Night was refunded and they said they closed that room to travelers. Nice and helpful staff but awful stay. Did record tiny bugs and bloodstains on linens. Positive ID of bedbugs crawling on bed….

The bed was very uncomfortable. Felt like you were sleeping on a box spring. There was no type of cushion and the sheets didn't fit on the be properly. Room smelled musty.

I’m not sure how this spot has the rating it does on hotels.com. This place was dirty, unkempt, and noisy. The front desk clerk was not friendly or helpful at all. I usually don’t review places if they’re bad, but because I spent an extra $20 due to the good rating it had verses another location just down the street that looked a lot better taken care of, I felt like it was necessary. I would say this place deserves more of a 5-6 rating at best. I would NOT stay here again.

I have booked two roome for one night stay and I felt like it's motel.. bathrooms were old. Water smells. One of flush didnt work.

It was a decent place for overnight, parking was OK. Floor in the room was a little dirty, but nothing major.

She asked if I lived in Glendale as indictaed as my residence. I told her I did. She told me thr information that is on my id is how people are determined to stay at hotel. I offered to provide her with proof of residence by showing utility bill. She said "No, I've had a bad day and I don't want to deal with this." She gave me my keys and that was it. Her attitude was extreme, unwarranted and off putting.

I reached out to the manager, Jamie, but was told nothing could be done because I booked through Expedia. When I contacted Expedia, they were unable to get in touch with the property. Overall, I would not recommend staying here, even for a quick overnight stay

The room was very cold at night since the heat wasn’t working. And, the breakfast was very basic.

Nice big room

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, however the room was where I had my issues. The fan & heat bulb in the bathroom both sounded like they were going to explode as soon as I switched them on, and there was absolutely NO hot water, so we were forced to take cold showers. We also both woke up with red bites on our ankles and arms. The “breakfast” provided was just two types of pre-packaged muffins and water bottles.

I left an item in my room and the staff helped me get it back, which I really appreciated. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. The breakfast was very limited, but OK for the price of the room. I would stay again.

We just needed a new place to get some sleep for the second leg of our trip. We travel with our dogs so need to find “pet friendly“ accommodations. It was pretty quiet while we were there. I felt comfortable walking out dogs in the neighborhood. Staff were very friendly.

For the price it was a reasonable place to stay. However the exterior garbage cans were overflowing, no coffee machine in the room, no extra blankets, and breakfast was a wrapped muffin and coffee. I've stayed in some bad places. This one was not the worse, but close. I couldn't believe that Expedia said that they haf breakfast but all they had was gas station muffins. The toilet had a leak so it cycled all night. Last, no hot water and most were asleep when we got up so we know they hust didn't run out. We told the front desk and they said thank you for letting us know and that was it.

Morning staff was nice. We had concerns when we first got in room and seen some damages but quickly was informed they keep very good track of it. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Only issue we had was my husband had an allergic reaction to the soap they use. But overall would recommend.

The kid working was nice. But while sitting by your little sign saying welcome, enjoy, everything works my tv quit working. Apparently it just flipped a breaker. Nothing else on and I even unplugged frig. Kid came right over and showed me how to flip it back on. However I continued to flip off 4 more times in next 30 minutes. Gave up, went to bed. In morning it did it twice more while trying to watch the news. Annoying….

The property was easily accessible, decent beds, very clean, all good until hot water went out for several hours. Obviously this was an abnormal situation & management was courteous, keeping us informed; resolved okay. Would stay again!

I've stayed here two times and both times the floors were kind of dirty. The bed was fine, but the toilet had problems this last time. There are some people who hang out in front of their rooms smoking, but no one was causing any problems. It's just a run down property. The ice machine hasn't worked at all. There is a washing machine, but I didn't try to use it. The people at the front desk were nice and check-in went smoothly.

The breakfast area has said the remodeling in progress- I come once a month and no improvements.

My stay was comfortable however there were few areas that needs addressing. First of all the floor was dirty, i had taken a wash cloth and wiped around the bed and the wash cloth turned black, chair by bed definitely seen bettter days, seat shown wear and tear. Lastly, the ac unit was very noisy. Unable to load photos

Everyone was very friendly rooms are way out dated and room had like a werid smell. Everything looked clean but could tell it was time for new carpet and mattress. None of that is the staffs fault and again for a quick night sleep after we drove 18 hours and new we would be up earlier to start driving again, it got the job done. Would i stay again probably not unless i couldnt find anything else.

