Television was broken. When replaced, I couldn't figure out the channel system. There seemed to be antenna channels and Spectrum Cable? Neither had a descent channel guide. The Spectrum looks to have thousands of channels, few of which I would have liked to watch. by the time I scrolled through a thousand or so, I could not remember the couple of channels I wanted to watch.

I like that it was very close to everything and it didn't take long to get there We really needed a handicap room and we needed something on one floor cuz I had two elderly people with me but they said they could not give me something on that floor cuz they didn't have anything. So I ended up having to carry everybody's stuff up the steps and that wasn't good. But other than that the stay was good the next time if they don't have a room on the right floor, I just request my money back . And they said it was because I did it through booking.com and they only hold so many rooms through booking.com you think they would be accommodating if they get that many people too booking.com but I guess they were not

Location!! Great price but make sure you get breakfast included! The beds were comfy! Pools were nice and clean! Some of the cleaning staff acted like they didn't know English when they clearly were caught! I needed my bathroom light changed and it finally got fixed. Also I asked for a clean pair of sheets for my daughters pullout couch bed and didn't ever receive any during our stay!! So if you want clean sheets make sure you leave that card on the bed!!

The shuttle is obviously a highlight, it really eases things, as we wanted to visit some of the parks. We informed the front desk about some problem with our toilet basin and they fixed it by the time we came back to the hotel. They provide coffee and water at all times for guests, which is appreciated. Room and bathroom is comfortable enough for the price, and the location is also a plus. The roof inflates/deflates when the AC is working, which is a little scary at night, but you get used to it. Other than that, very pleasant overall.

Everything since i arrived to the hotel was super clean, rooms were clean.Both pools were clean and one is heated so it was nice at night. We got 3 rooms and the staff was supper understanding and they put us together by the pool. So 10/10 for the staff.

Great place to stay when going to Disney

This hotel is our go to for years. Staff is pleasant. It’s very close to Disney World. Old town is close down 192 . The price is great. The beds are thick and comfy. Coffee is the room is good too.

The pool was amazing and was definitely the best part of the experience. As well as the convience of being near shopping and food places. Major Plus was Walmart is within walking distance because its next door to the hotel. However, our experience with the night shift staff was very disappointing. I informed a staff member that our bathroom had not been properly cleaned, and her response was unprofessional. She stated that the cleaning staff had already left for the day and then asked if I wanted a broom and dustpan to clean it myself. I found that response disrespectful and inappropriate. As a guest, I expected the concern to be handled with more professionalism and courtesy. While there were some positive aspects of the stay, the unresolved maintenance issue and the poor customer service from the night shift staff negatively affected our overall experience.

Free shuttle is help but could be better if more were offered or a better time. Bus runs around 9 am when park is already open and 11 am to hollywood studios or universal. Doesn’t go to epcot or animal kingdom. (You have to take another shuttle after arriving to magic kingdom) But uber is cheap $10-$15 to everywhere. Overall is an omay experience

Booked the room with the mindset that our vacation wasn't going to be at wherever we stayed. The room was very nice and was exactly what we needed. The staff was very helpful and were great. Looking for a great place to sleep that's comfortable and quiet. Would highly recommend. Close to getting to Disney parks.

Please clean pool area near the 1st entrance of the large chess play area . Too many dead bugs

The one restaurant had great deals between 5-7pm on food & drinks. Two amazing pools, one of them my daughter & I always had to ourselves as this was low season for the area.

The lady that checked me in was excellent. I upgraded due to her impressive service. All the staff were courteous and helpful. Please you guys should equip your table lamps with USB port. I had to go and buy a charging port because I couldn't connect my phone to the outlets in the room.

I did have an issue with my room. However, the front staff was able to address my issues with a positive result.

The breakfast buffet was ok. Pretty much the same as anywhere else. They change out towels and sheets every 3 days, which I’m fine with, we were there 5 nights, they changed some towels but not the sheets. The staff is nice and friendly. Location was great for the theme parks. Provide lots of outdoor smoking areas since smoking is not aloud inside.

