Like the breakfast feature as it had all the food groups and was well organized. Need to have stronger coffee

- 5/5
We liked this one. Good trip
- 5/5
It’s a great location and the building was nice and clean! Staff were very nice and helpful N/A
- 4/5
My only complaint was the hot tub, sauna & steam room were out of order during our stay. That was the only thing dropping my review from a 10/10
- 4/5
The front door was a real pain to open for a disabled person
- 2/5
Beds were comfortable. Rooms were adjoining which was very nice. The overall cleanliness was good. The shower drained soooo slowly. I stood in a bath of water while showering. The noise from the next door shower through the wall woke us all up, like screaming pipes. The breakfast was mediocre at best. Cereal, packaged milk, a few yogurts, hard boiled eggs. I'm lactose intolerant and there were no yogurt or milk options for me. I thought the coffee creamer selection was subpar as well. Some fresh food would have been nice. I picked the hotel because it said 3 stars but it is a very outdated hotel. Felt like I went back to the early 90s. We won't be staying there again. We also had an electric vehicle and no where to charge it in the area.

- 3.5/5
States it has a hot breakfast, only had cereal milk and yogurt.
- 2/5
The property is dated and could use a refresh. Housekeeping doesn't come unless you make an appointment...which we apparently didn't read the sign upon check in. We were short on towels from day one. Grab and go breakfast was meh. We ended up checking out a day early.
- 3.5/5
The room was comfortable and on the 1st floor as requested, Breakfast choices was sparse,
- 4/5
Staff was helpful and courteous.
- 4/5
A quick overnight in route to Nevada. Shilo is a decent hotel up by OIT and just off the highway. They are clean and polite.
- 5/5
great stay ! great room !

Room was clean, easy to park

Booked a King and was told only Queen's were available when I checked in, they wouldn't do anything for me because I booked through Expedia. Food was poor also.
- 4.5/5
Right off the highway. Comfortable beds. Good value.
- 4/5
Very nice place to stay. Clean, nice rooms.
- 3/5
The room was very nice. Setup was great with all the amenities we needed. However, the grounds outside are extremely dark. When we saw everything with the sun up in the morning it was disappointing. Parking area had lots of broken glass and trash everywhere.
- 1.5/5
Room was nice. You screwed up bad on our bill and we were double charged for everything. Staffs ability to know their job
- 5/5
Great stay
- 4/5
Always clean and comfortable value.
- 5/5
Nice staff, big clean rooms
- 5/5
Comfortable, clean, easy access
- 5/5
Large clean rooms at a good price. Check-in was a breeze!
- 5/5
Unexpected delight. Big clean newly restored room. Very quiet and peaceful.
- 4/5
Staff. The room was great, except whoever was above me made horrendous noise all night.
- 5/5
It was an older building but I was very surprised at how well it was kept up! It was clean and smelled good, not like most older hotels. The beds and pillows were great!!! I would recommend this hotel for sure!!!
- 5/5
Everything Nothing
- 3/5
Room was good, staff was okay. I told the staff that I would be checking out a day early with more than 24 hours notice and they wouldn’t cancel the final day because I went through Expedia, so that was a bummer. I’ll have to plan for that in the future.
- 4/5
We had a nice comfortable room for three adults. I didn't use the pool and hot tub on this visit. My other family member said it was nice. The breakfast is so so. There is IHOP not far away for a hot breakfast. There are so many food choices nearby.
- 5/5
Room was super clean, smelt amazing shower didn’t have any hair overall great service
- 4/5
Great view with lots of eating opportunities
- 5/5
The breakfast was lame.
- 2/5
Everything was great except for the front desk. She was rude pretty much eveytime we had to interact with her.
- 5/5
Very nice and clean.
- 5/5
Clean room, comfortable bed and super quiet
- 5/5
The rooms are roomy and very clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We love staying here when we come to Klamath.
- 5/5
Great pool, clean rooms
- 4/5
Rooms were clean hot tub and pool were clean breakfast was grab and go but was very good. Staff were kind and have good information on some things to do with your family
- 5/5
Room clean, beds comfortable, staff quick and respectable. Great experience would stay again.
- 4/5
Nice staff with good suggestions for nearby restaurants. Good freeway access location. Room was warm as we arrived. Very appealing pool and exercise areas, even though we didn’t use them. Although room was clean and attractive, the carpets in the room were in need of replacement.
- 3/5
The room was pleasant, but the beds were hard
- 4/5
Clean room, friendly and respectful staff.
- 5/5
Room was clean and staff was was nice.
