The manager was friendly and helpful. e I had to change from room 111 as the occupant in room 112 was playing the TV very loudly. The walls of this place anre definitely not soundproof. And the mattress in room 110 was horrible! Room 112 had a better mattress. The whole property is worn out! Chipped paint everywhere. Chipped vanity mirror. Poor caulking around bathtub and vanity. The towels and washcloths were so threadbare thin I could actually read a book thru them!

The manager would not accomodate or make a change of bed requests. He said he didn't like working with booking because it was not compatable with his system. It was a budget hotel so I guess that's what you pay for.

Clean, basic, and exactly what we needed for an overnight stay. The room was simple but comfortable, and everything was tidy. The price was right for a short stop, and it was a big plus that they’re pet friendly. No frills, but a solid choice if you want a clean place to rest without overpaying.

Room was disgusting. Mildew on pillows that had been tried to wash out, water marks on ceiling from past leaks, stains on bedding, walls, tables, etc. Foreign ran establishment.

Everything was really good. The drawer on the night stand was broken when we came into the room so I was kinda scared I would be charged for it. Luckily the staff must've documented the drawer already and we weren't charged.

Home away from home if you had to be away. Tucked away from the hustle and bustle, it is a very quiet place.

Everything , there was cock roaches in the room and spider webs hanging on the walls. A big hole in the shower. It was not a good experience at all

The stucco was falling off. The door jam was damaged. The frame was warped. Chuck Norris' grandma could have kicked the door in. There was paint on the old, rust-colored curtains. The TV entertainment centered had been gnawled on. The linens had not been changed. It was a late night arrival. I should have slept in the truck. Years ago, I cleaned rooms for a big chain hotel. This is by far the worst. A disgrace to Expedia.

Good stay nothing special but adequate.

Nothing CSR was not trained properly and I waited for over an hour to get checked in. Then the horror of this place was dirty, sheets had stains, blanket had cigarette burns, curtains were ripped and barely hanging on, room smelled like an ashtray even though I reserved a non smoking room. The remote didn't work and the bathroom was dirty. Not something you want to experience after being on the road for 10 hours and you want to just rest. I understand having a low budget motel, but what I do not agree with is skipping on the basic functions of your business which are cleanliness. Those are non negotiable. It doesn't have to be luxurious, but it DOES HAVE TO BE CLEAN.

Convenient to town. Pillows, bed, and bedding were awful. Guests next door yelling and fighting. Called the owner at front desk and he laughed about it.

The 2nd night of my stay I had to get my keycard reactivated. When I checked out I could hardly understand the desk clerk. They could be more polite.

We went here during the eclipse. They were one of the few hotels that didn’t double or triple their prices. Kudos to them.

This motel was a mistake. We were passing through traveling. Got a shower and ready for bed. The bed was so hard there was no way to sleep. We was here about 2 hours and that was 2 hours too long. When i took the key to the man at the counter and explained the situation, he said he was sorry for the issue. No, can we give you a different room? No, can we refund you a part of the room for not staying? Nothing. Then, when I contact Expedia about it, they said the man never reported the complaint to the Manager. So i doubt we see any of that money back... I WILL NOT BE BACK!!! Go next door to the LaQuinta.

Located on hotel row, this is by far the worst choice I could have made. Construction, shady people in the area, storage facility in parking lot and washateria business means lots of risk. Manager was rude and condescending. No grass and extra $15 charge for pets. We moved as soon as possible to a major step up for the same price to nearby ARK Suites where we had great service, nice room with living room area, friendly staff. Although it has some issues also, as some rooms are out of order due to new owners, it's 1000 times better.

The lady at the front desk was amazing we got there late and our reservation cancelled but she got it reinstated and got us taken care of and on our last day of stay she even asked how my daughters ball tournament went! The room was outdated but clean the only issue with the room was the toilet didn’t flush great

It had whole in the blanket the shower knob act like it wanted to come off I will never come back again

It's not a bad place to stay. A little dated but close to a lot of restaurants and stores. Did t have any issues during my stay

Ants. Water wasn't hot. Found napkins at the head of the bed. Burn holes in the linen. Dresser drawers were dirty. Mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. Jad issues flushing the toilet. Mattresses were filthy.

The rooms smelled of cigarette smoke in non smoking rooms there was cigarette burns on the sheets and paper/ trash as soon as you pulled the blankets back. Me and my family won’t be staying there again!

i didn't like that it was roaches, open bread and chips left on the shelf... the bathtub need remodeling and and the walls and door need to be clean, brown stuff was on it and it bathroom.

The room appeared to be ok til I noticed hair in the tub and on the bathroom floor, and also a leftover bar of soap, the floor in the room had not been mopped recently either . The desk clerk was nice and friendly though.

Black mold in places that were very odd to have black mold. Obviously housekeeping doesnt clean very well. Got called dirty whike sleeping in a mold filmed room. Do not reccomened if you dont wanna get sick.