Breakfast buffet was OK except I wish they had choices of turkey bacon. Excellent made waffles with the waffle maker. Don't eat powdered eggs. The room was clean and air conditioner should be set at a cooler temperature but I did adjust it myself. Really like the location cause the super Walmart was a 5 minute walk.

If you didn’t read the fine print, there is a 15% gratuity on food and drink automatically example I had a 15% coupon for a pizza which was $15. The guy says it $17.02 I wanted to tip the guy. I’m sorry I just have a problem with prepaid gratuities and not getting any service for it. Example all you can eat buffet was a 15% gratuity. What did these people do to even earn that 15% doing your job just saying. And if you’re an older person or older couple, I strongly suggest getting a room on the first floor. Property was well maintain service was great. Pool was awesome.

The room was clean and for the most part the staff was friendly. When I went to check in the lady on duty was filling in for the original desk clerk who had gone to lunch and the one filling in was not pleasant. She was spoke in an unfriendly tone of voice, like it was a bother to have to wait on customers. The other lady was very nice and pleasant.

The pictures are a bit deceiving. Looks much nicer online than it is in person.

Everything from checkin, service to checkout was good. Only issue was drainage from the bathtub. The drain pipes are not sized correctly causing clogs in tub while you shower. Rooms were clean and nice.

Bed was very hard. Pressure in shower was full force and you couldnt turn it down. Water was so hot that it turn your skin red. Couldnt change the temp to anything but hotter. No ice machine but had ice container. The fact they charge parking fees is wrong when you pay to stay in the hotel. That should be included. TV had poor channels. Could only watch Nickelodeon the whole week.

At first they put me in a connecting room with ac that was making a banging noise, I went to the front desk and they switched my room, in the other room which was nice and clean but the people in the room up stairs at 2 am where moving the furniture in the room and rolling luggage all over the place, this was on and off, so did not sleep well at all but overall a nice place

Coffee maker was absolutely disgusting. Would not use it under any circumstances. Unless visiting Disney, I would not recommend this property. Needs updating.

When I reported it, I was told they were “mistaken for trash” by housekeeping — which makes no sense, since they were visibly placed in a personal area and not discarded. Beyond losing my belongings, I was very frustrated with how the situation was handled, with no real accountability or effort to resolve the issue.

The room was very basic straight out of the 80s it was clean but did smell a bit mouldy and the fan was extremely noisy. The staff were friendly enough. We only stayed one night so didn’t really use any amenities. The rooms are a bit dated but the bed was comfortable, they are like a motel with the Ramada name. I don’t agree with paying a resort fee of $20 though. Good location and plenty of shops around.

The staff was friendly and explained everything in great detail. The room was just so-so—not quite what I expected; it was dimly lit, some of the lamps didn't work, and the air conditioning wasn't very cold. We felt hot, and the room smelled a little strange. The bathrooms were clean and at least they provided room service. Good hotel for sleep only.

Our shower was full of hair, folded towel had a long black hair on it along with a bug that I could not identify. Sheets had stains on them. The room and the rest of the property was severely outdated, furniture falling apart, walls chipping, burnt out light bulbs, etc. Would not stay again.

The room smelled like wet carpet, it was horrible!

After a long day we arrived at the hotel only to be told the suite I had reserved was not available but can put us in a room around the pool until the next day. While in that room noticed water on the floor near the toilet / sink upon looking closer there was mold at the bottom of the wall where leak was coming from . While moving our belongings the next day to our room booked I noticed they just painted over the mold area ( pictures to prove) . After arriving at our room took a look around noticed the rugs were dirty with major stains the furniture was old and not in great condition. When I spoke to the manager his response was what do you want to do do you want me to cancel your reservation and go somewhere else that is how they respond to customers , poor customer service poor hotel conditions not worth the money but we made the best of it .

My stay at the hotel was very comfortable, and I was very satisfied with the cleanliness and the services provided. The food at the deli was also very good.

Rooms was very clean!! Staff was friendly! Great amenities…the only issue I had was with the laundry. The washer were card payment…the dryers were coin operated…dryers didn’t dry properly, had to do it a couple of times. But everything else was AMAZING!!!

Our room was spotless, housekeeping did a great job cleaning, tidying room daily. Plenty of clean towels. Hotel is a bit older, but well taken care of. Staff friendly. For an affordable place to stay while visiting attractions in Orlando, it’s just right.