- 5/5
Convenient location to break up a long road trip. Room had everything I needed.
- 3.5/5
Very accessible and clean The elevator is small
- 2/5
Not impressed......👎
- 5/5
Staff is outstanding, helpful and friendly as can be. The rooms are always very clean.
- 4/5
Room was clean, the facilities is just pretty outdated
- 5/5
Great place to stay and friendly staff
- 3/5
No hot tub not working
- 4/5
yes
- 5/5
The old gal Inn is showing her age a bit, but she was tidy and comfortable.
- 1/5
Unprofessional staff and closed amenities
- 5/5
Spacious room, great staff, clean facilities… perfect overnight spot!
- 2/5
The room was ok, not great just ok, it wasn’t super clean. The walls are really thin, i woke ip a couple times because of people talking next door, then someone on the top floor running, wish there was more insulation and sound proofing. The real reason I am leaving review is because I didn’t like the room because of the view, I booked hotel to get nice views of klammath lake, travelled almost 500 miles from California, but lady gave me parking lot view room and when I requested to be moved to a better room she didn’t stating no rooms available on 3rd and 4th, could be but it was hard to believe.
- 5/5
What you see is what you get. Clean, convenient location and friendly service. No frills!
- 5/5
Clean and comfortable room.
- 5/5
The staff is courteous and helpful and the room is clean and comfortable.
- 5/5
Staff was great, room was clean, bed was comfortable
- 2/5
The property was just kind of dirty, the front desk staff was not friendly, the restaurant and bar were closed, the pool wasn't open. Overall pretty disappointing but thankfully there were a couple of restaurants and a local brew pub just a short walk away and we just needed a place to stay for the night. I wouldn't go back and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone but it was a place to sleep.
- 4/5
Our room was very nice. Just noticed that certain areas of the hotel seemed unclean and some of the facilities were worn. The breakfast items were nice, and the staff was excellent. The hotel could just use a little cleaning/ fixing up.
- 3/5
Breakfast is what you would expect.
- 5/5
Everything was fine
- 5/5
Love that the room had a bathtub
- 5/5
Everything was very comfortable. The only thjng I'd change is it would help if there was a qay to get the door to stay open long enough to get a walker through, or luggage.
- 3/5
We liked the rooms and property. However, the breakfast left a lot to be desired. Considering the cost of the room, The breakfast was lacking in so many ways. Yogurt and small packaged
- 5/5
Everything was great
- 4/5
Friendly staff, nice and clean facilities. Worst breakfast I’ve had in a hotel
- 1/5
I specifically asked for a room with a walk-in shower, but was told upon arrival that they didn't have one! When I complained to management, they basically told me to pound sand! They said that special requests don't get to them through third party reservations! If I had known, I would have found another hotel. Thank you for a terrible experience!!!
- 5/5
Was not sure about the grab and go breakfast at check in, But I was in an hurry to get on the road, So it was great! Thank you!
- 5/5
Great room
- 5/5
Thank you!
- 3/5
The indoor pool and spa were pretty good, and the desk clerk and manager were friendly and responsive. Unfortunately, our room had not been properly cleaned. The previous guest clearly had a dog staying with them and the floor had not been cleaned. There was dog hair and dirt everywhere. The housekeeping staff had already gone home and they were fully booked. The best thing to be done was to sweep the room myself, with a broom borrowed from the front desk. The manager was very apologetic in the morning, but it made for an uncomfortable night. It was compounded by the fact that the hotel is clearly due for a refurbished. The furniture is very tired. Almost all of the chairs and the sofa in our room had holes worn through the upholstery.
- 4/5
good parking
- 3/5
The bed was very uncomfortable
- 3/5
Good overall experience. Nice staff. The Grab & Go breakfast was better than expected. Room did not have bath towel or coffee pods for in room coffee. Front desk staff was great in providing us with those items.
- 3/5
Pleasantly surprised that they had to grab and go breakfast. Slim choices but better than nothing. Having two tvs and two areas was nice, as was the sink in the kitchen area. Staff was extremely helpful and even gave us a late check out with short notice.
- 4/5
Checking in was a breeze. Room was clean and comfortable. Great place to stay while traveling. Parking was safe and accessible. Lots of places to eat nearby.
- 5/5
Room was large, however, lean on staff.
- 5/5
My stay came at the end of a very long stressful drive from North Central Washington. I was literally shaking by the time I checked in. It was the best to check in with a friendly customer service agent like Neveah. My room was very clean, comfortable & spacious. I was finally able to relax & recharge to prepare to get to my brother's house in California, as he and his wife are both dying of cancer. He is 64 years old. Thank you Shilo Inn!!
