This place would be ok for overnight, but not any longer. Pool was there but no way to access it very disappointing for guests with children location not good.Not many places to eat except a mcDonalds, Definitely would not stay or recommend

I really like this hotel, it was easy to find via GPS, and within close proximity of certain locations like for example Disney World. The hotel was nice, the room was spacious and cozy, the staff was very polite and helpful, overall I was very pleased. I will most definitely be booking future stays at this establishment. My room was dirty; the sink didn't appear to have been cleaned in a while - there was a thin layer of grime on the entire area. Someone had spilled something inside the refrigerator and on the carpet around it. When I brought this to the attention of the front desk, they said someone would clean it, but no one did. So I wound up doing it. Housekeeping came twice during my stay but all they appeared to do was leave me clean towels and remove the trash. With the exception of check -in, not once during my 4 day stay did anyone at the front desk acknowledge me when I walked by, which was concerning from a security standpoint. Honestly, unless you absolutely cannot afford anything else, do NOT stay here.

This was my second time staying here, and I would definitely come back. The location is great, the parking is included, the rooms were clean, and the staff was very friendly. The rooms are a bit outdated, especially the furniture, but everything was comfortable and worked well. The hotel has a mini fridge in the room and a pool, and the price is very reasonable for the area. Overall, a great value for the money.

Once I arrived to the facility, there was a large area of the parking lot that was inaccessible due to a massive sinkhole. Once I looked past that, I could see the rest of the asphalt was very old and in need of replacemen. Some of the cement curbs were broken, some were missing chunks and others were very crooked. All of them and the sidewalks were way overdue to be pressure washed to remove all the grime. The building facade was also unkept. Checking in was fast and easy. I asked the employee where any restaurants were, she said she had no idea she's only worked there two months. There was no literature for any businesses in the lobby so I resorted to Google to find a place. Once I got my key, I had to climb the stairs to get to my room, there was no obvious elevator. Once inside my room, I was stunned by how small and cramped it was. The entire bathroom with toilet and shower was at best 3 feet x 2 feet and the vanity was outside of the bathroom and was spacious. The pictures used in the Expedia app for this place are NOT entirely accurate, they're misleading. The plastic shower was not very clean or spacious and the plumbing was all pitted and corroded. The shower was cheap, OLD, & disgusting!! The water took a while to heat up too. The entire property is old, neglected, cheaply patched up, and otherwise unappealing.

Booking.com better make this right. This hotel is disgusting. Upon arrival, the lobby reeked of smoke. Upon parking, the grass between the building and the walkway hadn't been mowed. All the paint is coming off. The side entry door reeked of smoke. The room was filthy. The shower had several hairs and the toilet either hadn't been cleaned or was stained so bad it looked dirty. After finding hair in the shower I pulled back the bed sheets and found hairs. I tried to tough it out and started picking them off with a tissue and then washing my hands, but every time I walked back to the bed I would spot several more. It was almost midnight, but I knew I couldn't stay there. Spoke to the front desk. They apologized several times but didn't offer any remedy. I told them I would feel more comfortable finding another hotel and that I needed a refund. They agreed and said Booking would have to issue it since they had charged me. They also said they were notating the issue so that there would be no dispute about me getting a full refund. I left and booked at a place I'd stayed at before. Went there and once on my room I filed the report with Booking. Later that day, they emailed me saying they couldn't come to an agreement with the hotel and offered me a $19.50 travel credit when I had already paid $100 for the room I couldn't stay in. This hotel is horrible. Trust me. There's a reason rooms were going for $44 a night. Booking, please issue me the full refund I was promised by the hotel immediately.

My husband and I actually came here for our honeymoon and we wanted an area near Disney World. This exceeded my expectations. Everyone was so nice and anything we needed they helped us with immediately. Thank you so much you guys were wonderful!

Good for a night out two, not longer than that. The best was really comfortable, and the outside of the building looked updated and clean. The rooms were very outdated and pretty sure there was black mold on the shower head and fan above the toilet.

Disney world access from this hotel has been great ten to fifteen minutes and and you pretty much there. Being right off of 192 has been the best. Because there's so many food options. I mean, you just go east or west, and you're going to find something you want. Room service is either requested or if you need a couple of things from them, just talk to them in the morning, they'll help you out.If you're there for a long stay. We had the AC set at 65° due to it being so hot and never had a single problem with it.It always kept the room cool. Pool access is great, the door handle takes a little to figure out how to open it.If you need a towel , you just ask the person at the front desk there is a pool towel return in the hall.

Value for money. A small kitchen area you can use by reception with a toaster, microwave and hot water. Rooms very clean. We needed to check in past midnight and this was no problem. Good location if you have a car. Property is older but that is reflected in the cheaper price.

The Landscaping on the grounds is not taken care of. There was really tall weeds everywhere. the pool water was fine, but there was absolutely no shade and no umbrellas.

Bring your own shampoo, conditioner and body wash and ask for extra towels.

We have stayed here twice now. For the price it’s a great place to stay! The beds are comfy, air is good and the pillows aren’t bad either. Room is dated but expected for the price. The biggest downfall is having to ask for ice at the front desk. The lady was annoyed with us but she’ll get over it. The entrance can be a little tricky at night so just know that if you’re arriving late.