The location was perfect along with courtesy bus transfer to the Theme Parks. The rooms were spacious and in a good condition with daily room service. Lastly, I would like to mention and sincerely thank the hotel manager, Mr. Cunningham. He made our stay relaxed, whenever we had an issue, concern or to render advice or even general conversation he made everything better making you feel comfortable and at home. Ramada Wyndham is lucky to have a person of that caliber to fulfill that role. Wish all hotels had someone like him. Thank you kind Sir

The staff was very friendly and professional. My husband went down to eat breakfast he said the breakfast for being a buffet was basic and they charger for it, when we had stood in a hotel not to far from there and the buffet breakfast was FREE. We didn't do laundry because it was a little distances from the main building had to step out of the building to the other side to wash clothes. But beside all that the place was quiet.

Rooms are just standard not nasty/ not brilliant. Staff on the average side. Parking is a little difficult at night. Really close to WalMart for those last minute needs.

Our room was extremely dirty upon check in. Granted we were in a dog friendly room, but it truly looked like the room was never turned around. There were black stains in the shower. The first night we were exhausted so all slept on top of the comforter. On the second night we pulled up the blankets and the sheets had nasty soil stains. I called the office and it took over an hour for clean sweets. With that being said I was told I was responsible for flipping the bed. I travel for work and have never had to make my own beds before at a hotel.

We booked here because we previously stayed in a tower room, which was very nice. This time we were given a room in the back that I would never have stayed in if I had known how run down and dirty it was. Will not stay here again and would have left this time if room was refundable. Told the front desk my husband was handicap. When room was assigned we were it was on first floor which it was not. It was all downhill from there.

No power outlets near bed, only one working set of outlets near bathroom. Staff was on speaker phone talking to a friend when we walked to the desk, not impressed as paint is used around the whole resort to cover things vs replace simple things like trash cans. Will not return.

The room was an older outside corridor type room but had been recently renovated. The beds were super comfortable and the room was nice and clean. The courtyard and pool area were nice and inviting and the price I paid for the area was excellent. I would stay again. My only complaint was the deli/snack bar smelled strongly of old fryer grease and I would not eat there.

The room wasn't all that clean. It is so dated. It would be almost impossible to feel clean. The tiles and the grout are so stained. The carpets were also stained. I would not step on the carpet without shoes on. No complaints with the staff!

Great location in relation to the theme parks but kind of difficult to access off Irlo Bronson (busy road) because from the one direction, you have to turn at a light past the hotel and go up to the next light by Walmart to do a U-turn and backtrack to the hotel parking lot. It looks nice enough from the road. But once you leave the front tower part and go back to the motel portion, it is a dated, budget motel. Many years of paint, dated decor, number on door chipped up, etc. I can’t speak to the rooms in the tower/hotel part because I was given one of the far motel buildings (F). They put me in the first room by the stairs when I needed to get sleep because I only had three hours, which I mentioned when I checked in, but I don’t know that not being near the stairs would’ve helped because it was so noisy from traffic, sirens, and people coming and going all hours of the night (omg, the car alarms). The room was dated but seemed mostly clean. However, I felt some stuff on the carpet once I took my shoes off, and when I stepped in the shower, the bottoms of my feet were so dirty from walking in the room that they literally left dark spots in the bottom of the tub when the water came on. The bathroom was clean enough. The headboard had gashes in it. Overall, it was fine, but not a room I’d pay a lot for. The worst thing was the fees. I didn’t use the pool or exercise facilities, so I can’t speak to those. But I didn’t even use the WiFi or television, let alone any other amenitie

