Check-in took a moment but staff was great. Room was clean and beds were comfy. Amenities were awesome! Would recommend!

We didn’t have enough time to enjoy all the amenities, but from what we saw, the pools, grounds, and overall atmosphere were impressive. We definitely wish we could have stayed longer and explored more of the resort. We look forward to coming back in the future for a longer stay and taking full advantage of everything the resort has to offer. Thank you for making an unexpected travel delay much more enjoyable!

The resort overall is nice. There needs to be increased oversight at the main pool with the lazy river. There were teens horseplaying and jumping into the lazy river off the rock fountains surrounding the river. This was very dangerous as they could have injured themselves on the other guests floating by. At minimum, it was a nuisance to others trying to enjoy this amenity.

My family has been going to this resort since 1986 and we've had an excellent experience every time. One of the best resorts in Kissimmee by far

An absolutely full of entertainment resort! This is our new go to place. It was clean well maintained. The staff was very warm and welcoming, and the entire property is immaculate.

Overall, it seems to have lost some of its excitement. The Villa was nice as usual. Quiet. The kitchen had all the utensils we needed to cook and do laundry.

We had an amazing stay at this resort! The villas are absolutely awesome—spacious, clean, well-equipped, and perfect for relaxing after a long day in the sun.The absolute highlight of the trip was the pool area. If you visit, you have to spend time enjoying the lazy river! It is incredibly relaxing and well-maintained. The location is also perfect for accessing the beach and checking out the local area. We will definitely be back!

Washer machines need to be updated they were making loud noises and vibrating all over the place. Front desk hard to contact on personal phone . Use the room phone and you won’t have any issues. My room key was not working so I was locked out called front desk 3x and was disconnected. I was able to waive down security and let me in until I was able to get a new key card

We didn’t have enough bedding for our stay . Floors were not mopped. Staff was great. Kept checking on us. The pools and Diana was great as well as the activities.

The staff were friendly and the rooms was large and clean. Several pools - I mostly used the lazy river which was awesome - although the tubes were inflated too much in my opinion so they weren't very comfortable.

The property is massive. The pool area was very nice. The villa was clean, and the rooms were spacious. The main bathroom, containing a shower and a toilet, was very small. We enjoyed the amenities and will book again.

I love the property and love the pools etc.We stayed in a 3 bedroom villa on the west side of the property. We were traveling with several of my friends and all of our teenage kids. There were 15 in total. We talked to the property staff a few days before we checked in to try and make sure our two 3 bedroom villas were near each other. After 30 minutes on the phone with a representative, she assured me that we would be in building 5500 and on the same floor. She put it in both of the notes of both reservations. We were also told they would remove the resort fee when we checked in because we were FL residents (FL and GA residents have their resort fee waived) Our day of check in was extremely frustrating as the staff at the front desk said we would NOT be on the same floor as our other party we were traveling with, and we would NOT be getting our resort fee waived. We were told we should take care of the resort fee when we reserved. We asked them to please show us exactly how so we would know for next time. She just repeated over and over that is should be done ahead of time. She then waived it with a snarky "This time" we will. honour it but not next time. We were also put on different floors. Also at check out - our other party was given a late checkout by an hour - our villa was told "absolutly NOT" We only wanted ONE hour. OUr villa was not allowed like the other party we traveled with. We also had no bedding for one of our sofa beds. We asked and it was never given to us.

The villa, the pools, and the staff were great. We stayed here instead of a Disney owned property and I would do it again. It took only 17 mins in the morning to get to the parks. My son enjoyed the activities they had for the kids. We rented a golf cart to get around to all the pools and my son thought that was really cool I would say the only complaint I would give is the food was over priced and not all that great. It wasn’t bad, but for the price, it wasn’t good. Fortunately the property is on a main strip of restaurants and we made food in the fantastic kitchen in the villa or went out to eat

This was one of the best resorts we have stayed at and we have stayed at multiple resorts through Florida, it is very economical for a family of 6 and you don’t have to leave the resort unless you really want to. Close proximity to everything and perfect for the family’s on a budget

We rented a two bedroom villa, it was clean, we'll stocked with everything we needed and beds were very comfortable. The resort is well kept and staff was very welcoming. It was a pure delight and we look forward to returning. We had no children with us but it appeared other children loved the amenities.

We had a rough start during the check in process. The overall resort is good for the price I paid. The pools are nice, the resort is a little dated, but overall very pretty landscaping and nature.

The kids especially enjoyed the pool and waterpark areas, and lazy river which made the stay fun. The property is very family-friendly and offers plenty of activities for children and adults. Overall, we had a pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel to families visiting Orlando. We would gladly stay here again.

The unit was very well stocked with all the dishes and cookware that we needed. We love having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and the full kitchen. It really helps with our longer stay. The location is great. We were just very disappointed to see how poorly the property is being maintained.

The employee should be more informative and let the guest know the amenities and what is provided to them

Very large resort with lots of room options depending on your family size. We came to Orlando to go to Disney World and we really liked how close this resort was to the parks. I also really appreciated having the washer and dryer to wash clothes as we were there. We had a two bedroom condo with a full size kitchen. Our place was huge. More than enough room for us. Though the resort is a bit outdated it was well maintained and clean and had everything we needed.

Room was supposed to be newly renovated, it wasn’t. Charged stuff to the room, they took the money and held the same amount of money in pending. Raccoons spotted multiple times on my floor trying to eat stuff with poop all over the stairs. Was not what we planned for at all. The water slides were cool.

We enjoyed our stay and the amenities. The property was clean and well maintained. The only thing that really was bothersome is that the cleaning crew was knocking on our door at 9am and our check out was at 10am. They came back atleast every 10 minutes to check if we were already out. If the check out was at 10am, why is the cleaning crew already trying to get us out at 9am? We felt pressured and rushed to get out of our villa. I lost my necklace pendant before leaving the villa and because of being rushed to leave I didn’t get a chance to look for it.

Some staff were rude, and alot of the pool staff were inconsistent with personal tube float rules. The only positive I found is how pleasent the shuttle drivers were and helpful.

We have stayed here multiple times over the years when we visit Disney and Universal. It is always peaceful, clean and covenant. I would suggest to anyone needing to stay in the area, this should be your first consideration.