The front desk manager canceled my reservation left me stranded by I wanted to stay for 2 nights and because im local he canceled my reservation. His words let me see what I can do? Why when the room was paid for. And last time they didnt take a deposit now they do?? All of lying going on and I dont appreciate being treated poorly.

It’s not bad for the price and for a couple day stay. Rooms are not very clean, a lot of visible dust and debris, had a moldy smell, the bathroom and shower are super tiny (not ideal for a tall or bigger person).

It was as expected: to be an economy place with low-frills. It is tucked behind some other businesses off a main thoroughfare and felt safe for a single female traveler. It was easy to locate and the staff were responsive. The room was small and somewhat dated but adequate and clean. Ice had to be requested daily at the front desk which was a bit inconvenient but not much. I would stay here again if a short term stay were needed.

I would never go back there Paul the manager lied about giving me a refund and I’d like you to get involved in helping me with that. I haven’t called your AAA number yet, but I will if you need me, but please call me first at my phone number on my profile, the room was not clean. There were hairs. There was stuff on the wall the color of red in the bathroom, especially pieces of things were broken. The blinds on the windows were infected because they’re torn and shredded. The AC is a problem. The main entry door to the room is a problem out of alignment not a full closure without excessive force. It was just one hit after another.

When you enter the hotel the smell of mold/mildew is very strong. The room had the same odor. The lighting in the room was low, and the air conditioner sits very close to the bed so the cold air is on your face body as you sleep. Woke with dry sore throat. It is the smell of the room and hotel, air-conditioned blowing at you I rated lower. This should be a 6 not an 8. The pool also should leave the skimmer out for patrons to scoop bugs out of the pool. Over all the hotel Iwas clean, staff friendly. My suggestions would be remove carpets and the Murphy door to the bathroom (seemed to have strong odor. Proximity to park and price were excellent.

If you want to walk into a smoke filled lobby, and feel like you have to check every inch of your room for cleanliness, then this is your hotel. Reminded me of a motel 6. Definitely didn’t match the star ratings it had. The hotel didn’t even had the name on the building, soon as we pulled up, immediate regret.

Everything was clean and nice I had a peaceful week staying there and parking was convenient this is our 2nd year staying there will stay again next year!

The man at the desk was very nice and the hotel was clean-ish. The hotel didn’t even have a name sign on the front but the hotel was very moldy and musty. There was no way we could stay there. We got our money back and went elsewhere.

We had a late flight into MCO and did not arrive at the hotel until around 10:45 pm. We got a great deal on the hotel, so I did not expect it to be anything immaculate. We really only needed it for a place to sleep anyway, since we were going to disney. When we arrived the staff was great. Got to the room saw the bathroom wasn't really impressed with the shower. But thought hey it'll be fine. When I pulled back the sheets on one of the beds, you could tell that it had not been cleaned. We saw multiple pieces of hair within the sheets. But the worst thing was that we did see bed bugs and I also saw at least 4 blood stains on the sheets. It made me feel so uncomfortable that we checked out within an hour of being there and then had to find new lodging at midnight.

Unless you don't mind the furniture that looks like it came from the 1950's and got lit on fire. The shower had no water pressure and the top sprayer part wasn't spraying water. The middle section looked like there was mold and itbwas so outdated. The outside of thr shower looked like mold around the botto of the door and the floor. The toilet was so close to the floor that everytime i went to use it I was surprised i kept going down and didnt land on the floor. The newest things in the room were the mattresses and bedding. They only served coffee in the lounge area. So no continental breakfast. So again why does this place rate at 8.2/10? I would not book here again.

Room for my friend and I because my home was being deep cleaned. When checking in, apparently the hotel doesn’t allow local to get rooms but how would I know this. Had to get the manager and he as super kind and told me this. Because my friend was out of town we stayed. The bathroom was super tiny. The shower head was old and didn’t look like it was clean in a long time. And the pressure was bad. The lights were all different colors and some flickered when turning on. A lot of the furniture was very old. The bed was very comfy but kinda wish there was better comforter and now thin sheets or thin blanket. But it was for two nights just to rest our head.

I am not sure how this property received an 8.2. When I pulled up, I wasn’t even sure if I was at the right place or that it was even open. It was grown-up and there was no signage and a few scattered cars in the parking lot. Initially the room looked clean enough, but there were several areas where it didn’t look vacuumed. Some yucky black stuff hanging off the shower door and then there was the blood stains. We got in late so I did not notice the blood stains until the next morning in the sunlight. Several stains on the pillow and on the sheets as if someone have been bleeding on their face. I went down that morning and asked for the sheets to be changed only to come back late again and noticethe blood stains still there. They simply came in and remade the bed. When I went down again and told them the next morning, they did change the sheets that day. One thing that concerned me was the fact that the blood stains on the pillow case and sheets matched, which tells me they simply washed those sheets and put them back on. The reason why that concerns me is it shows that no one is staying at this hotel. Normally all of the sheets would be put together and the likelihood of the pillowcases and sheet matching up exactly is highly unlikely. Truth is I can’t even guarantee that the blood was not fresh and maybe was never even laundered.