Other issues I had, but I will get back to the bugs: They apply a $150 security deposit which is a crazy amount compared to almost every other hotel. If you book two separate rooms, you aren’t guaranteed placement in the same buildings and are told it is a $30 charge per day for one room to switch to the other building closer to yours, actual insanity. But then they still put you in an adjoining room next to strangers so yeah that makes a lot of sense! The “motel” style side building is corroded with bed bugs, actual video footage was taken by our party as one was bitten in the night. They vacated the room at 5:30am and was told by front desk they had to wait until 9am for front desk manager to reimburse the room, offered to change the room to another infested one or check them out early. We all gathered in the main lobby, I was checking out two nights early as well even though I was in the separate “tower” building. Front desk and housekeeping manager said there was nothing wrong with my room so they might not be able to do anything for the two nights. I replied since there is video footage of live bedbugs in another room on property, regardless if it is the same building or not, then it is safe to assume that there could be bugs throughout the property and there was clear negligence in housekeeping and sanitation and I did not feel safe or comfortable staying either. We waited in the lobby for hours until 9

Room was musty smelling , customer service was not good at all, wanted to extend my stay and they had told me they was booked when she did not even check. Pool was not heated.

Even thought I did not use any, the place had great amenities like pool, mini golf, laundry, etc. Also it is at a great location, close to Disney and lots to do around. The staff was great and they have luggage storage which we use as our flight was late at night. The only cons is that it is an older motel and you can smell the mold. I am very sensitive to mold and got a cold and watery eyes.

Great hotel to stay at, tower area is where I like to stay when I come to Kissimmee Orlando bc it’s more modern & has way better views towards Disney, but this time around it was loud at night. There’s a parking lot directly from my room & the music playing from cars late at night on the weekend was just too much. Everything else is always great the movies at 8pm every night with burger snack restaurant type of diner is a plus. Customer service is always good as well but it also depends on who’s there lol. You when you go there as much as I do you can tell who to steer away from!

The room smelled so strongly of chemicals. You could feel the bed springs in the mattress. The pillows were lumpy, and hard in some places. The air was turned off when we got in there. You could hear everything from the people above. The shuttle to the parks only went to Magic Kingdom and Hollywood Studios and was only once in the morning and once at night. I didn’t need it due to having my own transportation but that would’ve been a pain for me. The checkout staff was very short and impolite. Will not be somewhere I would stay again. Sure it was cheaper than most places but pay a little extra and get a better place.

We stayed here for 3 nights while in Orlando. The staff were super friendly and nice. The lobby area and the pool area were both nice. The thing I just couldn’t get over was the awful smell of the rooms. The hallways all smelled great and the temp was comfortable. As soon as you walked into the room the muggy air and stench hit you. It wasn’t just our room.. we had a connecting room with family and theirs was the same way. I probably will not stay here again. I feel bad because the staff were all very nice and attentive.

The room was always clean, very close to everything

This hotel was very disappointing. I found multiple gnats in our room, the showers were lukewarm at best, and the beds were hard and uncomfortable. Opening the door was also quirky and if it weren’t for another guest helping us, we would’ve had to trek a quarter mile back to the office just to get directions on how to get the door knob to work. At night semi trucks would park out in the lot and run noisily for hours. Front desk staff wasn’t warm or friendly either. Will not return unfortunately.

Hotel is nice, clean, and definitely worthy of a low cost hotel for a Disney trip. Great location, easy going staff. We stayed in the Tower, and that was great. Definitely feel better after staying here! Some of the reviews were worrisome, but we had a great stay!

Our room was super big and spacious which was nice, but it’s clearly really old and in desperate need of renovation. Thank Goodness our breakfast was included, because if we paid $15 per person to get what they serve I’d be so disappointed. Everyday the same scrambled eggs, potatoes and cereals. Have to keep asking staff for coffee and juices when they could just put on a counter for us to serve ourselves.

This was my first time here. Property was nice and clean. Room was well kept and beds were comfy! Had trouble with my water staying hot when showering so that was a bit frustrating, but I made the best of it. Not a fan of their breakfast bar. Eggs were runny and soggy. Fruit was really hard. Other than that, it was a great stay!

The rooms smelled bad. Had to change rooms. First room smelled like rotten eggs. Second room smelled but was less offensive. Didn't move rooms again due to being tired from traveling over 12 hours. Water barely came out of the faucet for a proper hand wash and barely out of the shower for a proper body wash. The bathroom light stopped turning on immediately. Had to turn it on and off three times to get it to turn on

The hotel was in really bad conditions inside the room there was an old smell . The floor carpet was old and stained . I rented 2 rooms and they were about to give me only 1 and when they offered me the actual 2 rooms they were complete different buildings for a family traveling together after requesting closer rooms . The staff was very unprofessional and the door for the rooms barely worked . It took maintenance to come and open them . The staff at the front were not welcoming, overall really bad experience . Everything is nice

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and when we had an issue with the hot water we had about 5 people working on it within 10 mins and it was fixed within 30 mins so well beyond expectations there. We would definitely stay again. The price is very good and the hotel is very clean. It is dated a bit but for the price we didn't care about that at all.

