Very quiet

This place is amazing. Staff is above friendly. Haven’t done the breakfast yet but we stay about every three weeks

The location was close to local events. General areas had a funky smell to them. All cards charged 50$ deposit regardless which isn’t on the website. We reserved a 1st floor non smoking room. Was told there was nothing available. Then suddenly there was a room but the first room provided was a storage closet on second floor. Then was told there was nothing available again but then was offered a smoking room on second floor. Took that. Bed sounded like a dozen nails down a chalk board even when just walking by it. Room was marginally okay clean. Never offered any resolve to the rooms issues. Was basically told sorry not sorry.

Staff was incredibly friendly; however, the bathroom smelled like urine and the room looked run down. The beds are full size, not queen. Breakfast consisted of two cereal options and bread. The room came in clutch during a busy weekend in Jonesboro, but it’s not somewhere I plan on staying again. Again, the staff was very friendly, but the condition of the property and amenities overshadowed that.

The lady that runs the front desk is absolutely rude. I had to wait an hour to check in and it was check-in time and then I didn’t even get the room that I wanted that I had already booked and paid for.

Great stay Sometimes the housekeeper would nit leave coffee ☕️. Sometimes the guest would argue.

Clean room

Our room was clean and ready. We stopped as a midway point home. Breakfast was quick. Although they were out of biscuits they did have cereal and fruits avaliable. The manager apologized for being out of biscuits. Parking was good and it felt like a safe area. The tv worked great room had updated furniture and everything was clean. All of the staff was friendly. It met the Super 8 requirements!! Thanks again for another restful stay!

Booked a king smoking check in time was 2!she had not single room clean for me made till 3 pm to check in and they she put in double bed was missing pillows and smelled gross

The hotel was all together good There was no coffee maker in the room but the front desk clerk let me borrow one and I return it at checkout And the bathroom sink keep getting stopped up.

The TV programs They do anything about the snow which made dangerous to enter and the hotel. The took the coffee maker out of the rooms which was very disappointing.

Booked 7 rooms had to cancel 1 went up and paid for 6 rooms when my guest went to check in they only had 4 rooms said they could not find the other 2 in the computer piss poor service

Terrible. There were roaches in the room. I had a non smoking room, but woke up at 3am my room was filled with Weed smoke coming through the vents. Room doors slamming all night

Young girl at the front desk is so absolutely, unnecessarily rude. From the time i got there until the time i left she was just so extremely hateful!!!! Really need a better front face of the company because her personality is so ugly for such a nice place.

Room climate was ok/Most of the staff barely spoke english/ was charged for extra night staff stated that conf. number was not the one the motel had and was short one night costs me an additional $63.00. Breakfast was very limited.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. Housekeeper Kim (Kimberly) is the best! There are a few minor updates that need to be done but otherwise the hotel is clean, safe, and I would recommend.

The room I stayed in appeared to be in the middle of a demolition. There were holes in the wall where there should have been, and maybe used to be, curtains and shelving. The wall were unpainted and had a few places that were patched up and were un-painted. There was a pungent odor of mold as soon as I walked in, and it was visibly growing on the walls and ceiling, right near the bed. The door stop in the bathroom looked like it had been melted a few times. It was very hard to even look at. At one point, my keycard stopped working. I went to the desk and told the, and they just re-activated it without asking for identity or proof or anything. I feel like anyone could have done that and broken into my room, stealing my belongings. There was no overhead lighting and the overall feel was just...depressing. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. I stayed here for the weekend since it was the cheapest in the area. And I enjoyed Jonesboro overall. But if I stay again, I'm coughing up more money to stay far, far away from this place.

Room was overpriced, towels were old and tiny, shower head was way too low for a 6' man to bath, and the staff wouldn't make coffee in the morning until 6:30am.

Our room was clean and recently redecorated. Window curtain was replaced with an adjustable black-out shade that was very efficient. The mattress afforded a restful sleep. Bed and bath linens were clean and very nice. The complimentary breakfast area provided adequate seating and quick, cold options. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Its ok front desk a lil rude people n babies running aroind all night last night someone was knocking on someone door like they was about to kick door n at like 2 or 3 this morning its cheap they have breakfast they have roaches in more i stayed cause they affordable the room was nasty when i first came i cleaned my own dont want them in my room

The girl at the front desk was extremely rude when I asked about an early check in and seemed put out that I even asked about it. She looked at me as soon as she got done with her spill about how much early check in was and said well what do you want to do, walking off before I could respond. I had stayed multiple times prior to this but I won't be back. I can go deal with attitude and rude people for free everyday.

