Spark by Hilton Atlanta Kennesaw Town Center

Stayed for 5 days and enjoyed my stay. Room was very modern, clean. A great great price for the room and the included breakfast.

Breakfast was just so-so. No coffee pit and lobby coffee was cold. Asked if he could make some and he replied not his job😏

Staff and stay were good with the exception that an on-site gym was advertised on Hotels.com. They have no gym. We were disappointed as we intentionally select with that requirement.

This is an older hotel that has been redone. and for the cost it was well worth it. Lots of places close by to eat and shop.

Kevin was very nice and did extra to accommodate us when we checked in. The room was clean and the bed was soft and comfortable. I loved the walk-in shower. There were only two problems I had. One was the air conditioner took hours to cool the room down to 68 and the other was the breakfast. I only seen cereal, bagels, and muffins. I was disappointed with only those items. A hot breakfast would've been nice. But neither of these items will keep me from staying at this hotel again. It really was a good stay.

First time for us to stay at a Spark facility. Will definitely stay in future! Loved the shower stall, soft thick towels. Every employee was super friendly. Blackout curtains were good. Breakfast included hard boiled eggs, instant oatmeal, dry cereal, bagels, cream cheese, pastries, apple juice, milk, coffee--all good. Free 24 hr coffee bar. We arrived late so didn't see pool or other amenities. Restaurants within easy walking distance. Free parking.

It’s basic - if money is tight, this will be fine. If you like things beyond basic, stay at Hilton Garden Inn across the driveway. Access easy to restaurants & gas.

Nevertheless, the weekend crew came through and the rest of the stay was pleasant; therefore 9/10!

We registered for a Hampton Inn, and arrived to find a Spark. The breakfast was less -- no hot items. And the Folgers coffee was undrinkable. And there wasn't even a bin for underwear.

Good location close to restaurants and highway. Noisy traffic could be heard. The breakfast was good, simple but area clean. Good shower with good water pressure. Mattress on queen bed was in need of replacing. Had to switch in middle of the night as it was soft and lumpy very uncomfortable. Room rate on upper limit for 3 star hotel.

The hotel's website states that it has a gym... but that is not true. It mentions breakfast, yet on one of the days of my stay, the breakfast never arrived. They offer 24-hour coffee, but that is also untrue. And the breakfast is very poor in options.

Very impressed with the remodel, everything was very clean and new! Location was perfect for a quick overnight stay while on my way back home to Florida. Front desk staff was as friendly and accommodating as could be, switching my room to first floor and close to exit. Very much appreciated! Will stay here again on my next trip. nothing, everything was perfect.

Exceptional

The spark was newly updated. Comfortable bed, nice shower and bathroom.TV was fire stick ready and multiple USB ports throughout the room. The only thing lacking was a hot breakfast. Breakfast mainly consisted of bagels, muffins, fruit and yogurt

We booked last minute and everything went smoothly.

The stay was all around great. The one issue I could drastically tell was at night, the AC was controlled by the hotel and not individually by the room. Our room (#205) got super heated in the evenings, even with the fan set on high. The room was clean and very nice otherwise.

It's was worth the stay. I forgot about breakfast starting at 6am, was mad, other then that, indeed pleasant, plenty of businesses conveniently located nearby too .

Spark was clean and beautiful. They offered breakfast the next morning, this is good for us as my husband loves a hot breakfast before we hit the road. The breakfast was disappointing, yogurt was offered but was vanilla out of a machine & sugary. Boiled eggs but not peeled and I was unable to do so. No hot meals, no fresh cut up fruit. Coffee was okay but was not hot and ran out before I could get a second cup. Nice stay, but please don’t offer breakfast unless you serve hot food. Special note, staff was wonderful. We will stay again once we can get an adult breakfast.

We booked this through hotels.com 3 months earlier. It was then a Hampton Inn. We were not notified via email/phone before our arrival that it changed to a Sparks hotel. Our original reservation for the Hampton Inn included a workout room and breakfast for the 5 of us. We were informed by the Sparks staff that there is no longer a workout room and there will be no breakfast (Sparks does not offer this). There was no offer to compensate us for the extra cost of buying breakfast away from the hotel.

Room was in great condition and updated. Bed was comfortable. Staff were very nice.

It was really nice but still under construction so it was a bit noisy in the morning- it was fine since we were awake but I would have been really upset if I wanted to sleep in- the staff is super nice and everything is new, which is always a plus!

The staff was great. We didnt stay very long. They are doing the best they can with the renovations and all. Breakfast was good. Room was clean and they even had my keys ready knowing we would be in very late in the evening.

