There was a noise sounding like bubbling water that we heard all night. It might have been the ice machine. We were in room 229. You could hear it coming from the wall behind the TV

Best Western Plus here was an upgraded motel. Room doors face parking lot and stairs to second floor. Room was decent and got a good nights rest.

Rooms were clean! The staff was very nice! The lady behind the counter said I had a pretty motorcycle and she wasn’t wrong lol had a great stay will stay again.

Friendly staff, clean room and walkable to La Catrina, a super cute Mexican restaurant. Breakfast at our hotel was fresh, hot and the service was wonderful.

Awesome breakfast (eggs, bacon, potatoes, waffle bar, fresh fruit, cereal, oatmeal & apples, pastries, etc), pleasantly surprised with a larger-than-expected room. Shower was a little finicky (very minor complaint).

The room was nice and clean and they do have a nice TV with a lot of channels. Breakfast was good. We had a king room with a shower only but the shower had a clump of hair on the seat and where you put your soap, it was really high and I don’t think the cleaning people can reach that high but they need to check it because it was dirty. Shower and shower doors need more attention. We arrived 30 minutes early and they wanted a 15.00 early check in fee. We waited until 4pm to check in. I was not informed of this fee prior and I also informed them of when we would be arriving but no one ever said anything.

Property was clean. One of the few spots with actual grass for pets. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Too many guests with their dogs off leash. Should be a signed agreement with a fee if they break the rule to be 100%

Floors were extremely dirty, bathroom fan sounded like it was going to blow up, pool had so much chlorine it burned the skin, hot tub was out of order.

There was hair on bed sheets, the light switch beside the door was broken and the toilet was dirty. However, for one night sleep, it was a comfortable room and I am happy that there was no bed bug there. I also loved their breakfast

This is an older property and perfectly serviceable. Our room was enormous and the beds were comfortable. A big television, mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Quite clean. The evening desk clerk was very friendly. Breakfast was included. Nothing in particular, but it could be a standout if it truly capitalized on its mid-century modern vibe. It’s on Route 66, after all.

The room left my daughter’s feet black, the hvac didn’t work well, the hot tub was really hot and the pool was really cold. The staff at the front desk, house cleaning, and kitchen staff was all really great!

Comfortable rooms. Forward to hotel management. No PBS in the TV package. Why not? I was unable to watch my favorite PBS show Tuesday evening. There are, however, 7, yes 7, sport channels.

Impeccably clean! Huge room with comfy mattress. Well maintained. And the cat loved her stay as well. Of note, Rebecca greeted us on arrival all smiles and was so pleasant! Huge kudos to her for her stellar customer service.

Stayed for one night passing through. The staff members were friendly to our kids and family. They had recommendations on food and places to visit. My daughter left her water bottle in the room after we checked out and they texted me to let me know we left an item in the room. Will definitely stay here again when passing through.

As a self employed bookkeeper I was able to access everything efficiently and finish what needed to be done daily. Internet was great. Room had a workspace with a comfortable office chair and plenty of USB plugs for all my needs. Room was Spacious lots of room for both of us.

We were checked in quickly (it’s good to be Best Western members) and given free water bottles + cookies. There was keurig coffee in the room! Breakfast was great! Nice stay… we’ll be back.

This was a nice stopping off point for my recent trip to San Francisco. The location is kind of along a car sewer, but that is par for the course – and yet there appeared to be a couple small local businesses nearby that didn't feel completely alienated. The build-quality was decent, and there is a free breakfast – which was sort of fair-to-middling or par for the course for this level of motel.

Room really wasn’t as clean as posted online. Hair found inside the shower, dirty socks left on the side of the bed from a previous guest, and the door was very difficult to lock. It was okay, not the worst we’ve stayed in.

We were traveling with three very young children and found this to be a perfect and very family-friendly place to stay. Shout out to Jenna, who was so helpful and kind to us when we ran in for some breakfast with the kids in tow!

The room was clean, but the heater did not work. So the room was cold.

The room was extremely dirty. There was like blood or something stained on the sheets, we stayed there because they said it was clean and safe. With two little ones I would never stay here again.

Heat did not work. After two calls they brought a space heater. Didn’t exactly heat the room. We try to stay at your hotel every year when we pas through. We will find a new place.

We've stayed at this location for the past three years. They've made many remodels and are still working on some rooms. The renovated rooms are very nice with big TVs and very-comfortable beds. Convenient to Rt66 and a couple excellent Mexican restaurants next door.

Best room we have stayed in, in a long time. Nice size sink… no slippery floors in the bathroom.. and a shower mat for the shower!👍

Hot breakfast buffet was the best he have had in out road trip. Best part was the waffle toppings and the veggie eggs, and the coffee, love all the creamer. Staff was attentive and cleaning and refilling the breakfast spread.

We got settled into our room and the Tv did not work, we had to pack up and move to a new room and had none of the handicapped things we needed. Staff was nice enough to get a new room but did not bring the chair for th shower, however they did knock on the door for the ice bucket back

I loved that it was pet friendly, quite rooms, close to breakfast and parking. There was a lot of animal hair from a previous pet on couch, but I didnt care as much because I had my dog just a note. Breakfast was delicious.

We were very plessed with the handicap accessible 1st floor room. We traveled with a pet and the room designated as a pet friendly room was perfect for us. We had plenty of room. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast buffet was good.

