Didn't have breakfast. Staff was friendly. Parking was fine.

Room was clean and adequate. Breakfast was minimal but satisfying. Access to highway was good.

No breakfast. Coffee in lobby. Right price for just a night's rest.

The property was very clean. The room was nice and clean. It had tv, comfortable beds, fridge. The breakfast was good (especially their yogurts). Coffee, toast, juices, eggs, pancakes… N/a

The breakfast was mediocre at best. Location was great. The stairs were difficult to navigate (dangerous) because their height was uneven. Carrying luggage up those uneven steps was too challenging. That caused my wife to fall, hitting her shin against a step. The bruise is still visible and is causing her pain and discomfort.

Front desk personnel was friendly and room was clean and comfortable. The shower curtain was too short. Water spilled all over. Flying insects outside the door.

"Breakfast" was a joke. Held in a separate downstairs room only accessible from an outside door (like all the rooms) and not monitored but for the room key access. Two waffle presses, a couple of air pots of coffee, I presume? Cereal dispenser with a pitcher of regular milk, oatmeal packets but no hot water with which to make the oatmeal? No fruit, no juice. Some pieces of bread. Took a look and turned around. Nope. Nothing appealing at all.

There was a sewing needle in the bed and my wife and scrape across two fingers that swelled up and bleed alot! Nothing was done about it by the employees or manager!

We really appreciated the plank flooring in the room, as hotel carpets can be really dirty. The room was immaculate.

Beds were uncomfortable, trash in the room from previous people, cutrains were stained and dirty, food crumbs on the chair and floor, just overall dirty.

The pool The staff was disrespectful and rude they are very rushing to get you in a predicament where the room wasn't able to get cleaned by us they yelled at me for not understanding that there was a deposit and we're very accusatory they had a very poor quality breakfast and no help getting to your room for the breakfast

They were rude and disrespectful they don't tell u that's it's a 200 deposit and did not give a helpful response to not knowing about it

I drove 20hrs straight to get to the Quality Inn, and when I finally got in, and got to my room it was absolutely filthy. There were crumbs, bugs, and human hair all over the floor. Not to mention, the sink was full of water and broken. I went and asked the front desk for a new room, they placed us in the room next door. That room had almost the exact same issues, execpt the fridge made the entire place stink bad. Because I was tired and didn’t want to argue, I spent the night and the next day I got my room change. The staff was very friendly and cooperative, I'm sure if you ask for assistance they will help you.

Good place to spend a night while traveling.

Room was nice. Initial check in was smooth. Came back down to lobby to ask questions but nobody was tending to front desk. There’s cameras so I’m sure if they played the video backs they’d see me trying to get some attention in the lobby. Pool needs a toilet area, no hot tub. Breakfast was basic, ends quick by 9am, but the attendant was very attentive with upkeeping the breakfast area. Overall, good stay.

Loved the breakfast options! The parking is extremely easy and the hotel is in a great area compared to everything we came to do. The staff was super helpful and friendly! The towels and sheets seemed really clean, but the floors turned my feet really black. I also got super stuffed up from the air conditioning so maybe the filters just need to be cleaned out. I also loved the pool! It’s open until 10pm which helps if you have an extremely busy day because then you can still relax at the end of the day and the temperature felt really nice. Overall, I’d stay here again!

The room was very clean and satisfactory - beds were comfortable and we were able to keep it at a good temperature despite the cold temps outside. Shower was nice with good water pressure. Breakfast each day was just right - just the right amount of choices and my son was pleased with the waffle making option. We will likely stay again when returning this summer. Missed the pool being open and would like to enjoy tha!mt!

The staff was very nice! The room could be a little cleaner. Also the people in the room next were very load at 6am. All 3 days we stayed. I will stay here again just will ask to be moved to a different room

No printed privacy policy. Oregon law requires a printed privacy policy about how you will use my personal information. You had none, however required me to give my drivers license.

Not posted that the pool was seasonal didn’t end up staying our entire stay due to false advertisement requested for some kind of refund or anything and nothing was offered very upsetting. They told us that they are seasonal every year yet last time we stayed there in January 2024 it was open, and it was very upsetting

We had an ADA Compliant room. It was spacious, and clean. Large spacious east to access shower. Desk clerk was friendly and got us extra towels. Room was a bit noisy.