We really loved it here! The staff was great, the 2 bedroom villa was clean, modern and updated. We ate at two of the restaurants. One was the Barbecue shack on River island and that was excellent and the Paisan Pizzeria had great pizza. There are so many activities to do. The pools are great but they were pretty crowded due to the holiday. We went to two of the arcades on the property and had fun there. We rented a pontoon boat which was expensive but a blast on the lake. We would definitely go back. They did ask me if I wanted a tour which equals time share lecture but when I said I wan't interested they didn't get pushy. The shuttle was great but I would rent a golf cart as the property and the villages with different amenities were spaced out.

This would appear on Expedia as a normal rental but it has a dark side. Once you check in, you are transferred to a high pressure fast talking sales team that will not stop until you are signed up for a 2 hour 'tour' which is really just a high pressure pitch to get you to buy a timeshare. Once I realized what they had me sign, I wanted out but they would not allow it and it would cost $80 to drop the 'tour'. This wasted half a day of my vacation. If you can just say "No" to all the sales pressure, this is a nice place.

Also our room was overall nice for what we needed but it smelled really musty or mildewy which was a bummer. The pool areas are great and my husband loved the 9 hole lighted night golf course. Not sure if we will be back though.

Bad check in experience

I surprise my husband and took him away for a three day weekend getaway. He had never been there before. We both enjoyed every minute of our stay! The staff were wonderful, the pools were wonderful to swim in, the restaurants served delicious food and the weight was not long at all. We cannot wait to go back for our anniversary in October.

Wonderful stay, beautiful property as the water park was great. Disappointed in having to pay additional money at the water park for having to get 6 wrist bands at $57 for my family. Those rooms that are booked that say water park included which is why we reserved this room, is very deceiving as we thought it was included. Not very happy about that. Not sure we will be returning to this property to stay. Staff was not very knowledgeable on there own property.

Overall, a great experience! We were on our yearly trip to Disney party of 3 and the villa was the perfect size for us with plenty of room. Super clean! Very well maintained. Pools were relaxing and clean. Only negative was that it is a vacation club so be ready after check in for them to try to nickel and dime you before you go to your room! Otherwise, a very pleasant experience and will stay again.

Rooms were nice and family friendly. Very disappointed that there was no child care. Expedia details stated there was child care and that was one of the reasons we picked this one specifically. And staff at check in was very pushy to get you to do a tour and sign up.

Loved the stone and current and the lazy river and pool and the rooms were amazing too. Only downside was two snakes right outside our room.

Awesome place for the family! Not ghetto like the grove down the rd. Villas are well maintained and huge nothing is run down. No stench of weed which is a major plus! Pools are nice as well as the lazy river. If your looking for somewhere super family friendly this is the place !

Overall the property was great, clean and spacious. I couldn’t get over how huge it was and the resort video was right, you do need a car to get around. However, the staff wasn’t very friendly and the people at the front desk gave misinformation twice to me.

Very nice property, massive. There's a lot of very friendly staff and then a lot of staff that didn't really seem to care. I would say this place is not very baby/toddler friendly. If you have a stroller it's extremely difficult to get around especially with the shuttles. Some shuttle drivers or very helpful and lifted the stroller with the ADA lift and one was very rude who made extremely difficult for 2 moms with babies. There are no sidewalks so walking can be a little tricky and dangerous. Overall this seemed to be the perfect place for retired members (which I saw a lot of) but not necessarily for family with young children unless you rent a car.

This resort is amazing! The only reason we left for one day was to head to the west coast to go to St. Pete's Beach. There is a ton to do. My granddaughters had a blast. Everything went great and we enjoyed every moment. The resort is very clean and well maintained. Minor details were not overlooked. The villa we stayed in was beautiful. The screened in porch was a great added touch. We will be back!

Having a choice of being with timeshare members in more exclusive pools, party pools or those in general population, we spent 10 days and only visited the pools twice.

Really enjoyed our short stay. Plan on returning for a longer period of time room was 2 bedroom apt. Someone forgot to sweep the floors. But otherwise the unit was great. The sit down restaurant was wonderful. Lazy river was fun but of course it was crowded. Only complaint is you have to rent the tubes for the river

We love this resort! Come back here every other year. There are so many pools and activities for the kids. This year there was also Star Wars-themed trivia at the pool, which our son loved! One of the main pools is heated, so that was very convenient during a couple of colder days we were there. Very accessible to all Disney and Universal parks. Great food options on site and in the area. Our kids love it here, so we'll definitely be back.

Waterpark is not an actual “waterpark”, very misleading on the details for the property stay and River Island not being included at all. Paid 20$ per 3 adults & 9 kids and it was really just for the kids. Room was very nice tho! Kids enjoyed foam party!

I will say the ONLY downside was the cleanliness of the room, Our toddler was walking barefoot in our bungalow and his feet were black within an hour or two. And the coffee table's 2nd tier was dusty. Besides that, stay was great!

My wife and I wanted to love this property. The description on Expedia is extremely misleading. The description and pictures make it seem like it is a normal size resort, meaning you have your room in a building and a building is near the pool and a lazy river. When we stepped onto the property and checked in, we soon realized this is basically a timeshare resort and got bombarded by timeshare sales people within the first 10 minutes of checking in. The resort is 1400 acres. Our room was beautiful, but the building was in the north village and if we wanted to walk to the lazy river, it would’ve taken 20 minutes, if we wanted to walk to the main check-in where the arcade was and breakfast restaurant was, it would’ve taken us 30 minutes to walk. Yes, they have shuttles and yes, the shuttles are somewhat convenient, but if you miss a shuttle bus, you would have to wait 30 minutes to catch another shuttle so you have to plan dinnerreservations or whatever you want do accordingly. The room prices were fair, but not so inexpensive. I mentioned this because every single thing was a surcharge, they nickel and dime you to death. In the lazy river, we wanted to get an inner tube, well that is nine dollars each per person. You need something else it’s a surcharge anything else it’s a surcharge, so on and so on. Expedia needs to do a better job of truly identifying what this property really is. It was so inconvenient that my wife and I had to spend an extra $210 to rent a golf cart.

Everything was perfect! Great location, excellent service, and top-notch facilities. The atmosphere is very family-friendly but also peaceful. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Large facility lots of pools and activities. Several restaurants and arcades and they have transportation if you aren't close to any of it.

1) Breezes restaurant need to upgrade kitchen because sometimes order can take 1 hour to be done. 2) Like some hotels, rooms has lot of noise non stop especially from bathroom ventilator and ac system.