Bottomline... this place is dump. old, unsafe, and basically beat up. they are trying to update some rooms.. however the current rooms they are selling are basically next to these old dumpy rooms. 1 - star is too high for this place. It needs to be closed

Clean, big room, comfortable beds. Very quiet despite proximity to freeway (not sure we even heard it) and train tracks (heard the trains but not loud enough to be a bother). Tasty breakfast. And I was impressed with the thoughtful items available to purchase at the front desk. But what set this place apart from so many places I've stayed was how friendly and attentive the check-in and breakfast area staff were. I felt like the place was a good value. Only demerits were that the room doors opened to the outside and that the place wasn't that new, but those were really minor. If we need to stay at a hotel in Kingman again, we'd definitely come back to this place.

It was good for a one night stopover

Arrived just after midnight after a long drive. Staff was very friendly and efficient with check in. Room was spacious and fairly up to date. Shower was dirty, including shower curtain. Shower did not drain well and filled up ankle deep and stayed that way. Toilet was clogged. They did have nice dispensers in the shower, but the shampoo dispenser was empty. They did provide small bottle samples, so that was helpful. Did not have the opportunity to call and have fixed, as we left early in the morning. Room was fairly inexpensive, but would not stay at a Best Western again.

Lav sink drain runs very slowly. Sink tends to fill up when running water. The handle on the faucet is about to fall off. No condements for the coffee..

I really liked this motel was nice and clean, breakfast was amazing. The Mexican restaurant near the motel was awesome as well. The only thing i was unsatisfied with was the noise. The train and alot of traffic.

We liked the property but didn't like being the Daikin was right outside our room. Heard Diesel trucks starting up. Did not mind the train tracks or. Wish our ac woeked our room was 80* all the time went and purchased a fan to us.

I would not stay here again the room was dirty with hair and dust in the corners and it was clear the floors had not been vacuumed or swept. Room smelled of cleaner when we arrived and it is obvious it was to cover up the moody smell. The heating system was so loud it sounded like an airplane taking off. This BW backs right up to the railroad so it is extremely loud! The BW Wayfarer across the street at 2815 Andy Devine Rd looks so much nicer I would stay there, that’s what we thought we booked but ended up at this one breakfast was just ok. Scrambled eggs, sausages, biscuits and gravy, cereal, toast, fruit, yogurt Staff was very friendly that was the only plus for us.

Where do I start. The door to the hotel was not working, the staff at the front desk not friendly. When we got to the room the floor was sticky, beds not comfortable

They offer a free breakfast buffet, which we love on the road, however by 8:30 it was mostly cleaned out and the only thing still available was making waffles or some hard boiled eggs. We checked back about 45 minutes later and nothing was re-stocked and there was even less food than before. I did let hotel management know, they said they will address this with their kitchen staff. We would stay here again!

The full breakfast was wonderful!

We all loved the proximity of our hotel; it was close to Golden Valley where we were for the day. The staff was very courteous and thorough; our check- in was easy and smooth. I got several prompt and informative text messages from the hotel; making our stay so nice. Sonic was nearby where we had dinner, the beds were comfy and soon we will have our free and included breakfast. Our stay couldn’t have been nicer.

The bed needs to be replaced, sagged in the middle quite a lot ! Otherwise clean, large room, walk-in shower great, refreshing.

There were two construction dumpsters in the parking lot which did not allow me to park my auto in front of my room. Other than that I enjoyed my stay!

The room was nice, the bed was comfortable. They have a very good photographer because at first glance i was disappointed. But once inside the room it was fine and the breakfast was good.

The gym was one of reasons I got the hotel but could not use since it does not open until 8 AM - I needed to be out to my destination before that. Perhaps open the gym at 5-6 AM so people that work could use it.

This was a perfectly adequate motel (I term it this way since our door was directly to the outside vs. from a hallway on the inside). Room was decent, quiet and perfect for our one overnight stay between the Grand Canyon and Vegas. The included breakfast was also adequate and did the job for us.

The room was great - spacious, up to date, great bed. Staff was kind and helpful when needed. The only thing is that the hardwood floor made my bare feet dirty so I think they need to clean those a little more. It looked really clean, but my feet showed otherwise.

The bathroom light switch needs attention. Light didn’t turn off and if not repaired could be dangerous. The bathroom faucet handle was very loose to the point of not operating properly although usable. The TV remote also did not work properly. Probably needs a new battery.

Our first time here. We had a very pleasant experience, had a king bed which was comfy. Everything was very clean and they offer breakfast in the morning with hot food. It's set up to help yourself. All the staff were very polite and professional.

My wife and I were in Kingman looking at homes and the area. I am retired law enforcement from Atlanta and I have had it with the traffic, people and crime! The area was great and the hotel and staff were fantastic. The pace was considerably slow compared to the big city. Loved it. The landscape is beautiful! Stayed 2 days. Thanks

My family and I stayed here one night while traveling from the Grand Canyon to Southern California. We found the bed mattresses to be quite comfortable and the complimentary breakfast quite good.

Great customer service. We were pleasantly surprised how clean and big the room was. We were very comfortable here and we would definitely return. There was even space to park our truck and trailer where we could see from our room.

The hotel is conveniently located off the 40. The staff are very attentive and welcoming. The breakfast is quite good relative to included breakfast at pricier hotels. The rooms are dated and the carpet needs to be replaced but it's obvious upgrades are happening as the shower and vanity were newer. The bed was very comfortable. I just wish the AC in June was running colder as I sleep better in a cold room.

For the price, this hotel is quite disappointing. We paid around $180, including tax, and could have gotten a cheaper 5-star hotel in Vegas. The hotel has the appearance of a motel, which doesn't justify the cost. Breakfast was average, adhering to Best Western standards, but notably lacked bacon. On the positive side, parking is free.

The property was clean and the room was very comfortable if a little dated furniture-wise. The breakfast offered was very good with several hot food selections.
