Room was not cleaned for our three day stay. No clean towels either.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was updated nicely and clean. Breakfast was nice, with a good assortment.

Love that place real clean nice place comfortable the front desk person accommodate my husband because he couldn’t climb stairs so he gave us dawnstairs room for us thank you you for that so great full and bless

The pool was closed the entire time for maintenance. The breakfast had only bread like items available. There was no eggs, meat or anything to get an athlete going. It was clean inside the hotel itself. We only stayed one night and I would not want to stay beyond using it as a passing through type of stay.

Clean rooms, friendly staff and multiple breakfast options even for special dietary needs such as gluten and lactose free. Street noise was excessive, but quieted down eventually around bedtime.

All round good experience. Good shower. Good bed and pillows. Good and plenty breakfast. Cheerful and helpful staff. Everything worked as expected. Good ice machine. Pleasantly surprised that it was a great value well beyond the excellent price.

Easy check in. Hotel was basic, but met all needs. Several concerns were the door- security was a chain in addition to the deadbolt. Door itself seemed flimsy. And some of the towels were threadbare. Had to laugh at requested sign off not to smoke pot in room

Easy to find It was a bit outdated

This property is a joke. I reserved a room based on the fact that they advertised having an open pool, yet, upon arrival the pool had people walking around in it doing repairs. I went to the front desk and politely and professionally asked for a refund. They stated basically too bad too late sorry about your luck and refuse to give me a refund even though it had been 3 minutes since I made the reservation. Just on principle alone I would never reserve a room there.

The room was a bit outdated but clean, so the entire stay was well worth the very affordable nightly cost. The location was easy to find and right across the street from Dollar Tree where we went to get snacks!

This had to be the friendliest staff I have ever encountered. They made sure we were happy and comfortable. The decor was dated but the room was very clean.

Lots of parking spots. The room was clean but had an odd smell. Animal traps thought the out side of the place. Outdoor pool was unable and never got a heads up about the pool being out of service. Staff was really nice and helpful made checking in and out easy and smooth.

that was the worst hotel i’ve ever been too and i’ve been in downtown portland there was hair brush in the drawer. there was hair in the bath i would never recommend this place to anyone

A bit skimpy on the towels. 2 Adults and only two rather thin and small bath towels and 2 hand towels. Hard for a person with long hair after a shower :)

The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was good. People were very nice. There was a dog park very close and I appreciate that my dog was allowed to stay. The room was looking a bit worn but everything was working.

We found the room a little musty, we had no bath towels, and I was bitten by something in the room during the night...possibly bed bugs or mosquitoes. Did not stay for breakfast, as we just wanted to leave as soon as possible.

Turned air conditioner/heater on and particules of dust came out, extremely poor acoustics, heard neighbors upstairs and outside, Breakfast, Fruit Lope cereal?, etc, Very Poor, worst I have ever experienced. Overall rating, 0, other people were complaining as well, Asked for $300 on a different card to make sure not stolen or broken, Never Again

They do take pets, they also charge 25$ per pet, per night.

The room was emmaculate. The breakfast had enough options --the hard boiled eggs were appreciated given that there were no hot protein options. I slept very well as the venue was quiet. Though I didn't use wifi, the host gave me thorough information if I had chosen to. I didn't like eating on styrofoam plates in the dining room. The hairdryer in my room didn't work.

This is my 2nd time in Cimarron. I had a nice stay both times. Traveled with my dog and enjoyed a nice trail behind the building. I was a little concerned about safety but the place is well lit, cameras everywhere and locks in the room work. I had a nice room, clean and well prepared for a comfortable stay. The A/C was loud, but I finally turned off the fan and managed to fall asleep.

Staff is exceptional, room was well cared for, bed was a little uncomfortable but I’m very picky, I would sleep in it again. The continental breakfast was nice. Parking lot was nice and felt very safe. Over all this property shows the owners truly care about it and their guests. I highly recommend it!

This is a simple, clean motel in a safe area. The staff are very friendly. My reservation was messed up and working with Expedia , the receptionist corrected it and even upgraded our room choice. Very pleased. I recommend dining at The Black Bear cafe just down the road.

Easy, straightforward check-in. The front door is very challenging to open and almost impossible to open with a bag. Not sure if it's a climate issue to keep cold/hot air out, but staff assistance in getting inside would have been appreciated at minimum.

There was a 300 dallor deposit on top of the room cost. That wasn’t stated in when first renting the room a fee that big should be stated at the beginning. Had to take the room because it was non refundable.

I liked that the refrigerator had a separate freezer section with its own door. The hot water was hot, not just lukewarm. The bed was way too firm. The worst motel bed I have ever slept in. I woke up hurting so very bad. We had booked for 2 nights. I had gotten so little sleep the first night because I was hurting so bad. I ended up laying down for a late nap the next day because I was exhausted. After a little over an hour, I woke up hurting really bad again. I decided to go home so I could get some decent sleep. The breakfast was just mediocre. The only thing hot was the waffles. I could have really used some protein.

Clean spacious room with king bed. Staff is always great . Have stayed there many times while traveling between Nevada and Washington. The free breakfast was a little lacing as the only hot food was coffee and toast. Other than that we like it. Affordable and clean.

The laundry room is the worst i have ever seen. 2 coin op washers and dryers but one was broke down. Room was very small. We had a small dog, worked out well but will stay in a Choice Hotel next time.