The room we had was musty smelling which made the sheets smell and feel damp. The room was super old and definitely needed paint and a new shower. I do have to say the bed and pillows were comfortable but I was worried about bed bugs since it was so musty inside the room. There was one employee at check in and he barely said anything except ask for card and drivers license. The girl at checkout did not say 2 words when I handed her the keys. I would not stay here again. The price was great but I would pay $20 more a night to stay in a newer hotel.

Parking was safe, all the door locks on outside doors worked so you have to have key card to get ( been noticing at other places they are typically not working or non existent so love that), air conditioning worked great, very quiet peaceful environment laundry facilities and it didnt cost an arm and leg. Good stay would stay again

This property is showing its age. The taps have hard water build up & the shower stall is small & dated. Carpet should be removed. Bed was clean & thankfully bed bug free. Free parking was great. I didn't have time to check out the pool. McDonald's is across from the parking lot of the hotel, so you can take a few minutes to walk there if needed. 7-11 is there too which makes it easy to fill your rental car before returning to the airport. The place was quiet during my stay. They have 24/7 front desk support which is nice if arriving later. Upgrades are needed, but it was a fine place to stay & I felt safe there.

Prime location, good price, plenty of parking. Friendly staff No inside stair access to 3rd floor. Outside stairs have no access from outside even with room key. Staff smoking in stairwell and just outside main entrance. Says “non smoking” property.Butts in stairwell ashtrays. Smoky smell in halls and stairwells. No sign on building. A little clean up around the building would go a long way. Pool area should be cleared of dead palms etc

The hotel's maintenance is lacking. However, the staff is generally friendly, especially the cleaning ladies.

I could tell the room was dirty by the feeling in the air when we walked in, especially the shower. The A/C helped mask this to some extent. There was an inch of dust on the tops of the furniture. Bathroom had what I believed to be mold. I did see a lady with several spray bottles so i know they clean to some extent, but the rooms are probably too used. Also, there are absolutely zero amenities besides the location. We wanted this to be our go-to hotel after our good experience last year, but we won't stay here again. And no, there won't be comments from the front desk because we did not tell them anything. They are already aware.

Needed updating & a deep clean! It was run down but acceptably clean. The pictures definitely don’t represent the hotel well. I’d probably stay again due to the good price & location.

The Spanish guy at the front desk was rude disrespectful and had the room not been for my father I would have gave him a piece of my mind. Was refused to extend the stay will never go there again! Really need to get a better staff member was not greeted was talked to like I’m less than and looked down on. Property was fine.

Our room was clean at all for the 3 nights we stay in. We ask they told us they will do so that they instead the test lead a couple of towels in room. If they would told us from the bugging room were clean on daily basis then we will be a different story. We find lot of mold on the shower knots of the shower. Defenitly not a good experience. If you don’t mind there’s it’s a place to stay

As a solo female traveler this hotel and staff are excellent. I feel very safe staying here.

Needs an overhaul

I Have stayed here a few times before. I was a little disappointed this time around. My first impression when I walked into the room was the carpet was terribly stained and in dyer need of a replacement. No clock in the room. There was also no coffee maker. (I brought my own in case of emergency) and they did supply complimentary coffee for my own coffee maker. Staff was pleasant and helpful. The bed was comfortable. Good shower pressure with plenty of hot water. Rooms are small, but I knew that going in. There were 2 uncomfortable chairs. A more comfortable office chair would have been nice. Wi-Fi was always good. Air conditioning good.

The room are small a little shabby on the side but has most of the basic things you might need. the pillow, bed sheets are clean. Water pressure is very good although the shower handle and shower head need updating. I find the staffs accommodating and helpful.

Check in was easy but this place needs a serious upgrade. The elevator jumps bad, the carpet had a light smell, the microwave looks like something that was found in the trash, the little fridge made so much noise, the toilet constantly ran, the bathroom door slides open and shut and wakes the room up it's so noisy. My room had to be switched at 2am when I woke my son up to use the bathroom and we saw 2 roaches. The front desk just said o we can switch your room. The new room had no microwave, the light kept flickering, the toilet water kept running ending up checking out after 1 night and still had 2 more nights. Went to front desk and asked to speak with a manager because I wanted to check out earlier due to the conditions of the hotel he wouldn't even come speak with me the woman just said there are no refunds. No one even apologized like this is a common complaint

This place is affordable but it does mean having an older hotel in a bad area with lots of homeless around, and having a room with lots of scuffs, stains, and dirty corners. Staff is great.

Dirty, smelled bad and outdated. We have stayed there three times. The first two were ok, the rooms are older but it’s affordable and we like the location. This time, there was mold and it smelled terrible. The lobby was musty but our room had a strong mold odor. We didn’t make a fuss because we were only sleeping there. My husband and I both left with sore throats and congestion. The shower and toilet were dirty and the fixtures were tarnished and rusty. It’s about 20 minutes from the parks but we like the area. This will be our last stay though. The good stuff about it does not outweigh the bad.

My room had a lingering, urine-like smell, but I was so tired from traveling that I didn't ask to change rooms. The a/c worked fairly well, bed was comfortable, and the water in the shower was hot. For a single night stay, it was sufficient, but I will book elsewhere if I am in the area again.

