Reviews
The hotel reviews indicate a general sentiment of dissatisfaction, with many guests expressing disappointment in the cleanliness, condition, and safety of the property. The staff's behavior and customer service were also frequently criticized.
- Close proximity to certain amenities (e.g., church, freeway, gas station)
- Comfortable beds and spacious rooms in some instances
- Poor cleanliness and maintenance, including reports of dirt, stains, and unpleasant odors
- Unsafe environment, with reports of drug use, homeless individuals, and suspicious activity on the property
- 3/5
Elevator is very old & dirty and whole floor smelled like weed, the room itself was okay.
- 5/5
Everything was good but not the pool or hot tub why because the pool was a little dirty and the hot tub was not working
- 5/5
Lots of poop on the property but that’s more on crummy dog owners. Will stay again when in the area.
- 3/5
The staff was friendly but there were ants in my room, and dirt under the sheets like they had never changed them. Only 1 light in my room worked, the channels on the tv wouldn't work, and the hallway smelled like cat urine.
- 1/5
Parking lot& location near freeway and computer passenger/ freight train that ran every 20 min, lobby was ok, room, ok size but mattresses set on tin baseboards, lamp shade at desk seen better days, every time you walked by tv cabinet that housed fridge, it would rattle, the mini fridge didn't get cold enough, blinds were not enough for room darkening, bathroom w toilet/shower small, neighboring area is ?coffee in the morning at 6 am was 1/2 cup, maybe night before stuff? I just would not recommend this hotel at all.

Bed was very loud while walking in the room. (metal siding)

Desde la atencion hasta el brefast y la salida todo muy bien volveria al 100%

And the guests bringing in dogs who can't share an elevator because they'll bite people is gross. I'm honestly surprised Wyndham would have their name on this place.
- 1/5
Bad receiption list. I come check in her keep talk cell phone with someone. They set up temp air condition 75 degrees too hot. Smell weed in elevator and hallway. Breakfast not good
- 4/5
I did not like that the breakfast was not a full breakfast as advertised, and the waffle maker did not work properly. I was also frustrated that you were going to charge me 30 more because I arrived an hour before the time to check in. Travelers don't always arrive at the time of check-in, and if the room is ready, why can't they check in early? The room is not being used, unless it is a cheap, by the hour hotel.
- 5/5
Good breakfast and we really like to hot tub in the room. That was very nice. I will get one of those next time I go there I can't remember nothing that I didn't like the pool's excellent.I didn't have a very good view out my window but I guess that would be the wednesday night didn't like that that was minor I wasn't looking out the window too much anyway
- 2/5
The halls smelt like cat pee The breakfast was limited to cereal or waffles
- 2/5
Room was not clean with weird smell and we asked to change room.
- 1/5
Our stay was awful. There wasn’t great service. There was a bunch of drug addicts running around all night long the first room that they had us stay in there is blood all over the bathroom floor and bathtub they moved us to another room. I couldn’t even sleep all night long. It was just an awful stay. I’ll never stay here again.

I loved our room with the jacuzzi tub The elevator was small and had a weird odor

2. Gave me room 127 and it had no hot water. No place to move to until morning and he would have maintenance come, never did. Ended up washing in cold water for funeral. Got told will have to change rooms when I get back. 3. Moved to 223 queen beds when booked king suite. This room bathroom plugged did not work so pulled hair dryer that was plugged in and the plug had a black mark from electrical spark or fire. Left it unplugged all I needed was a fire in my sleep. 4. Same room several tiles were loose and I would catch myself tripping on them. 5. Was charged for service animal (diabetic alert dog). Not happy not very ADA compliant. 6. Elevator constantly a river of water with no wet floor signs because guests were not made to wear shoes anywhere in hotel not even in breakfast area that is disgusting will never recommend this place to anyone

