There was not much staff around the properties. The property is located 5 minutes from a Walmart and 15 minutes from Disney World parks. But it is also located in a highly congested area making quick trips off the resort a nightmare. Overall it was a very nice budget friendly resort.

I have stayed here before and enjoyed taking a break from my norm. But how can you have a room without a microwave...ALSO I thought it was very unrealistic and unnecessary to charge for parking on such a facility....it's so unrealistic and exuberant to charge $10... per vehicle per night...wow!!! Horrible

Room - not great, was old and wasn’t that clean. The master bath also had a broken cabinet door with the door completely off and missing - which I had to report to staff, so they wouldn’t try to blame it on me and charge me. They also pissed me off so much with excessive fees. I was notified by Expedia that I’d have to pay at the hotel the additional Resort Fees $210 ($30/night for 7 nights) + Other Fees $28.35 = $238.35, but upon arrival they charged me $310.60 for $30/night resort fees + $10/night parking fee + taxes on top of that. Complete ripoff, considering I only had time to use the pool once. Absolute BS taxes on top of made up fees on top of the room rates. The 2 bedroom/2 bathroom suite with kitchen and laundry layout was nice for splitting the cost to travel with a friend, but staying elsewhere next time I come to Orlando.

The resort was in a great and safe location. We had the 3 bedroom with one king bed , 2 queens and the 3rd bedroom ended up being a whole other “condo attached to us , so we had 2 livings rooms , kitchens and laundry sets ! We will definitely stay again

Clean outdoor areas…well maintained! Wasn’t too happy with our room.. Sliding door was horrible Toliet was always not flushing right…. A/C for our bedroom was HORRIBLE! We had a one king 2 bedroom suite.

Resort was great. I know people complain about check in but we didnt experience that at all. Check in was fast and orderly. I thought all the amenities were great and included. Yes some kids activities you had to pay a little extra but that is to be expected. Lots of free things to do. We stayed near main pool and it was good. Bar never opened when it was suppose too but it would eventually open. Bartenders were great and friendly. Main pool could use more lounge chairs. Always full and hard to get. I would stay here again. We had a 2 bedroom, well worth the money. Value for room was great. Loved having a balcony to sit on. Restaurants was not good. Out of a lot of things and the server we had was one of the worst ever. Need more lounge chairs around main pool.

So the room was clean and bathroom. Just the matter of outside the doors and hallways where alot of spider webs and spiders. The light outside in the hallways should be on at all times.

Location is amazing! Hotel is super clean and staff is amazing!

Always a great place to stay close to Walmart and theme parks. Very quick and easy check in. I do not like that they try to sell you a time share every time you check in, but they are not pushy at all. Room was clean and spacious. You are unable to make the room any colder than 68 degrees. Some maintenance/updatjng was being done outside our building, but no issues.

Service to check-in counter is very fast and thorough. Our condo was very well prepared and very clean.

Check in was extremely slow. I was at the counter for over 25 min Got to the suite which was just 2 rooms side by side that shared an outside door One side was recently cleaned and the other smelled like smoke and seemed like it had been sitting for a while

This was the worse we felt unsafe and I was afraid at 10:00 on 05/30/2026 there was a continuously knocking on the door for a couple of minutes the person at the door stated that we called for maintenance I was a sleep and we made no called he keep insinuating that we made a call I told my husband not to let him and didn’t acknowledge that he was maintenance it was like he was trying to get in at that moment I wanted to leave I stayed up all night because I was afraid I called front desk and explained was just happened she basically said that they didn’t send maintenance to us and shove it off as it was important I left the property at 5 am today I need a supervisor to contact me as I think this is a serious matter

What a wonderful property!!! Golf course was pretty awesome. The pools were perfect. The only thing could make it better is more food options.

Very disappointed. We have stayed in the 2 bedrsuite 8 times andoved it. This time our room was not ready at 4:00. Manager said it would take another hour. At 5:00 it was still not ready. Not even an apology. We left and got 2 rooms in a beautiful Hampton Inn for less money. I will not be coming back.

Everything was great and beautiful only problem I had was , I thought we had already reserved our room which I paid in advance I got it through Expedia but when I got there I had to pay another 268 for deposit which they did said I would get back but it was just weird to me cause no where in the info it stated that I had to pay again .