The staff were consistently helpful and friendly, which made a big difference throughout our stay. The pool areas were a highlight—especially the lazy river at River Island, which feels more like a water park than a typical hotel pool. One downside was the lack of clear communication about activities at the pools and bars. There were events happening, but it wasn’t always obvious when or where. Better signage or schedules would help guests take full advantage. The restaurants and arcades were a nice bonus, though more information about deals or specials would have been helpful. The website was also pretty basic and not very user-friendly, and mobile food ordering would have been a great added convenience. Overall, it’s a fun, activity-packed resort. With better communication and a few tech upgrades, it could be even better.

We got upgraded and the two bedroom was amazing. A full kitchen, two bathrooms (both with a shower and tub and the master bathroom had keys in the tub, 3 beds (1 king) and plenty of room. Plus, we had our own patio with furniture. The kitchen had every utensil you could think of and they even provided laundry detergent for the washer and dryer that were in the villa. Everything is within a 10 minute drive; publix, has stations, restaurants. There are also plenty of restaurants on the property, and there's something for almost every craving! We only went to one restaurant on property, Stone and Current. It is quite pricey, but my boyfriend and I both agree that is is 100% worth every penny! There is plenty of parking throughout the resort and the pools/lazy river are so big that we never felt cramped or overwhelmed. We were always able to find seats and umbrellas, even when there was a big crowd, and even on a Friday! There's are extremely comfortable and the villas cool down nicely. I will say, if you need a firmer pillow or a heavy blanket, then I'd recommend bringing your own. It seems like they try to space out customers because we really didn't hear or see anyone next to us. There were a few incidents where one worker would tell us one thing and then another would tell us something different, but they were always friendly and apologetic. We also wanted to mention, if they offer you the bonus gifts to attend the timeshare presentation, DO IT!

Amazing resort! Multiple pools and activities for kids and families. Kids loved the outdoor movie, Gatorland visit and lazy river. We stayed in a 2 bed and bath villa. Room was clean and staff was great. Kitchen had all the utensils. Only 15 minutes away from Disney and 30 minutes away from Universal. Will definitely be returning.

The shower curtain had mold on it. The hallways smelt musty (old damp carpets). Some of the towels were stained that our room came with. Cabinets in the room are very outdated and you can see when you look at the cabinets (paint is chipping/worn away). The staff were awesome and friendly. The bathrooms and common areas in the resort are clean. The guy who sells discounted tickets in the lobby james and Jessica in the main lobby are very helpful.

I stayed for my sister's 60th birthday celebration for the weekend. Upon checking in, my room was upgraded! Sweet!! My 2bd villa was awesome!! Very spacious, well maintained and beautifully designed. The property had great amenities. Lots of pools, golf and fun activities for kids of all ages. The food at all of the restaurants I ate at was pretty good. The only thing I didn't like is that our group was spread out all over the property so in order to meet up, we had to either drive to each other or take property shuttle. Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay and I would definitely recommend this resort.

So much excitement about everything at this place that I’m at a loss for words. So much activities to do here that you don’t even get a chance to explore outside. Prices are good, staff is super friendly and helpful, security is extremely helpful and approachable. Just love it here!

The concept of the property is cool, the pool area is great for kids but the room was extremely outdated and had horrible smell.

The dealbreaker for me was the absolute harassment that we endured from the staff threatening additional charges to our room and harassing us by phone several times over multiple days until we would agree to attend their timeshare presentation. Utterly ridiculous and wholly unprofessional. I would never stay here again because it was so uncomfortable dealing with these slimy sales tactics. So gross. Not everyone wants to buy a timeshare and this disgusting, predatory practice is chasing away customers but go off. Were it not for this harassment by the IHG staff, I would consider this resort for every single trip back to Disney going forward but because they think it is okay to treat paying customers like this, I’d always look elsewhere going forward. Hope it was worth it! :)

Yes,yes and yes!!! We are not club owners buy we were treated as if we were/are. My only recommendation is if the TV in our villa could be more updated so we can stream or at least connect to streaming channels. It was very 2000,and had a Dvd player...i mean,i dont know who still has or plays their dvds or brings them to vacations anymore🤔

Check-In took over an hour. Only had one person work in the counter. The room keys I was given did not work. Had to wait another hour to get keys to my room. I would suggest looking elsewhere if your time is important

I arrived on April 10, 2026 and left on April 18th. I thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The room (2 bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen, living area, and balcony) was great. Lots of room. We stayed in the West Village. The pool area was nice though we stayed out in the sand area all week - coolers and beer was not allowed to be brought into the pool area. We would wander to the pool area to cool down. We ate at the Breezes restaurant 3 times on property. the food was very good with reasonable prices. Also, ate at the Pizzeria in the North Village - very good. Plenty of other restaurants off property nearby. There were other areas of the resort available but we hung out in the West Village all week. Convenient location to all tourist attractions. I would definitely recommend the resort.

Place was nice, waited hours for the room to be ready but never got a text, had to go back to the front desk to find out the room was ready, master bad room a such a smell that my wife wouldn’t sleep in the bed. She put down 3 sheets and made the kids sleep on the floor. The smell was so bad we got up the next morning as fast as we could without enjoying the park for our final day. Food was good. The smell of the room left a bad taste in our mouths. Won’t be returning.

This place is giant! We booked because we love a good lazy river and this resort didn’t disappoint. Our check in was easy and the staff member really fixed us up by putting us in the building right next to the lazy river. It was the perfect getaway.

The room were clean but the carpet was dirty!

I also didn't like that the $200 gift card we got after going to the "timeshare tour", couldn't really be used on everything at the resort, although they said it could at the desk when they are trying to get you to sign up for the timeshare tour. And I didn't like that they automatically took 18% off of every thing you bought at a restaurant or bar, as gratuity. But they don't tell you that ahead of times. All in all, it was a pretty great trip.

From the moment we arrived, the service was unacceptable. The staff was not only unhelpful, but outright rude and, at times, offensive. We were forced to wait over an hour just to check in, and during that time it became clear that the focus of this property is pushing timeshare presentations—not providing a quality guest experience. We simply wanted a room for the night, not to be pressured into a sales pitch. When we finally got to our room—after climbing stairs because there was no elevator—we were extremely disappointed. The room was outdated, dingy, and unclean. To make matters worse, there was an exposed electrical box that appeared unsafe and certainly not up to code. The billing was just as frustrating. We were overcharged for the room and hit with an additional $40 “resort fee” that was never disclosed upfront—and for amenities we never used. This entire experience felt misleading and poorly managed from start to finish. Between the lack of transparency, the condition of the property, and the treatment by staff, I would strongly advise others to stay away from this hotel.