Not much It was FILTHY mold on the showers and the overall hotel is super dirty, save you money go somewhere else.

So like I didn’t even get to stay, because apparently you have to be 21 and maybe I’m slow but it don’t say that on the site, and check in is at 3pm and when I bought it online it was 3am but it didn’t tell me until after it took the $77 and sent me the email. I think maybe they should confirm your 21 fist before allowing you to buy online, would have saved me so much money and a headache of sleeping in the car.

The moment I stepped into the room. You just get this punge and musty smell and once I walked into the bathroom, it was not clean like the shower you could see hairs. You could tell that it probably has never been clean, and it was just musty and it was dirty.

Room was dated, toilet did not flush well, sink very slow to drain, hot water tap hard to turn. Shower was not cleaned thoroughly, shower head needs the nozzels cleaned although water pressure was good. Staff was excellent, quick to respond. No ice machines and no breakfast. Almost hard to find without gps and no signage on the front of the building. Maybe this room was given due to rate? Not sure but wouldnt stay longer than noght, maybe two.

Nice place

The rooms were a very solid size, plenty of space to relax without feeling cramped. And the bed — unbelievably soft. The kind of soft where you lie down “just for a minute” and suddenly it’s morning. Truly excellent. Overall, a strong stay. Clean place, great people, comfortable rooms. Hard to beat.

One guy at the front (with the hat) is super nice and friendly and helpful. Sadly the hotel isn’t great. The rooms are pretty musty and my clothes smelled bad after leaving. The linens are clean but the twist don’t have a fresh smell. Also there was a cockroach in my room so I had to move rooms. I also saw a dead one and the guy tried to blame me and say why didn’t you say anything. I wish I had pad more to get a better place.

Using navigation to find the place was a little frustrating because it kept taking us to a parking lot across the street from the hotel (not the hotels fault). The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. The location was perfect for where we needed to be. You could drive any to any of the disney parks within 10-15 minutes. They do not come to replenish the towels/ rags daily. They will give you plenty if you go to the front desk to request them. Our issues were with the room itself. The room we got did not look as good of condition as the pictures looked. It also looked smaller than what the picture portrayed. The room smelled musty. The shower is our biggest complaint. There was black mold all over the shower head(s). In the corners where the shower door hinge and open and close, looked like it gets neglected when getting cleaned. There was not really any place to put your shower items (shampoo, conditioner, razor). The beds were clean and comfortable.

The manager was very helpful. We originally booked 7 nights. Kids wanted to visit Universal more. We had to cancel two nights. The manager took care of it and we got full refund without 24 hours notice. The location is very convenient. 7-11, MacDonald, KFC got our breakfasts covered.

The front desk clerk was the most condescending hotel person I’ve come across - like a very jaded prosecuting attorney - for NO reason! I’m a very kind 60 year old female, I can just imagine how he is with others!

The shower head had lots of black mold on it and the shower bar was covered in mildew. The toilet acted like it was struggling to work. The TV stopped working on day 2. And there was not a microwave in our room! The second room that was booked in our party had a microwave. We booked way in advance for two rooms and asked for adjoining rooms or at least rooms next door to each other. That was not given and there was 10 rooms between our party membera.

The staff was super friendly. It is an economic type of hotel, but great location, clean, and wonderful customer service!

We asked them to vacuum the carpet in our room twice but no results. Carpet still dirty.

The lobby smelt like mold, but I didn’t care if the room was fine. When I got to the room, the room smelled like mold and management wouldn’t do anything about it. My child was coughing and sneezing, and I was concerned for her health in my health so we had to leave despite them, not wanting to give us a refund and there were no other hotel rooms available that night because of all the conventions.

This is a well taken care of older hotel. The staff was nice, the room was clean. The room was smallish but set up very well. It was probably the quietest hotel room I have ever slept in. The staff was quick to response to any requests. They have no breakfast , however the McDonalds is 300ft away and many other eating places nearby. This was clean and decent and a good value.

My wife seemed to be allergic to some aspect of the room. We had to leave a week early and check into another hotel.

I sometimes forget “you get what you pay for” especially in this case. The room was pretty dirty, we found an old bandage on the floor (GROSS), the sheets were stained and the walls were dirty. The light fixtures were gross and there was clearly lime buildup in the bathroom. The shower head was the worstttttt. It was a moving jet which sprayed everywhere. I wouldn’t stay here again and don’t recommend anyone stay here.

The staff was so sweet - especially Caeser and the hotel manager/owner. Caeser remembered us every night and would help get the door for us when our hands were full of bags and a sleeping baby as we were entering. The bed and pillows were also EXTREMELY CUSHY!!! I cannot remember the last time I have been so comfortable in a hotel bed, if ever! It is an older hotel, so although things might not be the most up to date, it is cozy, kept us warm during a freak Florida Freeze Watch, and was thoroughly enjoyable. I would definitely stay there again. Very close to the Flamingo Crossings apts for the Disney College Program! I highly recommend for anyone going to visit a DCP Cast Member, especially.