Good place to stay if passing through.

They have cereal and coffee, not breakfast. Rooms are small and cramped, lots of obvious signs of needs for repair. Whole place reeks of weed and cigarettes.

I booked this for my husband on the road. Once in his room he lifted the toilet seat to find dried blood drops & streaks under the seat.

I think an elevator would have been nice 🙂. Other than that no complaints.

Location is good. Pretty well used.

I like that it was decent.. it smelled like smoke all through the halls and had small breakfast options. Other than that it was ok.

Cleaning could have been better. Toilet was not wiped down on the outside. Found a dead cockroach on the floor and the next morning we found ants in the room.

Beds were uncomfortable not soft, the breakfast was everything but a breakfast had no biscuits to go with sausage gravy or pastries, three slices of bread in the box, bananas were green as grass.

Very disappointed in this hotel showed up and they tried to make us pay with cash additionally to our debit card

The rooms were very dark and uninviting. My eyes strained trying to see in the room. Breakfast was bleak and while there was sausage gravy, there were no biscuits or bread. So my total choice for breakfast was either corn flakes or raisin bran an apple or sausage gravy. In Sum, the place seemed to be run by people whose whole purpose was not to provide a warm and inviting experience but to but every cost as low as possible till you give up and go to another hotel.

It Took me an hour and a half to get checked into my room because the receptionist said that Y’all did not send her the money. It took me an hour and a half to get it worked out. I booked this reservations two days before I arrived. It was awful.

Didn't serve free breakfast

This place was absolutely disgusting. Everything smelled like cigarettes and alcohol left in the refrigerator. Room was dirty including bathroom.

Cost effective.

Wife and I stayed 3/1/25. Property had a strong odor of marijuana and some sort of odor control that burned your throat, had to call front desk for shower instruction, poor water pressure and breakfast consisted of dried out empty pans, milk poured out on surfaces and floor. Not to mention that floor in our room was so sticky your shoes would stay when you lifted your foot.

They gave us a room which in 2nd floor, and smelled strong odors, went back to front desk to have clerk to walk with me to 2nd floor, they smelled also, clerk moved us to different room.

Nice friendly staff. The hallways stink. Our bathroom wasn’t clean the sink was dirty the tub was dirty and the floors in the room hadn’t been swept or mopped. The website says queen beds but they were more like twin beds. Never staying there ever again

Generally rundown. Room had roaches, dead and alive. Everything was unclean. Coffee pot. Microwave.

Standard budget fare. Nice employees. A few ants, bed too high and chair sank right down. Cows upstairs roamed and slammed for a good bit. Decent for price

Rooms looked freshly remodeled. Continental breakfast was well stocked with several options. My husband said they had hood coffee.

Absolutely disgustingly filthy in our room. An ashtray of cigarette butts were in the toilet. The floor was so nasty. I had to take a towel with laundry detergent on it and mop the entire room along with the bathroom floor. There were bugs on the bathroom floor underneath the sink found a container of deodorant, along with a marijuana pre-rolled in a container Against the bed and floor. This hotel needs a major new cleaning crew side door you had to slam shut so it would lock otherwise it was open to whoever wanted to come in. pretty shady!!!!!

Fast check in but the room seemed dated not impressed that the water doesn’t drain out of the bathtub while taking a shower it made the tub supper slippery to stand in benefit I didnt have to was my feet since I was standing in water while taking a shower. If your just passing by and need something quick to lay your head down for night it might be worth it

Computers were down at arrival which delayed check in. Beds were comfortable, showers were hot, breakfast was light but good, clean but could use a good deep cleaning.

The entire hotel has a very strong smell of Marijuana. The pillows and tv are small. Very bad water pressure.

On arrival desk attendant looked at my copy of email-ed reservation and said they had only Smoking rooms available. I protested and then he checked me into a Non-Smoking room as reserved, after I had walked down hall and confirmed no heavy smoke smell. Overall his graciousness was less than pleasant. Room was very satisfactory.

