Please stop referring people to the restaurant next to the property. It’s absolutely filthy.

It was safe, parking was free and easy, the on site breakfast was good and the area was near restaurants, gas stations and stores. I would stay there again.

Staff is excellent. Room was clean but could use some paint. Bathroom mirror was crooked. Good parking. Breakfast was good but could have used bacon or sausage to be even better. Pool was really nice and having towels available was great. All in all a good value just could use some paint and sign updates.

Hotel is in a good location, staff were nice but these rooms are little old I felt. Still had fresh blankets and it was well maintained. Breakfast spread can be improved.

It was convenient to have a restaurant on the premesis. We found the room neat and clean, bed comfortable. The breakfast was adequate - more hot options would have been nice.

This hotel was mainly a place to spend the night while traveling. The area was quiet. We were able to get a good night's rest and continued our trip. We appreciate the kindness and professionalism of the staff. Everything was pleasant.

Tub didn’t drain. Finish work was shotty at best. I might as well have slept on the floor the bed was horribly hard.

The room was clean and well presented as per the advertisement. The staff got the job done but that's about it. The parking was a snap and the area safe enough.

Parking was easy and a good restaurant was right there. Breakfast was minimum with no cooked eggs or sausages. The boiled eggs were ice cold. There was no milk and cereal and no microwave.

Rom was super clean, staff friendly and helpful, breakfast lot of variety, even though we showed up 20 minutes before closing.

Rooms are clean, updated property so still needs some work like in the tub (rusted and missing some pieces from the jacuzzi tub which I wasn’t planning to use anyways but would have been nice). Helpful and kind staff.

All in all however, it did meet all expectations for a place to rest your head with close to room parking. Also, the Hotel surrounds a very nice restaurant, the Red Rooster, which provided a couple of excellent meals and drinks. So, I would rate it a solid '4' as a place to stay and we would stay in again.

Pretty nice place. We were in a handicapped room which the shower would not have been big enough for a wheelchair and the slope of the shower is not steep enough and the entire floor gets wet. Make sure you have extra towels.

We've been staying here for years, 1-3 nights/year. And over that time, the staff has recognized us when we arrive, greeted us as old friends, and could not have been more helpful! The rooms are constantly being upgraded, new carpets, new beds(!), and most recently, a remodled bathroom. Every change has been well thought out, and has enhanced our stay. Also, the breakfasts are really good, too. An excellent value!

This is a dirty, one star hotel at best with no amenities whatsoever. And they are also running some kind of scam where the manager, Raj Naria, charges you a $250 "incidentals" charge if you book it through Expedia. So the $100 room charge is actually a $350 charge on your credit card. I filed a formal complaint with Expedia as well, but don't stay here, it is a scam hotel.

The room was very cleanly and passed my wife’s review which is really hard to pass haha. It provided with a great place to sleep at an affordable price and was what we would like to have anytime we put on a trip. The breakfast was awesome because of the really nice main lobby breakfast space they had along with very friendly and helpful staff.

For an older hotel it was super clean and in great repair. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was waffles, cereal, oatmeal packets. Hard boiled eggs, bread and bagels and muffins, and yogurt and juice. Coffee was very good. Room was quiet.

Some leftover hairclumps and soap residue in the shower at check in, hot tub was closed (drained) for the season despite it being 70 deg and sunny. No bar soap for hand washing. Rooms are cleaned daily, even when you leave a do not disturb sign up.

We were a little worried when we pulled up because it looked a little old. But what a surprise! Rooms were large, updated, and clean. The breakfast that was free…it was not much of a breakfast. So plan to go out.

Small ants in bathroom, heater loud and cycle every 5 to 7 mins. Due to lack of draft sealing, exhaust fan in bathroom sounded like it was coming apart.

Possibly, in my best experience at a budget motel. Everybody was buzzant and efficient. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and well appointed. Everything everything functioned.

Staff were great. Our tv did not work and the person who was sent over could not fix it. Offered a new room but decided since we were unpacked wed stay.

The phone in the room did not work but it was replaced the next day. The vending machines near my room were inoperable. The maid brought me ice from another location in the hotel. I was grateful for the extra effort.