This is a hidden gem. For anyone who stays in the Disney area, this parking lot has spaces to park at midnight and a few steps to the door. Owner on premises, 24 hour person at the desk, 24 hour phone answering by a person. Clean, comfortable, cozy, superb customer service but add the terrific location, charming ambiance, 5 minute check in and a price that is simply delightful. Try it once and it will be your go to. I am a single older woman and it is safe, important to me.

Quiet location near everything you need. Rooms a little small but good for solo traveler. Great price will stay again. Found golf courses across the highway, might have to bring clubs next time.

This is very much you get what you paid for. We got in early, so we checked if our room was ready. It was but we would need to pay $40 to check in early. No problem we went and did shopping and came back at check in time. The room is cozy but dated, rusty pipes, old shower, toliet kept randomly "filling" the whole time which woke us up multiple times both nights. We were by the pool door which people smoked at, so outside our room smelt strong like smoke, inside was better, but still could faintly smell it. It wasnt terrible, but I also likely would not return

Staff was kind but the room is like staying in your grandmothers un-remodeled home - threadbare bathmat, bathroom desperately needs a paint job, outlets don’t hold the plug, scratchy sheets, etc. Did I sleep? yes. Would I come back? No.

Hotel was basic and average. Good parking around hotel and the 24hr mcds is right in front for a late night snack. They also have a beautiful golf course right across the street. Overall the hotel was good, handy location by car to theme parks, malls/outlet shopping and eating places (including McDs next door). Mini golf close by also. Plenty of onsite free self parking. Only let down was our room was missed three times by housekeeping, after a long day out at parks, to then make own room and go collect clean towels etc from reception. Not sure if housekeeping use cleaning products, but the room never smelt “fresh” after it was serviced. A few tiny cockroaches in the bathroom area and a small leak from toilet plumbing (dried up with used towels). Maintenance DID fix the bathroom sink overhead light instantly when we notified on day one. Good price for what we got. Spacious rooms, albeit a little old/outdated.

We have stayed here several times and although the property needs updating its in a convenient location and a fair price. This time though the room was damp and smelled. The check in/out is easy but IDK if I will stay here again.

We were there over new years for 5 days they only clean rooms every other day and the way it went we went 5 days with out getting our room cleaned not by our choice. Kept having to ask the front desk for towels and kept having to take our trash down to the front. It was a lot better stay the last time we stayed here

Cons: The prices are extremely low for a reason. I don't typically write reviews, but I felt compelled to write one because the reviews describe this place as very clean, and it was not. The rugs stained our socks black and there was trash under the bed and behind the cabinets and hair in the shower. There was also significant mold (I would not recommend staying here if you have allergies).

The bed was very comfortable and the ac unit was quick to adjust to our comfort needs from ac to the heater in the short amount of time that we were there. The area was clean. There is a large area where you can sit and eat your own breakfast or walk across the parking lot to mcdonald's. The only complaint was the cleaning staff didn't come the fourth day even though they were supposed to come every 2 days. However, when we went down to ask for towels we got exactly what we needed quickly. You'll be aware you can hear people outside the door and in rome's next door especially if they were having loud conversations.People went to bed at decent times so it wasn't a problem Overall, it was a great experience. And we would be willing to return florida, low costs stay in the Disney area.

So I didnt have any issues. Mattress was comfortable. Room could probably be updated new paint and there were some stains on walls. Now my daughter had her own room and had to ask housekeeping to get sheets changed due to urine/ blood stains. My daughter was told by the front deks pm worker " maybe sweat stains, bc people sweat here". They were changed later on. The hotel is close to many shops and restaurants. Magic kingdom is a 20 min drive. Overalls ,if you are not going to be in the room all day, its an ok hotel to stay.

Nice and cool staff

Room was a bit old and I was able to see a lot of work needed to be done. Seems like they need to renovate a lot as well they’re working on there parking lot. Overall staff is super friendly and courteous there wasn’t a do not disturb sign I could put but overall the stay was bearable.

Extremely outdated hotel

The facilities are old. Thd front desk receptionist called Gloria was not helpful. She insisted charged me 150 US dollars for deposit for I didn’t bring my physical credit card. Even I offered my bank information and credit card number and my husband's credit card. She insisted that I booked the room so it has to be my credit card. However, the car rental company just asked my husband's credit card info for file even it was orderd by me as well on Expedia. It's not a pleasant experience of holding our 150 US dollars for 7 days before we left to Canada. We especially exchanged some Canadian dollars to US dollars for the trip expenses. We had to pay extra Exchange fee for our trip.She is a racist for sure. The male front desk receptionists are nice.

Ac worked great, I always stay at this hotel, this time I accidentally booked a king size bed instead of two queens, even tho they were full, they somehow found a room with two queens and changed it for me, and didn’t even charge me the extra cost. The hotel is very close to Disney but they don’t charge the shuttle fee. I have never seen any bug at all. Everything in the rooms always works, fridge and microwave are clean

When first arriving and entering my room i checked the pillows because my child was tired, upon examination i noticed blood stains on them, lipstick stains, and drool stains. Then i checked the sheets which were covered in pee stains, and other stains i cannot identify. Then when brought to the owners attention in regards to these issues, New pillows were recieved but i was told word for word, "people sometimes come here sweaty and so some stains are normal." I had to purchase disinfectant from another store since owner also said they had none. The bathroom was also nasty, hair on the floor, shower, ive never been so grossed out in my life. DO NOT STAY HERE! For the price i was charged i really wish I'd have stayed somewhere more decent, where i didnt feel i needed to disinfect my own room.

