude, there was no breakfast as advertised, the desk in the room was about to fall apart, there were only two lightbulbs in the fixtures, and it was not kid friendly. The whole experience was terrible.

    By far the worst room I have ever stayed in. Sheets were dirty, bathroom sink didnt drain, blood stains on floor, molding falling off walls, black mold on ceiling in bathroom, light fixture was on the ground, microwave was rusted, the water was squrting out of the shower valve, i could keep going but the room was utterly disgusting. Im am completely surprised this place hasnt been shut down.

    One wall outlet for TV, room light, microwave and frig. Light unplugged, frig off (TV & microwave plugged in). No accessible outlet on bed side, had to use the one Bathroom plug to charge phone, etc. How I got smoking, I don't know, but it was - smelled awful!

    When we got there the staff was amazing. But when we got in our room. That was a different story. All light bulbs was missing from the light fixtures, the only lights that worked was in the bathroom. The TV was on when we got there. Their was dirty tissues on the floor. So we requested a different room. Again staff was real nice and got us a different room. The room has lights but it looked like there was blood spots on the floor in front of the bathroom door. Blood spots in a few spots on the wall. Bed was not properly made as if it wasn't cleaned. But was. Wife didn't feel comfortable about staying but it was late so we did. When I went to check out and return the key again same staff person and again real nice. But as she was getting my cash deposit I noticed in the corner behind the counter was a glue mouse trap with a dead mouse on it. I forgot to take pictures. I would give the stay a 3 1/2 out of 10.

    I knew the reviews online about Days Inn were not blown out of proportion when I tried to open the door and I had to use force to do so, either the door frame was warped the door or both. (2) My reservation was for a Queen size bed and there were 2 beds instead (it was only me and I was to tired to call the front desk) (3) The room was so dark even with every light on (all light were wall lights no ceiling lights at all). (4) the room had 1 outlet along the north wall in which the TV and mini fridge were plugged. The microwave on top of mini fridge was not plugged in at all. To use the microwave I had to move the ice bucket & bag from beside the sink at the back of the room. Luckily the small microwave fit in the space since the cord was short and the only other outlet was by the sink. There was a Burger King just east of the hotel (that was the 1 star for location) but it was a repair shop north of the Burger King and their loud as hell phone ringing was my wake up call. After I pried the door open I could see that they had the bay doors open and were working and I got treated to another phone ring. I understand it was loud since they were using air tools that are loud as well. Once outside I was greeted by grasshoppers hanging out on my car ( I had the same experience with grasshoppers at the Econo Lodge just down the street). All in all, I will take negative reviews for any hotel more seriously next time as I post my own negative remarks.

    The room was okay. They need to start washing ALL of the bedding and get new mattresses. When there are urine stain on the fitted sheet and just dirt stains on the mattress it becomes a issue. Also where holes in the bathroom floor that someone plugged with a balled up toilet paper roll. JUST GET A BETTER HOTEL HONESTLY. It's cheap but honestly needs to be either remodeled or torn down. The owners obviously do NOT reinvest into the business. There were roaches but no bed bugs thank God. JUST PAY THE 70-100 FOR A BETTER HOTEL. You will not regret it. But if you stay in this hotel you will regret it. Also they ask you for a card for "incidentals" in case anything in the room is damaged but they dont repair anything or improve anything so what exactly is an incidental because literally the room is like a homeless shelter. And it says they have a pool but you would probably catch some type of infection or parasite if you swam in that pool. It's a nasty run down kinda of MOTEL not hotel. There is a difference. I've stayed in bad motels before but I'd probably give them a award for letting it get that terrible. It takes some real negligence to allow it to get like that when that's your business. If that isn't your only source of income you should probably sell it to someone who will actually take care of it. Hope this helps some people in the future.

    Worst hotel ever. Stained gross carpets. Roach in bath room; cigarett burns on tub; broken down furniture. They demanded a $50 cash deposit even though they had my credit card on file. To top it off they wanted me to wait for my deposit while housekeeping checked the room. Place should be closed down.

    I had a reservation but after I drove hours to get there they had no room available. When I said I had a reservation and showed the confirmation it didn’t matter. Dana canceled my reservation despite my protests. She should have comped me a room at a nearby hotel. I waited for two hours at the checkin window while Expedia got me a reservation in a hotel a block away. Thanks Expedia. Dana was worthless.