The property was beautiful, clean and the staff was great. The only problem I had was the representative pushing me to take a two hour tour for their timeshare opportunities. The more I said no the more he tried to give me extra incentives to take the tour. He was too pushy and wouldn’t take no for an answer until I tore up the form and asked for my parking pass. Other than that my stay was great. They offer free bikes to ride, put-put golf, and shuffleboard. I was able to have my Walmart order delivered with no problem. We will book there again.

Property is very clean. From the rooms to pool area and the grounds. Staff keeps you informed with daily updates on anything going on. Maintenance crew was great. Our air conditioner stopped working. They were out and had it fixed and running in an hour. This was our second time staying here. Will definitely come back.

Our stay was good. We didn’t spend much time at the property. We were at Disney and Universal majority of the time so we didn’t do much but sleep there. It was clean and had everything we needed.

The stars say it all

The rooms are ridiculous!!! I had a 2 bedroom suite. 1 room had 2 queens and the other had a king with a massive ensuite bathroom that had a large tub, walk in shower and separate toilet. There was a decent sized kitchen that had a washer dryer which we used daily. There was a massive dining and living area along with a screened in outdoor balcony. Honestly the space was unexpectedly amazing!! Shower pressure could be better but I find that to be typical with most hotels so I wasn’t bothered. Our building was right next to the largest pool that the had on site which was great!! I did request that pool area as we were there for a cheerleading competition and all athletes were going to try and stay there so we’d be together. It was nice that my daughter and her friend that was staying with us could come and go easily and I could stay in the room and relax or get meals ready while they were roaming around our area or at the pool with their friends. The staff were amazing! From guest services, maintenance, housekeeping, bar and restaurant… any interaction I had was wonderful. Just a note that many housekeeping and maintenance staff did not speak English or had limited English. It was fine for us and if I had a question we managed to get to the answer so please be patient as I’m sure it’s stressful for them to try and assist. 10/10 would recommend!

Perfect for our stay. It was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. Pricing was great and not too far from where we needed to be.

Arrived very early and staff were very helpful and made a note to let us know as soon as room was ready but gave us resort key so we could access facilities. Within 30 mins, we were told to go back to reception and the had found a room for us! This was about 7 hours earlier than check in! ☺️ The resort was great - very peaceful and the pool was quiet - never crowded or noisy. We played mini golf every day and the children enjoyed pickle ball too! The only downside for us was the location - we did know this when booking, however, there was a free shuttle offered when we booked last year but this was removed in January - which was a shame and did mean we paid more in uber fares than we had hoped to. That said, if we wanted a chilled place to relax, we would book this again!

Easy check in, clean and spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit. Pools were great and easy to walk to. Got a shuttle ride back to our condo. Friendly staff. Great location to Disney.

Absolutely loved it here! I traveled with my husband and four children. We got a two bedroom, and it was perfect! Always enough parking, easy to get to from the main roads and the facility is just beautiful! The staff is friendly, they will reach out via texts to see how you are doing. Anything you may need, they are just a text away which makes things so convenient. I will definitely stay here everytime I come to Orlando.

The outdoor pool is nice

Really enjoyed our stay. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, excellent pool with great drink options poolside. Was really impressed with how friendly the staff was as well and really easy to communicate with via text for anything we needed. It’s such a great spot if you are looking for rooms with a full kitchen and high quality in room washer & dryer. The Wal Mart down the street was very convenient as well. We will definitely be back!

Good property. I chose to do the sales presentation which took 3 1/2 hours and would recommend to anyone to skip it if possible since they are trying to sale as a timeshare.

We stayed here for 4 nights for Summit Cheer Competition. The property was nice, well maintained with lots of amenities. We had plenty of space in our room (2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms), full kitchen stocked with supplies, washer & dryer! Unfortunately, due to the cheer schedule, we were unable to take advantage of all the amenities. We didn't get to enjoy mini golf, bike riding, or the gym. The pool was really nice but the poolside bar was closed. It was nice and convenient to text guest services to request a golf cart ride to the various spots on the property. We also grilled steaks on the provided grills next to our building. One thing that can be easily rectified is the amount of bugs that get into the room. We noticed on the 2nd day that the seal at the bottom of the door was broken, allowing those annoying bugs to get into the entry way of our room. Overall I would stay here again. It was such a family enjoyable environment.