Could not get extra towels had yo take dirty ones yo office to exchange for clean ones. Water faucet in bathroom broke do had yo move rooms. Took 2 pillows because there was only 3 per room. The owner came and knocked on my door asking for them back like I stole them.

Only had 2 towels asked for more they said only 2 per room. Had to bring wet dirty towels to office to get another one to shower with. My faucet had on shower broke so we had to move to the room next door. We had three pillows so I took one from the room the faucet broke in. The owner came and demanded the pillow back like I stole it. Said they only have 3 per room👎 No wonder the parking lot was empty. Would not recommend.

Cheap hotel is what you get here… our bed was very broken down in the middle. Bathroom was terrible. Toilet leaked, dirty walls, and black mold behind the door.

I opened the room initially and it smelled horrible I turned on the light and saw roaches running. The front desk associate happened to be in the lot outside. I let her know that this was not acceptable to sleep in. She was very apologetic and got us a different room which was better.

Staff was amazing. Its too bad that I wasn't able to stay for the duration of my trip. The rooms were typical motel rooms, but I was planning on making it work until we ran into a little issue with the cleanliness of the place. I realized that it wasn't going to get better so I decided to finish my stay at another hotel. Staff understood the issues gave me a full refund and addressed it as soon as I left.

We got there super late, the front desk gentleman was nice. Got into the room, very dated, dirty, the bedding had cigarette burns in all of it. The towels smelled of smoke. The whole place needs to be updated, remodeled and painted. The cold water was warm.

The property was old, outdated and nasty. The bathroom was dirty and tub wouldn’t drain. The bed sheets had cigarette burns in them and head boards had greasy hands pints on them. I’ll never stay at another Econo lodge!!!!!!

The ad does NOT accurately represent the Hotel room. It was filthy, dingy, stank of smoke and there was even a spot where someone tried to carve into the wall. I would NOT recommend this place. Spend the extra $20 to get a real hotel room. The only redeeming quality was the kindness of the staff.

The staff was great. The overall condition was ok. The bed was uncomfortable and the people in the room above us made noise all night long.

We stayed for just a 1 night and it was rough. If you just need a place to crash for a night just for a little quick sleep then go for it however the sheets had burn holes the bathroom was very tight fitted and the lights had burning wires that you could hear. We did advise maintenance and they were headed to fix after we left but any more then about a 10 hr night I wouldn't recommend

The people in the other room was smoking perfusiously!!!! I thought the hotel had a non smoking policy. When I researched them on the internet they had a 4.9 rating for quality...NOT!!! Never again will I go back!

The first room we were told after stepping in a ball of slime on the carpet, that a dumpster diver had been living in there and they hadn't cleaned it but still rented it to us...the second room they gave us had bed bugs and the hard wood floors were so nasty....

Hotel has some wear and tear, but is clean. Staff was nice and helpful. Location is nice, easy access to red wolf drive and Caraway. Breakfast isn't the best...some apples, pre-packaged rolls and muffins, a toaster, coffee, 2 cereals, milk, juice, and a waffle maker (did not try). Everything was good and clean at breakfast, just pretty limited. Overall a decent place, nothing fancy. Not expensive for good reason, but I would recommend it, especially if you want a less expensive place.

The room was nice until it was time to go to sleep, we had bedbugs and because I had never experienced them before I laid in the bed scratching for hours until I finally broke skin and decided to turn the lights and pull back the covers........however the manager was very nice and courteous about getting us our full refund after coming to check the bed and seeing that it was in fact bedbugs.

Visiting a nephew at college and needed a convenient spot to spend the night and this property was perfect . Clean, older property with some upgrades, refrigerator and microwave in the room. we didn't partake in the breakfast.

This is a good middle of the road hotel. The building was old but in good repair. I was happy with the room and with the free breakfast, though it was a bit sparse. My only complaint is that the bed was very hard for me, though my husband liked it that way.

Checked in early and found the room cool and clean. The bed was very good and the room appeared to be recently remodeled. It had a nice flat screen TV with Direct TV and all the channels I have on my TV. It also had a refrigerator and microwave. Breakfast included waffles cerial and toast with muffins and orange juice. Would recommend.

. All okay after. Typical of this chain, there was an electric outlet. One I would have used had a bottom outlet that kept going into the wall as I pushed the plug in The fixture was loose. Scary. Poor maintenance. Dresser had one drawer missing. The front desk day person is the only reason I did not do 1 smiley face. AC works great ang refrigerator is very good!

This place was so smelly we had to go buy febreeze and the hotel staff told us it was the cleaning supplies they use this was the most disappointing stay we've had will stay there again. We would have gotten another room problem was they wouldn't reimburse us on the room just plain terrible yall need to do more checking on cleanliness or will not use yall ever again!!!!

Door wouldn't lock, baseboard in bathroom separated from the wall and was moldy, sheets were paper-thin, bathtub had a steady stream of leaking water, shower enclosure had a hole in it. Online, the site advertised "Full Complimentary Breakfast". It was a continental breakfast that shut down at 9:00 AM.
