    I can't say much about the lodging experience, because there wasn't one. Since we arrived after midnight, despite having pre-paid for a reservation and receiving no communication about the front desk closing at a certain time, the front desk was closed when we arrived. Despite some nice folks trying to help us out with the situation and waking up the manager, he came down and informed us there was nothing he could do. My family was thrown out into the street by Motel 6. The sign in the entrance area told guests who were turned away because they arrived too late to call 911! I'm not making this up.

    Room did not have working shower and faucet. Staff promised maintenance in an hour but not fixed for our entire stay. No alternatives provided either. Room does not have a coffee machine and has a TV but no remote! In all poor experience.

    This facility was the worst I have ever seen in my entire life. There was a used condom stuck to the bathroom wall. Dry blood clots on the wall near the bed. Blood splatter on the lamp shade near the bed. The microwave had burnt residue throughout the inside. Open drug use in front of the main lobby and throughout the common areas inside the facility. The photo advertising the room is fake, probably AI photo. Nothing like reality. The entire facility and room smelled like extreme "arm pit oder". The pillows smelled of a horrific body oder. When I complained and wanted a refund I was denied of course even after I had pictures and video proof. It was a "crack house" basically. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy, let alone any couples or families. STAY CLEAR!

    I arrived to no one at the front desk to check me in for over 40mins! This is a transient motel not hotel. People where all over the front desk. People outside hanging out. You can tell there's drug use going on. Someone peed in the stairway. Horrible!

    Main issue is that there is no-one at the front desk for 40+ minutes at a time. We had to wait for a long time, and there were others that had been waiting longer than us until someone showed. They were polite when they finally showed, but you can't run a hotel when there's no-one to check-in guests when they arrive. To illustrate that this wasn't a one-off, later when we returned from dinner there were a bunch of people at reception waiting to check-in and one person confirmed they'd been there for longer than 40 mins. When it was check-out time, there was no-one at the front desk - another staff member unrelated to the front desk walked by and told us that the front desk staff was "offsite" and would relay that we had checked out.

    We could not spend the night there as our keys stopped working. Front desk closes at 10pm, so no one to help. We walked to nearby hotel for the night stay. So over all we did not have good experience at all.

    They charged a " utility" fee of $100. Plus a $ 2 charge per day. On top if our internet purchase. There were drugs being used outside around the building. There were questionable people coming in and out frequently. It smelled bad.Saw one man od. We did not feel safe so ask for our deposit of $102. Put this one on your list of do not stay. The online pictures look great. Its a lie. The only good thing was the young man at the desk. He was supposed to be training but the manager left and hadn't come back. He did everything he could to help. He needs to apply at a hotel that isn't a homeless shelter

It is nothing like the online pictures. The grounds were not particularly clean. The elevator walls/floors were filthy. The room was not very clean. I felt compelled to look for bedbugs (fortunately I did not see any). The furniture/fixtures are dilapidated, The toilet did not flush unless I lifted the back off and manually assisted. The shower was intermittent "hot" but mostly luke warm. Seeing a front desk employee was sporadic. I had planned to stay 2 nights, but I was so put off and uncomfortable that I moved my appointments so that I could leave after 1 night. It was better to give up the second nights cost than stay another night. I am still waiting for the surprise security deposit to be refunded. Insult to injury considering the condition of the property/rooms. I emailed the parent company but I have not heard back.

    The room was rundown. Furniture was old and worn. Close to the freeway so it’s noisy. Beddings are terrible. Only a thin cheap blanket. Hallways were not kept clean.

    building was in poor condition, room smelled like smoke had cigarette burns on bathroom counter, floor tilling was falling apart tv stand was an old dresser with the finish worn off room and overall building was not clean. the building is used for low-cost housing and lots of tenants had dogs in the hallway and lobby and people sitting around in their cars doing who knows what also a guy sleeping on the ground at the back door and the garbage dumpster was overflowing and homeless people hanging around behind the dumpster. nothing against people struggling life but this place should not be presented as a hotel. We would have tried to cancel our booking but we didn't have time when we got there.

    I had a bad experience during check-in; I waited over 15 minutes because there was no one at the front desk. The employee's attitude was poor, and—to my bad luck—the room had a hole in the wall. It wasn't visible when opening the door, so I didn't notice it until I used the bathroom. I assumed they had rented the room out in that condition, and I made the mistake of not reporting it. After checking out, I thought everything was fine until I checked my bank account and saw that they had charged me the security deposit. I called the hotel, and the receptionist told me the charge was due to the hole in the room. I replied that I hadn't caused it and that it had been there since I arrived, but she responded that it was my fault for not reporting it—and that was why they kept the deposit. That is total BS.

    Would NOT recommend this place to my worst enemy! Booked a night, and guess what? There was a homeless person living in the room! The place reeked of stink, like they've been living there forever. I felt completely unsafe and uncomfortable from the start. They had the audacity to move us down just one room—seriously? Then, after switching rooms three times, the next one was filthy! Only after the fourth room was finally cleaned did it become somewhat tolerable. This hotel is a disgrace—basically giving free rooms to homeless people and drug addicts! Stay far away!