Everything was great! I mean the photos online are no lie, the place has nice amazing staff, the pools feel great. I was one of three in my group on my vacation trip and our room was beautiful and so many amenities that we had in the kitchen we made this great dinner.

The only complaint that I have was the explanation of the rooms while booking I booked the two bedroom suite and was not told it was two separate rooms divided by a hallway I was under the impression that it was all behind the same door so I had some safety concerns traveling with multiple children

Property is very large so lots of walking or calling for a ride. We were on the bottom floor next to the rode so sleeping was tough. We liked the main pool and the staff at Tiki Bar were top rate and very kind. Second bathroom the toilet had no hardware. Called office and they were there to fix it quickly but how does a maid who so called clean the place not notice that.

The biggest disappointment was the room. We had a one bedroom and the room itself was fine but there was only one window in the whole unit and it was in the bedroom, which looked out onto the outdoor hall/walkway and parking lot. View wasn’t relevant for me but the lack of a window in any other part of the unit made it feel like a dungeon. It’s clearly designed this way to maximize occupancy of units in each building but it is dark and you feel like you’re in a basement or storage locker when in the living area/kitchen.

The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly & the pool and grounds were well maintained. The gym equipment was versatile and suited our needs for the duration of our stay. We plan to return next year.

We have stayed here many times, & love the resort! But this time when checking in we were charged $26 more than agreed price with Expedia. We have never paid more than the Expedia negotiated price. Desk help would not even consider waiving overcharge.

Great place to stay near Disney and Universal. The resort is huge with multiple pools and plenty of activities to choose from. Walmart is basically across the street and it’s about 5 minute drive to plenty of restaurants. Staff were excellent and resort was well taken care of. Would stay here again.

Love the dunes pool too, great pool bar. Our second stay here and will definitely continue to stay again. Unbeatable value!

They don’t tell you about a daily resort fee so they surprise charge you after your stay. The wifi says complimentary but it’s not. The stay over all was good, just not happy with the surprise extra fees.

Only issue is the 1 restaurant is at the golf club, well away from the rooms and is pickup only. There is a pool bar with some food at the main pool but only during the afternoon. Very happy though as room had a good kitchen with everything we needed. Will be back next year

Sit on my patio and look out and relax, we couldn’t do this, we had a fenced in patio with only a patio table. We asked for a 1 hour late checkout and it was worse than pulling teeth. We finally got it after two attempts. The place was not busy at all.

We have always gone to mystic dunes for many years and first year we have ever had to call security twice. Nose level around our place was crazy . One night until 2:30 am and another night folks fighting in there room and a dog barking for hours. No one at desk seem to care because we booked through Expedia . All they said was “ Oh wow that’s to bad” we were very disappointed in that.

I am an owner here and weeks prior to my stay, called and emailed them to get ONE night stay - no response. I checked into a different hotel (Kompose) which was deplorable, unsafe and expedia didnt help. I saw this property on expedia so I booked to have a decent, known experience. I told Mystic Dunes at check in that I was an owner. This didnt matter since I booked through expedia. They gave me a tiny, non updated room that smelled. I asked for the building I have stayed in for 20 years and they demanded an upgrade fee. I will be bringing this up to the BOARD of Hilton.

There is nothing that really sets this hotel apart from the others that we've stayed at when visiting Florida. As a matter of fact we'd prefer to stay in one of those then this hotel again. The room itself was nice but, the resort fee should cover parking it does not. There are no hot tubs on the property and all the pools close early except for one. So if you want to relax after visiting theme parks all day, you cannot.

Worked well to visit Disney Parks a couple days (~10 mins drive) and have a few day just relaxing pool side at the resort. Loved having full kitchen to make some meals, also really appreciated having in-unit washer dryer. Would definitely stay again

The property is very nice and clean. All pools should have a bar, especially the adult pool. We had to drive to the main pool as it was the only one that had a bar. We were woken at 7:00am both days of our stay due to very loud lawn maintenance work. We could also hear everyone on the exterior stairs and talking as they walked by. We found out upon arrival the shuttle to area parks was no longer available.

Great property!

We had a fantastic stay at this property, staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and one of the updated rooms on the property. Pools were clean with good loungers. Unfortunately on our last night at the property we discovered a large American cockroach about 2” long. We caught and killed it but it certainly dampened our stay.. no signs of pest issues at the property.