The two stars is mostly for the quality of the rooms. I was placed in a room that felt like I was completely encompassed in mildew and mold blowing straight from the AC unit and was 100% humidity. The staff was greatly accommodating and moved me into a much cleaner room when I asked for a new room. So, great staff but unfortunately a pretty disgusting hotel (AVOID ROOM 114!)

The hotel is very outdated. It was clean. Didn’t see much of the staff except for checking in. Could have been a little more courteous. There were no amenities. They did have coffee, which was OK in smaller than normal cups. Would not recommend this place until it has a major update. The air conditioner worked well, but was extremely loud and there were barely any electrical outlets.

I have stayed at this property many, many times for many years. The manager/owner is awesome. The staff are fabulous. It’s always clean and super affordable. Destiny Palms, thank you so much for always being my favorite place to stay!

Wonderful bargain of a place to stay if you just need a place to crash and go to the parks. I did notice a few things in my room this time I didn’t experience on my 4 other previous visits. 1. My king bed room on the 3rd floor the sink didn’t drain well at all. There were issues with the light fixture in my bathroom. For what I paid though, I can’t really complain. Clean basic accomidations for a good price. Way better beds and pillows than a super 8.

The "hotel" is more of a motel. I was there because I went to Disney world. I really appreciate how affordable it was for me and my friend on our girls trip. It saved us about $500 compared to if we had stayed at the cheapest hotels on Disney's property. It is less than a 10 miinute drive from all the parks. There is a walgreens, mc donald and 7 eleven around the area which was very helpful. That said, the hotel is old. There's some discoloration around the drainage on the shower and the handles to the door of the shower are gunky and show iron oxidation. The light above the sink stopped working and the carpet in the room looked like it hadn't been deep cleaned in over a decade. The bed was comfortable and the area seemed safe.

The room was fine, but we checked out a day early and they refused to give us a refund for the last day. Said it wasn't in their policy and changes had to be made by Dec 14.

The room had s bit of odor in it when we arrived, like damp. As it had not been used for a while. But once we settled in and turn on the Ac it went away. The staff was awesome always. My only comment is that you huys need more ilumination on the parking, it looks like a murder hotel in the night. And also verify the location on Maps because its out of place. Parking was ample. AC worked like a champ. They do a great job of keeping things clean and neat. Almost felt like I was staying at home! Right outside the main drag it's about a 45 second ride to tons of food and fun. We stayed to go to the theme parks, which were no more than 8 to 10 minutes away. I even had the pleasure to speak with the owner like he was a friend of mine for years.

The room itself was very clean and they did a very nice job. Even though it’s an older hotel, but the common areas need more attention for cleaning. Plus, I would also recommend some kind of an exercise space as well as a breakfast option, even if it’s just toast or something. Would save all of us travelers lots of money in travel if we can just grab something to go rather than stopping at a restaurant with the cost of fast food accelerating.

However, for those who just need a budget friendly place to stay one couldn't do better than Destiny Palms. Friendly, helpful staff, clean and close to attractions. This is our new "Go To Hotel" when visiting Orlando.

I can’t recommend this hotel enough. It’s literally one exit from Disney, and located near restaurants, Walmart, Walgreens, banks, you name it. The price is amazing and the rooms are always clean. The staff is amazing as well. We are “frequent flyers” of this hotel and will continue to be as long as it’s standing.

Bathrooms were really bad. We had friends stay at the same hotel and they made the same comments that the bathrooms were real nasty. My husband even had to fix our toilet to work because someone never showed up. Luckily we only stayed the one night. No parking lot lights which made it unsafe and I tripped in the parking lot. If we were staying more than one night, we would of checked out and found a different hotel.

The room was ok. The location was good. I dropped my white undershirt on the floor. When I picked it up there was a wad of hair on it that was not mine. That was an isolated instance otherwise the room seemed clean. The shower was a bit strange almost like a capsule. It was inconvenient that the third floor can only be accessed by elevator. The one positive that stood out to me was the water pressure in the shower.

First we typically stay at a Marriott property, so trying to be unbiased. We were looking for a cheap long weekend and went off the normal path. This is a very basic hotel, fairly clean, friendly and safe. I’ll only say you get what you pay for.

The rooms were clean , staff was friendly , for a cost effective hotel I have no complaints ! I would stay there again. Felt safe as a solo traveller !