- 3/5
This was an okay place to stay. It doesn't have some of the amenities of similar type properties, but it is also less expensive. The first night, the sheets on the hide-a-bed were dirty. On our return trip, we just asked for clean sheets and a blanket when we checked in and they were very nice about giving them to us. With all the kitchen facilities, it didn't have any eating utensils/dishes, which was a surprise, but fortunately, we had our own. We would probably stay there again if it were needed.
- 5/5
The rooms are spacious and well appointed. Rooms are in really good condition, very comfortable. Drawbacks are there are not enough luggage carts only found one in the morning to leave. The breakfast is all cold items.
- 5/5
Clean room and friendly staff. I like the wall dividing the bedroom from the sofa/tv area. Nice to have 2 tv’s in the room.
- 5/5
Yes
- 5/5
I do recommend and may stay again...hope the area and Shilo can get an econ boost!
- 2/5
Upon arrival at the hotel, I was immediately struck by an odor that can only be described as moldy swim clothes mixed with urine. The propeet does have an indoor pool which would explain some of the odor...it was just a bit off-putting. Checkin was simple and efficient, with the attendant barely saying anything or acknowledging my existence. She didn't seem to enthused to be helping anyone. Breakfast is included but is very basic with prepackaged offerings and nothing hot. Being on a carbohydrate-restrictive diet I was unable to find anything suitable so I had to go elsewhere for breakfast. Location was decent with easy access and some fast food options nearby. All in all, it was a below average experience and I will likely book elsewhere on future visits.
- 2/5
Mold on the windowsill, broken air conditioner, toilet that wouldn't flush unless the handle was held, worst "free" breakfast I've encountered. When I reported the broken air conditioner to the staff, they took no action. (It was in the 90s while I was there.) All of this is unacceptable, but doubly so considering the price.
- 4/5
Room was clean and spacious. Staff was very helpful.
- 4/5
Large room. Comfortable. Big swimming pool and jacuzzi. Basic breakfast. Easy parking. Very quiet.
- 4/5
Nice hotel with pretty large, clean rooms, comfortable bed, and clean bathroom. The restaurant was closed for renovation, which was a disappointment, since the last time I was here that was a real treat. The picture quality on the TV was pretty poor, even though it was a nice flatscreen and the lights in the room were dim, I’m making it difficult to read. Even though things are a little bit dated, it’s a convenient place to stay and more than adequate for a road tripper.
- 5/5
Great large rooms. Supet clean
- 4/5
Clean tidy rooms
- 5/5
The room smelled smoked due ro in the past used to be smoking floor not very comfortable
- 4/5
Positive note: it's right on the highway. So, easy in, easy out for us long trekkers.
- 3/5
Room was just ok.
- 4/5
Large place. Did not give a warm feeling. But served our purpose.
- 4/5
Everything was clean everyone was great, the only thing is the bathroom faucet had cracks in the plastic knob and when i went to turn on the water the plastic crumbled and i got a scratch on my wrist as the plastic came off my hand slipped and i got a long scratch. :(
- 4/5
Being remodeled and breakfast is below par
- 4/5
There is no sports bar there even though it is still on the signs inside. The breakfast choices were very weak.
- 5/5
The air-conditioning worked good 2 TVs worked great. For the price however they should supply a better breakfast. I didn't like the policy that if you wanted your room cleaned you had to make a appointment 24 hours in advance. The view from my room was fantastic. Bed was comfortable.
- 3/5
Breakfast needs improvement. Hot food would be good.
- 5/5
Everyone was exceptional. Example: Couldn't get the key card to work (operator error, not property) and an employee came by and assisted me! Thanks!
- 4/5
Pet friendly, easy and safe location
- 4/5
I liked the two tv's in the room. The breakfast isn't great. You can microwave some hot pocket things and they have muffins. Not a lot of protein options. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.
- 2/5
The hot tub and sauna/stream room were closed but there was no notice of this. The room was nice and big but the bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Mostly, the room was just dirty. Stains on sheets, towels, carpet and lamp shades. Dirty bathtub. Pretty gross, actually. At least it’s pet friendly. Hardly ever anyone at the front counter. I wasn’t expecting a breakfast at all so something is better than nothing but it was all prepackaged and extremely processed foods. The hotel needs a facelift real bad.
- 5/5
Clean room, staff nice
- 4/5
A lot of amenities out of order. Short staffed and room request was made for more blankets, pillows ect. Had to go to front desk to receive items. To be told they didn’t have enough of things. We made due.