I also found a long hair on the linens that my partner and I slept in, which I found very unsanitary. That said, the staff here are friendly and very customer-service oriented. The room was nice for the price we paid. The TV was a flat screen but not a smart TV. If I stay here again, I’ll plan to bring my Roku to connect, since smart TVs aren’t available.

Limited options for breakfast but not that important to me. Noisy heater kept me awake. Restaurant next door was so-so but convenient. Staff were friendly. A nice room for the price other than the heater.

My fridge, microwave, and tv was not plugged in. Nor was my heaters, my jacuzzi tub did not work at all. My cussions for the couch were on the . The hot tub out side was drained. Again not mentioned in ton the website. ground.

Rooms are ok they need updating the air conditioner/Heater has a 1" gap at the wall straight outside on cold days you get a draft into the room.

The pictures do not depict the current condition. The place looks way more run down than the pictures show. Also it says they have a pool, well the pool was empty and not working... Kids were bummed. Room was like 80's looking, probably was a nice place back in the day, but definitely need a face lift...

The room was fine. The refrigerator did not have a freezer portion so had to take to front desk to have them put in their freezer. If you have multiple freezer packs you will be taking its more convenient if they fit in gallon freezer bag for overnight storage.

I don't like housekeeping in my room so I can't speak to that aspect. However the staff was friendly and helpful at the front desk. The reason I paid more for this hotel than others in the area is because it had an exercise room. Too bad half the equipment was broken. Also there was no tv in there. The cable box was missing, which speaks not only to the amount of crime in the area, but also the class of customers. The walls were thin and I struggled both with hearing noise from other rooms and not being a nuisance myself. Also when it says hot breakfast, the website isn't lying. There are waffles you can make and oatmeal. But I was really hoping for hot protein, like bacon and eggs. I only did one breakfast there in my 7 day stay. The egregious behavior of other customers was as much a factor as the mediocre offering. So I just stayed away. Go to McDonald's or something instead.

It is not recently updated it is an old hotel with little maintenance being done. The advertised “breakfast” is not breakfast it is continental foods. There is a restaurant in the same parking lot. I was disappointed for the price.

There was one restraint around hotel and it was not good

Lots of Bang for the Buck so they say. The room was quiet. Ample parking. Restaurant, Bar, swimming Pool, Hot Tub, easy access, Breakfast, 24hr Coffee.

The woman at the desk deserves a raise. She greeted up cheerfully, was helpful in giving directions, accommodated us when we needed extra towels and was most efficient. This was in the afternoon. Helpful in every way and we were there for 3 nights.

Would like to stay here just wish the morning breakfast is better but as far as staff and clean this and everything else is excellent just need more stuff besides sweets

Nice bed but shower nozzle didn't work on morning of departure and I couldn't wait for repairman. They said they couldn't compensate me and I would have to go through you.

The staff was friendly and lovely. The area felt safe. Our hotel room had a dirty wet rag in the shower when we checked in and the breakfast was *very* limited. My apple juice had flecks of not apple juice in it and there was a piece of plastic in my cereal. We ate breakfast elsewhere for both mornings of our stay which affected our schedule and budget.

A great little stop over on the way to Reno from Bend. Quick check in/out and nice clean bed to sleep in.

Bed was super comfortable and room was clean. Breakfast was somewhat disappointing. The only warm option was waffles (no eggs, sausage/bacon), and at check in I was told it went from 6-9am, but they told everyone it was closing at 8am (we were fine, but others were still coming in). If you drive through at night, bring some windex & paper towels for your windshield. There’s a huge midgefly invasion, and our vehicle was plastered!

Check in was rough- first room hadn’t been cleaned yet, second room smelled like cigarettes. But staff was absolutely wonderful to work with and found a solution to make our stay work! Mistakes happen, the important thing is they did everything they could to fix it.

Water pressure are very low. Bugs all over .shower and sink are not in good condition.

Location wasn’t as convenient to much (older area it looked) but across from fairgrounds. Older but nicely maintained outside. Rooms were recently renovation, large and comfortable & nice. Great outdoor pool area and fitness area. Breakfast was better than expected and kid friendly.

The carpet was wet over a large portion of the room and it smelled of vomit and urine. Unacceptable. I checked out after only a few hours and was not offered a refund or a call from management as I requested. The front desk blamed the cleaners, which is ire EA possible management and disrespectful to the guest and housekeeping.

