Breakfast was excellent. Shower was good and strong. Bath towels were nice and thick. The shower curtain was not big enough. It did not go all the way across the shower and water leaked out both the front and back. I chose the property because it was pet friendly so I brought two small dogs instead of boarding them. When I checked in, I discovered there was a $50 nonrefundable pet fee. This was not mentioned anywhere on the website. It would have been nice to have known that upfront. It was more than it would have cost to board them.

The ice machines on every floor didn't work. We had to go buy a bag of ice. Breakfast wasn't good. They served packaged sausage and biscuits instead of fresh biscuits and those ran out. Water ran out. Eggs were watery. I have been regularly staying at this hotel for at least 4 years now and it is going downhill. I will stay somewhere else next time. Staff is very kind.

Being double charge by booking .com and the hotel booking .com forgot to send Fairfield my visa info after I paid so the Fairfield charge me also booking .com charge me 241 than the hotel charge me 271 for two nights I'll never use or trust booking.com again after 15years no one would help me now I'm forced to sue booking .com

The staff was super helpful and friendly. The room was clean but had an off smell and a few sticky spots on the carpet. But nothing we couldn't handle. The breakfast was good too. Unfortunately the pool was down and that was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. It didn't say anything on the site when we booked about the pool being down. That would have been super helpful. But overall a good stay.

The staff was fantastic and friendly. Our room was exceptionally clean. The location was fantastic for our attendance to ASU Graduation. Only suggestions I would have would be is to have at least one coke vending machine and a bit more prepared meat at breakfast for the early run but then the hotel was full of guest and the food that was available was hot. Just too many people trying to eat at 7:00 am to get to graduation.

The stay was fine. However the only I booked a stay here was so our granddaughter could swim. The pool was out of commission. The website should have stated that. Desk clerk told us it should be ready Friday. In reality it’s going to be 2 weeks before it’s ready. Needless to say we had a disappointed granddaughter. The breakfast was not good at all. Very disappointed in it as well.

Breakfast was bad continental breakfast, juice machine broken, pool broken and closed. Tub and walls were dirty. Small store was empty with no beverages. Staff was great but other than that I would not recommend staying.

I can’t remember her name but the woman working the night shift on 4/18 was awesome! Gave us some water after checking us in and was super kind all around!

King Suites are small in size for a family of four with luggage. The bed was okay. No creamer for coffee. Staff was friendly and seemed to be clean. The pull-out bed is more for one child, but two small children could fit. Close to restaurants.

It took forever to check in. The pool was small. Only 10 people allowed at a time in the pool and there was an entire basketball team there so my 2 little boys did not get to enjoy swimming. The staff was okay but would not stay here again.

Staff was great but ice machine was missing on 2 floors and broken on the 3rd floor. The machine on the 1st was the only machine working but it had no ice since it was supplying the entire hotel. I was on the 4th floor so it would have been nice to have been informed of this at checkin. As a result, I spent about 10 minutes in search of ice and never got any. Also, the juice machine was out in the breakfast area.

The room itself showed signs of wear, and the sleeper sofa mattress was visibly worn and didn’t appear clean, making it uncomfortable and not ideal for use, especially traveling with kids. Breakfast was also disappointing. The juice machine was out of order and the overall selection was very limited, which made it feel like an afterthought rather than a standard hotel offering. Additionally, some of the smaller details, like how room keys were handled, felt unorganized and not as professional as we would expect. With some attention to maintenance, cleanliness, and guest experience, this property could be much better, but in its current state it didn’t meet expectations.

There isnt a vending machine on site anywhere. They also do not have any drinks or snacks up front for purchase. The apple and orange juice machine was broken down during breakfast.

Clean room however no bathroom sink soap. We were on 2nd floor as requested which was nice and quiet. However, our room temperature was very warm. We could not slide the windows open for fresh air as they are blocked for safety. Tried to switch the AC unit over the AC or vent and could not, so we turned the unit off for the night and just slept under a sheet. Very nice staff and breakfast was fine.

We had a good night's stay here, but it wasn't perfect. The elliptical machine would not power up and the exercise room, along with the property in general is very much in need of refurbishment. But we do plan to stay again on our return trip. Definitely an okay place.

Clean and quite

We ended up getting a upgraded room at no extra cost since our original room was still being cleaned by check in. Super sweet staff! Only down side is that the blinds don't close at all so you can still see in and out of the building easily, so there was little to no privacy from outside. The sun was in our faces early in the morning because of it.

This hotel was a perfect one night stop for us. Check in was quick and easy, room location was great and the hotel was close to the highway so heading out the next morning was a breeze.

Very clean and well-kept. We were given a room with easy-access to the outside for our dog. Enjoyed freshly brewed coffee and snacks from the lobby.

Everything was very nice and clean. We had a pet friendly room and it was nice and clean. Breakfast was the usual with scrambled eggs and sausage. Also had tiny sausage biscuits.

The room was great and very comfortable, with a spacious living space and restroom. Beds were cozy. Temperature was perfect. The only issue was a squeaky AC during the night that quieted itself during day - go figure!