No hot water for almost 2 days- first day was Mother’s Day. I traveled from Sacramento to spend time with family. I don’t understand why there is not an on-call plumber. I paid extra to have a room with a jetted bathtub. Very disappointing when hot water isn’t available.. The rooms were clean, but needed some updating and finishing. The caulking between the hardwood floor and the tile near the tub was crumbling and just broken up. Bathtub tile was on backwards. This hotel says no pets, but I saw a lot of dogs. I also saw a “working girl” in the parking lot with daughter (I know they had a room there because I could hear them speaking) Everybody needs a job, but this is definitely not a four or 5 Star hotel. Barely a 3. Breakfast was lacking protein (tiny yogurts) . The only hot item was ‘make yourself’ waffles and toast. No fruit. ☹️
- 5/5
The staff was amazing! One very nice lady ran us out my boyfriends necklace that is very important to us. Thank you so much :)
- 1/5
outlets didn't work and there seemed to be criminal activity at this hotel, not safe.
- 1.5/5
There was no hot water, loud trains passing, pool was nasty
- 1/5
Manager was rude. Staff was as helpful as they could be but are clearly underpaid and understaffed. It's "pet friendly" but only in the sense that you can have pets there. However, there was NO WHERE to take my dogs out for potty breaks. There are also no side or back doors for entering and exiting for pets. You are forced to walk your animal through the lobby anytime they need to go out. Not smart. I intend to ask for a full refund on both nights of my stay. Absolutely ridiculous!!!!
- 1.5/5
Very comfortable bed and pillows. Staff were friendly. The location is very seedy. Open drug use in parking lot, not sure if they were guests of the hotel or not. Multiple cars with occupants clearing out all the trash and belongings from their car out on to the ground. No, they were not just guests unpacking or cleaning out from a long trip. They even left their trash in the parking lot when they left. At one point there was a hardly dressed women, clearly high, clearly confused, and clearly lost getting on and off of the elevator at different floors before exiting the hotel for who knows what. The entire hotel smelled like weed, mildew, and a strong perfumed cleaner. Aside from all of that, no screen on the window so we couldn't open without all the cottonwood flying in. The walls we're so thin every single conversation could be heard for quite a distance down the hall. Every move the folks above us made sounded like the walls were going to bust down. Probably only slept like 3 hours the first night. There are no comforters on the beds, just the flat sheet, fleece blanket and another top sheet. The beds were so comfy I didn't care but the pictures show a slightly elevated appearance with the comforter. The lights in the room were all different colors and flipping the light switch when you first walk in does not light up the room, just the bathroom area. We had to walk into the room dark to hand flip the switch on the light by the bed. To top it off, no hot water for shower in the morning. Evening showers were warm.

Your hotel staff allowed a guy that appeared to be living in his car to unload his entire car in the parking lot and made the whole parking lot look like a ghetto Not much, it was in an industrial area
- 5/5
Clean room, helpful and kind staff, working hot tub and pool! Good breakfast
- 1/5
They over booked the room that we paid for. I booked a room with a jet tub as my fiancé ran a spartan race and i knew that he would be sore. He looked forward to it the whole drive to the hotel. When we checked in they said because we booked through expedia they overbooked the jet tub room and "upgraded" us to a "suit" which was just a room with a living room attached the tv didnt work in the living room part and the ac in both rooms didnt work. Maintenance came and fixed the one in the room but the other one just blew hot air and it was like 80 degrees outside. We didn't spend much time in the room because of that. Overall not a great experience.

Breakfast was weak

They canceled my room without even telling me and when I got there after working a 17 hr shift and wanting to shower and sleep. The front desk girl without even looking at my id told me my stay was canceled by her boss. I asked for proof they canceled it and she wouldn’t give me any said I should have received and email that I never received.

1st room had bugs, and loud neighbors at 3 am I reported it to the staff member she ignored me 3 times then finally came up knocked on both our door and stated “ hey this guy complained about your noise keep it down “. My first two rooms weren’t even what I booked for I book a king size bed and was given two twin size beds but on my last 3 days I finally got the correct room and there were still bugs!!!!!!!
- 1.5/5
The location is not best, loud by freeway and over weekend some hangout drinking party happening in parking lot.
- 5/5
Nice clean room! Front desk was welcoming. The amenities and AC were working excellent. I highly recommend this hotel!
- 4/5
It was noisy in the hallway
- 2/5
Nice room, but not taken care of issues and poor sound proofing make this not a great option.
- 3/5
The floor in the room was all wonky. The bathroom floor was gross like they never scrub the groves.. the pool area was gross there was towels everywhere like no one checks in on it. The hot tub wasn't hot the pool was warm like stale bathwater.. the beds were clean however. I wouldn't recommend or stay there again.