This hotel was very nice and cozy. The breakfast place had a great deal all you can eat buffet for 15 dollars. The bar has great quick food such as burgers and wings or pizza and the staff were very nice and friendly! They had a few activities to do such as the pool, chess and pool table. I would definitely come back!

Won’t EVER stay here again. From check in until check out was horrible and we only stayed one night. They have the nerve to want $150 deposit when the website says $50 deposit AND a resort fee knowing this isn’t a resort of any kind. Rooms are TERRIBLE and need serious upgrades. Sofa bed was completely broken and the room door was falling apart. If you’re going to demand high deposits and prices make sure the rooms are actually worth it.

I would have left a 5 star but the TV would shut off after 5-7 minutes and there was a strange low-bass rumbling sound that went off ever 10 or 15 seconds for a few seconds at a time, no idea what it was, could only hear it while in the room. We have stayed on this property a few times and never had similar issues so overall this is still a recommend.

The first room we got was dirty and there were a few roaches in it. We complained and they did switch our room. The second room was in a whole different building and that one was much better and clean. They have an inside rooms in the building and then a motel area which is what they gave us initially. If you do stay here I would request a room inside the building otherwise wouldn’t recommend.

Overall good value. I’d rate a 3.5 for the price. However, there was a musty smell and the surfaces could have been cleaned a little better like outside of the microwave. But it was a decent experience overall honestly.

I completed check in via text that I would be there at 9pm. I arrived shortly after & went to the front desk to get my key. Man told me I was lucky because he was just leaving for the night. Customer service is lacking. They do have a gift shop in the lobby, though I didn't go in it. Guests with their parking passes were parked all night in the parking spots marked for check in only & you're not allowed to park at the front door to check in.

Staff were okay, but could have smiled a little more. Beds were comfy, but fitted sheet had crumbs on it. Room had a musty smell and rugs could use deep cleaning.

The room was very clean as were all areas around the hotel, we enjoyed the coffee and water in the lobby, we also enjoyed the deli bar, this was our third stay and we will return again. Thanks to the staff for honering our request.

Would not visit again. "Courtyard view" means music 24/7, loud families all hours of the night. Room size is nice. "Warm" water at best in shower. Loud neighbors. Staff was friendly. Be aware of travel sales guys bombarding you right when you arrive. Area of town that feels very run down and old.

So the room was fine bed and blankets were comfortable but was a tad dirts on the rugs the bathroom door wasn’t closing all the way and there was a Razor Blade hidden on the door frame going into the bathroom. The front desk people were super accommodating but I was blind sided by the 150 dollar Hold that they did not inform us on Expedia that was going on our card if other third party sites would inform the person that would be good

Check in took to long due to getting ignored my front desk clerk. They put us all the way in the back where there was sketchy people hanging out in the parking lot at midnight. Frig didn't ever get cold enough to cool drink. Did have good A.C. that cool the room pretty quick

The TV did not work. The cable wire was stripped, broken. Not attached to the wall. I didn't need a TV, so I used my iPhone instead all week. The bathroom sink stopper was stuck closed. It would not drain. Facilites had to come and pry the stopper off, just so the sink would drain. It wasn't fixed, but at least it drained. I was here on business. Checked in very late. I was in no mood to pack up and move to another room. I had to get to sleep for an early wake up call. Otherwise, the room, bed and shower were fine.

The room was spacious and clen upon arrival. Two issues: 1) the table in the living room was a clear white one. The picture shows a long brown one. Also my room was only maintained a few nights in the 6 nights I stayed at Ramada.