We had a hard time finding the place, booked under Hampton, only to find out the name had changed to Spark by Hilton. Got our room key, which said 207, keys didn’t work, had to go back to the lobby, only to find she wrote down wrong room#, ours was 204. Then one of the queen beds had a hole you sunk right down on the bed, and the motel was under construction! Very disappointed!

The hotel is not the Hampton Inn any longer. It’s Sparks by Hilton. It is under renovation. The dining room area wasn’t available. Breakfast was being served by the 2nd floor elevator. It was not really a breakfast at all. The room was clean and bed very comfortable. I was there February 21-23, 2026.

Location is great and room is clean but had a hard time finding it as it is now Spark instead of Hampton inn.

the pictures shown on your website were not a true reflection of the actual hotel. It is no longer a Hampton Inn but now called Spark (under construction on the entire first floor). Called your customer service and they were little or no help Hello Trivago and Kayak good bye Expedia. you still have it listed incorrectly today

Most important, I was charged a pet fee that your site did not disclose. I would not have chosen this hotel at that price.

The room was spotless and brand new as the hotel converts to the Spark brand. Check-in and check-out were easy. The construction caused the complimentary breakfast to be located just outside the elevator on the 2nd floor, and it was very small--it was disappointing. That's the only reason I did not give it a 5-start rating.

Lobby is under construction, no fitness ctr and very small breakfast area on 2nd flr with 4 chairs during this renovation - should have been listed that hotel was under this condition.

There was construction the entire trip that was incredibly loud. My family members had maintenance walk into their room at 3am and then call their room, which not only scared them, but woke their toddler. Had I known about the construction, we would have booked elsewhere. The staff was lovely, but these conditions were less than ideal (and probably a decision made by someone who didn't have to be on site to handle disgruntled guests). Won't be staying here again.

Location is great. The hotel is very worn down and in desperate need of a renovation which has just begun. Give it about 3 months and it will be a nice place to stay.

Have stayed at this property in the past but it has definitely declined. Rooms are very worn and less clean than before. Breakfast area declined as well: not well stocked and selections were limited.

Overall the stay was very satisfactory!

Everything was great! The only con was they are starting construction on the property and there was a beeping noise from a truck starting at 7am. It finally went off around 8-8:30.

All the staff are friendly and accommodating. A special thanks to “Ann” and her work with breakfast service. My grandkids and I came late and but she was kind enough to let us eat before she shut down the buffet. It wasn’t just that she did this, it was the calm, professional, patient way that she reacted to us. She’s a keeper!

This was the worst Hampton Inn we have ever stayed in. That being said, the building was in definite need of updating which happening in a couple of weeks. The elevators will be down the whole month of November just an fyi…it was clean and the staff nice, just a little run down. Nice area. Bed was comfy and the pillows were pretty good. We stayed in Hilton hotels for 3 nights in a row and they WiFi didn’t work unless I went to the front desk which was very irritating after traveling all day. Breakfast was ok. Nothing special. For the price it was good though.

We had a great stay at this property. The location provides unlimited options for shopping and dining. We stayed 3 nights and the breakfast was consistently good with many varied options. Staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely return to this hotel.

Spotless, and excellent staff. We were warmly and very professionally greeted by the gentleman on the front desk last night. Very kind… inquired about our drive, offered water and snacks, etc. Definitely a model on how to create a first impression and be the public-facing person. Nice room.

They are about to undergo some much needed renovations. The beds were not as comfortable as I would like. The mattress had brown stains and the blankets were very itchy from the material stitching. The pool was closed was closed due to the pump being broken. Breakfast was… ehh. They didn’t have too many options. Egg omelette, sausage patties, and potatoes. You could make you own waffle. We were only there a few days. But the location has a lot of options around!!! 20-30 min ride to downtown ATL. Decent place.

Nice 2nd stay. Quiet and close to anything you want to do. In a very high traffic area. Pillows almost non existent. Mattress needs replacing due to age and use.

None of the USB ports worked in my room and I was unable to charge my electronics.

Conveniently located. Within walking to Target, Total Wine, Old Navy and a variety of restaurants. It was nice to have complimentary cold bottled water, toothpaste and breakfast. There was free coffee and tea all day. The room was nothing fancy, but the beds were comfy, the bathroom was spacious and clean as the staff was friendly and helpful.

The check in process was a delight. The woman was perfectly lovely, thorough and helpful. A wonderful first impression for travelers.