Rooms are great, they are spacious, and well kept however, they were not cleaned daily, only every 6 days which is why I most likely will not be coming back. The bedding and towels, were also in a very poor condition, incredibly thin, some with holes and stains.

Spacious, clean recently remodeled 2 bedroom unit was beautiful. Full kitchen is a great plus for families. Heated pools and live music were wonderful.

The water smells absolute terrible in shower, bath and tap. Tasted terrible and is not drinkable. The shower and floors were sticky and dirty. Could be a lot cleaner.

I was disappointed there were no ice machines on site. We were there for a sporting event and needed ice. The staff said they would bring a bag of ice in 15-30 minutes. After a 2 hour wait I sent them a text and they said my items would be delivered. Then I received a call that “all” the ice machines were broken. A 2 1/2 hour wait to be told there was no ice was very disappointing and inconvenient.

Mattress was extremely uncomfortable and should’ve been replaced- rotated the mattress which made it tolerable. Not enough chairs in the main pool area and a lot of them had towels and personal belongings on them. Restaurant and location was nice.

Handicap room needs the floor scrubbed. Our feet were black at the end of the day.

We stayed in a two bedroom Golf View Villa which was very accommodating. We liked the layout with the two bedrooms being separated with their own bathrooms separated by the living area and kitchen. Washer and dryer in the unit was convenient and kitchen had all essential items for a short stay. Our balcony overlooked the 11th hole on the golf course which was a fun Par 3 to watch while drinking coffee!

The room was two separate rooms. It was not described well to me as a guest. The resort was very nice room terrible. My husband and I had to separate from each other to stay with our kids.

Rooms were clean just a little dated for what you would expect from Hilton. Main pool was packed and you would have to get there at 8am if you expected to get a chair. Staff was pushy to sell you a time share which is not what I want when going on vacation. If I’m paying to stay at your resort the only time I should be approached about a time share is if I call and ask about it. They made you feel like you had to do a 2hr presentation. Would not stay at this property again there are much nicer and newer ones in the area for similar price.

Our room was very clean and seemed freshly painted. The pools on property are great and all staff we encountered were very helpful and courteous. Would definitely recommend this location for those wanting to visit Disney with children. Great activity center and pools for those days when not going to parks.

Stayed in a 2 bedroom/2 bath unit. The floor plan is good. The towels are low quality, similar to Motel 6. The water smells. I guess that’s a Florida thing but there’s a fix for it such as filters, aeration, or oxidation systems that can reduce sulfur odors. When you check in, you are sent to another counter to get your parking pass, but it’s really a sales person that tries to set you up for a 90 minute presentation (time share) but you don’t have to buy. On my last night, I dropped something on the kitchen floor and noticed how filthy the area of the dishwasher and cabinet were. The showers were dated and stained. There was a balcony and sliding door but no screen door to allow for fresh air in the unit. The maintenance is the bare minimum. Unit needs updating. The check in staff were friendly.

No hot tub , hard to find room when coming in different gate. Nice facility with lots of stuff. Would recommend it to everyone

I went to golf, just felt like I was in a big apartment complex with a golf course and seem like sidewalks were inadequate to get around.. and as you exist you room to go out anywhere you are dumped into the parking lot and have to walk through the big parking lot with no sidewalks.. some just came to a dead end. But overall, for the value I can't complain. Would not go back.

Outstanding resort

Resort was overall nice. That said, I didn't like the fact that there wasn't a door between the main room and the ensuite, which causes for one to wake up their companion when using the bathroom early in the morning. Also the shower head in the tub has to be hand held and the other shower doesn’t come with a door which causes for a big wet/slippery mess to be formed every time that the shower is used.

We had a 2 bedroom villa. The space was large and clean. The kitchen was fully equipped and there was a washer and dryer in the unit. The property was quiet and close to local attractions

When I called to request the same refund, I was told no and that they would only offer points. I explained that our friends had received a refund, and they responded that “each guest is different.” After a long time insisting, they finally agreed to refund it. Then, at checkout, we noticed we were being charged about $300 extra. My husband complained and they corrected it, but overall the experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing.

Staff was amazing. Room is outdated a little bit but has recently been bought by Hilton so i KNOW it will be 1000% better soon. But things that need work in just my opinion as a business owner are: dryer was out of balance and when used would make a loud clunking noise, the tub has black mold where the water comes out and needs cleaned better.