    There was no microwave when I got there, which was advertised as being there. The tub and shower were leaking for 2 days without being fixed even though the manager was made aware of the leak. I booked a smoking room and noted when I got there all rooms were non-smoking. The hair drier did not work. There was an ironing board and no iron. I will make sure that anyone I know does NOT ever book this hotel for any reason.

    The lobby smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and there was only one other car in the parking lot with kids playing outside a room. We booked what was supposed to be a non-smoking room. Upon entering the room, the light didn't work, it smelled of cigarette smoke and pot. 1 out of 3 lamps worked, the bedspread had a burn hole in it, the pillow case was gross, the curtain was broken, the door had a big gap and didn't seal closed, the floors hadn't been cleaned. I have never seen a hotel room so filthy and unsanitary before. We turned around and checked right back out, but the hotel is refusing to refund my money. It was unacceptable conditions and not safe to stay in.

    Very out dated, with broken areas in the room. Light yellow stained towels and a brown spot in the bathroom that looked like feces. The breakfast was a joke that only consisted of dry, old cereal and bagged slices of bread. We didn’t get enough shampoos, conditioners or soaps but with the stained towels, we decided not to shower there. The shower had a hole in it. I felt grimy leaving there after spending the night. I might as well saved a lot of money and slept in my car! So very funky there!

    It was very dirty the first one they put us in the heater didn't work the toilet didn't work the second room they put us in there was no light bulbs in any lamp they put us above the office all you can hear what's the phone ring all night long and all doing it wrong the housekeepers get beaten up the door starting at 8:00 in the morning I will never stay there again

    My review is not quite fair to the hotel itself. It may have been an exquisite place with impeccable service and amenities. I wouldnt know because when i called the hotel atound 11 pm the night of my check in to let them know i would atrive shortly i was inform there was no room. Available for me even though i had the reservation. Hitel yold me to call thr booking agency who told me to call the credit card company who told me to call the hotel. More than a dozen chats and calls over the next several weeksi was. Still being pushed off for another department to also not help me. I became frustrated and defeated and essentialy robbed.     Area has old trash around it and towels outside doors. First room I checked in I asked for non smoking it smelled like a chain smoker was in there. The bedding has cigarette burns in bed someone had pissed in the toilet the toilet had not been cleaned . No towels the moved us no towels smelled like weed room was filthy and some one old towel were in the room and they weren’t even the color of the hotels. The bedding was ripped I trip over the hole in the bed skirt. They moved us to another it smelled stale but it can towels and toilet and bathing stuff. I still didn’t want to touch the bedding so I bought two sheets and covered us with it on top of the bedding. We woke up went to take a shower. No hot water to take a shower it didn’t work. They moved us again we stayed in that room went to come into the room to sleep the air didn’t work it was so hot but so late when we got in from moving our daughter into her dorm. So we were supposed to check out Monday so we can spend time with our daughter but we checked our early do to the conditions. I tried to find the customer service number for Expedia no luck. This establishment needs not to advertise. And I couldn’t check into another place because a lot was full because it was move in weekend for the college. I was stuck staying in a hotel from Hell!!!!!!!!!

    I walked into two rooms the first one didn’t have sheets, blankets, towels and the bathroom wasn’t clean. I asked to see another the next room smelled very strongly of urine. I decided not to stay at this hotel, it was unsanitary and not well taken care of. The photos on the website are not how the rooms actually look, so don’t be fool. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

    Booked through Expedia, got the confirmation email & receipt. Luckily I screenshot them both before arriving at the hotel! When we got there the computer system was down so our reservation was no where to be located. The lady at the front desk had to call 3 different people to find out what to do! Then we were told to go around the corner to The Baymont Inn b/c they were able to accommodate us. I made it very clear that we weren’t going to pay for the other hotel room nor for any price difference between the hotels! We arrived at the Baymont Inn & the woman behind the desk was not only rude to us for OUR inconvenience but messed up our reservation on top of things as well! Our reservation was for a queen bed, non smoking standard room. Just a basic hotel room, one night stay! When the desk clerk at the 2nd hotel tells us that their computers are down as well & that we’d need to pay a deposit for our room in cash, I lost my mind! I told her that the woman at the first hotel told us that we didn’t have to pay for any extras. The desk clerk told me that due to their computer issues they HAD to take a deposit & it HAD to be in cash. I was beyond mad at this point & just wanted to get food & into our room. The room ended up being 2 twin beds with warps in the mattresses in a smoking room! I went to put my food in the fridge & there was rotten food in the fridge w/maggots! I went to the front desk & demanded to see the manager! We got a non-smoking king room & new fridge!