The ADA room was disappointing because it really wasn’t laid out right for my wheelchair. The roll in shower was not very accommodating as the shower wand hose was too short and didn’t reach the shower chair where I was sitting so if alone I would not have been able to shower on my own. The bed was a king size bed and had only queen sized pillows on it which was very uncomfortable

The area just outside the hotel on the street and in the parking lot next door was apparently used for a large number of people "hot rodding" their cars; squealing tires, revving engines very loud, very loud backfiring, etc. I think the front desk clerk called the police, but nothing happened. This went on for several hours and it was hard to get to sleep.

Stayed on a trial. Turned out staff was pleasant; rooms were very clean; it was comfortable. Breakfast was included but the eggs and sausage were cold. They did have hot waffles and oatmeal to also choose from, but we did not try those options.

Check in the cashier charged us for the room again even though I had already paid months prior and then could not figure out how to do the refund and I had to make sure it was done the following morning. The charged $75 on top of room fee for us to bring our dog with even though was 1 night and we were there from 11pm to about 7am and that was not clear when booking. With our dog, they put us right next to the lobby and ice maker. The towels in the bathroom were dirty and had brown stains. Not expecting much from a hotel that shares a parking lot with Target, but competence and not being charged ridiculous amounts so our dog can sleep on the floor is ridiculous. Breakfast is fine, coffee is awful, waffles are best part of the whole thing.

This property is very dated. Sink water had no pressure. It smelled like a nursing home. The air was humid and moldy smelling. The elevator was slow and the component for the buttons was loose. Dogs barking all morning.

This particular Hampton Inn was not up to their normal standards (from what I've experienced in the past). Although the bed was comfortable, the overall cleanliness of the room was sub-par at best, and it was disheartening having to spend $200 for what seemed more like Motel 6 accommodations. This location needs to step it up!

This was a disappointing experience. The.smell was unpleasant (stale cigarette,.pet.odor and dirty carpet). Dogs barking; grout in the bathroom was dirty, as was the.floor. No one answered calls from my room; I had.to.go.down to tje front desk, where the clerk sat attendimg.to his phome. Housekeeping was not.explained so I was not.aware.that i needed to.reuest.service.and/or fresh towels. I will not.stay at.this hotel again.

It was a good stay but they did not clean our room and I had to ask for more towels. One of the nice things about a hotel stay is having the bed made and fresh towels when you get home from a long work day.

The rooms are very nice and I like that all the rooms are inside. The stars of the show have been the wonderful staff here. I have met a few different front desk staff between the day and night crew and the week and weekend people. Every single one of them have been lovely, kind, and very helpful! The woman that has been keeping the breakfast area while we have been here was so kind and nice as well! (the breakfast was very good too and had lots of different selections!) She was very warm and welcoming even though it was a bright and early 6am. My kids liked her as well! The housekeeping staff went above and beyond also! I was told that most likely they would be able to only leave me some towels and sheets in my room since when I asked it was close to their finish time for the day but when I returned later in the evening the had restocked all the towels and had fully remade my bed with fresh sheets. Thank you to all the wonderful staff here! <3

Hotel was rundown and over priced. I could feel the springs in the mattress and it would make a terrible squeaking noise. Every time you moved at night would never stay here again.

What use is it for hotels.com to place them for availability if they don’t honor your reservation? The clerk at the front desk was very rude and said she had a room, but it would be charged full price to my credit card. We left and we will never go there again. I also doubt I will ever book with hotels.com because there’s no communication and no person available to talk on the phone in the event of an emergency. I called the number for Hotels.com. It was disconnected!

We arrived late in the evening and were met with the best staff I've ever encounter in all my years of travel. I can see why this location get such high ratings. Everyone was so nice and helpful. The breakfast was very enjoyable and the staff, again, were so attentive and nice. Thank you to everyone who made our stay the best it could possibly be.

This was a great place to stay. Hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful. The rate was competitive. The free breakfast was small but quite nice and had everything you would need. The room was clean and comfortable and pleasantly had a microwave for warm ups as well as a refrigerator for cold stuff. There are many outlets by the bedside for charging g things as well as USB outlets. Seemed very secure and the area is very nice with an amazing choice of upscale restaurants and gas station is nearby. Driving time to downtown Atlanta is 34 mins barring traffic congestion.

Clean and well maintained! I won’t change a thing and I’m beyond picky. I’ve been in a lot of hotels and by far this is the best maintained hotel and you can tell management cares. The breakfast had a nice variety (bagel tops (egg/cheese/bacon), red velvet pancakes, etc), I have not seen at most hotels.