Friendly staff, lots of fun things to do at the hotel

It was a good stay but short. The room was clean but smelled a bit of Mildew. The pool was advertised as heated but the water was freezing. The breakfast at the restaurant was mediocre at best and not worth $18. I could have went to Perkins and had a much better breakfast cheaper. Their snack station was definitely price gouging. $7.50 for a smart water a bit excessive. It did have a great location and pretty easy to find.

We did run into one issue at check-in. I initially booked only one night and later added a second night online. When we arrived, I explained the situation, and the front desk assured me that everything was taken care of and we wouldn’t need to check out and back in. However, after a full day at EPCOT, we returned to find ourselves locked out of the room and had to check in again. Nothing in the room was disturbed, but it was inconvenient after a long day. Aside from that, the rest of the stay was enjoyable. The pool was a great place to relax in the evening, and the hotel grounds have nice areas set up for entertainment. Overall, a good experience with just one frustrating hiccup at check-in.

The rooms were old

We were placed on the second floor without being told that there was no elevator available to help with our luggage. While the front desk staff were not particularly warm, the cleaning team and technicians were very friendly. The rooms are a old but clean.

Cable didn't work. Called front desk, they sent someone to my room while I wasn't there. They were unable to fix the issue. Still got charged the full "resort fee" when the full amenities were not available. Front desk said "Oh I am sorry for that, here is your full bill and have a nice day."

The area is safe and the tower rooms were quiet. The beds were comfortable however only 3 pillows on each bed which seems like its okay but they are small and flat. Ac was cold and water pressure good. No bugs. Fast check in and text message prompt to check out which i loved! It does have a daily resort fee. The rooms are kind of dingy and need a good deep clean. Small paint chips and damaged corners and tiles could be repaired. Staff were friendly. Id definitely stat here again.About 15 minutes away from each disney park.

Room was ok. Pool has poo in it (not sure if it belonged to human or dog) and completely unsanitary to swim in. Front desk customer service was THE worst. People working at front line treated us like it was their last day at work. They simply don't care! Everyday, i would have to walk the length of the complex, just to get ice because the one near our room is broken. Will never return to here again!

The rooms are average somewhere to lay your head, but clean beads bathroom is outdated and needs to be cleaned and disinfected before you can use it, my bathroom had a collection of urine stains behind and on the wall near the toilet and around the base of the toilet and the tub was old so I bleached and disinfected that my self and it made a difference so it was just lack of cleaning, towels are fresh and clean everyday and beds are made up everyday but not changed even if soiled you must request they change the sheets, not sure why if it’s visible. Other than that smart TV. Cool amenities for the kids and adults and grounds are kept very clean.

Rooms overtaken by mold and humidity! We were moved from room to room 3 times during our 10-night stay. They charged us extra $200 just to get from their run-down building to the “deluxe tower”. Sure, deluxe… Me and my wife spent the whole stay sick with allergies (nose, throat, eyes, sneezing, coughing…). None of the three rooms had their bathroom exhaust working, which increased the humidity of the rooms. The carpets are old and certainly not thoroughly cleaned frequently. The windows don’t open to let fresh air in. I won’t be coming back and won’t recommend it. It is well placed with easy access to the highways, it is inexpensive, but it is not a healthy place to stay. We have pictures of the mold stains on the walls and will probably report the case to Florida’s Health Department and Tourism Department. Never again…

It was a great stay! Ramada has come a long way. I was certainly not expecting this! My room was exactly what I wanted. The set up, the view, the bed and bedding! To top it off, it was close to EVERYTHING and easy to get in and out of driving wise. Had no clue all that it had to offer as far as restaurants, bar, gardens, movie screen, 2 pools, volleyball area and basketball area!? Also had the option for the door to open to the outdoors near the pools OR open into an A/C filled indoor hallway if you want a little more privacy. I will definitely be back!

I had a 2 queen bed room. The floors were filthy, the ba2room would close, the toilet seat was not tightened sonit was off center, the room smelled like stell water, thr beds were extremely hard.

Reviews are so deceiving. Room was completely filthy. Hair was all over the bed and in the drawers, we also found a bug on the bed. Overall an INCREDIBLY old and dirty hotel. Extremely outdated. We immediately checked out and went across the street to the GORGEOUS and significant cheaper Kompose Hotel. Ramada Wyndham would NOT refund us either. Save your money and time and go to Kompose across the street!!!!!!!