At 11pm on Friday and Saturday night the train went behind the hotel blaring it's horn for a good 5 mins. We had a room with a jetted tub. The tub was great. I'm 5'7" and could fully extend and barely touch the end. I used it at about 8pm. The room above us also had a jetted tub. They used it at about midnight and we could hear the jets for the 30 mins they ran it. The room was clean, a tad on the older side, but clean. The staff was friendly. Check in and out was easy.

The double queen suite was very spacious and clean. Plenty of room for our large family to sleep and hangout. The indoor pool was a good distraction for the whole family between visits to the hospital. Close to the freeway but surprisingly quiet. We asked for our room to be serviced on the second day of our stay and they did a beautiful job! Special thanks to all the staff for working together and making our stay worry free and comfortable. We have stayed at this location a few times over the last few years. I will say they have done a great job polishing up the building in some ways. However, one of the many reasons I booked this location is because it was advertised that the breakfast was Continental and there was a hot tub. The breakfast was a choice between waffles, cereal, and toast. There were 3 Activia yogurts in the refrigerator and a few oranges. No real protein options. Do to some of us being dairy free and gluten free we reached for an orange. Not tasty at all. Almost no taste at all actually. The hot tub wasn't hot. more of a lukewarm bath. Im usually the type of person that minds their own business but I had my children with me and I was not impressed. There were people staying on the bottom floor with lots of window visitors/ traffic, if you catch my drift... Sketchy activity in the parking lot as well... If you have the choice... Probably dont bring your kids to this location.

We checked in very late, only to get to room that had ants in it. They switched our room to a smaller room that was a smoking room and smelled horrible! The floor was coming up and falling apart. Breakfast was very lacking. Pool and hot tub were warm.
- 1.5/5
The breakfast was just cereal and waffles. The room was nothing like the pictures. My television didn’t work my whole stay.

The lobby and hallways smelled of Marijuana, the evening/night audit front desk attendant was about as brilliant as a wet match in a dark cave. Not very friendly/welcoming either. We had reserved a jetted tub suite. I called ahead and asked specifically if the jetted tub was a TWO PERSON tub... was told that it was for sure a 2 person tub, upon check-in, the tub was NOT a 2 person tub...(unless you are children). In addition, I soaked in the tub for well over an hour, the jet timer, NEVER turned off. Upon reporting this to the front desk, i was told to "just turn it off and that there was no maintenence onsite till the morning" (mind you, there was no way to turn it off, no power switch/emergency kill button, and the gal at the desk did not have a clue where the breaker box was. Finally after several minutes of explaining that i had to be up very early and was not going to listen to the tub bubble all night (i ensured there was plentyof water left in the tub as to not burn out the pump), she finally said that she could change my room. The maintenence on this property is severely lacking.

The floor was old plank that was peeling up and cut my husband’s foot. Very poorly maintained.
- 1/5
I was charged $25 out of my deposit and when I called the man at the desk was very rude to me and hung up on me. He said that they charged me that because it was damaged to the towels. All I used was a hand towel to dry my hands. My daughter and I spent the night left early the next morning we literally only slept in the room. The room was left in pristine condition and the front desk. People were extremely rude.

Loved staying here, rooms are super clean and the hotel smells amazing and fresh, breakfast was my least favorite since there isn’t much provided compared to others continental breakfast. But aside from that it was real nice!

The floor was peeling up in my room, outlets separating from the wall… The pictures made it look immaculate. A notice that they were doing such heavy construction would have been nice ahead of time. I do appreciate the staff at check in being polite. The breakfast included was absolutely awful.