- 5/5
It was ok
- 3/5
Front desk clerks were not welcoming and did not smile.
- 4/5
Room was clean and very spacious. Staff was professional and courteous. Very safe area. Breakfast provided had limited options.
- 5/5
It was nice a clean in the room
- 4/5
I really liked the room. Great mirror lighting, fluffy towels, comfy beds, great ironing board available to use and our room was quiet. I rated a 4 because the hot tub was out of service and it the main reason we booked the Shiloh Inn.
- 5/5
Probably the best hotel i stayed at on my road trip
- 5/5
Friendly staff, helpful. Easy check in and check out. Easy parking.
- 4/5
The staff we encountered were very helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was included, but it was not stated that it was a grab and go, so no real hot options: cold cereal, hardboiled eggs, yogurt, sweet packaged breakfast items, and prepackaged items that you could heat up in a microwave. Kind of a minor thing… But the TV schedule in the room was not very clear.
- 3/5
Each and every time I’ve stayed at this property there has been something in the room that wasn’t working. Last time I stayed the refrigerator didn’t work. This time I cannot lock the door using the deadbolt.
- 4/5
There were some food options within walking distance. Plenty of parking. The hot tub and pool were pleasant. The bed was comfortable and clean.
- 3/5
We’ve stayed here a couple times over the last decade. Staff are always really nice and helpful. The facility isn’t in the best condition - the hallways smell musty, the doors are creaky, and just about everything needs an update. I believe it’s having an update soon, which will be good!
- 2/5
Due to car trouble, we were unable to make it to the first night of our 2 night stay. The hotel cancelled our entire reservation and then proceeded to charge us extra for the night we did stay. To add to that trouble, there were lots of rowdy guests in the lobby and gym area. The parking lot had people milling around playing loud music, lots of trash everywhere. It made us feel very uncomfortable. The breakfast was also very disappointing. I would not stay here again.
- 5/5
very nice
- 5/5
Good experience on this trip. Hour away from the airport and Crater Lake National Park. Hotel is clean, good breakfast, and good service. Few things I would recommend is add some fruits on the breakfast menu and complimentary water on arrival just like most hotels we had been.
- 5/5
Room amenities were to our preferences. Plenty of space in the refrigerator/freezer where this feature seems rare in other lodging brands. Room styling and layout were nice, not minimalist like others. Breakfast offerings included good variety of choices. Will stay here again.
- 3/5
Older hotel that could use updates but it’s a large facility that could be used for lots of functions.
- 5/5
I have stayed here many times on way to CA to visit family. I always feel safe, great bed, hot shower and they are “pet friendly”. What more could you ask for?
- 5/5
The bed was very comfortable. Room was spacioud. Temp easy to control. Love the grab and go breakfast.
- 5/5
Simple, but complete breakfast. Great Suite arrangement, Friendly Staff
- 5/5
With thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and the room was beautiful.
- 2/5
Room are not up the standard I was hoping
- 5/5
The place has several restaurants around and it is not far from downtown that had good restaurant options too. The room was clean and comfortable. There was plenty of parking, and the breakfast was simple but good.
- 5/5
N/A
- 4/5
Nice property except for the group of 10-12 construction workers who set up their outdoor party in the registration area driveway. Made it difficult to get past to the lobby entrance.
- 3/5
Room was clean but had a strange smell. Staff was very curt and not very pleasant. The bed was rock hard
- 3/5
Ok, room not fully clean. Old and dated amenities and room condition. Bathroom had some built up grime
- 3/5
I can hear next door talking. I can hear people walking above us. Woke me up with people take showers and flushed toilets. If you want a quiet place to stay, this is not the place.
- 3/5
Shower had mold around sections. Not sure if I left cleaner then I went in…
- 5/5
Front desk was great
- 4/5
My mother was almost ejected from her wheelchair when she ran into a sharp raised bump at the double door entry into the lobby. She has a kin tear on her arm and bruising. The staff loaned us a wheelchair and gave us dressings for her wound. I suggest marking the raised area or posting a warning.
- 3/5
The room was nice and big. The only issue was the room smelled like wet dog and cigarette smoke.
- 5/5
Not much of variety for breakfast. Packaged cereals and pastries.
- 5/5
Nice place to stay in Klamath Falls. Staff was helpful and room was clean and comfortable. Lots of breakfast options.
- 4/5
Very clean
- 3/5
Everything appeared clean. Breakfast was average. Staff kept the breakfast items refilled as needed. Parking was good. Staff were polite and considerate. TV was not clear and the sound did not match the video, slightly delayed. Phone did not work. No label on phone for a wake up call. I requested a wake up notice. The staff said they would knock on my door in the am, but that did not happen. Luckily I woke up in time to travel to my race.
