I was on the 2nd floor at the back of the facility. There was no way to use the cart to take all my luggage up to my room. I had to make many trips up stairs carrying everything. Very inconvenient.

The people were very pleasant and were eager to help. Everything was good I especially like the central location close to everything.

I stayed at this hotel before and didn't have the problems I had this time. Someone snuck in my room and changed certain maintenance type stuff, like the door lock and also switched the bathroom paper tissue wall unit. I let management know. Ive had this type of stuff happen before. Its an obvious situation that needs appropriate and careful resolution.My aftercare lotion was also misplaced, the manager was sorry and very helpful. Maybe its the soriety jerks!!!! Which makes no excuse, I really hope the place gets the upgrades and proper people to use the funding right without cutting corners. The Ramada name has a long reputation of being a very respected name.

Front desk staff was excellent and personable. The condition of the property and rooms left something to be desired. Just needs some updating and TLC. There was an incident outside of our room the one night that involved police and EMT showing up to speak to a drunk person, so I didn't feel the safest staying here. I would probably not stay again.

Not a lot. My room. Was for handicap but if I was in a mobility scooter or wheelchair it would have been hard getting through the door. Door was at odd an angle. Light switch on walls didn’t work. Hair dryer didn’t work. Don’t like seeing exposed electrical wires with the plastic clips holding the said wires.

The staff was very helpful and professional, there is easy access for moving trucks with trailers. Pet walking is safe.

I found and killed 3 spiders and 2 other insects in the room. The microwave panel was falling off and the TV was crooked and looked like it would fall off the wall. Continental Breakfast was just just wheat toast and plain bagels, with yogurt and oatmeal available too. There was a make your own waffle station, but it didn't look very sanitary or appealing. The ice machine worked well but looked like it was going to tip over. Honestly, just a really sad state of upkeep and it was shocking seeing the Ramada name attached to it. The staff was friendly and helpful, but that about the only positive.

The ac is uncontrollable, some things are braking off, parking is unavailable at night due to guests from the next door restaurant using all parking Breakfast is only from 6-9am Who wants to get up so early on vacation The trash can was nasty dirty in the breakfast room. We got only coffee and there was stuff swimming in my cup so I threw it away….

its an okay place for the price, but I felt very unsafe during my stay here. The people in the back of the hotel are very sketchy even the people visiting are.

The coffee machine in the room was also broken from the beginning. We reported it to the staff, but no action was taken. My son was sick that night and needed to drink a lot of water and use the bathroom frequently. Because of the cockroach issue, we asked the front desk if we could move to another room, but they refused. As a result, my son stayed up almost the entire night and had to use the bathroom in the hallway outside the room. The next morning, we showed the front desk photos and videos of the problems and requested a full refund, but they also refused. Overall, this was a very uncomfortable and disappointing experience, especially because we were traveling with a sick child.

They got our reservation wrong. I booked a two bed room, they gave us a one bed room. They corrected it with no problem but the room they gave us not exactly clean. There was trash on the floor when we walked in. The TV's didn't work. It served is purpose at least.

The staff was rude. They gave me the wrong room key then acted like it was my fault when I had to come back and have them fix it. The room had old dusty furnishings. The people in the room next door were loud.

Lack of power outlets. Room had power strip with one open socket. Bathroom can see dust in exhaust fan. Loose fixture. Tub well loved(worn). One towel from front desk was more bathmat than towel and it wasn't a bathmat. 2nd floor hallway door left/kept open whole time. Outdoor steps slippery if shoes wet despite steps being dry. Cracked double pane window, some fogging between panes. Breakfast was oatmeal packets, yogurt and small apples which technically is a breakfast. Something off about the yogurt...grainy texture which had me wonder about food safety. Light switch for table lamp an uncovered screw. Solution must have been light switch by door (other side of the room). Dresser drawers didn't really want to open. Coffee maker on tray on microwave on fridge all using power strip along with TV. The guy (I assume it was a guy) in the next room started snoring loud enough that my son's phone sleeping app registered the snores. Are the walls thin? What can we do to make this property technically qualify as a 3 star property? pluses: room was clean, reception person was kind

Don't get bamboozled. One of the pics shows hot breakfast serving trays but the only hot items are a single waffle maker, toast and oatmeal. Room was missing a smoke detector, the luggage rack was completely destroyed, and the shower curtain rod was not installed correctly so you had to hold the shower curtain closed to avoid getting water everywhere. They must've paid a lot of money to get good photos. Also, the night desk person was rude. They also charge a $100 deposit, which is not mentioned in the listing. THIS SHOULD BE DISCLOSED. I would never stay here again. True cost should be about $19.99 per night. I can't believe this hotel is part of the Wyndham group. I've stayed at Motel 6's that were nicer.