    The front doors being locked after certain hours were bothersome, had to use side exits. Parking lot was dirty with trash. Bed slid when we sat on them, they need something under them, so they won't slide. We had a kitchenette but there were no pots, pans and or dishes to utilize the kitchen. Only had two trash cans, one in bathroom and the other under the sink we had to pull out. Was afraid to use the suitcase stand as it was a wire shelf on the wall. Not enough outlets to charge our stuff with. Good thing we bring our own charging station.

    I stayed at Ramada and motel Auburn, then Bellevue lake washing hotel finally I came to extended stay I want Jorge, Faith, Roiti and Precious to write up adoption papers and make me their Uncle they made me feel at home.     I reserved a room through Hotels App and when I got there, they didn’t have any rooms. All I was told was they didn’t know what happened and they had no other rooms. Not sure if my refund is going to go back. It was 1130pm when I was checking in and I had no where else to go.

    It’s old and outdated. The room above us was so noisy till about 2:30 AM, then again at 6:30 AM. Assuming a kid bouncing around as it sounded like running, jumping and falling. Our room seemed to potentially not been cleaned. Missing a bedspread. Telephone had been ripped out of the wall and the cord just wrapped around phone. Drink ring on counter, and dried cheese next to sink. Curtains were frayed and falling apart. No TV remote. No big deal for us as we were gone to baseball till 11/11:30 each night. Door was hard to open, like it was stuck. Bathroom door didn’t latch at all. Very dingy looking and dated. Popcorn ceilings, furniture looked like it was picked up from goodwill, and definitely need a good deep clean/repaint. Staff were friendly enough, but little interaction other than complaining about upstairs noise and requesting another blanket.

    We had one room without a working AC. At least they refunded me for the room. This property has been neglected for a while, both rooms we booked had something wrong with them. This place has no frills or amenities so book at your own risk.

    We turned up at 10:30pm and was told they had no room. The whole city was basically full because of events going on, on the 26th July. Precious on the front desk was incredibly helpful and sympathetic and managed to find us another place which had just had a cancellation around midnight. We are incredibly grateful to her but now Expedia will not refund us the money because they tried to speak to the hotel again and they have refused the refund even though we did not stay there, awful behaviour.

    Originally booked in April. We needed to change our credit card prior to arrival, and were unable to do so. Both the hotel staff and Expedia were unable to make the change. We had a late arrival as our flight was late, and the hotel cancelled our reservation even though I had called and spoke with someone on the phone that same day. We were left with our 4 kids at 1:30 am without a hotel room. It took another 2 hours to find another hotel with availability.

    To expensive for how the hotel looks and is. Toilet never worked unless after every flush you take the top off and touch the float, but you have to do it after every use. Hotel smelled really funky when you walk in and the elevator smells even worse. Rooms were way too depressing and the bed looked like it was a sofa bed. They need to lower there hotel prices to $100 a night and that’s pushing it to. It was not worth 300 a night

    Breakfast is included however all they provide is nutrigrain bars, full mirror is blocked by a tv, there’s no hair dryer, provided us with plastic cups, the bathroom door does not shut or lock properly, staff was rude when we asked for the basic amenities. paid over 300 for a hotel that should instead be called a motel. worse than a motel or a days inn. seems like we checked into a place that is still living in 2021 with covid and corona. bathroom was very dirty and room smelled of smoke. so so inconvenient to travel with kids or even alone

    First and foremost, the front desk staff was incredibly friendly and easy to work with! The first room that I was in had a dirty and broken toilet that still had clearly used toilet paper still in it. The second room that i was moved to just felt sticky and grimey. I felt like I needed to use hand sanitizer after touching anything. As a solo female traveler, I felt very unsafe in the area. My gut told me to check out early and find somewhere else to stay, so I did. I have never cut my loses and left a hotel early like this before.

    Horrible hotel. First only one entrance was avaliable, but there were locked door at each end and the middle making it hard to get to your room. Ist room I had the refrig was so loud I had to unplug it to get any sleep. The stove didnt work and had to switch rooms 2nd nite. People screaming at 4 in rhe am all three nites. No stoppers in tub. Also found a small bag of drugs behind end table. Meth or crack don't know. I would absolutely not stay here again.

    The floor was horribly sticky, the shower faucet leaks, run down and overall had a very sketchy feel to the whole place. We left, found another place and did not stay even one night.

    She scared us by informing us that the place is a dangerous place and the hotel is a 2 star hotel and the area is not a safe place, even the room she said it’s not pleasant, we checked in late because we went around the city of Seattle and as soon as we got to the hotel, she said we’ve been waiting for you that’s what she said.