The rooms were clean, staff was super friendly, loved the pool area. For the price, it's a great value. The only downfall was the mass amounts of outdoor bugs. Not sure if it's just the area or if it's even controllable. It may have just been the norm for that area and that time of year.

Property has been updated but is situated next to a swamp and the management installed these cheap LED lamps as area lighting around both buildings. The super white color lamps attract the mosquitos and bugs from the swamp so the whole area was swarming with these insects. It was like walking through a mosquito trap. Bugs everywhere on the ground. Very messy.

Esmeralda was great. She moved us to a quieter room and was pleasant, professional and courteous.

We stayed here because it was a short drive to visit relatives. We didn’t use the pool, but it looked good. The breakfast was decent. It was comfortable and quiet.

I try to call others hotels but unfortunately they where all book due to labor date weekend. I spoke with the manager and he said unfortunately I canot give you credit back. That was very disappointing for me and my family. The inconvenience of this incident cause my trip very stressful and not able to sleep with all the bugs and have some bites from them. I took pictures. What they post in there pictures it doesn't look the same. Wrong representation about there hotel Quality Inn.

There was a lot of insects outside the room, on the door and once you open the door, it goes inside the hotel room. Curtain was dirty. Hair dryer doesn't work. Ice machine room was full of insects was not making ice.

It was better than my last time but not great. Mosquito and knats were horrible

Even though the rooms are smoke-free, someone has been smoking in ours so it really smelled like a smoking room. When we asked if we could switch rooms we were told the property was full. The parking lot during the evening was more than 1/2 empty. Disappointing.

The receptionist was helpful and gave us a great local restaurant recommendation for dinner. The room was clean and had nice bedding. My daughter enjoyed the indoor pool.

upon entering the room we found at least 15 dead flies along the top of each bed. cobwebs in corners of the room with flies in the cobwebs. Midge flies (which we were warned about) in the room.

There was a light right outside of the room which attracted Midgets into the room whenever the door is opened- they should have kept the light somewhere else or kept it OFF. Breakfast taste was horrible. Not sure how they can make everything so bad - even coffee and juice.

They were able to change our room based on need. The dog area was close and clean. Very friendly check in process.

It was super obvious that someone had hotboxed the room, but only after we opened the cabinets. They had taken great care opening windows, running air cleaner, etc. Staff was awesome and recommended local dining options. Plus pool was fantastic!

We love the comfortable bed and soft pillows. The rooms are really nice and location is close to all the eating spots we like... Casey's, Starvin Marvin, North Shore and 9 Thai.

Everything good except for toilet door hit the toilet

It was good the fridge froze everything but it was clean. The room was nice the worst part of the place was the bugs outside. But not much they can do about it. Breakfast was pretty good the kids liked it

Sink plugged up wouldn’t drain. Very very minimal breakfast, waffle mix watered down so bad all it was crispy air when cooked, terrible.

The front desk lady was amazing! She made it feel just like home and was very welcoming. We were also right next to the pool and the housekeeping closet. We could not hear a thing coming from either of those two rooms.

I stayed at this location twice in a 3 month period-the first time I rented 2 rooms(adjoining), for my daughter's birthday, for her and her girlfriends, and myself, the 2nd time for my daughter's girlfriends b-day, rented another 2 rooms- the price and the indoor pool were the 2 things that drew me there, as it certainly wasn't the customer service, the other amenities, and MOST CERTAINLY NOT the cleanliness! I didn't expect the Grand Hyatt with we 2000 thread count sheets, but damn, I didn't expect to have someone's loogie in the shower or hair, it was so gross. In both rooms. The big guy that manages, or owns, I'm not sure, was SO rude and blatant about his dislike/distrust of me, for what reason I don't know, but to the extent, he watched us unload our car and go into the rooms, from right outside of the lobby door. Anyway, not that my review means anything, I just don't think people and establishments should get away with being nasty people and disrespectful by allowing families to go into filthy rooms, believing and TRUSTING that the place they are giving their money to, has done the bare minimum of at least trusting that they can have a clean space. Be better, you wouldn't appreciate that service😒

Very nice and staff was helpful

Small but very clean rooms. “hot” breakfast consisted of waffles. Everything else was cold. All grass has been replaced by astroturf —ugh! Indoor swimming pool was pretty dismal. If you are attending an event at the Klamath County fairgrounds, this is an OK place but not for any other reason.