Our room: The rooms are huge in comparison to other places we have stayed. The queen beds felt more like doubles, but that is negligible. Bed felt okay, and we slept okay. The mini split kept the room pretty cool. Our deadbolt lock / secondary lock was sort of not working right in our room, it would get stuck. Also, there was a hole in the wall that was taped and painted over - just strange. The time of year we came, the insects and bugs are just out everywhere, they would be all over our car when we would go to our car in the morning- we found a couple of small flies and a couple of crawling bugs (non-dangerous or biting type) in our room. Wifi was on a slow side. Honorable mention was the dish tv - so many channels and always on. So we watched TV instead of doom scrolling! The breakfast: The breakfast was ok! The kids liked it. It was a step above continental. The coffee was tasty. The pool: Very outdated, and found a leaves and some bugs that the filter did not catch. In my opinion, the pool was oddly made. It starts in 3 feet but has a very quick slope. This makes it harder for smaller kids to play. The hot tub is outdated and found the jets did not work, but it was hot and cleaner than the pool. 3/5 stars!

The neighborhood didn’t feel super safe for us, but it wasn’t terrible.

Although they didn't have any eggs for breakfast, the room was clean and the beds comfortable. Room had microwave and fridge. Staff was very nice.

Unfortunately this hotel does not live up to photos and the reviews of past. The AC is miniature and it was sooooo hot in our room, it smelled quite odd, and it was generally just quite small. We paid $200 and felt like it was an $80 type room. The staff member who checked me in was WONDERFUL and kind though, so that helped.

Did not get to stay there. Goofed up day, but they kept my money.

Would be 3 stars but I gave 4 because of the staff! The staff were great! The area was a little rough with random cars and people showing up. Air conditioning was broken (90 degree days) and the breakfast was more of a snack. But the staff were there to do their best to make it right. That’s all you can ask!

The lobby and our room smelled weird, but we got used to the room smell. Generally, the linens and the rest of the room was clean. (The carpet has seen better days.) The walls of the bathroom had grime dripping down and the corners were dirty. Breakfast had nice choices and the lady keeping everything stocked was super helpful. All in all, we got what we paid for.

So the place was a bit run down. Needs additional cleaning and maintenance. Realized AC did not work after we were in bed. Thankfully there was another room next door available and the receptionist was extremely attentive and friendly.

Staffs were the best. Their smiles provided customers warm, happy environment.

We liked the pool and hot tub which were open late. Breakfast was good and had plenty of options. So the bad- the bed was pretty stiff. The shower height was laughable like for hobbits. Definitely older property but things were clean price was good.

Would stay again. The heater/AC unit was kinda loud, so it would wake me when it kicked on and the bed wasn’t as soft as I’d like, however, even with that being said I enjoyed my stay here overall and would definitely stay again. The staff were really nice and helpful.

The staff was lovely and incredibly helpful. The shuttle to and from the Amtrak and rental car facility almost made this a four star! However the pool was in rough shape as were the rooms.

Bed was extremely hard and the AC went on and then shut off and would not come back on.

The property is fine for the price. It was very clean. Needs an update. Good breakfast! The stuff was very overwhelm and seem confused but she put effort into it.

The room was decent but half of the power outlets did not work. The fridge also did not work. The wifi is very slow and the pool and hottub are dirty. The staff was nice and comp'd my late checkout due to the power going out completely but that's about the only positive.

I found blonde dog hairs on the blanket under the comforter and black hair strands on the bed sheet of one of the beds. When laying on one of the pillows it smelled like mens cologne like it hadn't been replaced just left there from previous guest so we didn't use it tossed on the chair, which also had crushed nuts on it. The next morning when getting out of the shower I grabbed one towel with a stain and my second towel had a black hair curled into the towel fibers which caused me to use a hand towel to dry off.

Staff was super friendly, old-school on the outside rooms are super updated. Very nice.

The breakfast offerings were minimal. The water in the shower was very low pressure and the valve was faulty which should have been noticed by housekeeping staff when cleaning the bathtub. Horrible pillows on the bed.

The staff property was very sweet and kind. They really helped when I asked for some extra towels they did it right then and there I didn’t even have to wait the office. People were so sweet and kind and we laughed and had a nice conversation. Definitely would come back and stay at Days Inn.