So many things to do! Great time. Kids loved it. And the pool water was WARM!!

The villa was great. Customer service was not. Florida resident discount on resort fee? Refused to compensate. Check out, basically threw us out. Would not allow any resort time that day. Shut the access cards off immediately. I had 15 family members also staying there and the could care less! Out the door you go!

Yes the pools were enjoyable. The only issue was the saving of pool chairs . I was at some of the pools at around 8:30 am which was no problem for me . I did see a variety chairs with towels, and families showing up around 11 11:30 am while others were trying to find chairs. We all payed for the experience and should have the opportunity to enjoy it equally thank you

The resort is spacious, but they offer you a four-hour tour designed solely to sell you vacation packages. If you aren't a member, the apartments you get are the oldest ones available. The resort itself is absolutely massive; the pool with the lazy river is very shallow—so shallow, in fact, that it scrapes your feet. It’s not terrible, but I’ve definitely stayed at better places.

Overall my stay was amazing.My only complaint is that the staff at the bar didn't communicate that it was happy hour.I ordered food for full price when they could have communicated that it was happy hour.Other than that it was clean,plenty to do on the resort and kid friendly.

Clean room, comfortable for family of six. Staff when checking in delayed me getting the room by 30 minutes. They thought the room wasn’t ready but it was. The parking is. It good. Too many people driving in to use the pickle ball courts take up parking. We had to park 7 buildings over from our room. Not convenient.

Ice machine was not turned on. the microwave had the wrong rotating dish.. Cabinets poorly designed. For example, had to open the oven to get at some eating utensils. Hidden fees not advertised on Hotels.com. No mention of it being a time share or we would not have stayed there. They do not take cash. there was no mention of this either. Racoons patrolled the street raiding trashcans at night. Food was just ok but my kids said I was a better cook.

Everything was superior, the staff the accommodations, and the amenities. We had a fantastic stay!

The place is very clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The only draw back is that everything is sooo spread out. Also, be aware that this is a Vacation Club, aka, time share so they won’t even give you the keys to your room until they try to wear you down to take a 90 min+ marketing tour. Stay tough, unless you are so inclined to do the tour. I did not do the tour and the place was good.

Gilbert at the front was very friendly and welcoming when we showed up and helped throughout the checkout process as well! I’d verify the fun zone before you show up, one worker told us they were about to close and that all of the fun zone is included in our stay except the bouncy place and the zip line. We came back the next day and a different worker told us that the fun zone cost per person and wasn’t included.

Property was gorgeous though extremely big. Check in was very slow and got pressured to sit through the sales presentation.

Room was very clean and spacious! All staff we interacted with were wonderful. The only downside (in part due to our lack of knowledge about the resort) is that if you don't have a car you rely strictly on the shuttle. At times we waited almost 20 minutes for a ride to the main clubhouse to get to pools and restaurants. The food selections on property are great and the pools were fun - my family loved the lazy river! We do plan to go back and this time with a rental car to get the most out of our stay.

An optional tour was pushed on us at check in. After a long day of travel and managing tired kids we missed the fine print that we couldn’t cancel the tour without paying a $50 no show fee which seems disingenuous. I called a full day early to cancel and was told we would be considered no-show. On check out day we had housekeeping knocking on our door at 9am and then again immediately at 10 and then a phone call as well which was a bit frustrating as we were actively trying to get out the door. The experience overall was good, but clouded by the events at check in and check out.

The stay was everything I expected and more. The villa was clean and cozy. My family enjoyed the amenities. The only thing missing was more time to enjoy everything the resort had to offer.

This resort is our all time favorite vacation spot , don’t even have to leave there is so much to do here and they offer great activities for the kids!

The villa was large, clean and renovated. The staff was friendly but overzealous in trying to get us to tour the time share option. The property is so big that you have to drive everywhere. There is no vending or dining option in the individual villa buildings.

The room was in the laundry room basement, so it smelled of cleaning supplies and was extremely hot and muggy. Had to go through back doors and down weird hallways to get to the room, and then the wristband they gave us to open the door didn't work, so we had to go through the maze to find the front desk again. Always ask for a key card instead; the wristbands don't work. The pool was not found nor near the rooms. We saw the pool on a map, but had to drive far away to get to it, so we were never able to drive over to the pool. It was in a totally different area. This is a TIMESHARE, so upon arrival, they try to upsell you on wristbands and packages. Not what we were expecting or interested in. Wasted a good hour of our time with it. We would not stay here again.

$700 in added fees. For what? Wasn’t for cleaning the room. Was there for two weeks. Asked for a cleaning a week into it and was told no and given sheets to change the beds myself. Toilets had fungus growing in the bowls. Hot tub was below 100 every day. Ridiculous. Had my nephew show up to stay a few days. Security held him up saying he needed to learn how to check into a resort. He told me this after I left or I would have been at the security office. Went to west side and rented a cabana for $75 for my family. Next day went to river island and was charged $250 for the same cabana. I asked why the price difference and was told that river island is the main spot. Restaurants and water slides were closed. With left at 11am to go back to the West side. Been coming here for the past 18-years. Last time. And no means no. I do t understand why I have to pull the phone off the wall for the time share to stop.

Our upstairs neighbors were horrible fighting the whole time had to call the police at one point. They Parked their car in the grass at my window and honked the horn all night they were running and stomping crying loud and screaming out the back door after the cops left.

and you have to wash your own pool towels (ps- you get charged so make sure you keep a leash on them) The pools are fun, lots to do for kids. Rent a cabana at the pool; or your hoarding chairs to get a spot. This is a budget hotel at best, we made a last minute decision and this was available, hard to compare since we are used to luxury and it would be unfair to do that.

Everything from the room and amenities, to the staff and other happy guests was amazing. So amazing we ended up buying a timeshare! So we will definitely be going back again and again and more!

The room was nice and all but when you open the door you were immediately hit with the smell of paint and a high concentration of it as well. Management was notified but really didn’t rectify the situation due to capacity of the resort during this time. We stayed for 4 nights and every night when we returned from Disney it smelled of paint. They claim the tubs were redone and that’s why we smelled the paint but the room should’ve never been rented out until this was aired out like you’re supposed to when you paint or refurbish tubs with paint or varnish.