- 5/5
Very clean property and knowledgeable and professional employees. would definitely stay here again when in the area.
- 2/5
The clerk told us to use the grassy area for our dog. Our dog ended up getting fleas, which he’s never had before, & he was also bitten by some sort of gnat that caused serious redness, swelling in the bite area & severe itching. He was ill for days after. Fortunately, I was able to rid him of the fleas so we didn’t infest our car & other places we were traveling to. But, my dog was still affected by these insects for a number of days after the incident. We told the clerk about the problem before we left the facility.
- 5/5
Rooms were a little dated but very clean. I just prefer a sink in the bathroom not the bedroom. For some families it works better.
- 5/5
We had a problem with our door not locking and the staff was very quick in giving us a new room. No other issues.
- 3/5
The staff was just ok. It says breakfast included, but it was a grab and go and wasn't what we have had at other hotels.
- 5/5
Gggggg
- 5/5
Nice place to stay. Friendly staff. Nice to go breakfast. Perfect temperature pool and hot tub
- 5/5
Great, pool and hot tub large very nice rooms. Excellent beds.
- 4/5
The restaurant and lounge is no longer open. The hotel was nice and the room was large
- 5/5
AC in room was stuck on 70
- 5/5
Nice clean quiet pet friendly hotel. Location within walking distances toresturants.
- 4/5
The rooms, however, always appear clean and it’s quiet.
- 2/5
I picked this location assuming that it will be better than Downtown hotels like comfortInn and Holiday Inn but my assumption was wrong. They claim that they offer breakfa
- 5/5
Very good breakfast and courteous staff
- 3/5
Hotel seems a little run down, breakfast was really sparse.
- 5/5
This was a quick overnight trip. The hotel and room were clean and comfortable. The hotel is a little dated, but has been kept up very well. We had a King bed room and when we walked in we were surprised to see the size of the room was huge with a separate living room area with a wet bar and second television. We will definitely stay here again!
- 3/5
Very old plumbing faucets spills hard to operate. Room was spacious but very old decor.
- 4/5
Great location
- 5/5
Nice area good food options family friendly
- 4/5
Could have a better breakfast option Also would prefer the restarurant operational for lunch and dinner
- 1/5
Both steam room and spa were out of service. And the main weight station workout machine was broken! I asked for a partial refund but they refused since according to them: “gym, steam room, and sauna have been down for more than a year and we no longer advertised them within our hotel” Total BS because you do advertise it!
- 5/5
Beds were comfortable but noisy
- 4/5
Older hotel but it was very spacious. Nice large room a little outdated but very clean. I was walking distance to a brewery and several restaurants just needed a place to stay for the night and the front desk. Staff was very kind.
- 4/5
My understanding is that Shiloh is a chain that has been contracting for several years. This location is a very affordable and comfortable stop for a trip that we take every summer from Southern California up to Eastern Washington. The contraction I mentioned is apparent in that they run very lean at this point. On this trip, it was more apparent. There were items left in the fridge from the previous occupants, and there was insufficient toilet paper in the bathroom upon our arrival (front desk responded quickly with more). I think they are keeping their costs as low as possible, which is understandable and makes the affordability possible, but they need to be careful that basic services don't suffer.
- 3/5
Spacious for king size and sofa bed room. Bathroom is damp and hot breakfast is very limited
- 4/5
Friendly staffs and spacious room.
- 4/5
Nice hotel, but I think if the staff can be more friendly with a smile that would be great. Check out was great, and the gentleman at the front desk was very friendly with smile :)
- 3/5
I travel frequently and was disappointed in the condition of the hotel and the room and the very limited and poor breakfast offerings.
- 4/5
Surprised to find a modest priced chain that was better than expected. Higher rated hotels in area were sold out. Glad we took a chance on Shilo. It worked out fine.
- 4/5
Good location
- 4/5
Big yard
- 3/5
The staff wasn't very helpful. Gave terrible directions to find out room. We circled the hotel twice before finally finding it not far from the reception desk. I still can't figure out what she meant.
- 5/5
Very quiet and the staff was amazing
- 2/5
We were able to get a first floor room for Our disabled son, but all the luggage dollies were taken and held in people’s rooms, so it was hard for us to get our luggage and items to our room. The room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, and the receptionist could only give us a Febreze bottle to spray in the room. The breakfast was a ‘to go’, and they had a lot of options, but I was hoping for a hot breakfast! So it was a little disappointing!
- 4/5
in general, is good