    The staff was nice and helpful. The first room had a hole in the shower wall with a tissue stuck in it,so they moved us to another room and it did not have a frig or microwave. This is just an old motel that is not well taken care of. I did not feel safe. Had it just been me, I would have lost my money and changed hotels. You could see ripped curtains, one room had the curtains open and a mattress was off the bed and propped up. My husband went down for the breakfast which has no juice and just 2 old looking danishes.

    The room was not clean. Sheets were ok, but blanket had holes and there was no comforter. No cups in room, no ice machine. Lamp shades missing. We would have ask for our mo ey back, but there was a raging thunderstorm outside, so we stayed. Free breakfast was cold cereal or toast and orange juice.

    Next door at the fast food restaurant drive-through, cops were arresting someone for shoplifting. We had a great view of it from the second floor. Later, we noticed a couple of people just standing around on the edge of the property; "Up to no good" was my first thought. I'll think twice before staying anywhere with the name "Wyndham" in it again!

    Staff was unprofessional, failing to provide linens when requested. No coffee maker in room, television did not work; requested this be corrected three times with no results. Stairwell area were filthy, trash allowed to pile up. Breakfast buffett was a pathetic joke. Overall THE worst motel experience my wife or I have every had.

    Despite what the listed ammenities are on the web site, there are no coffee/tea makers in the rooms, I had to ask for a microwave & then the one I got didn't have the plate that sits on the little thing that rotates the food while heating it, my bathroom toilet continuously backed up, didn't have a shower curtain--I finally got one when I asked for one, there are holes in the shower stall, the tv didn't work & my restless teenager was going crazy. They installed a new one after they tried to make the current one work, there were dead bed bugs on the box spring and in the folds of the (clean?) sheets on both beds, holes from cigarette burns in the duvet covers, stains on the sheets of both beds, the furniture was dirty or felt dirty. The stay at this place has traumatized me and I do not foresee staying in any more Inns when I travel in the future. I will just sleep in my car because this place was nightmarish -plus the odors in that room & questionable stains all over the carpet... And the pool is still not able to be used. I mentioned these to the gal at the front desk, she said she would send someone to "deep clean" the room, however, no one ever came. There was no pride in upkeep of that place. No one apparently cares, and it shows.

    Days Inn had a large sign stating the rooms were $226/night. When I inquired about that rate, I was told that that rate was for walk-ins only due to Eclipse weekend. That is a ripoff rate based on the condition of the motel property.

    Front desk help was great. Everything else terrible. No toilet paper, no towels, no soap shampoo etc. Air conditioner did not work. Garbage everywhere, broken air conditioners and fridges in hallways. Broom and hose left out for a trip hazard. Went to eat and got locked out of room. Had to call maintenance to open door then had to move rooms at 9:30pm. We had to stay in smoking room instead of non smoking room. Had room 255 moved to 256. Ice machine broken (went to Burger King to buy a cup of ice). Breakfast items was in lobby (not sure how long milk was out)-did not eat breakfast there.

    There was no garbage can in room. There was a coffee machine, but no pot or coffee packs or cups. Not even for water. Bedspread had holes in it. One lamp had no bulb. Pillowcases were wrinkled. Not sure if they had been changed.

    You get what you pay for at this hotel. But I had to change rooms 3 times because the toilet wouldn't flush. Plus I was told online id have 2 beds online but only got 1 without an explanation. The bed got smaller each and every time I changed rooms. I was not offered a discount for the inconvenience either.

    You get what you pay for with the room. It's inexpensive because there may or may not be a microwave, the covers are pretty thin, and might smell smoke still in a none smoking room. For the price it's reasonable if you want to save money.

    We tried 4 different rooms they all were extremely nasty holes every where no sheets just a thin blanket no towels just a bath mattt to dry off with lumpy pillows bath tub would not drain no drawers in night stand it was a nightmare we paid 90.00 called hotels.com to get a refund run I mean run

    I was given a handicap room. No carpet. Floor was sticky. The bed was very soft and not comfortable. It was cold in the room. The A/C was extremely loud. I did not sleep. My dog was on alert all night.

    The beds were comfortable. The first room was a mess. None of the outlets worked, there was no phone, no coffee maker, tv didnt work, outlet was hanging, only working outlet was behind the bed which is unsafe and a fire hazard. The second room was better but the refrigerator was not plugged in and was very moldy. Would not recommend this motel at all.