Check in was quick, friendly, and easy. Room was clean and in good shape. Beds were a little firm for my liking.

We had a early check in which went ok. There was only one staff on hand and they were checking in another person which took about 10 minutes. The person checking in didn't seem to have all the right documentation. The rooms were ok. A few spot here and there.

Water wouldnt turn on for shower. Fridge was leaking

Exterior of the hotel is pretty rough but the interior of the room was much better - clean and comfortable. The heater in the room was on when I arrived and it was pretty toasty so I turned it off. Was unable to turn it back on again in the am when it got cold again. The ice machine in bldg 2 was out of order so I had to go to the main bldg which was a pretty decent trek. When I arrive the TV wasnt working and I had to do some investigating to figure out what was wrong - the dish tv box behind the dresser was turned off. So the room was fine but thé stay had some bumps. Not sure I’d make a second trip.

We were not able to address any of these issues the night we arrived. We did try, but we gave up as we were exhausted and it was late and the person who was helping us said he had an emergency and would be back later. I called back during normal business hours to discuss and the person i spoke to was immediately hostile and telling me it was my fault. Do not stay here.

Room was filthy and smelled, old worn out towels. Hair in tub and bathroom floor dirty. Loud music at midnight with no regard to other guests, very loud traffic, cars racing and backfiring. Crackheads dealing drugs in the parking lot. Loud voices at 2am, afraid our car would get broken into and had very little sleep on uncomfortable mattresses. Maintenance guy had to come to room and get TV to work, I didn’t dare walk on the carpet with bare feet, left very early in the morning and will never be back! My husband and I would like a refund!

It was clean enough however a dog was left unattended in a neighboring room with the window open and the dog barked from about 5 am until it got light out. The housekeeper parked their trolly right outside out window and talked and talked while I'm trying to sleep 3 feet away, already tired from the dog barking now this? Probably won't stay here again.

The shower head had the water pressure of a fire hose and almost flooded the bathroom. The check in staff was very curt and more than a little rude. The tv did not work. The checkout staff was very courteous though.

New carpet, nice paint, very clean. Nice staff. I would stay here again. The 4 stars is because the shower needs a grab bar and a bath mat. Otherwise very good. Refrigerator and microwave both work. Breakfast good with plenty to eat, although no hot food.

Bedroom, bathroom, sink areas sparkled. I appreciated the body wash and lotion that was available. I had never seen that brand before and I’m going to order some for myself. It was so very quiet at night and I was able to control the temperature in my room without difficulty.

Got to our room and directly outside our bathroom window on the backside of the hotel, there was a group of angry drug addicts yelling at each other and swearing, although I know that's not the hotel's fault. Our bathroom breaker also went out. We could not turn on the bathroom sink light or the light in the bathroom, but all other lights worked. Called to let the front desk know so hopefully that could be fixed soon. Otherwise the stay was okay. Was super convenient for us!

Made a late night decision to stop driving. This place was close to everything, clean and had the nicest staff. Only got to sleep and clean up before heading out but glad we picked this hotel.

Love that it is centrally located near shopping. Right across the street from a hotel that charges more than $100 per night.

This was the perfect place to get a good deal for a quick stop on a road trip. It is motel style with doors outside. The fixtures are starting to be dated, but they keep it very clean. For the price, the breakfast was fine, but nothing fancy. Customer service was fabulous.

Many homeless and substance abusers wandering the immediate area. that’s common in Oregon, Washington, and California, as we would see for ourselves on our road trip. Towns large and small. Glad we didn’t venture into Portland or Seattle The Pacific Weat has become unlivable in many areas Glad ro be back in Texas

The room is very clean, at the price it’s probably the cleanest that I’ve ever stayed. They also have a refrigerator that is perfect for me before I head my way down to burning man. The bedding is clean but the fabric is not at its best condition. I like this place and highly recommend especially for people who need to sleep before driving down to BRC.

I was pleasantly surprised how clean and upgraded this hotel was… if I were to stay in Klamath Falls again I would definitely come here!

Overall, the Cimarron Inn is a great value - clean, well appointed, and a reasonable rate. The free breakfast is pretty spartan though and it can be pretty noisy.

The room was actually more than i anticipated. We had a king room in the offset building, but it was spacious, the bed was dreamy-comfy, the bathroom was bigger than normal, and I was thrilled to be able to park my car (my baby, my Challenger) in the parking lot over there because i felt safe and out of the way of the fast food traffic from Burger King. I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel and definately would stay here again on my way through town.

We got there in the evening after a long drive. It was nice to have a friendly front desk attendant check us in and give us a little information about the area and a good place to eat. We were happy with her suggestion and also for the nice clean quiet and comfortable room. The breakfast next morning exceeded our expectations.

The included breakfast is simple but nice. The rooms are clean and comfortable. A well lit parking lot. Feels safe there. Plenty of food options within walking distance. They allow dogs to stay and each time ive stayed there's been several people staying with their dogs - impressively well behaved dogs. The pool area is sparkling clean and the breakfast items are kept well stocked during the offering. I wish they had a movie channel to offer.

We stayed here to visit Crater Lake. The property was clean, the staff was courteous and helpful, and the breakfast was average. Coffee in the lobby and rooms. Location is good. Hard to find accommodation near Crater lake that are affordable. I would stay here again and recommend. The water pressure for showers was Awesome!