Hotel room was adequate but breakfast offering was pitiful. Muffin and coffee or tea. This was the worst we’ve encountered for a hotel that says it provides breakfast even if it was called a grab and go.

Swinging door bolt lock was missing. Told the staff they said I’d be fine with just the deadbolt. There were a lot of stains on the pillows and bedding. It was gross. AC was dirty. Stairway smelled like trash and was disgusting!

All the employees are super helpful and nice. I usually stay at Hilton hotels or IHG hotels, however things are different right now and I’m staying at motels. I was a little worried, but pleasantly surprised with everyone here, from the workers to the guests. I’m a woman traveling solo and I can get worried about my safety, but here, I felt safe enough to take my dog out to go potty at midnight. Would I do it all the time, no, but I wasn’t scared to walk out my door. I’ve been traveling from the west coast to the east and back again so I’ve been through areas that don’t feel safe, there’s no graffiti or people doing drugs outside the hotel. I’m very happy that I found this place.

Great for a quick one night stay

Initially it looked clean but we found old blood stains on one of the sheets then I saw a dried streak of blood on the wall above the headboard. When I walked to the bathroom barefoot I spilled some water on the floor and I grabbed a washcloth to wipe it up and the washcloth came up black! The floor couldn’t possibly have been mopped in ages. No note pad or pen in desk drawer either. One bed was nicely firm and comfortable. The other bed was very very soft and when I sat down on it the springs creaked. The microwave and frig was spotless and both worked well as did the air conditioner.

I had packed a truck and had been on the road for 22 hours. When I got to the room, I immediately took a shower. I then found there were no bath towels...only 3 hand towels. When I got into bed, I had to brush whatever was on the bottom sheet off...it felt like flakes of some sort. When I told the guy at the desk about these rhe next morning, he said they were having trouble with the cleaning crew...I agree!

This entire property was Filthy and discusting. The room was dirty and worn out. The breakfast that was advertised was an absolute joke, and the coffee was cold. The Board of Health should shut this place down.

The property was dirty and in poor condition. The room was dirty, mattress was stained, no protective sheet, only a flat sheet folded in half, no trash can, furniture was falling apart. We did not stay. We checked in, went to the room (saw the condition), went back to the lobby to ask for a refund and then left and found a different hotel. The room looked NOTHING like the pictures online.

The room had not been dusted. The bathroom floor was not clean, shower curtain was filthy dirty, tub didn’t drain and the toilet was leaking. We told the front desk person and he said he’ll report it. We ask for towels to put down by the toilet. We ask to get a clean shower curtain and they put up clean one.

Excellent excellent service by the 2 gentlemen at the reception desk. We bothered the manager on duty a little for the lack of some stuff in our room, but he addressed it right away. The reception trainee deserves to be hired full time and get a raise immediately! He seemed to struggle with the check-in process a little, but the gentleman offered excellent, prompt, courteous service, right along side with the manager. This place is also very reasonable in pricing. We would absolutely would stay here again!

This hotel was clean, comfortable, and a good value. But, there were various minor problems indicating that it isn't run as well as it could be. Our room didn't have soap initially. Our bathroom vent fan stopped intermittently. There was a loose step on the staircase up to the room. Also, note that the free breakfast is marginal (packaged muffins, yogurt, boxed cereal, coffee, juice). The hotel is a good value but there is an element of "you get what you pay for."

Rm 122 king sized bed was comfortable, reasonably priced room, dining nearby. Online check-in is well worth the time, it made check in as easy as show my id, take my key and go. Nose outside was a little annoying (people talking loud etc). Overall, I would recommend and stay again.

I paid for two nights. I asked hotel management to have the room cleaned and the bed made properly for our 2nd night’s stay- which they did- but they deactivated our keys, and housekeeping threw out all the soap/shampoo and didn’t replace it!

Love that this location allows pets, they have a small gravelled yard, some places it’s hard to find a spot for a dog to go, mine always prefer grass but gravel works

Hotel room wasn't very clean. Saw two bugs, one in the bathroom and one in the fridge. Staff member who checked us in was friendly. Muffin or cereal were the only options for breakfast.