My first 24hours, my iron stained my white shorts, the coffee machine in my room was broke so wasn't able to have coffee first thing in the morning. I went to golf, no shuttles to get you to legends if your tee time is before 8am. I was told security would come get me, when i walked over to their building since no one picked me up after 30 minutes, they told me since i wasn't handicap they wouldn't take. Posted shuttle times are 8am and don't offer shuttle to get you to tee time if before 8am.

Was great, didnt have time for the kids to use the pools but yhey looked like a ton of fun. "Room"..aka condo was great and even had a good view of the fireworks from Disney. Only frustrating thing is the ol "go see joe to get the room key i just gave you "activated"" for a timeshare hook.

We experienced multiple disruptions during our three-night stay totaling $1,049.19 (including resort fees). Despite calling ahead about our late arrival, check-in took about 25 minutes close to midnight. At 6:50 AM the first morning, the in-room fire alarm sounded, waking our entire party. It went off again around 7:00 AM. Maintenance responded and said it would be fixed, but that same night at approximately 11:45 PM the alarm went off again, requiring another visit. The repeated disturbances significantly affected our rest during a short stay. On checkout morning around 9:36 AM, while we were still gathering belongings and had not completed checkout, a staff member entered the room without confirming that it was vacant. Pros: Maintenance responded promptly when called. Overall, for a stay costing over $1,000, we expected functioning safety systems and clearer room access procedures. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet that expectation.

Went for a long weekend with 3 young children aged 2-7. Stayed in a 2 bedroom villa. Very accommodating and provided a crib and high chair for our stay, also a few dishwasher pods and laundry soap which was really convenient! Villa was newly renovated and spotless. We loved the pools (heated)!, great for all ages of our children. Pool bars and food were great also! Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful resort with lots of pools, restaurants, several gyms, at least two arcades. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Room was mostly fine - we appreciated having the kitchenette. However, we had no window to the outdoors, just to a common space which made the room feel very dark and closed in. That kind of ruined it for us.

Room was average. Housekeeping did not clean the room the following day.

Shouldn’t have to say “NO” more than once to the timeshare sales pitch! We said no about 10 times before having to just walk away! This should not be a part of the check in process, ridiculous! On top of that, the room was not in very nice condition. Broken hair dryer, broken toilet paper holder, broken towel holder, soap scum all over the counters and cabinets were super worn and not nice! Superbowl music playing extremely loud til 11pm in the lobby when your room is looking out into the lobby was not it!!! Also being charged at $39 plus tax amenities fees PER NIGHT is crazy. I did not see a mention of this when booking my room!! Would not ever recommend staying in the actual hotel studio rooms!

This is a timeshare resort, they will try to sell you something and hold you keys while trying to convince you to take a tour.

Upon check-in people were rude, trying to force people into timeshares that’s not why we wanted to stay at this facility will never stay at another facility. That is a Holiday Inn resorts because they try to force things on you that one doesn’t want and then telling you they’re gonna charge you a bunch of extra fees if you don’t go along with it.

Such an amazing resort, and HUGE! Our room was spacious and very clean. Front desk was very helpful, fast with our check-in and very informative. We would definitely stay here again..we just hope the cold doesn’t follow us down next time haha

The resort is beautiful and can’t complain about anything AFTER check-in. Check-in took forever and because it’s a timeshare resort, they hold your room key and parking pass hostage until they give you their sales pitch. After a long drive, we just wanted to get settled. Also, the price you see is not what you get. There was a resort fee on top of it all and a $25 early check-in fee. We were half an hour early. Once we got through all that, the resort was beautiful.

Room was spacious and clean. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The resort was larger than I had anticipated with plenty to do. The shuttle buses were very handy and drivers went out of their way when the weather was cool to drive you back to your room.

A door from the bedroom to the living room squeaked loudly. If they missed that, made you wonder other things they missed

The room was good. I was very upset having to drive to each pool. I requested a room that my granddaughters could walk too. Also calling daily for timeshare times was a little much, I made it very clear at check in that I was not interested in the timeshare meetings. Pools were cold and the hot tubs were to hit to be in.

We stayed in a studio room. The room smelled musty and the carpet throughout the building is in dire need of replacing! It is stained and dirty. The pools were nice but was very disappointed to have to pay for tube rental to use in the lazy river. It seems that paying a resort fee would cover that! The tube was way overfilled and uncomfortable too. Will not be back.

Property is definitely older, outdated and in need of repairs. The staff was not helpful, friendly or knowledgebale when I had a few questions and concerns during my stay.

Everything was great except check in. Not sure if it was Expedia or the resort but they split our one reservation of 2 villas into 2 separate reservations which prevented the rooms from being together and also incurred an extra $115 reservation charge.

We stayed in the main part of the hotel (which I think is the oldest part) which was OK. We were only staying two nights so I assume that’s where the quick turnover stays because from speaking to people with past experience they said they’ve never stayed in that area. Everything was fine- we weren’t at the hotel much because we had a lot to do and were visiting friends- plus the weather was freezing so we couldn’t make use of a lot outdoors. My one major grip and reason I’d probably never return was the fact that when asking for 4 clean towels (shower towels) we’re told to wash the ones we were giving on the first day. I’m sorry but what?? I’ve stayed at the most low budget places in my lifetime and if I asked for clean towels I was supplied them. I don’t want to do laundry on my vacation let alone the hotels laundry. I thought this was absolutely absurd. Luckily we had gone back down and spoke to a reasonable agent at the desk who said the policy was crazy and made sure we were given some fresh towels. What a policy for a hotel that isn’t by any means cheap and charges resort fees. Oh and the carpets in the hall were filthy. With all the money they’re saving on maid service (no beds were made, room never serviced) you’d think they’d put a little into sprucing up the place.

This place was amazing. Recently stayed here this past December; the property was beautiful, the villa was superb and clean, and I loved the washer and dryer access! Will be staying here again.

