My husband and I stayed here for a week and loved every day of it. We had a kitchen so we were able to cook and warm up our food or keep food in the fridge. The location was perfect right across from restaurants. Everything we needed was very close. Would recommend and yes we will be going back.

The lobby and the pool/ amenities were wonderful but that's about all I could say about the hotel. I made my reservation on April 17th for my stay on May 8th. They waited until the morning of to tell me that the room i reserved was not available and they had to move me to a smaller room. Their sister properties were full as well. Im not sure why i was not told of this plenty of time in adavnce. It was for my daughter's birthday and we did not have time to change our plans as she had multiple friends arranged to stay. I asked if i could get a refund for the difference in the rooms and they told me they'd have to contact the 3rd party and i was told i wouldnt get the refund from the 3rd party. There were stains on the sheets as well that we noticed as soon as we laid down and our air conditioning did not work (again noticed at 12:30 in the morning) We had trouble opening the sleeper sofa and went to use the phone to call down and it did not work. We went to the front desk to ask if we could get some pointers and the guy at the counter told us"I dont know how to work them i can just move your room" this was at 12:30 in the morning so moving wasn't an option with 5 people. So we asked for extra pillows and blankets for the 3 kids to make a pallet and was given 1 pillow and 1 blanket. The night shift staff was very rude and un-accommodating. Not ideal for construction workers working a 3rd shift schedule when the hotel management wants to do room inspections every 5 days during the day. I tried to set a time that worked for all but it didn’t happen. I informed the staff of my schedule when I reserved the stay and when I checked in. I tried to setup an early time around 8am or after 3pm but that wasn’t acceptable.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Even though we were leaving early in the morning there was a nice fresh pot of coffee in the lobby. We were continuing onto our final destination, so unfortunately we left before the breakfast started. Maybe there could be a travel box breakfast for people who have to leave so early.

Had to pay for parking. Also found people sleeping in the parking lot in cars multiple times

It was convenient to our destination. The electrical sockets near bathroom sink were not working. Had to dry and curl my hair in the living room. The hair dryer also did not work. Thank goodness my daughter brought her own! The pull out sofa was horrendous.

The suite style rooms make it easy to gather when traveling in a group.

We have been staying at this hotel for several months while we help my father in law. We have stayed here repeatedly because of the comfort and because of the delicious breakfast each day. But this time was different—not many offerings and the front desk staff didn’t seem concerned. Very disappointed!

Good stay enjoyed the privacy of the one bedroom suite. I would recommend updating the sofa bed and having more meat options for those who don't eat pork other than that I was happy with our short stay

The first room we got the tub and bathroom sink would not drain properly. They moved us across the hall. The noise from 3 big air conditioners kept us up all night.

EV charging Free breakfast Reasonably priced Cons: Although there's EV charging, non EV cars park there and there is no regulation The breakfast is the exact same offering and we were there for a week; some food was severely overcooked and inedible It's reasonably priced because the rooms are terrible. They are old, peeling paint and stained; beds are uncomfortable, you can feel springs or other hard things sticking through. The pillows are either too soft or too hard. The floors are super thin so if you're on a bottom floor, you hear everything above you like stomping elephants. If you're on the top floor, you have to tiptoe everywhere. The shower had little water pressure. The nighttime desk staff is not helpful. After quiet hours, I needed to let them know that the people above us were running back and forth to see if she could help. The first few times, there was no one there and no one came after I waited. Finally, she saw me walking toward the desk as she was walking away. She continued what she was doing then came back out to talk to me. I told her about the noise and she preceded to call the room occupants while I stood there and made it sound like I was a kid tattling to a teacher. It was uncomfortable and unprofessional. This happened AFTER the same thing happened to my husband the night before. Cassaundra, the front desk daytime rep, was amazing. She is the only positive thing about this hotel; She exemplifies customer service. She deserves a promotion.

The staff were so delightful! Front desk, breakfast, anytime, they couldn’t have been more helpful or nice! The property itself promoted the fact that they all enjoyed working there and took care of the hotel.

This hotel is very nice and clean. It’s in a good neighborhood for Atlanta . But a fire did break out and staff gave no directions. No one knew what to do. Then the staff were cussing each other . Everyone was standing in the smoked up hallways

We have been visiting this area several times a year for the past 3 years. First time at this hotel and wish we had discovered it sooner. Great value and very cozy apartment like accommodation We are very pleased with our new discovery.

We made a last minute reservation and got an ADA room. This shower was a roll-in shower which meant that the entire bathroom floor was basically the shower. There was a drain in the floor of the shower and another in the middle of the bathroom floor. All ok but the grout just did not look clean. All in all it felt gross. The vanity was fine and looked spotless. The rest of the room felt clean and tidy if slightly dated. My biggest problem was that it was $380. WAY too much in my opinion. I would never have agreed to that knowing the condition of the room.