Needs new rugs in the room.

The staff was very nice however our room apparently had water damage of some sort previously in the bathroom. The facing of the sink was rugged, peeling and severely damaged. Just outside the door the bathroom there was a strong odor of mildew/mold. Breakfast is supposed to run til 10 but by 8am they had run out of coffee. We felt no need to gripe to the staff the condition of the hotel is not their fault but for health purposes the mold/mildew issues within the hotel should be taken care of.

for an older motel.it was ok.for one night but would not want to have a prolonged trip here.

The receptionist was doing the best he could with a terrible situation. The motel was under renervation. We were allocated a room that was not it use on the first floor, no evevator. Had to be assigned a different room that was 'smoking'. Bath tub floor was VERY slippery, dangerous for elderly people.

Nice and quiet, but the slipperiest bath tub I've ever encountered. Be careful and keep a firm grasp on the handrail!

I needed a downstairs room due to my husbands mobility. They had only one but it didnt seem ready. There was trash in one corner and behind the beside table. There were no liners in the trash cans. Otherwise it was clean. It was a little outdated but we were told they are renovating. The floor was quiet with no outdoor noise. The mattress was super firm. My mother kept asking if it was on a concrete slab. The staff were very nice and lobby was clean

Comfortable stay, everything we needed, our key card stopped working every afternoon when we got back and had to reactivate it.

This was a port in a storm for the eclipse. The bathroom ceiling had a severely water damaged section of broken sheetrock that looked like an upstairs room had leaked through. The carpets were stained and worn. The mattress was hard as a rock. That said, I would've given them a much higher rating if we had not paid 4x the normal rate for the night's stay. It is probably on par with other locations for under $100/night.

Our room was clean and quiet. Housekeeping replaced our towels daily and fluffed our pillows daily. Although our room was in a non-smoking area, people next door or across the hall were smoking marijuana and/or vapes and the smell was awful in our room and hallway. The receptionist “tried to contact” them then brought industrial room deodorizer. We checked out early because of it being “allowed.” Continental breakfast was danishes, cereal, yogurt, oatmeal, bananas, coffee, and juice. It was a good stay for the first 3-4 nights. It is conveniently located to restaurants and stores. There is no elevator so if you are on 2nd floor, the stairs are inside.

Hall stunk, had a smell hard to explain, beds were uncomfortable, toilet was very small looked like a kids toilet, shower leaked when turned on, if your tall be prepared to bend down low to take a shower..toilet seat was loose, we had to buy air freshener to make room smelled good..had to stay ....that was the cons..the pros were it was quiet, convenient to shopping, very nice at check in and check out..

This is a great place to stay for our budget. We had a last minute family emergency so the hotel accomodation was great for such a short notice. The hotel staff was very friendly. Our hotel room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We didnt have any complaints and would definatley stay again.

Front desk gave us wrong room so we walked into a room with people. Then man followed us to the front and wanted us to hang in his room. Place smelled of smoke. Room didn’t though. Someone’s clothes were left in the bathroom. Bed sheets were stained

Because of emergency i requested for cancel but Expedia refused. I called to Hotel management they said we are ready to refund , call Expedia first. When i called Expedia they lied and blamed on hotel. So i will never use Expedia to book hotel , Expedia didn't refund my money $107 dollars, i will not recommend to use Expedia in future. Expedia is rascal app. Terrible experience. First and last experience with Expedia.

Exterior was not very inviting, but the room was surprisingly very nice.

Very convenient to the freeway with IHOP restaurant nearby. Confusing access to property and unappealing area around property. The photo bears no relation to this motel. No elevator for access to our second floor room. Room was comfortable and quiet. Bed was very good.

Our room was clean and pleasant. Bed was comfortable with clean linens and afforded a restful sleep. Shower was nice with adjustable shower head. In-room coffee maker available and working properly. Breakfast room is spacious with many continental breakfast options offered. Staff friendly and helpful.

Friendly efficient check in. Clean rooms. Comfy beds, pillows and bedding. Lots of tv channels. Great stay and would stay again.

Guy on the check in desk needs to find a new job as he obviously hates his. Didnt say hi or anything else except give me id and card.