You start the trip being borderline harassed as its a timeshare property that I was not made aware kf what so ever. The amount I paid just to be pushed into a 2 hour presentation. You get handed keys and are told they arent active until you speak with the marketing person at the desk behind you. They called me at my room less than 24 hours after that. Plus no wifi during my entire stay

Our checkin experience was incredibly inconvenient! Upon arrival to the room we were assigned we found another family was already occupying the room. The resort is expansive and had to go all the way back to registration to get a new room, which I was told to go to resort services - they were closed - went back to the desk and was told to go to another desk. Got to the new room and found we had no parking pass. Made another trip to the registration building to get that. By the time all of this was sorted it was dark and our kids were upset. Tried to go play putt putt and the employee told us they were closing early because no one was there to play even though we wanted to play. Needless to say we left the resort to play putt putt. The room was clean and spacious, but I have no plans to return. Thankfully we only stayed a couple of days as a pass through spot.

With a complex that massive it does rub me the wrong way that towels for the pool are $25 per towel you misplace vs getting your towels at the pools and returning them before you leave the pool. It’s also $9 to use a tube in the lazy river. And the tv is cable and dvd only. It’s 2026, if nothing else let’s upgrade to smart TVs. The positives… the condo is spacious. You do technically have a working kitchen and there are many pools to pick from. Since the property is large there is a shuttle to take you around. They did have a huge firework show for the Fourth of July.

This location is one of the best resorts I’ve been in America. They have everything for the kids,adults, and all seniors. This property was clean and the staff was phenomenal. I would recommend this location for any family or family reunions. The rooms was spacious and did not feel like you were in a motel or a hotel individual room. The restaurants was reasonably priced and the food was great. We will definitely be going back.

Yes, room was in bad shape, refrigerator was leaking and dishwasher started running on its on. Carpet was very sticky.

The room was not what was described when we checked in. Our room was in the basement of the main lobby and the carpets were stained, the cabinets had stains on them and not that it was a big deal but it appeared they are room was placed next to a bunch of staff members. They did end up moving us but it was not the easiest to get done and after we impeached a car full of 5 people and 2 hours had gone by.

Room was not ready at check in time. WiFi would not work. Hot tub was cold.

Room was updated but could’ve been cleaned better prior to stay. Lots of amenities on site and no need to leave resort. They do have transportation vans inside but not the quickest. Overall, still a great experience and will definitely go back.

The checking in took half hour at 12:30 Am. Nauseating smell as we entered the room. Notified the receptionist. They sent someone to clean after 2 days. No room service for the whole four nights stay. Dishwasher was not working. WiFi was not working. They had to come in and upgrade the WiFi hardware in the morning, which took almost two hours. They were drilling the walls and it was very uncomfortable. Didn’t expect this at all from Holiday Inn. Very poor.

The river island is fun for kids, but would be much better with service around the pool as the lines to get food were very long. The shuttle drivers were all very kind and helpful. The hostess at Breezes was less than pleasant but once she saw our visual response to her behavior, she tried to change her attitude. This is a very large resort and very easy to get lost without the shuttles. While this resort met the minimal needs we had, we would not stay here again. Certainly not a 4.5 star resort as listed on the site.

Loved the WV 2 bedroom 2 bath, very clean, and the pool was nice. The problem is the time share sales on site. Totally made me think I had to do a tour, much longer than 90 minutes, and when we refused to do the timeshare— we got the shuttle of shame. No idea there was a gift especially because they took $200 of my Visa card and gave me a resort visa that could only be spent int he overpriced resort places. Not all accepted it. Jet skis would have been fun but they only run one even though they had seven and required us to wait until it was returned first. We still had fun at the pools. Say no to all the sale gimicks!

The room was really spacious and we liked that there were three beds. The restrooms were very spacious too and the kitchen was huge, but checking in took a long time.

When I booked on Expedia, I had no idea It was a timeshare. From the moment we checked in we were forced to listen to their presentation. We said no over and over. The staff was rude and even called me multiple times asking if I would do the tour.

HUGE GATED RESORT! Shuttles run around complex from 8AM to 11PM. Pools are heated, lazy river is relaxing! Access to great pools, hot tubs, dining, golf, pickleball & so much more! Marketplace serves Starbucks coffee & has its own grocery & souvenir sections. Family friendly resort, activities for kids & adults. Staff is helpful, friendly & very accommodating. Will be back in the future.

The staff that gave me wrong information about the orientation. I feel she Paula deceived me in making me do a 90 minutes presentation and promise a late check out just to come to the room and my daughter stayed someone was knocking very aggressively that scare my grand daughter. She mis informed mean about that I was gpinht 200 in cash since it was my last day

Area and grounds were clean with a friendly staff.

This place is big. It’s easy to get lost on the grounds. The villa that we stayed in was spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath, but the floors were dirty. The carpet looked old. The bathroom in the primary was tiny. The toilet is right beside the tub and door. The ac worked great. The kitchen was nice. We stayed here for two nights, but I wasn’t impressed enough to return. We didn’t have time to enjoy the amenities, but it seemed like there were plenty to have fun and keep busy.

When I arrived, i wanted to check in but was told by the person at the check out counter I had to follow another employee to another check in counter where my room card would be activated which was not the case. They took us to a counter to try and sell me a timeshare. They lied about the room keyactivatuon and now i was faced with multiple employees trying to convince me to purchase timeshare very aggressivley. Tha. The elevator did not work but there were no signs stating this. We ended up getting stuck in the elevator. Finally, my check out was at ten, and about 9:20, i was dressing up to get ready to leave when the room service lady just entered the room at 9:30 when my check out was at ten. I only stayed 2 days and hardlyvspent time at the resort. This all happened the few hours I was there. I let the staff know and the only replies i recevied was that I should speak to the maintenace people and was also told "Thank you for the feedback and they would let the appropriate people know" in other words nothing was done and I truly feel the hotel staff and management did not want to be bothered or just did not care. I believe they paid no mind because I did not buy a timeshare. I would not recommend this place at all not because the place but because of the staff and there management who are horrible at handling issues caused by them.

The rooms are dated but spacious. I like the kitchen area and amenities. Property is beautiful! Very large and clean.

Room was clean, i didnt take advantage of the amenities but the pool area looked nice and the golf course by the tour center looked green and lush. Definitely will try to golf there next time and enjoy the pool and restauranrs.

Looks clean on the surface but is actually dirty. Floors dirty, shower dirty, hair balls. Room smelled of smoke. Needs a humidifier-everything felt moist. Not going back or recommending.