I booked a junior king suite for Thanksgiving weekend on Expedia at a discounted rate. When we arrived, they had us booked in the wrong type of room. There were quit a few updates happening, like carpeting, which they kept pretty quiet. When we got to our room, the internet on the TV wouldn't work, so we watched Harry Potter on cable for 5 days. Took us a bit to figure out how to use the heater, but it worked great. On Thanksgiving mornings, kids were running up and down the hallway screaming from 2:30-3:00am, staff came and asked them to go back to there room multiple times. They offer a simple breakfast. Never got to use the pool. Honestly, the hotel wasn't great, wasn't terrible. We were just happy to have a mini vacation and be close to our family for the holidays.

Long story follows. To begin with, this place is off the freeway, next to a very active train track, the parking is scarce and many vehicles appear to be lived out of. There is a gas station/convenience store next door and even though that's the only thing around there are somehow people wandering around at all hours. The reception was flat/unwelcoming but I didn't think much of it. I booked this spot partially because of the cost and partially for the pool/hot tub & breakfast. One look at the pool and hot tub, with the foamy layer on top and gritty bottom - not to mention the swampy aroma that contested with the chlorine fumes- I immediately scratched off swimming or tubbing as options. Disappointed but okay, we went on to the room. The elevator was out of order so we made the journey up 3 flights of .. erm, interesting stairs. The carpet is something part miracle, part Horror story needing to be removed, burned, and replaced it has come loose feom the glue and presents tripping/fall hazards. While I am fortunate enough to be able bodied and have good balance, that's not the case for everyone. In addition to the risk factor, the carpet is atrociously filthy. Not dirty, but FILTHY. Staining is the least of it, there are la

Shower curtain didn't work. Some plugs didn't work Heater thermostat didn't work Heater didn't work Carpets very old and stained Hottub not hot Plastic cutlery too flimsy and not strong enough to cut the waffle. And flimsy plates not big enough for the waffle. Very comfortable beds!

Staff was kind which was the best part. Hotel reeks of a chemical scent that sticks to all of your clothes and is clearly covering up smoke and other smells. The carpet in the halls is disgusting. I had to leave early because the smell was giving me a migraine.

Staff was nice and accommodating. Pool/jacuzzi looked like it had not been cleaned and maintained. Elevator was out of order. Limited breakfast items available. Wasn’t a fan of the area. We did like the suite and how spacious it was.

Asked for a quiet room at top floor towards the back and away from the freeway. Was given a room at top but right over the entrance and looking right on the freeway. Terribly noisy all night long. No sleep!
- 5/5
Location to work was awesome

It was convient to the freeway

My stay was very good. I enjoy a clean and safe hotel. I love the fact that the hotel had a working hot tub, swimming pool, sauna, and exercise room. I look for all those accommodations when looking for a hotel. Thanks for that Baymont. The only one thing I would have like was more variety of breakfast selections. There was a line for the waffles and people was holding up the line because they were making more than 2 waffles for there family. So I think there should be 2 lines for waffle makers customers. One line for families and one line for individuals or couple because they families need to make more waffles than couples/individual people. Overall I enjoyed my stay.
- 3/5
Lots of homeless hanging around. Poor insulation between floors, hear people running and jumping above our room. Floors were very wet and slippery from the elevator to the pool.
- 4/5
There were kids running around, yelling in the halls, openning and closing doors. By 11pm they were much quieter but still quite active - but I was able to sleep then. It would be nice, if even during not "quiet hours" they would inform people not to have your kids jumping off the bed, yelling down the hallway, running back and forth, and openning and closing doors all the time. Everything else was fine.

- 1/5
Motel was great, room was clean, but is in a very shady area. Lots of less than savory people loitering around the property right next to a shell gas station where homeless are begging. Also a big homeless camp just on the east side of the property. When we checkout and left in the morning l, there was a homeless guy looking into cars.
- 1/5
My family and I checked in for one night. Upon checkout, we were checking our room to make sure we didn’t leave anything behind, but we found edible gummy’s in the drawer that have already been opened. I was travelling with two young kids and I am thankful that none of them had attempted to eat them. I went to the front desk staff and left all my information to receive a phone call back from management. I gave it two days and did not get a phone call back. I then proceeded to call and spoke to the manager Singh. He then said to me that he could do nothing for me as I was already checking out. He then proceeded to tell me that I was not speaking to him respectfully in which I was. He then said he could not do anything for me and hung up the phone. Avoid this hotel at all cost as they will not pass on any messages and hear out your complaints or do anything or say anything, not even an apology.