Getting in and out of the parking lot was challenging during high-traffic times. Ice machines on both floors didn't work. Location did NOT have electric car charging on-site as advertised.

I was there for a week and a half front desk first day arrived. It was not very nice. Checked out that weekend then had to rent again once the staff again was actually moody not very helpful. Third time I talked to different staff. He was actually nice and helpful But when it came to room service, they did not clean every day even though I called three times to let them know I left at five in the morning and come back six in the evening because of work they still didn’t clean it. I had to call and say I was complaining that’s the only way I got them in there 10 minutes after my call.

A not so great smell down the hallway from the desk to my room was also present (not really sure what the deal was there). I was well aware at booking that I was booking a cheap and quick Hotel. However, cheap does not mean gross. The staff at the front desk other than one person made me feel like I was just a bother. Did nothing but lean against the counter every time I walked through the doors. If there's time to lean, there's time to clean! Somebody might want to vacuum those hallways and stairs. Doors to the hotel in the sketchy back part of the building were left open all night long before the druggies and homeless to wander the hallways. The pool is empty. Claiming you have breakfast is a very thin line. A waffle iron was available as well as extremely expired oatmeal. There was never coffee, I had to ask for it to be made numerous times. Parking is a safety concern because there are only a few spots up front where you can step over all the needles, caps and foil in order to get to the front door. Other than that you have to park in the back with the druggies and the sketchy people working on their cars. 10 out of 10 would not recommend.

Hotel was old, and in bad conditions and not the most family friendly atmosphere. The only nice thing on the Ramada Hotels are the lobbies.

The jacuzzi was nice but everyone around us was so loud! The room smelled like stale cigarettes and feet. Ants in the room around the shower. The front desk person was cordial and didn’t mind that we checked out early (around midnight) there was no way we could sleep from noisy neighbors to a tv that didn’t work it was just all very meh. Fine for a night but not if you are a light sleeper.

Left a day early so I didn’t have to stay there again - been ignored by management about refunding the extra night I didn’t use as well.. won’t be back

The day before I received an email from the Ramada to register for check in and for any upgrade requests which I selected the upgrade for a jacuzzi room which they later on approved that same day. Honestly did not like anything about this hotel besides the bed. The bath tub was gross, the phone wasnt plugged in nor did it have a cord to call the front desk, there was stains on the carpet, garbage outside the room from when we checked in to leaving the next day + a single dresser outside the room but made me put a $100 deposit when i got there?

Took a chance on this property after reading some mixed reviews. Thankfully we only needed to spend one night. The property seems to have some inside access rooms and some exterior access rooms. For this stay we were in an exterior room at the back of the property. This is our experience: * Key cards were finicky, with only one of two working at all. * Upon entry, the room smelled of smoke. We specifically booked a non-smoking room. * The window did not have a lock. As the room was on the ground level, it was concerning that someone could easily get in. * The bed mostly appeared clean, but the rest of the room was gross. One pillow had a stain, the floor left a residue on our feet, the bathtub was heavily discoloured, urine on the base of the toilet, a tissue in the light fixture, etc. * The bathroom door handle was falling off. * The bar lock on the door was misaligned and therefore did not work. * Random light switches that did not do anything. The above sink light was burnt out. * Graffiti around the bathroom trim. Overall, we were thankful that we were only spending one night. I will say the towels seemed nice quality and the bed was comfortable, but the cleanliness tainted our stay. Also wanted to note that the pool was drained, it didn’t affect our stay but it is something to note since it is advertised.

Room itself was nice cold air conditioning great shower pressure clean room comfortable beds and pillows. Hallways outside the property staff friendliness and service was all the one star.

The front desk staff was friendly and apologetic. I went in knowing that this was a property in need of updating. The condition of everything was extremely poor. We checked out early after finding a bed bug.