Spider web with spider in the corner of the room. Sink was broken and would not drain. We had to switch to a new room and they did not seem happy to switch us. It was a slight upgraded room at least but it was a hassle to pack everything up after unpacking car and drive to front desk after we had been driving all day and just wanted to eat and relax.

The property is nothing like the photos. It's old outdated & misleading. The bathroom tub & floor was dirty. The bathroom door kept getting stuck. The room smelled like wet carpet. The buffet was not good either. I will not be staying at another Ramada.

The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The lack of glassware, only paper cups and the notice to customers who steal linens and other room items sets the tone. The vehicle street noise from the main road on Saturday night went until 3 am. The food was not so good.

The Ramada in Kissimmee is my go to place when I come to Disney. It’s affordable for me and also clean and comfortable. If it weren’t for this great place to stay, I wouldn’t be able to afford to come to Disney or any other theme park in the area. The staff at the front desk are always friendly and kind. The room is always very comfortable! I only wish I could stay longer! Thank you for your wonderful hospitality ❤️

Room was clean, the carpet was a little dangerous with the creases and the furniture dated but that’s fine although drawers that opened would have been necessary had I been with family. Reported the coffee machine on my 2nd day but it wasn’t replaced. Have stayed before and would definitely stay again at this price, wouldn’t like to pay more but the price I paid was fair.

I had a problem with the electronic lock on the door to my room and they had no one to fix it immediately and this they had to give me an alternate room for the time until someone fixed it which was about one hour but the staff was really polite and apologized for the inconvenience, other than that the stay was just great

Everything is good

Everything was fine, the only thing was the bed and the pillows, I woke up with back and neck pain,I didn't sleep well. On the other hand, the room is quite clean. The excellent cleaning service.

Unfortunately when I arrived late at night their system was down and they could only check me in if I paid cash for the deposit, which I had to go look for an atm around, crazy how a property that big didn’t have some counter measures for that issue. My room was clean but unfortunately it smelled bad, like a closet closed for too long, maybe was the carpet. That really was an unfortunate part of the experience, but other than that everything else was good.

Clean & comfortable room. Nice outdoor pools. There was loud music being played on outdoor speakers. I asked to have it turned off. I was immediately. I appreciated that.

My fiance and i discovered a pair of underwear in our room that was not ours. absolutely disgusting and unacceptable.

Not the best, higher deposit, hair in tub, very hot water for shower... to hot and cant add cold water to bring the temp down. And the skink we had to play with the handles to get it to stop running.

The sink faucet and handles were wobbly. The parking was crazy. Had to leave a $150 deposit. Still has not been credited back 3 days later. Will never stay again.

This was a family trip going to Disney the next day. We really enjoyed staying there. The staff are very helpful. The hotel was very convenient for restaurants at shopping close by.

2 sink setup with a second outside the bathroom serving as a little kitchen ishs space paired with microwave and fridge.

Was not very clean

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. We have stayed there on a prior trip, and will again. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Staff was friendly, rooms were cleaned each day.

I've stay here a lot. I would say one weekend every month until this last visit. I ill not be returning. My daughter forgot a ring set in the room. She noticed a few hours later . We returned and no one cared to loo. They gave her a lot of paper work to complete and stated no one found anything. This is crazy. It was an expensive Disney limited 3 ring set from pandora. If the staff can so easily take something that is not theirs we will not be returning. Very sad

We loved the room, staff, and all amenities. Hotel was very close to the Island H20 event we were going too. Price was wonderful and well worth it. I’m coming back next month

Most of the staff were friendly, the place was pretty clean, there were minor inconveniences. The hotel room door rubbed and didn’t want to close, so you had to force it. Same with the bathroom door. The main problem I had was with the housekeeping staff. We stayed here for my son’s 13th birthday. We asked the housekeeper if we paid her extra, if she would throw up a few decorations for us while we were gone for the day. She agreed, took our money and did not hang up the decorations. She even moved them from the bed, moved them over to the dresser. We were extremely disappointed, a no would have been fine with us. When we checked out, I left a message with the front desk for a manager to call me regarding the issue. I have yet to hear from them.