When I was at the counter at check-in, they hit me with a service fee of $40 a night on top of the deposit. Then when I got to my villa, they were bedbugs in the beds. I went back. They had an attitude put me in another villa that was old and dirty and the chairs were black so I had to go back again for the third time. They finally put me in the room where there were no bedbugs that was an upgraded unit. I still have not received a call from management even though I asked for one I got there at 3:30 or four and was not checked in until 10 o’clock that night due to the moving in and moving out and from jumping from one villa to the next.

We will stay again!

Clean spacious suite with so much available to do at Orange Lake Resort. ThanksGiving dinner at the Palmer was delicious. Plenty of different pools with everything suitable for adults to toddlers. Well lit golf course for nighttime play. Close to all the Orlando theme oarks

This place was filthy, long curly and pub hairs all over the bathroom, inside the shower. The bed sheets had stains on it. I bought some milk, yogurts and jello for my 2 year old and all went bad bc the fridge wasn’t working.!!..my son’s ice cream cake melted aswell. And also this room had this long insects, mainly in the master bed room and bathtub and I have videos and pictures of all this. The worst part no one answered nothing not even leaving a message!! Pictures of all this.

Really like the rooms and bathrooms also the kitchen was perfect. It's conveniently located and parking was included. I disliked on check in a lady trying to sell me timeshare presentation, very pushy and not what you need after 16 hours of travel.

We arrived Miles did a great job of answering all of our questions and helping us out concerning getting park tickets and dining suggestions. All of the staff is friendly and seem like they want to be there! Like that there were things going on for everyone and that there were a lot of swimming options! We really enjoyed the lazy river and appreciated that there's a shuttle that brings you there. It would have been nice having a balcony, but the room was nice in the beds were comfortable.

The only issue I had was the photos online, did not represent the room I actually had. For example there was no jacuzzi tub in the two room villa, even tho there was photos of it and listed as it did. There is ton of restaurants within 5 mins of the hotel and aleast to the Orlando Outlets it’s about 35ish mins with traffic.

My favorite resort to stay at! This was my third time. Kids already are planning to go there again for there birthdays!! Love the pools. The staff is amazing.

This is a oasis for us ,we love this places for the the family,Golf ,swimming pools,walks ,etc

We arrived at the property and checked in quickly, however, we were escorted to another desk which was a hustle for a free 7 day vacation for a 90 minute time share presentation which we declined because those are too good to be true and they were very aggressive. We also had to rent tubes for the lazy river which I didn’t appreciate since a resort fee was charged daily.

Very clean resort. Heavy in the time share promos. TVs are pretty small. Had a 3 br/3 ba rental. It was nice distributed. Although noise can carry from one bedroom to other.

Waste of time, was signed up for one day/time, we arrived at our scheduled time and day, after waiting in long line were told we weren’t in that time slot or day. Representative made a mistake, presentation cancelled along with offers, the guy back at sales was obviously bothered with this & also kept us waiting, no consideration at all for us as customers. I was with my 7 yr old son, so after over an hour wait we are now hungry & bored, sacrificed sleep to be there early as asked & threatened to be charged. I finally, told him we were leaving. Despite the confusion on their end we were charged twice & had to dispute charges, all of that was unnecessary when someone is on vacation. I also wasn’t a fan of having to drive to other pool area, should offer a shuttle or golf cart rides to pools & rooms, just an idea.

Good place to stay

I would have given 5 stars, but my room had very dirty floors that clearly had not been mopped, though we wore socks and did not mind much. I also experienced a credit card error when I was charged for breakfast, even though I had chosen the breakfast option on my Expedia reservation; I reviewed my credit card transactions and had to ask the manager for a refund. While the staff was friendly and provided excellent customer service, I did not enjoy the breakfast restaurant—the eggs were undercooked, my request for scrambled eggs resulted in an omelet, and overall, I cannot recommend it. The pizza restaurant was the best dining option during our stay. Many restaurants and the arcade game room were closed, and transportation is inconvenient because the shuttle only runs every 20 minutes, which made it tough with a 2-year-old. This may not be an issue for those without young children, but for our family, the high resort fee and these inconveniences mean we will not be returning. There are better hotels available.

Also, the check in process is way too drawn out. I stood in a line for 20 minutes while I tried to keep my kids occupied. Once I reached the desk, there were long pauses followed by useless information. Check me in, give me a map and a key. It’s not that complicated.

The resort is very big with a lot of activities to do however upon checking in our front door has bags of dirty laundry, bags of trash and a broken drinking glass. We reported it 3 times to the hotel and only the laundry was picked up the trash and broken glass stayed there and was still there upon check out. The rooms were very spacious and nice. The timeshare sales pitch was very unnecessary and when you check in and they tell you to pick a time to drive around to see all the amenities and where they are located don’t fall for it because it’s not a golf cart ride around the resort, it’s just a ride from one building to the next where they try and sell you a timeshare.

I frequent this property yearly with my family , and we’re never disappointed. River island has the lazy river and volleyball. We love that pool the most. We’ve stay in river island and East in the villas(not the ones that look like houses) and they are very nice and up to date.

Note that these are timeshares, so if it is your first time visiting, like it was for us, when you check in they will route you from person to person and then to the salesperson to get you to sit in on their presentation. It was not high pressure though, so it wasn’t a problem. It just surprised us at first because we didn’t know it was a timeshare. Highly recommend staying here and we would definitely stay again.

This was the second time at OL, 3rd time at the chain itself. We had a lovely room with a beautiful lake behind it. We even had a little alligator behind the room which the whole family loved to see. The staff was fantastic. The pools and activities were fun and we spent most of the vacation on resort. Will absolutely stay here again.

Loved the 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo for sharing with family. Only downfall resort is not walkable to pools really if staying in East or West villlage and shuttles dont seem to be very often. Cant fault the facilities, plenty to do on the resort.

Just drop the time share act when people check in and this is a 5….rooms are nice and clean, a lot to do on the property and a lot to do in the area, but the sales pitch in the beginning is obnoxious.

Absolutely amazing resort, 2 bedroom in West Village was immaculately clean and spacious, pools were amazing and clean, very friendly staff. The resort is huge, River Island is the most beautiful part of the resort and where the lazy river is located. West village pools are also beautiful

The villas are very nice and both times we have stayed the rooms have updated. This trip, the staff was slightly more pushy about the time share tour, but once they finally accepted we were not interested the rest of the trip was good. The grounds are well kept and lazy river makes it all better.

We already booked our next weekend here before checking out of our current trip, our new favorite place!