The staff was amazing, from the moment you enter the property the gate guard smiles and welcomes you. Check in was smooth and easy. Stayed in a room on building 13, it was quiet and clean 1 bedroom, bathroom full kitchen and living room. I enjoyed two of the pools they were clean heated and plenty of seats. The entire property is well manicured and I can’t wait to come back!

Was not a fan of the hearing our upstairs neighbors and neighbors to the side of us. You can hear their front door slam every time they leave or enter. Dryer did mot dry very well too. All in all, those are minor complaints, I still give it 4 out of 5 stars.

Puking every night. Called the front and was told quiet hours were after 10. He usually started around 8-9 and went until the following morning. Yelling through the attached door and banging. Terrible with small children. In order to watch TV in the bedroom we had to reset the outlet in the hall which should be a concern for customers to be messing with electrical. We called them the first time they came and did it says it happens all the time. Had cleaning scheduled for mid week-never showed. Spent too much time having to get things that we needed since they didn’t come and restock during the week. We’ve stayed here several times in the last 10 years never had any issues. I should be refunded for such a terrible experience!

Its an older resort, the room was in good shape, my mattress was a bit worn and uncomfortable. The shower water ,tap water has a sulfer smell to it, but ive experienced other regions of Florida with the same issue. The food was decent. We enjoyed the specious rooms .

The room was very clean. I was very disappointed that there was not a vending machine for water or quick snacks. I did not feel safe at night. The room I had was in an alcove that was not very lit far from the main lobby areas. I did not see cameras however the office told me there were cameras. When I asked to have a one hour later check in I was refused more than once. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

Rooms are very spacious, perfect for traveling with kids and family. The pools, however close at dusk, which didn’t leave swimming time for the kiddos. The property is pretty spread out with over a dozen buildings. So if you’re traveling with family, you’ll have to go the extra mile to get rooms in the same building. Only one restaurant on site nowhere near our building. But these rooms are condo style, so we just made a quick run to Walmart, which is only five minutes away along with many other restaurants to choose from.

I was checked into a room that's under maintenance, no lights on living room and no tv on master bedroom. After several calls and atempts to get maintenance and nobody showing up, they moved us to a different room on their system and never informed me. I had to move my family late at night to another room. Front desk and customer service dont seem to care for clients that book through expedia.

This resort is nice, fairly well maintained. Staff is responsive. Keep in mind that this is a timeshare hotel so owners are given preferred room reservations. The rooms pictured are renovated rooms and you are not guaranteed one. Our first room given was stained and run down. We had to fight to get what we paid for. The staff seems reluctant to cater to those who rent through online third party sites. This was mentioned to me at check-in.

Clean and comfortable stay. My family enjoyed our rooms. The workers were friendly. The resort was more for younger aged children (the pool went only to 3 feet and the slide was not built for older kids) but overall, it made for a nice vacation for our family of 5.

No breakfast was included like the hotel said it would be. They wasted my time for a timeshare presentation that they didn’t even allow my brother nor my parents participate in because their area wasn’t marketable but I’m from the same area so that made no sense that they would target me but couldn’t include the rest of my family in the same home address? We weren’t told of any of the amenities included in the hotel stay until I attended the timeshare presentation then I found out what all the hotel had to offer and what was included and what wasn’t. During our tour we almost got hit in the parking lot riding around in a golf cart with the guy doing the tour and he had no idea what was happening until my dad reached out his arm to punch the back windshield of the vehicle getting ready to run us over. The building we stayed at was missing half of the ceiling. We were told they had just acquired this building and it was going to be renovated. Because I had booked through Expedia, Hilton did not honor the points I was going to get for staying there so they removed them at check in. Only reason I didn’t book through my Hilton app was because I got a better deal on Expedia. Unpleasant experience. I won’t be staying here again! Rude customer service, bad check in, bathrooms were dirty, sheets looked like they hadn’t been washed.