Not enough washcloths in the room for 4 people. The swimming area didn’t have any towels. The hot tub wasn’t hot enough

It was ok. It looked way better online . When I asked for towels they said to wait until the following day to get them during the housekeeping time .

Pipes were incredibly loud, the dryer the house keeping ran made the whole floor above it shake, there was graffiti on every possible surface in our room including the dresser drawer, the side of the air conditioner and the picture hanging in the bathroom. The breakfast is limited with no real protein options. It seems like the “local hang out”. Not a place I would stay again.
- 2/5
The front desk was on the phone speaking a different language while checking us in, barely even taking note of us. Stains on the bed sheets. Toilet dirty not cleaned. Terrible smell in the room. Light burnt out. Noisy next to train. Leaf blower outside our window at 8:30am. Breakfast ended by 9am which was a bit early. No coffee in the rooms.
- 5/5
This is my 'Go to" now.. Thank you.
- 5/5
It is very quiet.
- 2/5
They tried renovating the place but it didn’t look good. The paint is chipping. The complimentary breakfast is waffles and toast with peanut butter. Nothing else. The pool looks like it hasn’t been cleaned for awhile.
- 3/5
Train passes by multiple times late at night and early in the morning
- 1/5
Staff friendly and helpful. Very kind. Hotel under renovation. Looks like they are trying to get it there. Overall, pretty clunky and in an incomplete limbo. Breakfast is only waffles, so don't get excited. But we slept okay, and got enough rest for our following day in Seattle.
- 5/5
Warning ⚠️ ⚠️ ⚠️ Do not book here! I only gave a 5-star rating so everyone can see this. 1st they double charged my deposit of 100.00 and then they said because of things such as a dirty towel or linens! How could you not get a towel wet from a shower? And utilize a bed? My room was checked and I even left a tip of $20, given in mind there were sketchy people in the parking lot even the people there were??? On drugs plus when I arrived there was a fire rescue and cops but they said it was because the elevator which ended up out of service and at that when I got checked in their systems were down so the guy asked if I could wait in my car for 20 mins before check-in in which took 35 mins. I was tired I couldn't book anywhere else because they already took my money. I woke up early for a "Continental Breakfast" which consists of old dreid $1 store bread and watered down waffle batter for waffles. They offered 1 thing of orange juice or milk. No varieties at all! Stay away from this establishment it seems like a rip off to those who actually travel and like a nice stay
- 1/5
Pls dont ever stay here. The door lock to my room was broke like someone kicked the door in. The jacuzzi in the jacuzzi suite didnt even work. It was also covered in dirt. The whole room was dirty. Smelled like cigarettes at a non smoking property? Weird. Was told we could check in late and then were told we shouldn’t even be let into the room we booked because of the late arrival. Tv didnt work. Phone in room didnt work. I was hung up on when calling the front desk from my phone about the issues. Drugs happening on property. At check out i was talked over and made to feel like the issues were my problem for deciding to book there. So learn from my mistakes. I felt unsafe and disrespected.