Pool was tiny, freezing, and murky. No towels at the pool, so had to go ask. There was a holding fee on our account, which was unexpected. However, there was a welcoming sticky note.

The staff was great. The breakfast was amazing. My room was a Suite and the air conditioner was leaking water all over the floor. So the air was barely on and had that moldy smell. They took off $29 from my bill. They didn’t have any rooms like I had to move me in. That’s the only part I didn’t like.

3rd time staying here and things weren't quite as clean. We noticed the bathroom especially to be still dirty. We had a hectic stay and didnt want to move rooms late 1 night or at 5 am when were back and forth to the hospital. We found a dirty washcloth in the shower also. As my wife and I talked more and more after our stay, we realized we both noticed things but thought they were from the other person and then we realized the room just hadn't been thoroughly cleaned. It also may be time for new mattresses as this was the first time we noticed the beds seemed a bit broken down and less supportive. Front desk service is always great and super helpful. We will likely be in the area more frequently and will give Fairfield another chance or 2 and hope this was just a fluke.

The property needs a bit of updating. Peeling wallpaper, crumbing plaster, and a massive ceiling leak as soon as you walk in are not good to see. The breakfast was running late, and the worker wasn’t bothered by her tardiness. The room was tight on space. The AC didn’t work well. The hallways were extremely warm.

Never got service for our room the entire 4 days there and had to ask for fresh towels and trash to be picked up. We will not be back.

The hotel is very dated. The pool floor were covered in dirt, there were no towels available. The bed was comfy but the bathroom wasn’t clean, there was hair from previous guests and makeup or grease on the shower curtain. The continental breakfast was beyond disappointing, they didn’t have any bread/bagels/muffins/ out at all. The front desk staff was warm and welcoming. If I passed through Jonesboro again unfortunately we would stay elsewhere.

When I tried to use the washer it wouldn’t work and with days of swimming- cruising- car travel we had one bunch of dirty socks that just had to be addressed for the way home. Lindsey became our Christmas miracle elf when she offered to throw the load in their washer rather than have us go out to find a laundromat on a cold dark night with super tired kids. Instead of being stressed we spent the evening in the warm indoor pool- so THANK YOU Lindsey!!! That little act of kindness meant a lot to 7 tired travelers on Christmas week!

Been here twice - and while it is not a new facility, both times we were pleased with it's cleanliness, comfort, and friendly staff. And it has the BEST hot breakfast - with lots of fresh options.

My family and I were in rooms 217 and 219. When we checked in The trash cans in the bathroom had not been emptied. We had to call a few times to have the room cleaned which didn’t get taken care of until after 5 pm! Both day and nights we had to listen to loud walking and jumping throughout the entire night from the guests above our room in 317! Called the front desk several times about this and it continued. Breakfast on our last day wasn’t even out at 7 am! Guests had to wait till 7:30 am. I’m requesting at least a refund comp of 1 night back at least. Very unhappy and upset over this.

Nice hotel

The staff was very nice and then property was clean and smelled good. They were kind enough to help place our family members near each other. The fire alarm went off one night and the staff handled it very smoothly.

The room was very clean and comfortable. It was across from the elevator, but I was not disturbed by other guests using the elevator.

Everything was fantastic EXCEPT trains! How can anyone sleep? No lie there were at least 10 trains during the night laying on the horn... Got little to no sleep.

I was very disappointed in this hotel. The front desk staff was nice but that’s where the positive ends. Our room stunk! It was dirty and horribly run down. Its was like nobody even cared. It was so nasty! The next morning, the lady that prepared the breakfast was slamming doors and throwing items onto the table. She would sigh and roll her eyes at the guests, giving them dirty looks. I was the worst hotel that I’ve seen in a long time. AVOID!

When I requested full service cleaning everyday I stayed, I could tell it was not, because toothpaste marks were still on bathroom counter.

The pool was closed due to vandalism. We switch rooms due to odor from air conditioning units.

Nice hotel, nice lobby and room. No ice maker on my floor, they said it was being repaired.

Shower was stopped up, didn’t drain while waiting on water to warm up or during the shower. Hairs in the shower. The pool area has rust spots and some parts need an update.

Breakfast not good biscuits were cold , bacon half cooked and they just mixed the gravy mix with water and put it in a crockpot. It was cold and if you put it on a biscuit it was like pouring water on it , just cold and very soggy. Won’t stay there again.

The property is nice. It was a bit noisy due to being right by one of the main highways. I had a 2 night stay. Housekeeping did not tidy up my room during the stay. But, the biggest disappointment was that I stored leftovers in the refrigerator to eat the following day and the refrigerator apparently wasn't working. My food went bad. The staff was nice. I didn't complain.

The Room was very clean and the property was well kept. My only complaint: the smoke alarm in the room was on the wall across from the beds above the TV. There is a little green light that blinks on and off ALL NIGHT LONG which is a very annoying sleep disturbance! I also was not expecting the $50 non-refundable pet fee. I may have overlooked that but it was still a shock!