I was given a sales pitch to listen to a timeshare presentation the next day—I declined. After that the bellman lead me to a room in the middle of nowhere. My room key didn’t work but he left me outside to pick up other people. After a long flight I was stuck in the middle of nowhere alone with no food close by. I ended up leaving that next day which was the day before I was scheduled to checkout.

Only down side was there is no room cleaning service unless you stay is for 10 days or more. I could have been informed of that in advance. Other wise great place. Great pool. Great service.

Putt putt could have been better there was holes unplayable due to being flooded and the one put put course was too difficult to even play due to the hard surface. There also should be an adult only pool. But it was beautiful and clean

We highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a fantastic, activity-filled family vacation. We are already planning our next visit!

Very beautiful

Resort has lazy river, multiple other pools around the resort, miniature golf and other activities. Resort is close to Disney parks and about half hour away from Universal Studios. It’s very clean and relaxing and good place to stay for adults and families.

Loved the pools! We were not able to visit them all, but the River Island and the West Village were the best.

What I really liked about the property is the convenience of their shuttle service. They pick you up and drop you off anywhere within the resort, which makes it easy to explore all the different areas without ever needing to leave. However, what I didn’t like was how difficult it was to get in touch with reception whenever I had questions it took too long to get assistance.

1. We had the 2BR/2BA Villa. Our room was really nice BUT there were worms coming through the front door. It was disgusting....the rain of course made it worse. Our walkway was infested with worms. So we had to put towels to cover the front door gap. My kids were terrified because their room was right by the front door. Definitely request to be in the building or a villa not on the 1st floor. 2. The food was good but over priced and they automatically include 18% gratuity no matter the number in the party. 3. They have a lazy river that's literally lazy. It barely moves you. Then you have to pay $9 per tube. They give you an option to partake in all of water activities for $20 per person for 2 days or $50 per person for 5 days. One good thing I purchased the package for 4 of us but it rained the 1st day so the activities were canceled. I requested a refund because of that and they willingly refunded me because I didn't redeem it. So check the weather before you redeem or purchase. 4. They ask you to go on a "owners" tour of the property. They say it will only be 90 minutes. It was 3 HOURS. I chose 8am for the tour and didn't leave until 11:07 and Bingo started at 11:00. They promise you a $200 gift card. Then you find out it can only used for food and drinks at THE Resort Only. Overall a nice time, plenty to do but bring extra cash.

You have to have a car. They do have a shuttle that comes around. For your store runs please have a car

Amenities

Because I did not book under my IHG profile, Orange Lake put me in the lowest end of available rooms. I refused to complain, but I do know better. Even the staff treats you differently if not under IHG or an Owner.

Place was really nice, you do have to drive everywhere to do anything cause the property is so big. The only thing that I didn’t like was everything closed early.

I, my husband, daughter, son-in-law, and 2 grandkids stayed in a 2 bd, 2 ba villa, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The decor was modern, it was very clean, and there was plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable. The resort itself is quite large with a ton of amenities and is impeccably maintained. The staff were very friendly and accommodating (we were able to check in early and the late checkout fee was waived). The only negative comment I have is that the restaurant in the West Village where we stayed doesn’t open until 9am for breakfast which doesn’t allow for an early start and makes for a tight schedule on the day of checkout at 10am. Overall, this resort is top- notch, and I highly recommend it.

Many things to do, beautiful resort with many dining options. I live the free laundry and kitchen in rooms. 2nd time ive been here and didnt dissapoint.

Wi-Fi connection is bad

Like the convenience and amenities. Did not like that at the pool area (one next to the registration office). There were young kids playing with a ball (football)in the pool with no regards to the other people in the pool or surroundings and there was NO personal available to complain or stop these children. Some people got hit and were upset they left the pool area as I did.

This was our 3rd summer trip to Orange Lake Resort and we will definitely continue to come back! There’s just so much to do here for both kids and adults. The lazy river is the largest I’ve ever seen, and it’s absolutely perfect for relaxing. My kids love the awesome arcades and we always look forward to the daily activities—there’s truly something fun going on all the time. Personally, I especially enjoy the morning bingo (lol). Every visit has been such a great experience, and I can’t recommend this resort enough for families looking for fun, relaxation, and endless memories!

The hallway carpet smells very bad on the 3rd floor. They try cleaning it while we were there, but it didn’t do much. To be a resort that tried to sell you a timeshare—I would never stay there again. I never did the timeshare… I was only there for 3 days to see family. The pool and the lazy river is nice. The hotel stinks.

This have been the go to Resort every time i visit Fl with my family. As always it was an awesome experience. The Villa was clean nand well maintained. It has all the necessities for me and my family. The amenities are insanely great. The pwraonal qqa great and attentive, I will always stay at Orange Lake Resorts while visiting Fl. 😀

Beautiful property, close to Disney World.

Had to buy cleaning supplies to clean the bathrooms there was hair and black mold on the grout, the older properties with rugs have a very dirty feel and look to them … dishes kitchen drawers weren’t cleaned. It looked tidy but not clean. Sheets were clean at least.

Trip was wonderful!! Villa was nice, clean, and spacious! It took a little longer for them to notify us the room was ready meaning they never did. We just kinda went in after 4pm but it was very very nice! Loved our time on the resort

However when i booked the hotel its stated that breakfast was included and that was not true.

Didn’t like the feel when I was pressured into ownership, even after stated multiple times that need a year or two till ready. Also was told that I’ll never get a room or good rate at your properties cause of my answer

I went to the front desk to address the issue, and while they did move us to a different room, we had to repack and relocate with three exhausted kids. Unfortunately, the new room still did not have the soaking tub we expected. The entire experience felt misleading and frustrating. The rooms were not clean, and overall, the hotel did not live up to its description. We will not be returning and will not be recommending this hotel to others.

My reservation clearly stated that I booked a villa, which was priced higher than a standard room. Instead, I was given an apartment in a large complex with no view and no children’s playground. The unit was outdated, had an unpleasant odor, and the shower pressure was very weak. While the property did have a decent pool area, it did not meet the expectations of a “water park” as advertised. Overall, the accommodation did not match what was promised, and I cannot recommend it in its current condition.

This place is amazing! We had a great stay. The staff was friendly and responded quickly. The villa was clean and beautifully decorated.

It was overall an amazing place to stay and will most likely stay again. The only things that I didn’t care for was they try selling time shares and promise one thing and we didn’t receive it. Another down was we have to wash our own towels and stuff they don’t give more.