We had a wonderful time , the room was great, very clean and plenty of room for 3 people. The pool area was a little slice of heaven with just enough of a garden feel to relax. The employees were wonderful and are even shipping a set of very expensive headphones( that were left behind,)back to us

Pet Friendly = $75 per night for a small non shedding dog. Need to charge $200 for small kids that will make way more mess. Very angry.

An outdated property, smoking and large dogs a plenty. Room decently clean but just run down and dingy.

This was really a nice hotel. I liked the design and the layout of the room. I thought the girl at front desk could've been a little bit more courteous but it looked like it was about time for her to get off. She wanted to charge me early check-in fees which was 2:55 pm when I arrived. I checked the website and my check-in information with Expedia and it said check-in was 3pm. If the room wasn't ready she was prepared to charge me. I had a stressful day with working all night and going straight to the hospital for surgery for my sister's cancer. After getting her home from the hospital, I just needed a flawless check-in and just get some rest.

Everything was amazing. The beds were very comfortable. The room was clean. You can tell they stayed on top of maintenance issues. We received a text notification that the couch in our room was being replaced between certain hours on the day we checking out. The couch being replaced still looked to be in great shape. Very pleased with our stay and accommodations.

But to be expected and not the hotels fault. The gentlemen when checking in was kind and helpful. He went to find us a luggage cart because we had a lot of stuff. One down side is they don’t clean the room everyday and our trash added up so my husband had to go take it somewhere to be thrown away and we ran of of towels and toilet paper but you can go downstairs to ask for that. The area around the hotel is nice, grocery store is not far and places to eat are close as well. The breakfast in the morning was good, it changed daily. We will be staying here again.

It was new, clean and nice.

Our only complaint was when we 1st checked in, we were placed in a room on a hall that was being renovated due to a flood on the 4th floor. The whole area was papered off on the carpet walking in, smelled of sheet rock & sheet rock mud. So we requested a new room, and they quickly and happily moved us. But there’s 32 rooms being renovated and a whole hallway on 4 different floors. It should probably have been listed on the Hotels.com listing so guest know before reserving a room here. The continental breakfast was very bland and not much variety compared to others.

I didn't just like it. I loved it. EVERYTHING was great!! From check in to check out!! The uniqueness of family friendly with the putt putt golf and basketball court. Also the lysol wipes and sanitizer stations.

Definitely had a pleasant stay here at Homewood. I recommend any Nissan guy to stay here for training, especially if you want to avoid I-75 in the morning.

Our family experience was wonderful! The staff were very helpful and friendly, the facility is very clean with sanitizer stations next to the elevators, the room was a bit out dated but clean and spacious, and the hot breakfast bar exceeded our expectations! The breakfast bar offered scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, toast, bagels, yogurt, oatmeal, cereal, and fresh fruit. Great experience!

Only thing that is an issue is true facility could be undated, the toilet was discolored and looked as though an animal cheered it. It’s a nice place to stay other than that and the animals being allowed to stay there.

We enjoy staying here when in town. The beds are comfy and the breakfast is good. Customer service is also good.

The stay was ok , I understand with COVID not cleaning a room everyday , but every 5 day in a bit extreme and not getting towels daily is unacceptable. Housekeeping argued back and forth about towels. Front desk provided pools towels, said no towels were clean. Eventually the front desk person brought towels. I was there 3 days. Service should reflect what you are pay.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Found some minor cleaning issues but just sanitized everything again with my own disinfectant wipes and spray. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby...would stay here again.

Some genius at Hotel.com decided to make separate bookings for my stay. A one day bookings for my arrival date and a separate bookings for the rest of my stay. I had to checkout at 12 noon wait until 3:00 and recheck in. Secondly the hotel staff did not enforce social distancing or mask wearing rules

Nothing unique about it but it was nice and clean and furniture, bed and floors were really clean. No dirty spots on carpet or furniture. Pillows could have been better. Breakfast was not what the other Homewood suites had, but I can understand with Covid. It was cold though.

Stopped overnight for a stop on a road trip. Staff was nice. The room had a slightly off smell but it was clean and spacious. Decent selection of breakfast offerings. It is located near by to a bunch of restaurant options.

Nice property. Very nice staff. Elevator wasn’t working on the down part on the elevator near my room. Had to walk fairly far to get to my car. Breakfast was ok even with COVID restrictions. No evening social hour due to restrictions. Community areas very clean

Great hotel! Perfect location, close to everything but nice & quiet. Staff always nice and accommodating. Awesome amenities. Plus, there’s a neat park for the kids on the corner, in walking distance. The living area could have been a bit bigger with more seating, same as the table. There were 5 of us but only 2 chairs for the table. It still worked though. Easy and plenty of parking. The only downside was the WiFi. The signal was weak and only worked intermittently. I’d stay here over and over.