    I booked my reservation here with a king size bed, and they put me on a qieen bed after i payed for a king size, they said the hotel was booked, not my problem but this staff doesn't care what you pay for, they do whatever they feel like it, it'll be the last time i stayed here at this location for sure

    I have been overcharged and had to fix plumbing issues on my own. I was handed a plunger and said good luck. Eventually, somebody came up to clean up the mess in the bathroom that was not my issue.

    I dont like the "I scratch your back, you scratch mine" policy" they got going on. Didn't like being waived a pet fee but then charged all the waived fee deposits at the end of my stay causing my family to not have enough funds to continue our stay. Especially after spending over $800 dollars with Extended Stay. One day when we extended our room through Expedia for $96 dollars the associate charged us an extra $70 3 times on top of that stating the last employee forgot to charge us the pet fee but when checked in we got it waived. Makes no sense. Lamps have no lamp shades, the doors don't lock, the maids enter your room when your gone, the elevator is about to crash and smells like mildew. Definitely won't go back to the Kent Extended Stay. Tukwila and southcenter location much better in regards to on point and friendly staff, cleanliness, amenities, and overall experience.

    Both rooms I texted were in horrible condition. Missing lampshades, bathroom door didn't lock and was put on backwards, burner on stove didn't work, window wouldn't open, chair was broke and sat sideways and room wasn't very clean at all. Definitely NOT worth the price. Motel 6 was in better condition and cheaper.

    I want to be very clear with this review! The Entire hotel is filthy and it Reeks of weed and cigarettes. The parking lot has cigarette butts and trash all over the place. Stay in Renton or Maple Valley much nicer.

    Would have liked at least a coffee pot in the room. Never stayed here before so didn’t realize there were no amenities/ no frills No counter space in the bathroom Tv needed to be mounted higher LOVED that it was pet friendly ❤️ Luggage stand would be nice 😊

    The facility was clean, smelled nice, and overall, pretty good. However, my stopped working. I went to the front desk, and there was a note from front desk indicating that the person would be back in 30 min. Not so, it was an hour and a half. Not good.

    Cost was less than two years ago which was nice, but less was offered. Grab & Go used to include fruit. Having only one entryway made parking less available. No one at desk when we arrived; had to hunt up someone. Had to request kitchen utensils and then go pick up ourselves. Very limited what we got, no lid for pot. No table knives, large spoon. Had to later request toaster and kitchen towel, no dish soap. When receptionist was at front desk, she was especially nice and accommodat-ing. She seemed to be on overload but did the best she could.

    Older hotel in need of renovation. Room and hallway smelled of smoke and off notes. Did not seem like a hotel but more of a semi perm residence for some, completely not what I expected. Room was noisy, slightly unclean and furniture was showing considerable age. The hotel was completely understaff and the poor women at the desk was juggling several tasks leaving us waiting for over 20 minutes. She was pleasant and apologized for the wait, it was really not her fault but in my opinion the management. Disappointed and if I could have cancelled prior to my check-in I would have.

    The refrigerator and freezer did not work at all. Toilet wasn’t bolted down. Broken light switch with wires sticking out in bathroom. Microwave was dirty with burn marks. Burn marks on bathroom counter. Of 4 doors to enter/exit building only 1 was usable. Most of the employees that worked there were never at the desk and acted like they didn’t want us there.

    This motel is a dump. Some woman who refused her name seems to be the lone employee who does whatever she wants. She didn’t physically slap me, but her mouth is in the gutter and makeup a mess. This dirty, rundown building should be demolished. Hopefully the staff can seek employment in SAmerica, which is where your calls route to when calling the front desk from your room

    The property steals money from customers. They do not pick up calls if you miss you check in. They do not issue a refund. Kathleen, the manager on duty that day was rude and unprofessional. She walked away as I was asking a question. I will making a complaint with the BBB, Kent City tourism office and ADA office.

    I wish I would have made this a refundable trip- this hotel is not in the best area and a lot of those staying in the hotel are definitely more of an extended living there type of stay. It felt unsafe, the beds were horrible, the place smelled like weed.

    Nothing stood out to make this accommodation stand out. The service was better than good and their security measures were better than good. The room was standard, the kitchen functional, and the bathroom clean. It fits our purpose and our price range. However, breakfast was oatmeal…only oatmeal. There was also no hairdryer as stated in the description. Although the mini kitchen was adequate, no dishes, pots or pans or cutlery were offered or available which made the kitchen redundant. Overall, it was mediocre and although it had some downsides, now that I know about them I can modify what I pack to rectify them.

    We got to the hotel and we told there were no rooms available, even though we had a reservation. Honestly, with the condition of the Lobby, the fact that management would not come out and left the poor desk worker to deal with MANY people who booked and pd for rooms that were not available, I’m almost glad we didn’t stay here. I will never try to book a room with you again. You left us with nowhere to stay and we sat in baggage claim at the airport all night. I don’t care that you refunded people, if we had a reservation, those rooms should have been available to us and the many people we saw turned away. You lost a customer.