However, our flight was late. My nephew who also flew in from California arrived on time and went directly to the hotel. The hotel was in my name only. When we arrived at the hotel. He had been given room keyes and was alresdy in the room. This was a huge safety concern for me. I was the only one on the reservation. His id does not match my address. Why would you give a random stranger keys to my room. What if he was a stalker, a rapist, my estranged ex husband. I wasnt as angry as i would have been because it was my nephew. But safety is a priority for me when i travel and this felt very unsafe

We have stayed here several times and always find the value in our stay. Large, roomy two bedroom apartment that is very comfortable. Bathroom privacy leaves a little to be desired but the water closet was separate so not so bad. This review asked how we liked the free breakfast so I'm thinking this is kind of a generic review form as there was no evidence of the sort. This is a great, clean resort to stay in that is very close to Disney and the value is terrific!

Conveniently located so most attractions, retail stores and restaurants are minutes away. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend for your vacation.

Room was clean and spacious. We were a little disappointed with the smell upon arrival, as we think the neighboring unit had cooked fish and it had permitted into our rooms. There was a bit of a stale smell after that, but overall it was a nice stay. There were a few little fix-up items in the unit that we made the staff aware of and they said they would address. We are on property for three meals during our stay and everything was very tasty!

The resort was nice, the room was spacious but could use a refresh. Tiles on the bathroom floor were loose and there were multiple spots on the floors that looked wet but was actually residue from something. No housekeeping was offered, just what they called a “tidy” where they made the bed with the sheets we already had and changed the garbages. Our washer stopped working multiple times during our stay and the staff tried to fix it but didnt so we were stuck with soaking wet clothes we had to wring out by hand. For the resort fee’s we paid it was not worth it.

Kenzies restaurant, tried to order food for pickup for MNF per the display card in the room. Called the number on Yelp and the ext from my room but neither got an answer, so must not have been open at 9pm. There also did not seem to be a way to order on the website or through the normal food apps (DD, Uber, GH). So I ended up ordering from Door dash and paying the delivery fees. Tried to call Kenzie's to order breakfast on Saturday at 12pm but also did not get an answer so figured it was not open early. When thinking about where to stay for vacation an easy way to order food delivered is important to my wife and I especially after a full day out walking and standing in lines at amusement parks. With the restaurant not an option you should remove the card and menu from the rooms.

Well they try to make you go to a time share presentation. When you tell them you will let them know by the end of the evening and when you do tell them you won’t be attending in the alloted time they ask for you to give. They ignore you and charge you for not attending. After multiple times of letting them know. The staff was pushy and rude.

With a resort that big, you need more than 1 restaurant. You need a little store to get snacks or vending machines. There was no place to get little things. I didn't rent a car and wasn't going to do Uber eats to get little things. No one told us about the shuttle service when we checked in, so we walked miles to get food before we figured that out. You need something in the room listing all the amenities. After traveling with no sleep for nearly 20 hours, did not appreciate the HARD sell of time share when we checked in. Bright patio light right by bedroom that could not be turned off. Could hear neighbors clearly, sounded like they were coming into our room. Guys spraying a bee nest in front of my building. Didn't know until I was out there and saw them buzzing around. I'm allergic. Did not get stung. Handle broke right off a coffee cup while just holding it, making the entire cup fall to the counter and splash hot coffee on my side and legs. Minor burns. Texted the desk that I was burned and for someone to mop floor. No one did. I cleaned it up best I could with paper towels. Employees did not speak English and could not help when asking questions. No kitchen towels, used bathroom towels. Need more plates, bowls, forks, spoons in room. Need instructions on how to use coffee pot. Area rug and carpet in room was worn and dirty. The mini golf course was boring, needs some obstacles.

Room was very clean but smelled of cigarette smoke. I did not complain since we checked in at midnight and we were all exhausted. We were unable to use screened porch because smell was so bad. I bought air neutralizer the next morning and sprayed all furniture, carpets and drapes which helped. Staff at front desk always polite

The front desk staff did not handle the handover properly. The staff member on duty the previous day had already told the manager that my delayed luggage would be delivered to my room, and I also left my contact phone number. However, around 4 a.m., the front desk called our room, and even the phone in my child’s room was ringing. We had just taken a long flight and were suffering from jet lag, so it was impossible to get proper rest. The staff asked us to go to the front desk to pick up the luggage ourselves. I explained that I had been promised the luggage would be delivered to my room, but the front desk said they had to wait until after 8 a.m. for the manager to confirm. Unfortunately, we had plans to leave at 8 a.m. and needed the clothes in the suitcase, so I had no choice but to go to the front desk myself at 5 a.m. It was really frustrating.