Very nice & clean
- 1/5
Property was in the middle of renovation. The elevators were smoldering Hot , and in the middle of getting painted, as well as the whole building, super loud equipment (boom lift) operating in the morning couldn’t get no sleep.
- 4/5
Great option for someplace to stay.
- 4/5
This was a good option for the area I was to work in. The only drawback was the breakfast options. No protein and no fruit.
- 5/5
The hot tub rooms are nice
- 3/5
Very clean room but there was no table and chairs or coffee in the room and nowhere to sit except the bed. Checking in was easy and not much noise in the hallways and from other boarders. Breakfast was not great, a little more variety would be nice and decaf coffee would be good.
- 4/5
solid. train noise at night was quite unpleasant.
- 2/5
The heater was on in the summer time and the room was extremely hot. The heater/ air conditioner was confusing I had to get help to use it. The hot tub was lukewarm water the jets were nice but I have baths hotter than that. There is a sauna which was nice. The breakfast was limited and it's just all around cheap so that's what you get.
- 2/5
Pool dirty. Hot tub not hot. Bathroom dirty. Elevator and hallways are disgusting. Don’t waste your time. Only good thing is free parking and the price. Still not worth it staff were nice I’ll give them that
- 3/5
The first room received #129, was HORRIBLE! It smelled like mold and the floor panels curling and lifting from what seemed to be really bad water damage..Everywhere! The hallway carpet, although, cleaned as best as can be, still looks old and with a slight stench. There are some areas you can feel the floor's crevice beneath it. Once we were moved to #323, oh, it was better, but still not what I expected. This one had a musty aroma, although you can smell the cleaning products as well. Toilet worked well, just really old looking and scratched up on the inside. Bottom of the beds have a metal kickboard underneath around the perimeter. Everytime you walk close to the bed, you stumble on it producing a loud metal wobble sound. The bed's comfort level was okay. Pillows, sheets and all towels were very clean. You can tell that they are trying to fix the hotel and I hope they succeed because it has great bones. Staff is understanding and polite.

Do not stay here. There was no parking, the hotel was incredibly dirty, the windows were taped up for construction with no mention to the guests upon check in. We saw past all of that but was then charged $50 for damages and when I called to inquire what these were I was told the towels were dirty. We couldn’t use the towels because the shower head had mold. The staff hung up on me when I asked to refund my $50. Save yourself the headache and stay anywhere else.

We got in after a late flight only to find our room was given away after I called ahead to make sure we could still check in around 2am. Some issue with our card being declined when they ran it at 3 pm. No courtesy call was given to us to ask for a new card or anything. They actually couldn’t find our reservation at first then found it and gave us a key, we went up to the room unlocked it and it was occupied. Then the receptionist found out why after we waited around for a hour. They then said they had no other rooms available. They refunded me which was the only plus side of this. So we had to call around for another hour to try to find a different hotel: which we did around 4:15 am. It was a hilton. I don’t recommend this property just for the simple fact of it was unorganized and how the situation was handled. Also the lobby smelled weird and it was kind of dirty. Strange people lurking outside too. Lesson learned to go with Hilton in the first place.

I was charged online when I checked in the when the girl who gave us our key charged me again for the deposit neither of the deposit have be refunded back into my account

Floor in hallway was dirty, Toiled did not flush all the way, shower off and on was about to fall off. Soap and shampoo dispensers were sitting in the tub not mounted. Could not see out of window because they were painting outside. Talk about Closter phobic. Tried to call to tell them we had to leave a day early. Nobody answered 3 times. Plus most did not speak English. never again.

DO NOT BOOK HERE! I woke up at 11pm with ants in my bed and all over the nightstand. Front desk could not do anything as they were fully booked, and no manager was on site. We were told to go back and sleep with the ants and return in the morning to speak with manager at 8am!

Hotel staff were very friendly. The beds were comfortable and the rooms had fridges and microwaves. The room was clean but the hallways had very stained carpet. They are in the process of painting the hotel so maybe carpet will be next. The best part was the location and the fact that the hotel was very quiet.

We checked in late, the attendant was alert, checked us in quickly and informative.
- 5/5
Everything was pretty close and the motel had an excellent fitness facility.
- 2/5
There was construction work outside the property went on all night. No one on staff warned us about this. We would have found a different hotel.
- 5/5
Staff were extremely accommodating and the breakfast was really good.
- 4/5
Decent hotel
- 4/5
The location is convenient--right next to a freeway exit and entrance. However, guests can hear the train during the night--three times from our count. Otherwise, very nice accommodations.
- 5/5
Love it.
- 5/5
They let us check in early, which was super nice considering we were super jet lagged. Everything was well maintained. We reallt had no complaints what so ever.
- 5/5
Loved the room. Staff could of been far more friendly tho
- 3/5
Pillows were so uncomfortable. Each pillow was different quality and none were comfortable. They were all either Too hard, too flat, too small. My family and I stayed for 3 nights and 3 days and we needed drawers for easier access to our clothes. The toilet clogged on the first night. We were given a plunger and thankfully had no further issues. Otherwise, beds were okay and the rooms were very clean.
- 3/5
The stag was very friendly and professional. I came in during what looked like a remodel. My room floor was sticky and my shower curtain would not stay closed.
- 3/5
The cold water was plumbed into the hot so no cold water for drinking or brushing teeth. Heated water in the toilet was nice😁. Very minimal continental breakfast…the only protein was a jar of peanut butter. Only powdered creamer.
- 5/5
The spa tub was amazing the bed was so comfortable
- 2/5
It was too noisy