    I checked in and found the clerk to be friendly and helpful. Went directly from checking in to the room. Upon entering the room, I found the room had not been cleaned or prepared since the last guests had left. I returned immediately to the front desk to report this. Again, the clerk was friendly but replied that no other room was available so my only option was to get a refund. Good for me but also bad as now I did not have a room for the evening and had to start a search to secure one. Very disappointed with the entire experience!

    The beds we’re comfortable and the rates were good, but certainly not worth it. Would not recommend or ever stay again. I’m really sorry because I have NEVER given a bad review on anything. A lot needs to be done here.

    This is a rather old style hotel not really updated other than some paint. Wall are super thin, there were two flat sheets but no blankets to use when sleeping and the place was not very safe.

    Horrible experience. They couldn't give us our King size bed because we have a pet. Then, they wanted $40.00 a night per pet/per day. K. The previous 2 weeks of our vacation we stayed at many, much better hotels and the most we were charged for a pet wad $20. We will NEVER stay there agsin.

    Even letting someone know we would have a late check in our room was canceled without letting us know and when we arrived late in the night the lady wasn’t interested in giving another room and said she had things to do and walked to computer and stood there. Hotels.com tried contacting facility after I contacted them and they told me she continued to disconnect the line. After a little bit she came back to the window I made her aware we drove over 3 hours here after having to drive 3 hrs home from work to be here by morning for drill that we weren’t notified of cancellation and it’s too late to book anywhere else. she said a manager would have to issue a refund for canceled room and we would have to pay again but the manager would be in all day Saturday. I went in Saturday they said the manager didn’t work weekends that she would definitely be in Monday. I contacted them on Monday and was told she wasn’t at work on Monday. I’m convinced the manager of the property doesn’t go in. I can’t get help or my money back. I had to battle flies in the room after killing 5 they continued appearing, had to get our own tp there wasn’t any. I normally don’t write these but this was very frustrating.

    They customer service was great.. however Everything else was terrible... It was advertised swimming (NO POOL) and not told that ... We had to change rooms 3 times due to unclean or no air conditioning . I was there with my grandkids to spend time with them from out of town... I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN WITH THEM...     In the morning we got towels from office asked about toilet paper they said go find housekeeping. REALLY! The website advised a grab and go breakfast with coffee, none of that was available either! They did say if we’d stay another night they’ll do better, No thank you! I can overlook a lot, but this place had too many things going wrong at the same time.

    This was the worst check in ever. We are traveling across country and this is the worst hotel over it all. I deserved online and was charged again when i checked in because they had added fees. I have a service dog and was charge nearly the cost of the room for a pet fee. It took 27 minutes to check in and get a key. Then to be told the clerk didnt know where my rooms were. Just put front somewhere, id have to just look. The room was smoking, its what they had. But i specifically requested non smoking due to allergies. I had no option but to stay. It was late, after a 14 hour drive. The room stinks, the beds are terrible, the faicet leaked, so constantly dripped all night. On top of that all the women staying in the room over were drunk, loud, and woke us several times. Our check out took an additional 10 minutes and there was no breakfast as advertised on the hotel site. Unless you are def, high, and without kids i do NOT recommend staying here.

    Wyhndam should be ashamed having their name associated with this place. Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. No microwave as advertised. Old old carpets. Place should be leveled and rebuilt. I felt like was on the run from the law hiding out in roach motels as my girlfriend called the place. Did not see roaches, just expecting them.

    There were no towels in the room, and no one was available to deliver any to the room. So my son took a shower and had to wait 10 minutes while I was at the front desk waiting on a towel. The description advertised a pool, and the pool was closed. Same with the free breakfast, it was listed an amenity and not available. The room did not have a coffeemaker or even a trash can.

    The people were nice but this place stopped being maintained a long time ago: everything was aged abs falling apart. There was an actual hole punched into the bathroom door! The door to the room had to be rammed to get it to open. The receptionists were very friendly but far from professional — never again.

    Our air conditioning went out at home so I booked a room to get us through until it could be repaired (2 nights). We left after night 1!!!! I have many more pictures but it will only allow 8. No complimentary breakfast when website says they do. Swimming pool closed and website says it’s open. Room was dirty and outdated. Mold on curtains, coffee pot had dust that had not been cleaned in a while. No trash bags in trash cans, no tissue in dispenser, blood/stain on sheets, cracks in ceiling throughout room, dirt in corners of rooms, room key didn’t work on second day before we checked out. Bathtub appeared dirty, air conditioner wasn’t cooling as it should.