This place was a disappointment. I’m traveling with a small well mannered dog and was placed in a handicap room in a corner with no outside light has stairs blocked the view . It looks like somebody sprayed paint all over the floors and this morning as I’m getting ready to check out my dog discovered an ant trap, which is highly toxic to small dogs which leaves me so angry. After actually sleeping well. I was too tired to check out the pool or laundry room

We had only one night here thankfully. It was not what I expected. The place needs maintenance and updating as well as decor in the rooms. Somewhat depressing. We won’t stay here again. The continental breakfast was okay for the price. Nothing special.

There was decaf black tea, which I like. OK breakfast otherwise. The staff put us in a room away from the highway at my request, so it wasn't too noisy, which I appreciated. The bed was comfortable.

It was great. The only drawback was the microwave didn’t work but other than that the room and motel were fantastic.

Staff was very hospitable. The housekeeping might want to focus on edges and corners in the room, there was a lot of dust and hair. The curtains did not close all the way, I am glad I had two clips with me.

The property could use some updateing. TLC. That said, It offered everything we needed and the staff was very friendly. We will definitely stay there again.

We needed a walk in shower for handicap adult. We had tried a number other places this had what we needed. Breakfast was good, it fit are need very good.

Hotel seemed empty but i was placed right next to major road which was supper loud most the night. Everything else was ok.

The staff was kind and helpful. Our room was clean and housekeeping came after only one day. Breakfast was good and had multiple options. The room we stayed in shared a wall with the breakfast room. It was quite loud beginning at 6AM. Avoid this room unless you are an early riser. Otherwise it was an enjoyable stay.

The last that checked is in was very personable, made sure we had everything we needed. It was easy in easy out. Very clean.

It was small and quiet. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was a large walk in. Liked that there is no nasty carpet. Overall it was a good place for an overnighter. It did seem like it was in a kind of ify neighborhood but it was ok

We stay at Quality Inn often and this was a pleasant experience as usual.

Great access to HWY 97. Near restaurants. Very clean and welcoming environment.

Is good for one night

I don't really remember the property. I was tired from travelling and just mainly wanted to rest. It's not what I usually think of Holiday Inn being. That's all I really remember...

Unsafe as someone keeps on clicking trying to open our door and lots of shouting and loud talking walking the halls. Room is reasonably clean but they did not bother to clean up spillages all over the stairs.

The room was nice and clean. The pool was nice and in good condition. The other guests were loud and it was easy to hear them while in our room. The breakfast was good with many different selections.

Great hotel and service. The only down fall was the firm beds.

It's a perfect location to visit Craters Lake and surrounding areas. We enjoyed the stay. rooms are clean, surroundings are calm and quiet. I recommend it.

Not clan as expected for quality Inn

Excellent value and quality. Everything was surprisingly great with one issue. For some reason the room was not cleaned, nor was the bed made or towels replaced for the last night. I left nothing on the bed. I did receive two new glasses. Regardless, I consider the motel, room, and stay to be excellent, and I will stay there again.

The first night was ok but the 2nd night there was a party until 4am keeping my kids awake. No one answered at the front desk to report it. The manager took great care of it the following morning as we were leaving by removing the neighbors.

Room was dirty. Floor looked like it wasn’t clean. Hair all over in the bathroom. Ants crawling all over in bathroom. Walls and doors were sticky with something. Sink was so clogged as soon as you turn the water in it was filled with water. Older faculty that needs repairs.

Passing through, needed a place to stop for the night. Room was dirty and covered in ants. Even ants on the bed. Upside no bedbugs! Leftover hairs in the shower from previous guests. Lysol wipes and spray came in handy. No hot breakfast as advertised. Just a toaster with some bagels and muffins. Staff during check in/out were nice.

The GM Esmeralda really helped me out when I was stuck waiting for my car to get fixed. Every day I didn't know if I needed to be there the next or not. I ended up having to extend my stay 3 times but didn't have to switch rooms or hotels even though I booked online. I really appreciate her making an otherwise chaotic trip smooth so far as the hotel. Staff was friendly and room was nice.

Room was not very clean. Lots of hair in the shower. The bathroom door does not open all the way because it keeps hitting the toilet. The breakfast was sparse. Staff was very nice.