When we checked in there was another person laying on the bed when I opened the door. I was with my 2 kids and it was really scary and uncomfortable. The staff didn't apologize, didn't offer anything to make up for it( a room discount would be warranted in this situation!), just assigned us another room. It was hard to communicate and understand the staff, one of the girls was VERY rude. Breakfast options were very limited for example they had bread, but no toaster or anything to put on it. It was loud outside between the train and people talking in the lobby all hours of the night. We were traveling with our girls softball team and did not feel comfortable staying there, we will not be rebooking here again, especially when they charged us $250 for ONE NIGHT! Only positives were the bed was comfortable and the kids enjoyed the pool.

Would not recommend. Ghetto hotel in a ghetto area. Not clean and run down location. Ants all over and gross accommodations.
- 1/5
Our bathroom floor tiles were so cracked that we had set towels on the floor just to walk on it. Toilet leaked all night and was extremely load but at least it drowned out the sound of the babies crying and dogs barking. Be aware this property is directly next to the train tracks and the train will go through at 3M. I hate to go on because I hope the management actually reads this part. Please ask for an ID before giving out a room key! We had a friend stay the night in one of the rooms we rented and he went down 3 times to get keys because his would not work. The first time he gave them keys to a room that wasn't even his! This is dangerous and should be corrected immediately.
- 3/5
The odor in our first room, no access to the internet, room keys were deactivated, limited breakfast, noisy water pipes
- 5/5
love it
- 5/5
Always clean. Towels they have are the softest towels I have ever used. I didn't care for the small round bars of soap they had. Good quality of soap just very small. It is an older hotel however it is maintained. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
- 4/5
Nice place but too many homeless in area. And in hotel
- 1/5
The beds had a weird tin like box under it,evertime you got on or off the bed it had a loud bang. The caibnet doors rattled all night from the fridge behind it maybe ? The property inside was dirty. Our bathroom was dirty and full of long black hair, I'm bleach blong and my husband is grey so not ours. The TV didnt work and was told the manager will fix never happened. Our room door didnt close properly unless you really pushed it to latch.
- 2/5
Not horrible but definitely not great there was an ant prib

The homeless in the area

Manager was very helpful and made sure our stay very comfortable. Thanks to the whole team

The 'contenental' breakfast is nothing but bread. Literally oatmeal, toast, waffles, with nothing fruit or veggie wise and no proteins. Wifi would go in and out regularly. The elevator would not work on occasion. Pool was apparently open later than posted signs if you just asked the front deak to let them use it in the middle of the night. My room, 309, was subject to shaking floor. Bed and cupboards all night making it impossible to sleep. Ive had better experiences at trucker hotels.
- 1/5
We found a used condom on the floor 5 minutes after checking in, and the manager had the gall to accuse us of putting it there. The floor was soaked from the pool water, the door handles were sticky, the carpet was coming off the floor. And the bed was covered in all these dark marks. 0/5 DONT RECOMMEND
- 5/5
The staff makes this place! My new go to when in Seattle
- 3/5
The tv did not work in the room and after contacting the desk on several occasions no help. We were told that someone would be right down but no one showed up. Finally on the 3rd day a gentleman finally got it working.
- 3/5
Needless to say, the hotel is ok, the other folks behind the desk were nicer and friendlier.
- 2/5
Shabby property, horrible pillows, loud a/c
- 5/5
Good remodel hotel, very clean