I booked on hotels.com and when I got there, they said they didn’t even have my reservation. It took over 30 minutes for me to just get assigned a room and they didn’t even offer a free upgrade for the trouble. They blamed it on hotels.com. On top of that, I’m a diamond member and Hilton has no respect whatsoever for the DIAMOND members. They don’t give a free upgrade because you book it through hotels.com so they punish you and treat you like you mean nothing. The room was outdated and dirty. The tub and floors needed to be deep cleaned. The front gate staff was pretty friendly, but that’s about the only positive I can say. Back when this property was $80 a night, it was worth it but now it’s no longer a good value. Too expensive what you get!

It was a great stay

On this visit, the king bed was very firm and my body ached during the night and made me stiff the next day – appeared to be a different brand of mattress than the double beds in the other bedroom which were very comfy. I used extra pillows to sleep on however, and that fixed the problem.

The room was great, very spacious and clean on arrival. My only complaint is that we were there for 11 days and they never vacuumed the floor. Their “tidy up” mid week was just new towels and making the beds without changing any sheets or cleaning the floor. With 6 people in the 2 bedroom suite crumbs and fuzzballs end up on the floor and it would have been nice to have them vacuum.

Check in process was easy with great service. I love the check in building for its appearance and the smell. Our stay was fantastic! We had a 1 bedroom king suite which was spacious and had all the amenities. We enjoyed being able to save some money by having the option to cook in our room and also have the option to do laundry! We used the pool area which was really nice with a walk up bar. The pool has a large waterfall and a waterslide. The waterfall creates a fun ambiance to the pool setting. Would definitely stay here again!!

Safe place to stay. A little dated but nice. Couch was hard and uncomfortable and water pressure was very low. Water temperature was good and all appliances worked fine. It would be nice if the resort had a hot tub. Overall, I would stay again.

Staff was very friendly, Dave who checked us in was outstanding. The place over all is a little dated, but don't let that discourage you. It is kept up pretty well. We stayed in a 2 bed, 2 bath room with full kitchen, living, and dining area. Room service is every 5 days that I learned after the second day of a 4 day stay. You just call the front desk if you need anything. They have only one dining restaurant that is a little pricey, but just buy food from the store, much cheaper. We used to stay at the shades of green on WDW property, this is now our new go to. We will be back next month for nine days. It is outstanding for my son who is autistic and likes his own space. The price is unbeatable for the amount of space and amenities.

Stay was good but hard to get around no one told us how to use the golf cart service and food at the pool cafe was not good

Only concerns were the use of tvs was more complicated than it should be and the shower/water had a strange odor.

Room needs updating and proper cleaning floor was dirty.

Thier rooms need to be properly stocked with shampoo, conditioner towels etc. Labeling or a one sheet telling you where all located too would be helpful.

We booked a 2 bedroom 2 bath unit with large balcony. For what I thought was a very good price. The unit exceeded my expectations in every way. Comfortable mattresses, super roomy, with a huge screened in balcony overlooking a pool. Decent Kitchen although ice maker was sub par. But the only reason this is not a five star ranking is the pressure. I should have known but didn't that this is a time share property. It's huge, with MANY different units and buildings sprawled among a huge area overlooking a golf course, and the grounds that we saw were maintained very nicely. We even ate, twice, at the on site restaurant, slow service but good food. But my wife and I cannot STAND time share pressure tactics. Starting at check in, you'll check in like a normal hotel, but then, in order to get your parking pass they'll send you to another desk where the pressure to get "free gifts" for just attending a very short presentation begin. And being too busy or uninterested doesn't stop them, they'll keep ordering you. But once you get away from that desk, because they "need" your cell phone during the check in process, they'll keep "following up" with texts and/or calls just desperate to give you free things with no strings attached. I guess if you're good at almost being rude with forceful "NO'S", you will be ok, and it IS a very nice resort. But for people like my wife and I, from Indiana, we have trouble with people who make you feel like you're kicking their puppy.

I love having the separate rooms and all the space!! I have stayed there 2 times now and will always plan on staying anytime I go to Orlando! It is clean, well maintained, and safe. I can not offer anything negative. Truly a pleasure to stay at. Location is perfect for all parks, shopping, and dining.

I really hate how them make you go to the “concierge” to get a parking pass after check in. It done intentionally to get you book a presentation for time share. They are inexpensive and 3 star rooms.