Clean rooms, friendly staff

The only thing that held me back from giving 5 stars was the second night we were there, we were woken up by a blaring alarm. We opened the door and the front desk attendant told me that there was no fire, so we waited in the room a couple more minutes before cracking the door open again and seeing the rest of the hotel piling out of the main entrance. We started making our way down when we looked to the left and saw a small ocean forming outside a room down the hall as a sprinkler was supposedly malfunctioning. But would definitely stay again

Off the beaten path with not many dining options. No maid service unless requested and no breakfast even though there is a dining area. None of this was a big deal for us but families might want more conveniences. In spite of quite a few negative reviews it was clean and the beds were comfortable and that’s all we needed

Room was very clean. The first room had a funny odor and I was quickly moved. No issues after that. Staff was amazing. They always are Laundry facilities onsite, $2.50 to wash and $2.50 to dry very reasonable in 2025 for a full size load. Ive stayed here four rime as a solo woman and love it. Feel very safe here. I also had to have a mobility scooter delivered and they were very helpful with that as well. Great location and great staff.

Gas station nearby and close to restaurants also. Has laundry facilities on site too. Have stayed here about four different times.

The room was really clean, the staff is very polite and always willing to help. The place is really quiet even during the day since it is a few yards away from the main Highway. I highly recommend this hotel. Value for money.

The iron actually had a broken piece at the front of the iron and cobwebs in and dirt inside. I’ve never seen anything like it. Other than that, it was a very good stay and I will definitely stay there again

Yes, the A/C was effective and fairly quiet. Parking was plentiful and safe.

Parking was easy, close to room. AC worked well but room felt damp in between cycles of running air. Bed was hard and uncomfortable. Staff very friendly, room was small but clean. Good for short stays, but the bed makes longer stays tough. Didn't get to use the pool because of our schedule.

Checked out the next morning at 8:00 a.m. and they charged us for a 2nd day. Absolutely horrible stay

You pay what you get for. Its a little run down and dirty but if you need a room to sleep in it wasn't that bad.

This hotel was very old, but you get what you pay for. It was sufficient for what we needed, and staff were nice. However there was a weed smell in the hallways and people smoking right outside the entrance. I was also very disappointed when I left an external battery charger in the room at check out, and when I called a few hours later they insisted it wasn’t there even though I knew exactly where I had left it. So they either had maids who stole it or just didn’t care to look. Wouldn’t stay again.

It was very close to the Disney parks, in a great food and shopping district aswell. Rooms were clean and it was a quiet area.

The room looks dated but it is really clean. The place is quiet and convenient store is just close by for your last minute soda and food needs. I love the shower because it also acts as a massager.

Got to say that nothing was a problem to ask for fresh towels ice even bottles of water Free morning coffee every day fresh and strong just across from food and a small shop can’t ask for a better place to stay

This is our favorite low-cost hotel near Disney! It's affordable, clean, and while it might not have all the perks of free breakfast and a fancy pool, it is surrounded by restaurants and shops and parking is free. It is very much like a traditional hotel, think of a Days Inn or something similar.

Great value if you are working with a budget. Good for families if you are doing parks and just need a space to sleep and shower. Rooms are dated. Staff is friendly. Rooms are humid and always felt moist. 15 mins to Disney, 35 mins to universal. Food and restaurants 5 mins away. Walgreens <5 mins.

Staff were great, we had a small problem with a couple of other guests being really noisy very late at night, during night and 1st thing early in the morning and it was dealt with quickly, we were only staying for 4 nights, but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the price was great for the 4 nights, we would recommend and we would also stay again if we needed to Thank you 😆

I’ve never been spoken to so disrespectful and degrading as a paying guest in my life. There are some places solo female travelers should never go and this hotel is one of them. I answered the check-in review sent by the booking only to be met with hostility and berating by Paul who I assume is the manager. At first he refused to give his name and walked off. I returned to my room around noon to rest and met the towels and bedding stripped. I then headed to the front desk to ask about it and when it would be finished. Paul proceeded to tell me about the whole process of cleaning the rooms and that housekeeping was about to finish my room after their lunch which they just started. He went on to talk about the different hotels he worked at, the procedures they go through, how was he suppose to know I wouldn’t be out all day. Instead of apologizing for hair in all the linens and towels he proceeded to tell me “I don’t know why you are treating my staff and me like this”. I never went to front desk and spoke to anyone so the only thing I could take from that is that he felt personally attacked by me giving an honest review. Not once was there any kind of apology just a disrespectful lecture on how he runs the hotel. The shower head is old attachment. The exit door lock to the stairwell on the 3rd floor was broken so you have to walk more than half way the length of the building to use the elevator and walk that again to get to the room. Paul should be fired immediately.

The service from the front desk lady was great. This morning when I was leaving the manager (maybe owner) was cussing and yelling at the staff. If he is not the owner he should be fired. He was treating the staff like she was not a human. I was very upset.

In general the hotel is good but the fittings are tried. Stayed one night if you’re on a budget it’s okay.

Decent Hotel! No problems, TV remote had some quirks but still worked!

I've been staying here nearly every trip to Orlando area in the last eight years and it just keeps getting better staff is great owner is friendly and helpful. Great job as always!

First, I walked in there way before check it, and I am very grateful for the staff in the front that allowed me to do an early check-in. They were very courteous very understanding and without hesitation gave us a room key for us to put everything away. the rooms are a little bit of outdated, but that’s OK because for what I needed it for it did justice. The only thing I did not like is the mold smell but other than that it’s a safe location everyone there is nice and it’s very close to everything. I definitely recommend and I’ll probably stay there again

Very affordable and great value. Staff was very helpful and friendly, the bed was very comfortable and our room was clean. The only thing I would say needs work on, is things were pretty outdated and some things were old. But, it wasn’t an issue be cause everything was clean! Definitely recommend this place, especially on a budget!