I use to stay here all the time its starting to go down hill. The pool was cloudy and full of dead bugs, our room phone did not work my daughter got stuck in the bathroom because the door knob was broken, the cold water in shower did not work there was no shampoosin the showerjusy 3 conditioner so we could not even shower. I contacted the front desk many time theybtryed to say i did when i have proof.

First time staying at this hotel. It was an older hotel, but well maintained. There were so many amenities and the grounds and pools were beautiful. There is a family owned restaurant on the premises and they were amazing and very friendly. Food was excellent! We will definitely be coming back.

Really enjoyed my stay here! I would have never chosen the Ramada Inn, but selected this hotel while drivng to Orlando 'in a pickle"! this was the best decision and this wil now be my "Go-To" hotel.

Check in was easy and staff was very friendly. The room was clean and easy to get to.

To the golf Course where he played a competition and just needed a safe and clean place. That it was, but that’s also where it Kinda ends. I suppose you can’t expect Much more for the $’s we paid. Breakfast was decent - the usual, scrambled eggs, sausage & bacon, pancakes/French toast, read, PB, cream cheese, yogurt and cereal. My biggest complaint would be the noise, especially because I requested a quiet room. We were given a room facing the courtyard in building 2. If you’re sensitive to noise definitely DO NOT choose the courtyard room. The courtyard is enclosed by walls of building so everything echos. They do a movie night so you bave the sound from That blaring, then there are pool tables out there so you hear the balls clacking and finally it’s where people hang out, smoke, drink, listen To music and chat. It’s loud. Otherwise it’s exactly what you would expect for the money.

Shower leaked and had no water pressure. Carpet was not vacuumed.

We enjoyed our stay very well, they are an excellent company with a great property. That said they fail miserably if and when an emergency occurs! We had one and midway thru the eveningI rented an addl room for my son whose now ex-wife dropped him and the 4 kids off,then left. Left for good! This revalation took until 4am. I had them a room by10:30-11pm. The next morning they ubered on and we extended our stay by a day. At 1:30 or so, we recieved the call saying they were not honoring our extension and we had 30 min to leave. What a nightmare we had both parties luggage and things and could not fit them in 1 car. So i ended up paying for another day a

I’ve been staying here since 2017 and i have never had one complaint about this hotel until NOW! As of July 2025 they are charging $150 deposit per stay, that is insane!!! Could you imagine going on vacation and having to put down $150 deposit plus resort fee per day your staying. When I booked it only said $50 deposit like it’s been for the past 8 yrs. You don’t find out until u check in and see the sign saying the deposit has changed .. smh I will never come back.

Everything was great

The front staff weren't very friendly while checking in and any time I asked a question. Attitude was as if I was "bothering" them. The pools looked dirty so we didn't swim.

It was fine but in need of updates, at least in our unit. I was afraid of the parking lot with little kids as well. The main building & lobby looked amazing, until we got to our older room in another wing of the hotel.

Hotel charging a ridiculous 150$ deposit for a third rate hotel. I understand it gets refunded eventually but it’s insanely high. 3x the cost of one night is absurd, know your clientele you’re a budget hotel some people might not like having that money gone for a period of time.

Absolutely loved this Ramada'a beautiful courtyard and two separate large pools. Originally only booked for one night, but requested a second night stay to actually enjoy the hotel experience. They were extremely accommodating on adding our 2nd night stay. Didnt even have to change rooms.

We picked the room in the tower 6th fl. To enjoy a quiet restfull sleep. Beds were extremely comfortable. Also we were able to see the fireworks from our window from the Disney Parks. We enjoyed all the free amenities, pools, 24hr game room, mini golf, pool table, giant chess games♟️. Staff was very courteous. Added bonus Walmart is walking distance which a tourist store. Meaning you will find ALL of your Disney Parks souvenirs there at a way cheaper price than at the parks. I advise to go there 1st before going to any disney park. I guarantee you will thank me later. Especially for Mickey/Minnie ears, 2025 T-Shirts... Plus any food or necessities during your stay. Water shorts, water shoes.

It's good for the price, I didn't like the smell of marijuana in the hallways, the smell reached the pool area.