My family and I arrived at the hotel late and there were fluffs all over the sheets, so I didn’t feel comfortable using their blankets. I used my own. I didn’t sleep well since the bed was so hard. Also, it was muggy in there and my allergies acted up for a good hour or two and it smelled weird. There were scuff marks on the walls, bugs, and spiders near the bed. (Not bed bugs) The bathroom wasn’t clean, so I wiped it down the sink with Lysol wipes and the guy at the front desk wouldn’t clean it until 10:30am the next morning. There’s only one waffle iron in the breakfast area, and no cereal. I had to wait awhile to get a waffle, but they were good! Online it said that there was a hot tub and pool outside, but when we got there, there was no water in them. My kids got excited for nothing. I would have stayed somewhere else if I knew. Online I booked two queen beds, but they seemed more like full size. I kept falling off the bed, so had to sleep in the other bed. Don’t waste your money here! It’s an old hotel, and badly needs a remodel and pool repair! One of the guys at the front desk was nice, but the other guy was rude! Every time I asked a question, the answer was “no.” It is handicap accessible and has a ramp to the handicap spot, but the bathroom is small and has no shower seat.

This hotel was the worst nightmare. Banging doors all through out the night, you can hear the noise, moving furnitures upstairs at 3am. We checked in at 1am. Asked the front seat staff whom seemed like had no energy and had given up on the guest as you can hear him answer the calls and the way he was conversing with with other guest as well, as if he didn’t care about any of the inconvenience the noise the smoking, this hotel was just terrible. It was a nightmare. We had zero sleep, and checked out way early as this place felt very unsafe.

Did not enjoy, originally checked in we got into the room and there was old food in the fridge and the garbage was full. Obv wasnt cleaned after last use. Couldnt figure out the tv, asked about it then left for the day, got back to room still wasnt working. Asked reception said it would have to be fixed fhe next day. I wanted to take a moment to express how disappointed I was and staying at this hotel first the hotel was in a very bad neighborhood and very rundown. When I arrived at the hotel there were cops cuffing people leaving the hotel second, I wanted to bring up that the cleanliness of the rooms in a non-smoking room, it smelt like pure smoke and very low maintained. There was mold growing on the curtains and on the shower And inside the bathroom, I felt very sick staying in this hotel room and I would not recommend and thoroughly this area is very dangerous if you are staying in this location, please be very cautious when staying here.

The breakfast did not have many options, yogurt and a waffle. The air conditioning in the room did not work well however the staff was great and the room was clean.

Staff at front desk couldn't supply anything. Kept saying housekeeping will handle that next day but they didn't. I couldn't get an ice bucked (need housekeeping for that. Never able to get anyone to empty my trash cans or replace wet towels. Asked multiple times. Returned after 8 hours one day and still no dry towels or trash emptied and housekeeping was gone so front desk couldn't help.

Stop at this hotel was friendly and helpful. The hotel is the highway would make which made it very easy to get to Seattle or Tacoma. I will be staying here again in the future

We were down for Memorial day weekend, and great granddaughters birthday. We paid for 3 nights and asked before we left in the morning to have our room made back up and new towels. We came back and nothing was done. angerly I called up to front desk for some new towels, and he told me I would have to buy new towels for $30. I stated that I had asked before we left. The room was dirty. He gave us new towels after I yelled at him saying that this is very unfair. I asked the manager as we were leaving if that was standard for any stay and he said no and he was very sorry for their actions. There was supposed to be a continental breakfast to but only had bread, waffles, yogurt coffee and juice. I mean really bad service and not caring. I stated that we needed to be comped for our stay.

Do not stay here!! The pictures and reviews are far from what you get! The front counter lady acted like I was bothering her because she was on her phone when she was checking me in. She definitely was not inviting or welcoming. I asked to change rooms because the first room they gave me smelled of cigarettes and mold. Not to mention the lock one of the doors was broken and did not lock! That's not safe! When I got to the second room surprise surprise, it was the same thing!! I was supposed to stay for four nights but I had to get out of there. I barely made it through the first night! If you value your health, time, and hard earned money, then don't stay here. Go anywhere else but here!

It smelled like cat urin

Nothing unique. The room stunk of a overwhelming pet urine as soon as u opened the door. The smell was just as bad in the bathroom. Beds felt like you were sleeping on a board. Didn’t change rooms as we didn't arrive til 1 am. Have to share parking with a bar. The bathroom fan looked like there was mold around it. Breakfast was very skimpy. Might as well not had one.

Long term tenants that are smoking and drinking everywhere. Had to worry about my vehicle being safe overnight.