2. The breakfast you advertised on your website is very deceptive and terrible. 3. Your front desk agent that works day time has terrible attitude and customer service skill. The agent that works night shift is very polite and helpful. 4. The bed and the bathroom towels are cheap quality. 5. It is nice that you have work out area, swimming pool and Jacuzzi but the jacuzzi start button doesn't work. 6. The vending machines doesn't work. It took my money three times and didn't give me the water and juice i paid for.
- 3/5
What we don’t like the pillows needs to upgraded. The bed too old. I have a red bump itchy on my bottom. Must be a bed bug. We ended washing all our clothes with hot water when we get home. Breakfast just okay but they should at least add fresh fruit like banana and apple. I like the coffee and tea station is 24 hrs.
- 3/5
Average.
- 2/5
The carpet in this place is dirty and pulling which means you’re walking on an uneven surface. One window in the hallway on our floor was shattered. I don’t think the carpet has been vacuumed or cleaned in years. Not what I expected for $167 a night.
- 2/5
The carpets were particularly gross and our room smelled bad.
- 3/5
Constant train noise. No good food and trash and homeless all over the area. We were too scared to walk anywhere so we stayed in the motel. Nice room with microwave and fridge but pretty dirty.
- 3/5
The room was very big and spacious, but the weed smell and a few little tiny things made it a little uncomfortable. But when I did bring up the issues that I had, they were solved pretty quickly.
- 2/5
Dirty toilets, dirty carpets, first room had a leaking toilet, pool water looked a little murky.
- 4/5
Was doing some outside pressure washing . Pool and hot tub had a smell
- 3/5
Fairly clean property. Elevator could have used some work, paint peeling. The pool is on the ground floor, so the floors were wet most of the time. Rooms were ok, beds comfortable, everything worked. The toilet/shower could have been touched up.
- 3/5
Pros: Beds were clean and neat. Shower worked well. Staff was pleasant. Noise wasn’t too bad and AC/fans worked well. Overall not terrible for a short stay, just had some things that grossed me out. Place needs more attention to detail.
- 2/5
The toilet kept going on by itself all night. Shower dripping. Waffles and oatmeal for breakfast. The front desk people were very gracious and accommodating but they cant fix plumbing issues.
- 5/5
Very nice stay. Room great..clean ,comfortable, amenities, staff pleasant, quiet, good breakfast (waffles wonderful),good coffee, comfortable bed. Doing some remodeling which looks like it will be even better than we experienced. Didn't use the indoor pooler exercise equipment.
- 2/5
The building is not updated. Needs new paint. Old carpet. Room was clean and descent but not the rest of the building. Sketchy area
- 3/5
Ghetto, lame breakfast. The paint on the elevator walls was peeling like crazy.
- 2/5
We specifically got this hotel because of the indoor pool. The pool was very cold and the hot tub was slightly warm. I was really looking forward to that hot tub. The outlet in our room came out of the wall as well as the toilet paper holder. The shower bar was broke and it just drooped. You can hear everything going on outside of your room, every person in the hall, next door, or above you. Their breakfast was a joke. It was waffles, oatmeal or cold cereal. They didn't even have coffee hot and ready. I kept going back and forth to my car to check on things and every time I went past the front desk there was nobody there.
- 3/5
Property is runned down, needs some upkeep. Some of the faucets needed to be tightened. Elevator had a large spot of peeling paint. Right next to the freeway, about 5 minutes from center of town. Walls appeared paper thin. Bed and pillow were comfotable

Carpet is old and wrinkled, and seems dingy.
- 2/5
Overall the bed was the only positive thing there. We will not be returning.
- 1/5
First, they didn’t have our reservation. The places smelled, was so noisy and very sketchy people around. My sister in law also stayed and said there was no hot water and the bed didn’t have sheets. We all didn’t stay the second night, checked out early and found a different place.

There is a fabric chair in the room that had hair and dried food stains on it. The bathroom had hair on the floor and in the shower. Yuck!
- 5/5
Very nice staff, clean lobby and room.
- 3/5
No fan in the bathroom.