Room 204 had a couple of flickering lights. One above the mirror/sink, and the main lights near the corner table with the coffee maker but didn’t really make a huge difference to us. Just letting you know for the next guests

Good front office. Clean but smell like musty

The stay was fine! I had no house keeper come to clean the room. I had to clean my own room, I asked the front desk lady for 3 pillow cases and I never gotten any. I found an ear ring back in my room and there was old stuff splattered on the bathroom door.

We have stayed here multiple times and it’s always been a great experience. Unfortunately this time our room was very musty smelling to the point that the sheets were lightly damp. Otherwise enjoyed our stay as usual.

Love this hotel and will keep coming back. No, it’s not very fancy, but it’s well maintained and the room was clean and it’s in a good location and close to the parks and food and had friendly staff and was a great price.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The location is excellent, very close to the parks I visited and also near many shops, restaurants, and supermarkets. The staff is very polite and helpful, the rooms are clean, and I have nothing to complain about. I also used the pool, which was great, and parking was easy with plenty of spaces available. The hotel isn’t new, but it’s well-maintained and comfortable. Overall, it was a great stay and I would definitely return.

I have visited Disney for over 15 years and this is my go to. I have tried so many others. I cannot afford Disney but this is easy check in, easy check out, parking no matter how late you come home, private room not shared condo doors, key always works, and it is cute as a bug, the staff in on duty all night, and they are always helpful. Try one night. You will return again and again.

The staff is super friendly and helpful and accommodating. I called prior to my arrival and asked about early check in and was accommodated with no problems. The property is a little older so some upgrades could be made. There was an issue we encountered on the first night and had to check out early. The manager was accommodating and didn’t give any issues with processing the refund. Thank you for everything.

Stay was okay. The property, dark, and pretty uninviting. No bugs and rooms were not very dirty, but very old and dated. The pictures of the hotel online are a little deceiving. Found a pube in the toilet and stray hair wrapped around in one of the towels (not mine, because mine is red and curly and that one was long, straight, and brown). Would I stay here again? No. But it got the job done and I would not say it was a bad experience, just not a great one; you get what you pay for in Orlando.

Excellent Stay at Destiny Palms , Mac Donald's less than two mins walk with a convenient Seven Eleven and awesome Chinese food across the street . Rooms were extremely clean and remained that way throughout the trip . Internet access was good . Ideally , having a vehicle would be best , but public transport and taxis were available . A special Thank You to the manager for all the extra assistance given in calling cabs , providing bottled water , and ensuring our stay was excellent . Would definitely visit inthe future

We stayed 3 nights, did not receive room service once during this time. Each day we were told that it would certainly be done the next day. Other guest complained about the same problem, in the mornings heaps of towels laying in hallways with bags of trash. I signed a $200 penalty statement for smoking in room, but the smell of marijuana was horrendous once you got off elevator for 3 nights. The place was run down and not at all like the reviews I read. It is dark not at all inviting, it needs updating a good cleaning and some room service. One guest took her trash and threw it outside over the rail, reported she had not had room service as well.

It’s not a new property but this did fit all our needs. Staff is great.

My day was amazing! There were a lot of guests there with children, but at night time you did not hear them. It looked a little rough on the outside, but that was only due from the hurricane they survived from last year. The hotel room was perfectly clean, no cobwebs, no bugs. When I asked for batteries for the remote, they were very prompt and replacing them same as the towels. And for the price, you can’t beat it. I give this hotel stay a 10 out of 10 in my opinion. For my next travel travels in the area this is the place. I will definitely book. The only thing I think they should have is breakfast not just coffee. And their breakfast time is 6 AM to 11 AM which is great.

Prefect for our stay and close to the Disney Parks

Ist nicht gerade die beste Unterkunft Nähe Disney world. Das gute ist das man in 15 Minuten im Disney ist und der McDonald für Frühstück genau vor der Tür ist. Zimmer könnten sauberer sein und das Personal ist nicht gerade gesprächig. Für eins zwei Nächte kann es gebucht werden.

Conveniently located, comfortable beds, large rooms, I would suggest bringing your own pillows, the owner is very kind, I have stayed here multiple times because they dont charge for parking there are no reort fees and the price is fare. There is restuarants near by and shopping. The area is safe and quiet. The property could use some upgrades but it is very clean and comfortable. I have stayed here alone and felt very safe. You do need a car, but its pretty close to the Disney parks if you want to try authenic Cuban food there is a place just a couple of blocks away La Fuentes. I have already booked this hotel for next month

From the moment you walk in you are greeted always by friendly staff! McDonald's right out front is a plus for kids! Super AWESOME VALUE!!! It really helped us stay on budget while visting disney! Takes about 10 minutes to pull up to disney parking lot! Stayed 3 nights for the price of one night at disney! Just a heads up showers need a tiny update. But honestly i could not be happier! Now this aint no Ritz Carlton or nothing like that! But just a nice convenient, safe, budget friendly hotel!
